Rper: Code of the Noble
Head of House: Anenokoji Hisoka
Crest: White Magnolia on royal blue
Members: Senesati(Adopted), Kana, Haru, Goro (1st Heir), Talia (Matriarch)
Vassals:
Rivals: LaSalles
House History:
House Anenokoji was founded six hundred years ago by Hisoka, an aristocratic man that believes power is to be respected and not feared. Anenokoji Hisoka has been known for many good deeds within districts one, two and three to the south. They take pride in their culture to obey Law and Order, including the laws they have passed on their terrain. For this reason they believe these districts have remained as civil as they have been for so long. House Anenokoji is located in the First District in the South of Seireitei. This house is dedicated to keeping their land as civil and clean as possible. Hisoka does not tolerate riffraff and will expunge any outsiders that disrupt their calm.
The family thrived to keep strong blood coursing through this house as such their only daughter married into one of the Four Noble Houses, House Ashanti of the South, a house that takes pride in their strength as nobles and a house as a whole. Hisoka was thrilled to hear Osei (of House Ashanti) wedding their daughter, Kana, despite some of the odd tales that have rumored about in the Soul Society, in terms of toughening up their children. If anything they would adopt some of their ways in terms of strength. They were even more honored to be Vassals of House Ashanti when their lord had entered the Seireitei Tournament to reclaim the Onimitsukidou from the LaSalles who soiled their honor about the time of the SQN Liberation.

Signature of the Tenth
[ Signature of the Tenth ]
Upon initiation into the Tenth, a shinigami receives the division's signature mark. The location of the mark is up to the initiate, but it must be open to the air to use, and thus it is advisable to place it where it is visible or easy to reveal: many choose the back of one hand.
This mark is a circular incantation written in a mixture of languages and symbols. There is an open area in the center where the outer circle merges into the incantation of a single kidou, to be chosen by the initiate. The incantation spirals in toward the center of the circle, creating a hitotsudomoe. Once chosen, it may not be changed. The shinigami will have a probationary period of three weeks to decide which kidou they will specialize in -- at that point, they must choose a known kidou or remove themselves from the division.
The chosen kidou may not be greater than rank fifteen. This signature kidou is empowered by the mark of the Tenth and can be cast merely by calling out Hitotsu, Futatsu, or Mitsu: the spell requires no incantation or gestures. The kidou consumes half of the normal reiatsu and does not count against the user's kidou slots or threshold.
The mark will glow with the color of the caster's reiatsu when using the signature kidou. At 1000 Kidou the user gains a second Signature kidou, forming a futatsudomoe. Upon attaining 2000 Kidou, the user gains their third and final Signature kidou. These additional Signature kidou begin at different points in the circle but spiral toward the same end, forming the complete symbol of the division: the mitsudomoe.

Numerous powerful symbols are formed into small serrations around the outside of the Signature. The wielder of this mark gains a deeper understanding of the connections between kidou, allowing the user to bind two separate kidou to cast them at one time. The caster may combine kidou of the same class -- hadou or bakudou -- by paying an additional 25% to the reiatsu cost.
Since Bakudou and Hadou are fundamentally different, it is more difficult to combine the two. The user may do so, but must pay an additional 50% of the normal cost.
Kidou that require four or more slots may not combine with others.

Persona: As the youngest of the Anenokoji siblings, Haru pretty much had everything handed to him as a young child. Due to this nature he can seem a bit selfish and extremely critical of his fellow peers, but he means well. He much prefers to read a book rather than hang in a large crowd and is often seen sowing or crafting dolls for young children on his spare time. Unlike his brother, Goro, Haru is very shy when it comes to women he has an interest in. When it comes to combat, he would take a ranged approach as opposed to a melee one.
