Regarding chapters...

If I were to say... post an application to join the RP and in my Biography section, it mapped out my character's (Shinigami) mortal life, but not his Soul Society life (which I think I'd leave most of to Flashback chapters, etc.)

...In this Biography, there are two NPC characters, both of which die along with my character. Is it possible to use them as NPCs in a Chapter? They wouldn't come up in a Collab... but simply in chapters.

Oh that note, if it were possible (and I'm talking them coming up not only in flashbacks, but in present settings as well) would they be allowed as Shinigami also? I'm not sure on this point either, because they would be NPC members who were, technically speaking, under command of other active RP participants (namely captains of the squads they'd be in).

To try and make things clearer:

Would I be allowed to include -In chapters, not collabs- NPC characters referenced in my character's Biography? If so, would they also be allowed as Shinigami?

I'm thinking that if they were Shinigami, they'd obviously not be listed as characters under any squad, by any means, nor would they ever cross paths with any other RP participant --- sticking purely as unseated members of other squads that would only come up in my character's chapters for him to interact with.

Oh and Also:
I'm unsure over what to put in Week: "[Division or race] Week ___ - Character Name"

It wouldn't be relevant for an application, but If I did get accepted, would it be Week 0 to begin with? Or is there a week the RP is in that I need to list?

Hey there. First of all this is a nice question, showing you've put alot of thought into your character, which is encouraging. =3

Basically, in this RP you can have as many NPCs as you like in this RP, you can make them any race and for any purpose. (To be rivals with, to be scared of, to add comical value to your RP, theres many more.) Your welcome to expand them as much as you like, as long as you dont make them so they can like rape someone's PC or something like that.

While they would probably remain unseated, you could talk to the captain of the squad your NPC is in and ask if it'd be possible for them to move into a seated position. It'd all depend on what the captain felt like.

To answer your question, you can add major NPCs to your story and have them grow along with you. =3

Oh and to answer your second question; The week changes every week, so currently it is week 25 (I believe).

Yes, you can have NPCs in your chapters and even collabs. The only rule about NPCs is that you cannot use them for this purpose -

Guy 1: "Let's fight!"
Guy 2: "Okay!"
Guy 1: "Ohhhh. I beat you up! Hahaha."
Guy 2: "OH yeah well my l337 NPC brother just showed up and he's got 37,000 reaitsu! Hahahaha! I WIN!"

That's just dumb and frowned upon. Also, you can't go makin' your NPC like the ruler of Hell or something absurd like that. Try to give them a smaller role that ties in more to you personal plot alone.

Now, you can use NPCS for collabs, as I mentioned before. NPCs don't have to have their releases approved ( Shi Kai for shinigami and so on ) but that doesn't mean you should bring them in to a PC vs PC fight. ( Unless the person you're writing with is fine with this. If you guys can handle it maturely then by all means... )

Note - I said Shi Kai. Not Ban Kai. If you make an NPC with Ban Kai we will all laugh at you while pointing. A few of us might be inclined to insult. [/semi joke]
