Name: Honokaguchi Mitsuhito [eastern order]
Contact Info: mitsuhonokaguchi AIM
Age: 53 (looks like 21)
Physical Stature:
Mitsuhito is six feet and four, and has a more or less ordinary body, not thin, nor fat and thus looks like your average shinigami. With a lightly tanned skin color, because of excessive training sessions and long camping trips in the woods, his mediocrity fades away. Because of his ear-long hair in a brown tone with the hair ends being silverish, you can easily see his crimson red eyes.
Persona:
Mitsuhito is more or less thoughtful, thinking first before doing or saying something.
When he finds out that someone is in need, he can't help but stop listening to his rationality and try to help (even if this means to get hurt). He would go through Hell for his friends, and loyalty is one of his big points, be it friends or his captain, even when his senses say otherwise.
This thoughtfulness also shows up while he is fighting. When fighting someone, Mitsuhito tries to stay calm through the whole fight, while often keeping a straight face. The problem is, that because of this, he looks like he is underestimating his enemy thus getting beaten up more badly then necessary.
Because of his being in the tracking and assasination Division Mitsuhito can live his motto -"The truly strong, hide their power.”- to its fullest.
Biography:
Starting his afterlife in the seventy eighth district of Rukongai, the Inuzun, or howling dog, Mitsuhito soon learned to go sneak around, so to not get beaten up by the bullies there.
Additionally he tried to learn hand-to-hand combat as well as he was able to. As the years passed by and this lifestyle became normal to him.
One day due to the course of some lucky events he was able to attend lessons at the spiritual arts academy. His grades were mostly average, but his will to survive and his ability to sneak around on the other hand, were beyond the norm. So, after some hardships and seven years in the academy he managed to graduate and join the twelfth division.

Phew what a hassle, Mitsuhito thought, why did this graduation party take so long after all? Now I'm totally late to the meeting with Sekka.
While thinking that, Mitsuhito started running down the hallway as soon as he was dismissed with his certificate of being a full fledged shinigami.
Why did this teacher have to speak so much about our role in the future of the Soul Society anyway? We all spend six whole years there learning about this, day in day out while additionally training at the zanjutsu ground, or learning the way kidou works.
All this lecturing was the hardest part for him in the academy, not only did he not want to think about it all, he also needed to hear most of it for a second time. Due to circumstances he was punished to redo a year in the Academy.
Why do I need to care about what one old geezer thinks about my role in the future, if I already know what I want to do.
Because he was cutting the way around a corner to short at the end of the hallway, Mitsuhito nearly slipped and was just barely able to keep his balance.
What a way to begin your life as a shinigami and as a trainee at the twelfth division, nearly slipping on a wet floor in the hallway, he thought while putting himself together again, in order to continue running towards the main gate.
"Hahaha, in a hurry as always, Mitsuhito? And I wanted to see you falling on your butt soooo bad.” Said a familiar voice laughingly.
While stopping and turning his head to look in the direction where the voice came from, Mitsuhito said, ”Ah, its you Satori, congratulation on your graduation. But you do know, that it is part of the fourth Divisions job to heal and tend those in need, not to get them break their necks?”
"You got me there, pal,” Satori said, while scratching the back of his head. "I congratulate you too, on finally graduating out of this prison, even if they made you stay one year longer.”
Nobu Satori, a friend in the same year as Mitsuhito, was one of those characters people would normally put in the eleventh division just because of his speach which was mostly disrespectful and full of slang. People who meet him for the first time tend to think he was one of those power seeking guys, always waiting for an opportunity to pick a fight. He lived with his three brothers who all went to the eleventh division, so he needed to speak like them for a long time, after all, his brothers would not listen to him otherwise anyway. But the truth was, he just wanted to be of help somehow. So to do this he enrolled in the fourth division to learn even more about healing.
"Haha, really funny,” Mitsuhito said weary. "You know as well as I that they framed me. Anyway, see you later, Satori, I am already late and if I don't hurry now, I am sure the first thing I will do after meeting Sekka is dodging a whole lot of kidou.”
With a short wave of his hand he went off to the teahouse, where he was supposed to meet Sekka. With every step he took he left the academy behind. Goodbye academy, hopefully forever.
Just around two more corners and I am there, he thought while raising his speed again, just starting to get out of breath.
The first thing I need to learn at the Division is how to run faster and longer, just getting out of breath shortly after starting to run through the town is not what should happen to an assassin.
Again, Mitsuhito cut the edge of a wall, he bumped into someone.
Goddammit, I should stop curving the edges, it is the second time today something like this happens, he thought, while rubbing his head, "Ups, sorry to run into you like that, I am in sort of a hur-”
He could not finish his sentence, because he suddenly flew three meters back an crashed into the wall.
Shocked and rubbing his hurting back he said, "What was that for, I did apol-” this time he was able to dodge in time, and saw who attacked him.
Wonderful, not him again. he thought while trying to get some meters of distance between him and his opponent.
With him Mitsuhito meant Masa Hidemori, one hell of a huge man, who held a grudge against him ever since back in the Rukon Districts. Every time they met it always ended in a fight.
"So, finally managed to get out of the academy, Honokaguchi?” Hidemori said while stomping his way towards Mitsuhito.
And he is still as huge and slow as he was back in the past, Mitsuhito thought.
Ouch, this one hit surely broke one or two ribs. He may be as slow as he was in the past but surely he got stronger, man where this fist lands a hit, grass wont grow anymore.
While holding his side Mitsuhito answered, "Yeah, thanks to you, I had time to 'polish' my skills a little longer.
"Say, how does it feel to be the son of an rich Aristocrat, who can buy you out of a lot of things?”
"Oh, its great. You can do nearly everything you want without fearing severe punishment, you should try it too – hey, wait you don't have any parents here to begin with, man it must suck to be you!”
"How often do I need to tell you, your taunts won't work against me.”
"Ok, when my taunts won't work then I just need to beat the crap out of you.” Suddenly he stood in front of Mitsuhito and just barely missed his head, but the huge fist broke through a wall.
Shit, since when is he able to move fast enough to reach me.
While Mitsuhito dodged under this attack, he tried to hit the muscle of the now stuck arm, to somehow benumb it, but when he startet the strike, his ribs began to hurt again.
Hidemori used this moment to get free and he pulled his arm back to hit Mitsuhito a second time.
Mitsuhito had no time to dodge this punch so he prepared himself mentally, this one was going to be painful.
"...Bakudou Number four, Hainawa.” At the same time Mitsuhito heard these words in a familiar voice, the fist just stopped a few millimeters in front of his head.
"And there you go, taking him on again. Because of someone like him, you kept me waiting at the teahouse? You disappoint me, Mitsu.” Sekka said with a cheerful voice.
"Oh, hi Sekka,” Mitsuhito said while quickly getting away from Hidemori. "Thank you for the help. And by the way, I just thought you should know, I did not let you wait because of him, but because of the headteacher of the academy.”
"Ah wonderful, now I get it. Instead of meeting me, you rather goof of with your teacher?” she said laughingly while walking through the ally back to the teahouse.
In the meantime more an more people gathered around to find out who caused all the uproar. They found a dumstruck Hidemori wondering what happened to him.
Mitsuhito, trotting after Sekka, replied to her, "Come on Sekka, why do you always turn my words around? You know exactly what I meant.”
"Yeah, but it is just to funny to see you react to it. Sit down, the next tea is on me, congratulations on your graduation Mitsu. Let me find someone who will patch you up again.” she said, while sitting down and pointing to the chair in front of her,
"And now let´s celebrate this, waitress, two green tea please”
