Chikao is a reserved individual who appears generally easy-going. He is an intellectual who considers himself well-educated, gifted with both book smarts and street knowledge. Chikao thoroughly despises not knowing, and his thirst for knowledge sometimes pushes the extremes.
Biography
A former SQN member, Chikao arrived in the Kanda area at the same time as his fellow rogue Orion Lycoris. Unlike his comrade, however, he both understands and embraces his history; that isn’t to say it is well-known by the people of Kanda. In fact, it remains largely a secret (as per his and Orion’s preference).
He both appreciates and supports the Kanda people; both their culture and their liberation against the Gotei Thirteen. Using his knowledge as an ex-Shinigami, Chikao remains an important figure in the staging of the Kanda revolt against the Seireitei.
