Persona:Ryoujin rarely takes things seriously unless the situation calls for it, electing to openly voice his opinion in order to make witty taunts and remarks instead even to his superiors. Often, his sharp tongue has led to consequences, but with his relaxed attitude, it doesn’t bother him much. He follows a philosophy of doing worthwhile and enjoyable things even if they may be hazardous to his health or life-threatening. If something gets him going, it is very difficult to get him to stop, and even then, he’ll likely complain about it. After all, if something isn’t fun, why do it? Life is just one big adventure!
Lover of music and of pizza (he thinks it has something to do with his past life as a human), he can usually be found blasting out to a tune from a pair of headphones and an iPod or enjoying a box of pizza off duty or even during outings to the world of the living.
Aside from his witty comments and interests though, he is approachable in the sense that he can be friendly with people he likes and truly does have a heart of gold, leading him to make solid friendships that are built to last.
Physical Stature:While Ryoujin may not appear to be some fantastic bulky-looking superhero from a popular manga, he would like to think that this fact is outweighed by his well-kempt pink hair that falls down just short past the base of his neck, not to mention the fact that he has a lean and fit body, a product from honing his hohou and zanjutsu skills at the Eleventh’s training facilities. Not only that though, this is coupled with his pink eyebrows and auburn eyes. In actuality, he is seventy years old, but appearance wise, he can be mistaken easily for an eighteen-year-old.
Besides that, he stands at a height of 5’8 and weighs 148 pounds. This Duelist prefers to dress casually. Normally, he can be found wearing the standard shihakushou along with a scarf (various colors depending on what he feels like at the moment) and of course the ebony scabbard attached to his waist. On his right ear, Ryoujin has piercings.
When he is in the world of the living, his gigai follows the same casual standard consisting of a hoodie, jeans, and branded tennis shoes although as of late, the gigai operators seem to be fond of dressing him up as a school boy.
History:After having arrived to Soul Society at a young age with no recollection of his former life as a human, Ryoujin found a home in the 56th district of West Rukongai. There, he learned several trades in order to earn his keep ranging from construction working all the way to crimes such as pick pocketing. Soon, however, he experienced frequent cases of hunger in which he was later told that he possessed a moderate amount of reiatsu. He was recommended to enter the Spiritual Arts Academy in order to become a shinigami, which at first sounded dull, but at least, it was far more thrilling than the life he had in Rukongai.
With six years of boring lectures over with, Ryoujin finally earned enough credits in order to join the ranks of the Gotei 13. None but the Eleventh seemed interesting enough, and so, he finally found himself joining up with the Fearless Duelists whose captain seemed to be missing for quite a while. And so, the next chapter of his life began.
The Eleventh had tested him to the point where he realized that Tsubaki, the de facto leader of the division, wasn't too keen of him and his antics. Despite that, Ryoujin seemed to be making friends quickly, one of which was Reijuu Kyuketsu who teamed up with him on multiple missions. As he began to build a track record for himself, the pink-haired youth certainly had not expected the possibility of there being a war on the horizon so quickly. Not having been a shinigami during the campaign that Faust led into Hueco Mundo, he had no true field experience besides the records on file of the hollows he cleansed and the soul burials he did. With such an opportunity revealing itself, he knew that that would change soon.
Along with the news of a few abducted shinigami and a missing judge, the Eleventh was shocked to see that it wasn't Yuzuki Masato, who carried the haori with him but rather it was the former Third Seat, Mabara Tsubaki. And if that weren't enough, Ryoujin found that time was running short, and he along with a fewer new recruits were taught Animus Solitatis. As the time to deploy approached, Tsubaki deemed fit that Ryoujin was to be ninth seat as long as he kept a cool head.
And somehow, fate had deemed fit to throw in a surprise as three divisions were finally deployed to the world of the living. There, Ryoujin and co were assaulted by quincy arrows and hollows. Barely managing to make it out, due to teaming up with each other and the help of Tsubaki taichou and Makoto taichou, Ryoujin found that the Gotei's victory meant nothing. It wasn't a noteworthy victory that befit a warrior. What had taken place was a massacre. To add to that, the Gotei's chain of command seemed to crumble with the death of Faust, Louhi, and Chiaki.
A new era was slowly making itself known, but it was one that was unpredictable.
Almost immediately upon the Gotei’s return to Soul Society, Tsubaki’s official taishuu practical, one of several, took place. As expected, she came out as Captain of the Eleventh. Along with this change came with it an overall change to the Eleventh Division. No longer known as Fearless Duelists, the esteemed Eleventh became the Blood Templars. From there, Ryoujin found himself promoted to fourth seat, and later, co-third seat.
With all of these promotions came with it more attention that he didn’t necessarily want. It reached the point where he was nominated as a potential candidate for Captaincy. Tsubaki approached him about it; however, he declined, knowing that he wasn’t prepared for it plus it’d probably be disastrous if he were ever to hold such a position.
Such a thought was minute in comparison to what the Gotei soon found themselves up against. In a campaign that took them to Hueco Mundo in order to investigate reiatsu surges in the area, they were ambushed by Espada. It turned out that these were but mere illusions. The mastermind behind the attack was a Vasto Lorde named Prometheus. Had Sayis Inuzuri and Theron Ascania not arrived when they had, Ryoujin and co would have found themselves dead. Although they had escaped with their lives, Prometheus cursed each and every one of them and everyone in the scouting group had a collar with a skull around it.
Each collar cursed a particular shinigami in a different way. Ryoujin's in particular prevented him from moving normally. With each and every movement, he felt the sudden urge to cartwheel. As days passed by, the pink-haired shinigami became restless until finally he was assigned to a bounty mission alongside the Walker, Manzo Kagetoki. After defeating the target, he unexpectedly found himself free from the collar. Not being able to explain the spectacle, he returned to Soul Society to report back to headquarters about what had happened; however, the Gotei soon found itself entering a darker era as Tsubaki made an attempt to lift the restrictions that the Central Forty-Six had placed on zanpakutou releases. Her attempt failed however; and she soon lost her standing.
After a fight with Theron Ascania, she was branded as a rogue shinigami. With the Onmitsukido after her head, she left the Eleventh with an imparting promotion for Kyuketsu. With him being Acting Captain and Tsubaki's whereabouts unknown, Ryoujin found himself conflicted. He sought revenge, but after a confrontation with Kyuketsu, he decided to settle down for the time being. There were far more pressing matters to worry about, starting with being impersonated and accused for having killed fellow shinigami in broad daylight.
After some investigating though, Ryoujin finally met the man that had sucessfully pulled the right strings, and in a battle where he was left to survive or die of bloodloss, the only remaining image that he had was of the rogue shinigami Kyoshiro telling him to seek him out once he became stronger.
After having cleared his name up and having survived the humiliating battering that Kyoshiro had given him, Ryoujin knew that he had to start closing the gap up between him and the far more formidable shinigami in the Gotei's arsenal. In order to, he had to try to learn the division techniques that the Templar Queen left behind.
After following Kyuketsu to an underground chamber, one of perhaps many secrets that their predecessors had neglected to share, Ryoujin went through a very twisted and deranged test conducted by none other than the Acting Captain. For a split second, it seemed like his limbs had been detached from him, but in the end, it turned out to be an illusion. By the end of it, Ryoujin had managed to gain part of the Templar's legacy, an armor that granted him the power to lace his shunpo's slipstream with a burning aura that scorched anyone that came near it. While that was great, war once again loomed on the horizon.
As if bad luck had a habit of following him, the LaSalle twins escaped from the Maggot's Nest with the help of a mysterious and crafty individual who went by the name of Anshinkan Raifuku. With some investigating and clues found, the Gotei assembled its best at the top of Soukyouku Hill. After traversing through the First Senkaimon to where the supposed location of Raifuku was, Ryoujin found himself separated from everyone else. In a confrontration with Raifuku, he found himself apart of a survival game to find two other kanji pieces. In search of Kyuketsu, Tsubaki, Zakeriah, Amaya, and other comrades, he wandered upon a rogue shinigami, who went by the name of Taiken Yuusuke. After a grand battle with the former Captain of the Sixth and Second Division, he managed to help kill the man.
Shortly afterwards, Kyuketsu and Picca stumbled upon him and Suzuki Setsuna, whom he had been working alongside with up to this point. In a confrontation with a deranged explorer named Thomas, both Ryoujin and Kyuketsu had no choice but to reveal a hidden technique that they had hoped not to use so soon. After unleashing the domes of Soryukan, Thomas committed suicide before they could so much as land the killing blow themselves. With another enemy out of the way, things suddenly became more desperate as the rules of the game changed, ensuring that there was no way to advance without getting one's hands on at least two kanji pieces.
As a result, Ryoujin knew what he had to do and fought against Kyuketsu. Normally, their clashes would end in stalemates, but for the first time, Kyuketsu defeated him and left him incapacitated. When he assumed that he was dying, the pink-haired Templar realized that he was inside of some glass encasing this whole time and woke up. After breaking free, he stumbled upon Nana, Lilith, Tsubaki, Ishin, Manzo, and Igasho. The reunion was shortlived though after having discovered Buryoku Gaikou. Although certainly not intentional, they seemed to have broken the weapon, releasing the toxins within, and their battle against armed Destriers who were safeguarding the machine caused the water to begin to flood into the corridors. Against a race for time, Ryoujin set out back to Soul Society with Manzou and Yoshinaga Gorou to deliver a message to the Kidou Chief and work from the outside to get everyone out before Raifuku could make his next move.
Eventually, they were able to do so, and the Gotei returned in one piece, including those who were supposedly "killed" within Raifuku's game. With Raifuku's body missing but assumed to have been crushed along with the cave in that took place, the Gotei once more resumed its task of rebuilding itself back home. One such change that needed to be made was the passing on of the Eleventh's haori but before then Kyuketsu seemed to have known that Ryoujin had already managed to gain a BanKai release and had opted not to use it for a long time. After finally revealing Ryuusei Kazeoni to his friend, things seemed to have gone downhill. Not having realized the breach in peace-time regulations, Ryoujin was arrested for releasing within Soul Society.
As he served his sentence, he reunited with Toshi, whom he had not seen for months. Finally founding out the reason why his friend was there, Ryoujin's resolve increased tenfold as he realized that the man that had impersonated him and nearly got him executed had also went so far as to drag Toshi into the mess as well.
With enmity and conviction to murder said man, Ryoujin, upon release from prison, set out towards the World of the Living, on a month long scouting mission that was green lit by none other than Kyukestu. In a deadly encounter with Kyoshiro, the two fought for what seemed like days on end to Ryoujin until finally he was able to skewer the man and carry out his revenge. When he was well enough to get his wits and bearings back, he returned to Soul Society only to find out that he had missed out on the reopening of old divisions along with the reappearance of Prometheus, who had once again caused havoc.
With a gap growing between him and other formidable shinigami within the ranks of the Gotei, Ryoujin pursued his training once more trying to surpass his potential.
Zanpakutou:Hidden beneath the scabbard that Ryoujin carries with him at all times is a polished katana with a four-starred guard. The handle is red and made to be gripped with either or both hands. The tsuka has the character 嵐 engraved into it meaning storm which also happens to be Ryoujin’s last name, Arashi. Beneath the pommel of the katana, there is the Soul Society crest that is used to perform soul burials.
Shi Kai -Kazeoni [Wind Demon] “Scatter, Kazeoni.”
Form: As soon as the release phrase is uttered, the sealed zanpakutou shatters and transforms to a hefty double-sided katana. To Ryoujin, the blade feels as light as a feather. However, should anyone else attempt to wield Kazeoni, he or she will be completely vulnerable to its bulk. During shikai, the weapon itself loses the star hand-guard, leaving nothing but the exposed steel and grip. On its now blood-red blade, an inscription in kanji is written, loosely translating to, "I am the wind, existing everywhere and nowhere. I am the gale, the tempest, and the twister, purging life from this barren earth of sins."
Manifestation:
Kazeoni (upper right image) is the personification of wind itself. He is said to have no identity, taking the form of a warrior. Armor and plating of the finest crafted steel protects him from harm. Usually, he can be found surrounded by a number of floating weapons. The only visible attribute that can be seen through the mask plating are blue wisps of smoke. The lower half of his body is visible at times, but if he so wishes, he can transition into and out of reality. Similarly, his body is impervious to physical means of touch if so he wishes.
Inner World:
Enclosed by a chain of rugged mountains and valleys, Ryoujin's inner world can be described as divided. Depending on Kazeoni's mood, the Templar can be transported to either the flourishing citadel above or the ancient ruins of an empire long forgotten. Scattered around the inner world, there are multiple weapons that have been stabbed into the ground, ranging from newly refurbished spears to battle worn swords. No matter where Ryoujin may end up, a strong gust of wind is always blowing. Above, the sky is surrounded by dark clouds. Despite this fact, sunlight manages to stream into the plane through various gaps and spaces in between.
Ability:
The primary ability of Kazeoni allows Ryoujin to craft any weapon that he so chooses, ranging from swords, spears, scythes, etc. Each weapon that is summoned has the physical properties of the original and can harm spiritual beings(ie: If a sword is summoned, it is made of steel...). He can summon one weapon per 2% of his reiatsu. After training vigorously, Ryoujin can summon up to ten blades maximum at once if he so wishes (one weapon starting at 1k connection, + an extra for every 1k connection after that, capping out at 10k connection).
Ability: The second ability helps Ryoujin maintain control over the weapon(s) summoned. Should he want to have complete mastery over the weapons, he must pay 2% of his reiatsu per round. This makes it capable for the pink-haired youth to control the course of any of the weapons he summons whether it is to have them deflect a blow, change directions midway, etc.
Attack: At a cost of 5% of his reiatsu, Ryoujin is able to supercharge each weapon. Imbued with the biting force of a powerful gust, each weapon works in tandem to produce one huge slash-shockwave which travels forward towards an approaching enemy. It can travel at a flat 30 feet.
[ 卍解]
Bankai -
Name: Ryuusei Kazeoni (Falling Star Wind Demon)
Form: Satisfied with at least having a Shikai release, Ryoujin never once considered the fact that he may one day attain the final release. After establishing an impenetrable connection with Kazeoni, the wind demon that lays dormant in his soul slayer, he has made a deal with the spirit only to use the release when the situation demands it. Otherwise, the utterance of BanKai will result in nothing. This contract is set to last as long as Ryoujin stays true to his goals and doesn't falter.
Once Ryoujin successfully manages to activate his BanKai release, his soul slayer will remain as a katana; however depending on his intentions, it will either be completely white or of an obsidian hue, reminding him that no matter if he is considered a friend or foe, he will continuously and adamantly question everything that is around him. In addition to wielding the blade itself, he now has two large Hira-shurikens that float around him.
Ability 1 - As an extension to Kazeoni’s shikai and staying true to the origin of its name, the Ban Kai enables Ryoujin to summon almost indistinguishable weapons coated with wind that still hold the same physical properties and cutting edge of the original weapon intended. Like its shikai counterpart, Kazeoni’s Ban Kai allows Ryoujin to gain absolute control over the weapons that are summoned for the cost of 1% of his reiatsu per round in order to control them and 2% of his reiatsu to summon a weapon itself. A total of five can be summoned at once if he so wishes.
Attack 1 (Bakushin chi 爆心地, Ground Zero) - Relying on Ryoujin’s superiority in agility, the first attack is based off of his hohou stat. With the bankai's sole ability to have completely mastery and control over weapons that are summoned, the Hira-Shurikens can shoot forward, aiming to detonate themselves in order to produce devastating damage towards anything that obstructs it's path. This costs 5% of his total reiatsu, and after the Shurikens detonate, jagged shrapnel is released from the center of the fiery explosion. The Shurikens are once more able to reform themselves from the iron found in blood. If they don't find purchase, then the summoning and control costs from the Bankai's ability apply to call them forth once more.
Attack 2 (Bouseki Senjin 紡績先陣, Spinning Vanguard) - After enduring the pain from being blasted by dozens of kidou from enemies and even from having one of his own spells blow up on him, the Bankai's second attack allows Ryoujin to use his Hira-Shurikens in order to cut through and even shield against energy based attacks. Anything that is equal to or less than the cost of 10% of Ryoujin's reiatsu that he pays to use the attack is either weakened or negated.
Attack 3 (Uzu Kaminari 渦雷, Cyclonic Thunderstorm) - The final attack of Ryoujin’s Ban Kai is the most taxing, and as such, he is limited to using it only once in a battle. Only reserved as a last resort, the attack as the name suggests is meant to overwhelm. Jumping into the air, dozens and dozens of blades surround Ryoujin and rotate around him at an accelerating rate. As the Storm Hunter, Arashi Ryoujin is able to channel 40% of his reiatsu into the weapons so that they unleash numerous cataclysmic lightning bolts at the enemy.
Unique Item- [Division item]-Tsukanoma no Kishi (Roughly translates to Transient Knight)
[Item Physical description]- At a glance, this item appears to be a decorated suit of shining white armor lined with streaks of blue and red. If others try and wear it, its hefty weight will hinder their movements; however to Ryoujin, he can don the armor with impunity. Outside of combat, it collapses into a necklace around Ryoujin's necklace, and can be formed whenever he infuses his own reiatsu into it.
Reference
[Item abilities]- With his speed as his forte, the armor given to Ryoujin grants him a certain level of invincibility when he performs any variation of shunpo. By using up one of his shunpo uses and executing a said flash-step, a scorching aura roughly 5 inches surrounds his entire body. Anything caught near the aura before during and after Ryoujin performs a shunpo gets damaged by the same cost he uses to pay the ability.
Although freed from the curse, a hint of the madness will always be present. The impulse, and ability, to cartwheel are ingrained into Ryoujin, and the unique usage he found for the motion has become part of it. At will, Ryoujin can replace a Senka with Daisharin Uzu Kaminari, paying the full cost. Ryoujin enters a blindingly fight lightning cartwheel, eschewing a direct attack in favor of an electric stun that can interrupt a single attack or ability. This technique has the same strengths and restrictions as Senka, but the user arcs to the left or right of their target rather than traveling in a straight line, leaving a trail of lightning in his wake.
Name: Soryukan [ Twin Dragon Coffin ]
Type: Fated Alliance Tech (for Reijuu Kyuketsu and Arashi Ryoujin)
Description: The bond shared by Kyuketsu and Ryoujin has allowed the two of them to, time and again, trample the odds and stare Death in the eye with arrogant grins painting their faces. Their camaraderie is as fortified and resolute as their swords, and through growth, they have learned to incorporate each other’s abilities to compliment one another. By harnessing the elemental properties of Kazeoni, Ryoujin is capable of engulfing the battlefield in a dome composed of gusting winds roughly 50 feet in diameter and 30 feet in height. Kyuketsu can then, with the use of his sword’s destructive potential, embed torrents of spiritual energy into the dome’s lashing winds.
This confined space allows the two fighters to systematically close the gap on an opponent while preventing any method of escape. If an enemy is to touch the walls, the energy detonates and causes damage. This naturally disperses the dome, but if left undisturbed, it will implode in itself after 5 turns, causing damage to anyone (Ryoujin and Kyuketsu included) still trapped inside.
Requirement: 1. To summon the wind dome itself, both Ryoujin and Kyuketsu must pay 1,000 reiatsu each.
2. To empower the force circulating the dome, both men pay a combined cost of 10% (5% each) of their own spirit energies. This same amount is equivalent to how much damage the explosion deals.

Despite his extraordinary growth in power over time, Shunsen had always been berated by his superiors namely Okaeshin, the former co-vice captain although there were times when he was complimented for his accomplishments. The root of his problems stemmed from his over-the-top optimism. Formerly the fourth seat of the Blitzkrieg Strike Unit led by Ritoru Furousha and acting as a Lance Commander during the Invasion of Hueco Mundo, Shunsen is said to have fallen into a slump after his return from said campaign those years ago. Although he had managed to save his vice-captain Arcadian Kyuu from death with the help of Mangetsu Tougen, the purple-haired teenager seemed to be experiencing misfortune everywhere he went. With the Blitzkrieg falling apart and having seen his long-lost brother, Kyo Takehiro, die in front of him, he soon asked to leave his duty as a seated officer.
When Anthonv Zhukov, the then Imperator of the Army of Masks, entered Rukongai along with the hollow Daedalus, Shunsen confronted them along with several other shinigami. Although he fought valiantly, he vanished along with several other shinigami, who too were said to have been infected and turned into vizards. Although most had waken up from their pods, Shunsen’s fate was different.
After struggling from a coma and having endured many trials and tribulations, Shunsen gradually began to change both physically and personality wise. He now appears as a young adult in his very early twenties. He stands taller now, and his facial features no longer tell the story of an optimistic boy. His eyes have become a striking violet, and his previous long, wavy purple hair is now tied back into a ponytail. He prefers to wear a headband and a matching scarf. Although he has hardened his core, the ex-shinigami still remains sociable and friendly. If one hits the wrong nerve though, he will not hesitate to strike them down. With both experience and having seen his fair share of things that were better left unmentioned, he has become the leader that Ritoru always envisioned in him. Nowadays, he prefers to be referred to as Shun although in the past he has had many nicknames such as Seishunki or Eggplant.
Release phrase: (陳列 題材 ) Show them the truth, Momentos
Manifestation: The manifested spirit in Shunsen's zanpakutou, Momentos, resembles an ordinary male child. This boy possesses gray hair and prefers dressing himself in a jumpsuit or a jacket followed by jogging pants. His colors are very plain mainly white and gray. The only distinguishable feature that is different from everything else are his eyes. They appear to be cat-like and they have a light green tint. If Momentos happens to wear a jacket, he usually tears some of the fabric near the upper part of his sleeve. Of course, this is just his way of fashion and displaying it.
Release form: During shikai, Shunsen‘s zanpakutou has the same form of a katana. The only feature that is different is the design. Now, there is a blue linen cotton attached to the hilt as well as one dragon crest on each ends of the handle. These crests have amethyst gems on them that is similar to Shunsen's hair color which is a semi-dark shade of purple. There are also japanese characters on the surface of the blade that stand for, “Good fortune.”
Kuro-n (cloning): Since the manifested spiritual being within his zanpakutou is a child and Shunsen's own physical appearance resembles that of a teenage boy (or at least used to until now), they have many things in common. By performing this kai, they both become “one” or interconnected. This ability benefit’s the former third division soul reaper because he can create two solid clones of himself. Each of these clones hold the same katana as Shunsen, and their strength is based on a fourth of his zanjutsu stat during shikai. The ability costs Shunsen 10% of his total reiatsu, and these clones last three turns maximum. This kai can only be used twice per battle.
[ Shichitai ] — 七諦 (The Seven Truths)
"Ban..Kai, Shichitai, Momentos!"
Concept: Summoning/Deceptive
Form: Upon uttering the phrase for his bankai, Shunsen is surrounded by teal reiatsu. The form of his zanpakutou stays the same, but seven giant glass mirrors surround him and his opponent
Ability: Shunsen’s ability is the manipulation of the seven mirrors. His shikai is summoning two clones of himself. Meanwhile, during bankai, he can create clones of his opponents. The different ways in which the mirrors can be used to his advantage are listed below. If a mirror is to shatter, he must pay 5% of his reiatsu in order to create another.
Attack # 1: [ Danmaku ] — 弾幕 (Barrage)
- Once the mirrors appear, Shunsen creates two clones of his opponent which requires 5% of his reiatsu to be used up. These clones look exactly like Shunsen’s opponent, but they don’t have the abilities of the original nor do they have the same stats (refer to attack #3 for the exception of the opponent's ability). However, if the opponent is a shinigami, arrancar, or a vizard, they do have the sealed form of the opponent’s zanpakutou.
The clones and Shunsen move through the mirrors, and the rate at which they do so is dependent on Shunsen’s hohou. When they shift from one mirror to the next, they have to jump out and go to the next one, giving the opponent some time to strike them down. However, as they move through the mirrors, they can unleash a volley of slashes just like during shikai.
Attack # 2: [ Toki no Tachi ] — 時の経ち (Passage of Time)
- Since mirrors can be symbolic of truth, Shunsen is able to use the mirrors to reflect “different truths”. These vary from person to person. For example, if someone is strong, but has no true goals, Shunsen is able to use that person’s weakness of purpose against him or her. If someone is caring, Shunsen can show something in the past that caused that person a great deal of dread. He is able to show events in the mirror that have already happened to his foe, or he can make up events that might happen because of their weakness or flaw. This ability requires 4% of reiatsu each time it is used.
Attack # 3: [ Eigyou ] — 映形 (Mirrored Form)
- This attack allows Shunsen to mirror one ability of his cloned opponent‘s (if shinigami or vizard, the shikai ability, if Advent Human, the first stage, and if it’s an arrancar, ressureccion). Given that it is the final attack of his bankai, it is more cost-heavy. In other words, the ability is nowhere near as powerful as the original owner’s unless the cost that he pays (15% of his reaitsu) exceeds that which it costs for the owner. This attack can be used during attack #1.

Yoshiyuki, Toshi
This silver-haired assassin is actually one of Ryoujin's best friends from the Academy. Known to end his sentences often with "dude" or something to that effect, Yoshiyuki Toshi is as dramatic, eccentric, and energetic as they come. His explosive outlook and personality seem to rub off on others, and at times, he can get caught up in the moment to the point where he exaggerates everything or even breaks into tears when accomplishing something. Always speaking his mind and challenging his superiors when he thinks they're doing something wrong, Toshi gives little to no care of what others think about him.
________________________________________________
Yamamoto, Kenji (Last name, first name)
Yamamato Kenji has been in the Eleventh for an uncertain period of time; however, it is certain that he has been there a while. His skills and mindset are enough to warrant him a seated position. Surprisingly, he remains unseated to this day though. That aside, in every sense of the word, he is a model shinigami, one who can teach properly and has loads of etiquette. His patience and tact are believed to have come from his former life. Most believe that he was once a drifting samurai, and that fact is more evident in the way he wields a weapon. Really skilled in the blade, he is a stepping stone for Ryoujin. In another sense, he is Ryoujin's rival. Whenever the two cross paths, there is certainly an air of enmity towards one another. Rarely have they ever worked with one another save for the times when the Gotei is deployed to a large-scale mission. In those instances, trivial things such as rivalries have to be thrown aside for the greater cause.

Kinjo Daisuke
Kinjo, Daisuke (Last name, First name)
Physical Stature:Not exactly the tallest of WHO members, Daisuke stands at a modest height of 5'4. His brown hair is usually left unkempt due to being uncontrollably messy. One of his most unique features is his cat-like sienna eyes. Furthermore, he also has a lanky frame and likes to think that these physical attributes help him adapt all the more to many situations.
Persona:Daisuke likes to believe that he was born a natural born leader. Never afraid to take the reigns of command when necessary especially when he feels like correcting someone, he is completely self-confident and prideful in his own ability. Sometimes this trait is exaggerated to the point where he is considered to be stubborn and rebellious. He also gets this unpredictable nature from being homeless during a good portion of his early teenage life.
History:Life has always been rough for Daisuke Kinjo. Being the youngest of three sons, he was barely acknowledged as much as his older siblings. Too much was expected of him. This fact alone made him detest his parents at an early age. However, upon turning thirteen, he realized just how much life would be without a family. During a road trip, he lost his entire family to a car accident. Being the only survivor, he was considered to be an orphan. Before he could even be put up for adoption though, the youth ran away and entered the second phase of his life... which didn't turn out that well.
Like the norm, bad luck followed Daisuke wherever he went. Life as a beggar wasn't exactly thrilling, especially considering half of his time was spent on the run. Soon, he began seeing things that others couldn't. Masked beings and robed figures roamed around Tokyo. When asking others about these strange phenomenons, he was considered to be delusional. It wasn't until word had gotten around about him when a strange man approached him and told him about an organization for people like him. Deciding to check it out, Daisuke ventured into the depths of the Order of the White Horse. And ever since, his life seemed to constantly be improving.
Form:Daisuke's true awakening bolsters his affinity for ice. While there is no set form, the youth is able to manipulate his reiatsu in order to bend it into different forms of ice.
Ability #1:In exchange for 3% of his reaitsu per round, Daisuke is able to fortify his already resistant human body by encasing ice on various parts of his body.
Ability #2:In exchange for 5% of his reiatsu, Daisuke can mold ice into one makeshift object or weapon. He can summon up to a total of three at once if he wishes (if that were the case, it would cost 15% of his total reiatsu).
Ability #3:As a last resort, Ice-Ice Baby! grants Daisuke the skill needed to fire a beam of ice at his opponents. This final attack takes the form of a ravenous turquoise dragon. Should someone be struck by it, the point of impact will suffer from frost which cannot be extinguished by normal means. The part of the body that is frozen will remain that way for one round unless an ability of a greater cost is used. This ability costs Daisuke 10% of his reiatsu. (Reference: The kidou that I submitted and got approved a long time ago: Hadou #70, Kokuryuha. Only difference being, this is ice, and that is well fire.)
