ooo so was the photograph originally just of the flower?? i like what you did with it...looks like watercolor paints. 
one thing i don't get though...why the discontinuity in the bg, from the top to the bottom?? i think the violet sparkly stuff would've looked awesome if it was continuous. but other than that, i think it looks awesome. like a watercolor painting.

Yea, just a flower photo. So I edited the appearance, added design elements, and minimal brushing. Just some messing around in Photoshop, really. About the BG, it's also a part of the photo. I'll link you to it when I find it on sxc.hu again. That way, you can see what I did.
