Feat Description: Through continued experience with his zanpaktou, Dellius can now utilize his repelling powers to a point. By repelling air around him, he is capable of propelling at high speeds on ground or in the air. He also has total control over his movements. The max distance he can move is 10 meters normally and 20 when he's in shikai/bankai. He can use this ability three times per turn and it costs 500 reiatsu each time. Like with his shikai repelling powers, speed and control is based on hakuda.

So this is a more expensive version of Daishou only with a "ALSO I CAN FLY" clause in it. Sayin pretty worthless.
