I have a few ?'s about npc's. How many can one person have? If i make them ah, q, or v do i have to do anything special? And can they be slight stronger the the guy i want to make so they give him a hard time?
As far as I know there are no limits to how many NPCs one person can have but keep in mind if you introduce a ton of them it will be hard to keep track of whose who.
There's no problem making them any race/division you want unless of course they were something like a seated offer at which point its best to ask whoever's in charge of the thing if you can.
And you can make them as strong as you want so long as they can't decimate captains (moot gets angry when NPCs suddenly become more powerful then him)
The standard rule is that an NPC can't be more than 10% stronger than your PC. Of course, that's flexible but anything with Bankai is a no-no. The only NPCs with that sort of power are fully fleshed out ones that usually have some role in the metaplot with a serious past and belong to the senior members.
the npc's i am going to or might make if grim is added where going to be 1 shinigami, 2 AH, 1 Q, and 1 V. the shinigami won't be very strong so there will not be any bankai users.
