About the renji one, it's just messy, I might submit something similar for all of them, we'll see. The banner contest is going really poorly because nobody submits anything. Hell you give one a shot, it can't hurt D:

If you somehow incorporated gloss into those icons, it would make them amazing. However, gloss should be on about 30-40% opacity.

hmmm, I don't know since I probably would never use a custom made icon, since the originals are so damn pertty. Although if you want practice, you could make me one with a design on it. Plus on top of that I don't really know how to change icons... :>

Hmm,I like the text and background,just the image in the middle doesnt really grasp my attention and I don't really get the blue feeling from it.Also,there's alot of empty spots.
