thanks for the giant pic of a card it helped lots.
lol the bodysuit has a boobwindow and armored garters

the second ability should be the ability, and the first ability is an attack. you only have one ability haha

unwavering heart as its written sets it up so you can use determined heart (lol i feel lil gay saying these names) twice in a turn, while setting up a barrier at the same time, so you need to write it so that isnt possible

vizard attack: you can have it so it nukes your whole rei if you want, but you dont get to choose. just pick a set cost

Queen Of Hearts
Everyone that is precious to me in this world,
I will protect them all with my life,
On that I stake my very soul.
Kamelhair_QueenOfHearts.jpg

Name: Queen Of Hearts

Appearance: Upon uttering the release of "Bankai!" Noburu's tattooed right hand glows and pulsates with an otherworldly light. A flash of light and a clap of thunder transform the Vizard into a blindingly fast engine of destruction.

Queen Of Hearts takes the form of a crimson hued bodysuit that appears to be made of a nearly metallic material. Noburu's own iron resolve and sense of justice seems to pulse and flow through the suit, augmenting her combat options with the following abilities:

Ability: Racing Heart Noburu's reliance on her speed in combat also forces her to push her body to its absolute limit. While in Bankai, Noburu is able to move at speeds that ordinary Shinigami could only dream of. Noburu's shunpo distance increases by 1.5x its normal amount while Queen Of Hearts is active.

Attack: Determined Heart Relying on her speed forces Noburu to adopt a more liberal style of dispatching her enemies. Because of this she has learned to focus the momentum from her shunpo and isolate it into her fists. After exiting a shunpo, Noburu's attacks cause an additional 1% damage for each 10 steps taken in the previous shunpo. The damage boost caps at 20%, and lasts for one round.

Attack: Unwavering Heart While Noburu's tremendous speed enables her to dodge most attacks, the need may arise to protect others in the field of battle who are unable to protect themselves. By expending 3% of her Reiatsu, Noburu may perform 2 separate steps of shunpo in one turn, utilizing the momentum between them to create a field of opposing force. This attack is capable of deflecting 10% of Noburu's Hohou worth of damage. Due to the strain placed on her body by performing this move, Noburu is only able to perform Unwavering Heart once per turn.

Vizard Attack: Burning Heart A step up from her Smash of Profane Thunders feat, Noburu has utilized the greater reiatsu control afforded to her in Bankai to refine the attack. By expending 20% Rage, 80% Reiatsu and generating 10% Emptiness, Noburu can compress and fortify the normal energy of her Cero into a highly dense form. The compacted Cero is kept in a condensed state by the speed at which Noburu moves, making the attack a sort of bum's rush. The speed of the attack combined with the extreme compression of the Cero demand this attack be used in an open palm thrust, leading to the name of the technique. Upon impact, the compression releases, sending the full force of the fortified blast shooting forward in one massive burst.

Command:“Sing with Abandon, Heart's Morning Star” ["Utaimakuru, Kokoro no Hitotsuboshi"]

Spirit Manifestation
A large female wolf with white wings, Kokoro no Hitotsuboshi has a myriad of violet tribal markings covering her white fur. She has thick fur at her legs, saber fangs, and eyes the same color as Okaeshin’s.

To her, Okaeshin is just a grown up baby sister, one who she can be immensely proud of. Kokoro cares about her deeply, but is not above teasing her relentlessly whenever the opportunity arises. Equally as playful, but a lot more sensible, and incredibly fierce in battle, she complements her wielder’s youthful passion with her wisdom, but gets easily frustrated when her advice is not heeded.

Kokoro no Hitotsuboshi
koko.png

Released Form
When Okaeshin strikes her sealed zanpakutou vertically in the ground, the impact sets a vibration (similar to a tuning fork), and as she speaks the release command, the blade flows back around Okaeshin's hands, turning into incredibly thin strands of silk-like steel. The steel strands wrap around her hands, forming into wrist and hand wraps the same color as the unreleased uchigatana's blade. The strands finish loosely, forming a long ribbon on each end of the wrap, flowing continuously around Okaeshin's forearms over waves of sound. The individual strands in the wrap are sharp and as they vibrate, causing a slight tearing affect with each strike.

Every now and then, streaks of deeper violet lance through the wraps in tribal shapes.

Ability: Form

With the sound waves Okaeshin has flowing around her hands, she can form four claws around her fists, invisible save for a slight ripple in the air. In addition, when utilized in an attack, the ribbons gain a hard edge of sharp amethyst-like stone, which vibrate, creating a lighter clearer song along with the rest of the resonating strands.

Ability: Seiki (True Heart)

In the depths of a fighter is a hunter, a beast, a feral spirit, a true heart few people can ever bring themselves to recognize. With Seiki, the hidden depths of Okaeshin’s passion surface for all to see, and her instincts sharpen, elevating her wilder nature and her senses and reflexes doubling in effectiveness.

With such raw instinct unleashed, the control Okaeshin had as a civilized being all but vanishes, leaving behind an individual surging with dynamic emotions. These emotions radiate from Okaeshin in vigorous torrents, revealing her deepest feelings for all to witness, whether it be fear, anger, despair, love, or happiness.

Once Kokoro no Hitotsuboshi is released, this ability is always active, costing 2% reiatsu per turn and making the opponent's highest combat stat less effective by 5% of Okaeshin's connection for the duration of the fight.

Ability: Kyuomei no Kinsen (Resonating Heartstrings)

The fear of the unknown had often haunted Okaeshin as a young street girl living in a hiding world. In order to overcome, she found the solution was not fighting the fear, but discovering what made her afraid. And so the unknown becomes known.

Strengthening the hum of her blades by singing softly and taking strength from her zanpakutou spirit's howl, Okaeshin can reverberate objects, and in receiving the disturbance of the air in return, she can map out the affected area in a 50 feet radius, including anything or any person within it. At first, she is only able to pierce one layer and for one turn before losing her control, be it through floor or wall with a thickness of 3 feet. Every 500 connection, she can penetrate another layer and gain a turn of control. Subtle and efficient, this ability is difficult to detect unless those in the affected area have reiatsu 1.5 times that of Okaeshin’s.

Each turn costs 100 reiatsu

The hum and song are audible to those within a 20 feet radius of Okaeshin, and cannot be heard through a wall. The steady sound is punctuating by a rhythm of beats, but it seems to weave in and out of itself, giving it the musical quality of a canon.

Shikai

Heki Sujimichi (Piercing Thread)

Command: Pierce and Stitch , Heki Sujimichi

Manifestation: Heki Sujimichi takes the form of a small hedgehog, his back being purple in color with his under skin being white. Protruding from his back is a mass of seven inch long needles; they than him in size. He speaks in a confusing manner, always answering a question with another question; he also prefers to not give away any information that could be useful in the coming future. Believing hard work is the only way to achieve anything. He always seems to be extremely lazy usually sleeping when Ishii calls upon him.

Spirit Manifestation
cloudhedgehog.png

Release Form: Upon release Ishii points his zanpoktou forward and lets go it leaving it floating in midair. After which the metal begins pealing off until it takes the form of a seven inch long sewing needle, the needle takes a metallic silver color; bearing no markings to set it apart.

Abilities:

Hebi Nui (Serpent Sewing): By paying 100 rei, a black wire comprised of reiatsu forms connecting to the bottom of the needle. Only the needle is controlled by the user’s thought which means the user must focus completely on controlling the needle; loud noises can break the concentration if the user isn’t wearing some sort of ear covers. The length of the wire can be considered almost limitless, though the closer the wire is to the user the stronger it is. Which means the farther away it is from the user the easier it is to break. If the wire is broken in any area by any other means than the users will the rest will dissolve requiring it to be created again. Using the needle with the wire, the user is able to sew wounds or objects together. It is also possible to use it to bind a person by wrapping around them and sealing off there movement.

Harinezumi Yari (Hedgehog Spear): By paying 100 rei, the user can manipulate the size of the needle. When doing this the needle’s size grows to a maximum of four feet; though it still retains the same shape and plain design. While in this form Heki Sujimichi cannot use any other ability until it is returned to its base form of a needle

Vizard Attack:

Yuushittesen(Barbed Wire): When masked both the wire and needle become covered in small spikes. The spikes are 2 inches long and 2 centimeters in diameter, making Heki Sujimichi mainly offensive. This expends 5% rage and generates 3% emptiness.

Unyielding Thirst

Form: Seika’s left hand is covered with a strange, tattoo like, green flower. If the young man’s hands come in direct contact with a living or spiritual being, Seika will begin to drain the moisture from the target. This will begin by making the target thirsty and ending after prolonged / repeated contact causing complete dehydration.

Seika wears gloves to prevent this ability from automatically taking hold, as he unable to control the absorption process. Additionally, from the moment this ability manifests, the young botanist will have an extreme thirst, causing him to drink far more than any normal person.

Dehydrating Palms

Description: Removing his gloves Seika’s hands become quite lethal weapons, making direct contact with an opponent the young botanist will begin to drain the moisture from his target, though a short period of contact will do little more than make the target thirsty. Prolonged or repeated exposure will cause complete dehydration.
Reiatsu: 50 per strike / contact.

Name: Nariko Tanaka

Release: True Awakening

Form: Upon activation, a cinder-like color starting at the palm of Nariko’s hands quickly encompasses her entire body with the similar properties of flint. This form allows her to strike any part of her body to activate a fire, but this is purely cosmetics as her flame is a product of her form of reiatsu control. On the back of her shoulder blades there are lighter almost dulled fire emblems mirror image to each other.

Form

Drow_Spellcast_by_Cyzra.jpg

Including design on arms

Combat Specs: Being a person of strong will and stubbornness, Nariko’s fire responds in much the same way. It was through her willpower that she was able to harness the fire into controllable orbs which she would be able to hurl at foes, and it was through her will that she was able to access her stronger attacks involving the legendary bird of fire.
It is this same strength and testament to her will that Nariko is capable of unleashing her true awakened powers.

Ability-[Dancing Flame]: Upon proper focusing of her will, Nariko can generate a whip of fire. The process is actually a spectacle to behold should one find themselves in the situation to see such a sight. From Nariko’s hand, she generates the handle of the whip from the same material that coats her body while at the same time a trail of fire starting at the tip of her other hand traces through the air until the two meet. From this point on the whip acts as it would were it a real whip, except this one is a constant flame.

Whip
5b1cddb278abdd74af810a5a93d642cc.jpg

The length of the whip can vary as a show of Nariko’s will. It will never be shorter than 6 feet however it can extend to be longer. The length of the whip grows 6 inches for every 1000 harmony.

Ability-[True Phoenix]: This is only a more powerful version of Phoenix flame. Where that one was solely based on Nariko’s level of anger, she has much more control over this form. As one of the few abilities that grew in strength with Nariko, and probably one of the more fearsome to be on the receiving end of would be that of the Phoenix. From the fire emblems when focused on spires of fire erupt and take the form of flaming wings.

Beginning of True Phoenix
9ce279d3384478516eadf30c5ef2a6e0-1.jpg

With this ability there are three stages, each being a show of will power and determination. The first stage as mentioned above involves only the wings, the second stage requires a bit more strength and upon reaching it the head of the legendary bird rise up from Nariko’s body. Her eyes blaze with a furious white fire and these burning orbs rise up as the head takes form from her body.

The third stage is the most dangerous as the entire phoenix comes into full form and completely detaches from Nariko’s body free to roam at her will. This is the pure incarnation of her willpower, and can deal devastating blows to Nariko’s opposition.

However this power comes at a huge cost to Nariko leaving her drained in most cases afterwards.

Renrakusen (Connecting line)

"Ferry between Heaven and Earth- Renrakusen”

Form

As soon as the release phrase is uttered Renrakusen straightens- losing the natural curve of a katana. Simultaneously, a thin red line crawls from hilt to tip- running across the length of the blade. Immediately afterwards the metal to one side of this divide turns black, the other half white. While the lighter half is blunt the dark becomes jagged, growing canine like protrusions along the cutting edge.

Upon Alex’s first use of Shikai his sword’s hilt shatters- reforming into a translucent red oval. This is a permanent change, retained in Renrakusen’s sealed form.

Ability 1- Fix

Renrakushen’s jagged black edge is able to force spiritual power to leave objects- releasing it harmlessly into the air. Spiritually endowed items existing on Earth, for example Kidou scrolls, lose their supernatural properties. Objects composed solely of spiritual matter, such as Hollows and all material in Soul Society, never completely disintegrate due to this ability- simply becoming progressively weaker and more fragile. All effects are temporary, expiring after a few hours of the items non-use.

Liberates 5% of Alex’s connection in reiatsu from the target per strike- stacking twice. Spirits, and weapons spiritually tied to them, can never have more than a third of their total reiatsu drained this way.

Ability 2- Sever

The ability is activated by tapping the target with the blade’s blunt white edge, just as ‘Fix’ forces spirit particles from the target Sever injects them. A maximum of 10% of Alex’s reiatsu can be placed either into a spirit, in which case it acts as a buff (capping at an increase of 10% of their own rei) or an inanimate object. The latter has different impacts depending on where it is done: in higher realms (Soul Society/Hueco Mondo/ etc) the boost reinforces objects- making them appropriately harder to destroy and boosting their affects, while on Earth mundane objects can be spiritually charged. Doing this allows them to impact on Spirits, be it as makeshift weapons or barriers- as this negates said Spirits’ innate power to ignore their presence as an obstacle.

Shikai:

Name: Negru Viziune—Black Vision

Release Phrase: Vânătoare, Negru Viziune

Form: Negru Viziune is a black combat knife with thin lines of silver forming geometric patterns on its blade. The handle is also shot through with fine silver lines.

Spirit Manifestation: Is a male Great Grey Owl. He is the voice of reason to Dema, even tempered and coldly analytical, adhering to a cool logic that makes him just as cold and cruel as Dema but in a different and more dangerous way. His actions are based purely on what would advance what he thinks of as “The Hunt” (or mission).

Negru Viziune
GreatGrayOwl_B.jpg

Abilities and Attacks:

Trecut posesia (Past Possession): This ability allows Dema, for 1% of his reiatsu per use, to gain a sense of an object's or person's past, if they come in physical contact with Negru Viziune's released form. The ability is not able to see very far back, often it is only able to detect the last major event in the object's existence or a person's life. The effect is much clearer if the subject is caught in Răsucire Interogare, allowing him to actually experience the last major event visually as if he was looking through their eyes in their memory.

Răsucire Interogare (Twisting Interrogation): Dema can create up to 5 wires of condensed reiatsu spring from his blade, at a cost of 100rei per wire. He is able to direct them at will, causing them to whip and twist around objects. Their maximum reach is 20 feet. For an additional 3% reiatsu, Dema can send electrical impulses through the wires to stimulate different parts of the brain, causing intense pain or nervous system overload.

Time to resubmit my shikai. Sorry about adding onto your workload...

here's where I got my spec point:

http://www.bleachforums.com/showpost.php?p=873282&postcount=33

Shikai:

Name:
Hishou Masurao

Release Command:
Show them the righteous path, Hishou Masurao!

Manifestation:
Masurao takes the form of a male peregrine falcon with emerald green eyes.

Form:

After speaking the release command, Kago’s zanpakutou glows an emerald color and transforms into the form of a jian. The hilt of zanpakutou is emerald while the guard is midnight black. The length of the blade is just slightly shorter than the normal length of a jian for quicker strikes and more agile movements.

Ability: Tojikomemasu (Sealing/Lockdown)

The moment that his released blade makes contact with an opponent’s shikai, Kago can expend 5% of his opponent’s connection to revert the zanpakutou back to its unreleased state. This effect only lasts for 3 rounds and cannot be used against an adversary’s bankai form. Additionally, if the shikai has no tangible form, the same effect may be applied by striking the opponent’s body.

Seeing that this ability is based on the connection a shinigami has with his/her zanpakutou, this ability can also be used against vizards by following the same rules. The only difference, however, is that if the vizard is masked, Tojikomemasu is rendered ineffective. In addition, any vizard can bypass the 3 round limitation by calling upon his mask and then releasing his shikai form.

hey beth. in the end i left it as we discussed in aim like two weeks ago haha. another attack didnt come to me so im just gonna leave that slot open for now. yay~

Shikai:

Ikichi Wa Hitsuro... Sourei (Seize the lifeblood... Sourei)

Form:
One Baumsäge that has a chain hanging from the hilt end. Instead of the hilt shown in the picture, the Baumsäge has a more sword like hilt (for the sake of gripping it in the fashion of a sword). The Baumsäge is 1,5m feet long, the chain 2. [btw lol, I took a 2m steel measuring tape to see how it would be, yknow, wielding haha... man that was wicked xD]
Baumsäge

Attack/Ability:
When blood flows, the teeth of Hitome’s saws start rotating. The more blood flows, the faster they move as the saws pick up Hitome’s bloodlust and turn it into bloodlust of their own. As a result, the saws tear more violently with each round that passes and thus the damage Hitome inflicts in all following strikes is increased by 3%, to a cap of 18%. After an initial wound is landed, for every round that an injury is not dealt, the damage inflicted is reduced by 1%.

Vizard Attack:
Hitome’s Vizard attack forms an acid wall out of the blood that has been spilled. Hitome can have the wall clash with the enemy and engulf him. The amount of blood spilled is proportional to the size of the wall. If blood is spilled one time, the wall’s size equals a third of the enemy. If it is spilled two times, the size is two thirds of the enemy. If it is spilled three times, it’s the size of the enemy. That also is the maximum size. Hitome uses it by spending 3% rage and gaining 2% emptiness.

Bankai

Sourei Wa Ikichi Ni Ueru (Sourei hungers for lifeblood)

Form:
Two Baumsägen that are connected via a chain (Sg. Baumsäge, pl. Baumsägen) and six smaller saws floating/attacking. The hilt is sword like (as in shikai). The Baumsägen are 12m each. The chain can enlarge itself up to a length of 35. The smaller saws are 2m each.

Ability: Blood Preserves
In order to create her art, to turn the fight into art, Hitome needs as much blood as possible- be it her own or an enemy’s. As such it is her goal draw as much as she can. Therefore, she has to fight as long as possible to be able to spill more blood. To ensure that, Hitome regenerates 4% of her total reiatsu every time a wound is dealt to a cap of 40% per battle. This energy is used to repair the wounds dealt to her. The most threatening are first. However, the Hitome’s reiatsu cannot raise above its maximum by that.

Attack 1: Blood Kills
Hitome deliberately uses her bloodlust for her own benefit. This way the more blood is spilled, the bigger her bloodlust grows, the stronger she gets.

Attack 2: Blood twists
Hitome’s insatiable hunger for blood manifest itself in the way the blond Vizard relentlessly assaults her enemies, but more than surely, it’s not limited to that. In her desire to literally spill every single drop of blood inside her enemies, Hitome ends up tainting the very material she so dearly treasures. All blood that enters in contact with the cursed saws in Hitome’s possession is instantly affected by the incomprehensible hunger exuding from the voluptuous Vizard and mutate into a substance that still conserves its deep, crimson coloration, but that shares the same degree of lethality of a potent acid. If she so desires, and by paying an amount equal to 2% of her maximum Reiatsu, Hitome can instill a degree of freedom into the blood, allowing it to actually leap from her blade in search of the enemy’s flesh. Making contact with the tainted blood causes flesh to decay and other solid materials to decompose by the highly acidic properties of the substance.

Attack 3:
nothing for now

Vizard Attack: Life Blood No more
Hitome’s Vizard attack seizes all the blood that so far has been spilled. It gathers together and forms a wall that has acid properties. Hitome sends it bolting at the enemy via mind order. The wall, rather than just clashing with the enemy, has the ability to engulf him. The acid then sticks to the opponent and burns him for three rounds. Afterwards, it changes back into blood again. The dimensions of the wall depend on how much blood was spilled. If blood was spilled one time, the wall is half the enemy’s size. If it’s spilled two times, it’s the enemy’s size. If three times, it’s 1,5x the enemy’s size. That also is the maximum size. Hitome can use it by spending 20% rage and 4% reiatsu. She gains 10% emptiness

- Shikai -

By saying the phrase “Kirikorosu, Shimetsu” while sheathing his sword, Tetsuo releases the first seal on his Zanpakutou. The sword pulsates in an exaggerated fashion, sending a wave of malice and ill intentions across the battlefield, reaching friend and foe alike with its tentative promise of annihilation.

- Form -

Shimetsu retains the exact same shape as its unreleased form. Other than the ever occasional pulse of malice that it exudes, there’s really no visual manner to identify the release from ever happening other than hearing the words coming from Tetsuo’s mouth, or having prior experience in identifying such things.

- Ability -

The reasons for Shimetsu’s ‘wounded’ sheath are made obvious when its Shikai is released. Instead of acting as a mere container for the sword, the sheath becomes an active part of the battle, and by all means, a weapon itself. Hidden from the enemy’s eyes, the interior of the sheath becomes flooded by torrential currents of Tetsuo’s Reiatsu, charging his blade with the energy each time it travels within its confines – the act of sheathing and unsheathing the blade became a necessary part of the man’s strategy, something he had to incorporate to his fighting style in order to fluidly face his foes.

Each turn the blade spends sheathed correlates to an increase of 5% to the total damage that any blow made with his sword can potentially deal to an enemy, to a max of 50% after ten turns. The act of sheathing and unsheathing the sword in the same turn adds only the initial .05% to the equation.

- Attack -

By focusing the energy already gathered within his scabbard – at least 5%/one turn – and adding a total of 5% of his Reiatsu, Tetsuo unleashes a direct assault against his opponent in the form of a vicious thrust, piercing a line of scarlet colored Reiatsu towards his enemy with blinding speed. Maximum range is 25 meters.

Release: Shikai - Shiraha (lit. White Feather)

Spirit
Zanpakuto Spirit: Shiraha is a rather taciturn and humorless woman, appearing to be in her late thirties. She does little to aid Tsubaki in terms of advice or guidance, seeking only to steer the girl towards viewing the world as she does.

spirit.jpg

Upon releasing into Shikai, Tsubaki's weapon takes on a stark white hue, even going so far as to absorb the color from the area around it if Tsubaki so chooses.

Ability 1: Shikisaicho Setsu (Color Control) Tsubaki's released blade is of the utmost purity, and seeks to scour any irregularity from the world around it. By choosing to pay 1% Reiatsu per round, Shiraha drains any and all color from the immediate area (up to 10 meters), effectively reducing the world around her to black and white. This ability does not discriminate between animal, vegetable or mineral, and Tsubaki herself is not immune. Upon activating the ability all color is drained from the woman's form, breaking her down into the two fundamental hues she views the world in. In the case of living beings (Humans, Hollows & Shinigami), Tsubaki is able to perceive the nature of any individual caught in the radius of Shikisaicho Setsu. Those who are considered good from her standpoint will contain significantly more white upon their person, and those who she deems evil in relation to her own nature will mainly be composed of darker hues.

Attack: Sabaki (Judgment) As Tsubaki has trained in the art of the sword for literally hundreds of years, she has learned to focus her strength for pivotal strikes. Any foe struck by Sabaki suffers an additional 20% damage. Any foe struck in this manner acquires a pulsing white glyph somewhere upon their body branding them with a lasting mark, as well as enabling Tsubaki to use her most powerful strike once three glyphs have been etched upon the target. This attack costs Tsubaki 3% of her Reiatsu per use.

Attack: Shouri (Administration of Justice) Once three glyphs are present on a target, there is no hope of escape. Tsubaki's ultimate attack consists of a somewhat reckless over-the-head strike. As this is her strongest maneuver, Tsubaki must unleash the whole of her powers to utilize it. In addition to having three glyphs engraved upon their body, the foe must also be caught within the effect of Shikisaicho Setsu, meaning Tsubaki can no longer conceal her weapon's true nature. Upon connecting and after expending 10% of her own Reiatsu, her weapon strikes at the foe, detonating the three glyphs in the process. Each glyph causes 10% of Tsubaki's current reiatsu in damage to the foe once detonated.

Well, here goes with my bankai submission. Time to get denied, bankai style.

Changed some stuff to attack 3, mostly, it is based on normal cost and also works on stuff without costs as well.

Bankai

Name: Houshuku no Youki Matsuri ( 奉祝の妖気) Ghostly Festival of the Great Celebration

Form
The bankai has no form in itself. The zanpakutou will remain the same as always. The parts described below only appear when used.

Ability Form – The form of the ability is a white, glowing ring two meters in diameter. The ring cannot be touched by physical or energy means.

Ghostly Arm Form – The arm appears as a slender, human sized one with grey to dark blue skin color. The hand at the end is neither a left hand nor a right hand however but a symmetrical one where a second thumb replaces the pinky. At the end of each finger is a sharp, black nail. In the palm is a mouth filled with sharp teeth. The mouth can be used to speak.

Vengeful Spirit Form – The spirit is a tiny figure around the size of a hand. The top half of the body looks humanoid but the bottom half trails away at the torso into nothingness. It is completely black and had no facial features other than a mouth. These spirits cannot be touched by physical or energy means.

Ability: This was used to kill people in seven days
This can be toggled on and off but cannot be targeted. When it is on, the glowing ring will appear at Hotate's feet, though she can move it around at will.

While active, Hotate sends out a disruption field 50 meters in diameter that makes it harder to gather and control energy. What this means is that for races with the applicable stats, all reiatsu costs are doubled, the shuuhaku pool is cut in half, emptiness costs are doubled. Rage costs are unaffected. The power of the attack is unaffected as well.

Anyone standing inside the ring is protected from the effects and if Hotate is standing inside, the entire bankai is protected as well.

Attack 1: This was used to clean the room
This attack costs any amount of reiatsu greater than 100

Summons a ghostly arm anywhere within 25 meters of Hotate with reiatsu equal to the amount spent on it. The arm cannot move from its origin but can spin around in a spherical manner. They have similar arm strength to Hotate and she can control them like extra limbs. The arm will be destroyed if they take more than half of its reiatsu amount in damage.

There is no limit to the amount of arms summoned but only 10 can be controlled at once. Any more will take too much concentration. This amount grows by 1 every 1000 connection past 10000 up to a maximum of 20.

If the mouth on the palms bites onto a target with reiatsu, the arm will start to absorb energy. An amount equal to 2% of Hotate's reiatsu is drained every turn and added to the arm's total. This effect can stack if multiple arms grab onto one target.

Attack 2: This was used to scare the crows
The arms can use all techs, feats, release abilites/attacks and kidou that Hotate knows at the same strength she would use them. The only limitation is if said ability needs something such as eyes or legs.

The cost to use the ability is taken out of the arm's reiatsu instead of Hotate's. After finishing one ability, the arm will disappear regardless of any remaining energy.

Attack 3: This was used for special effects
Whenever an arm is destroyed, the person that did it is haunted by a small vengeful spirit. Multiple spirits can haunt one person if they destroyed a lot of arms.

By sacrificing the vengeful spirits, Hotate can force that person to use any one of their abilities/attacks (feats, techs, spells, release/awakening) with Hotate choosing the target if one is needed. The cost is paid by the person using the ability, not Hotate. Higher priced abilities require more sacrifices. One spirit means Hotate can force the person to use an ability's normal cost is no more than 2% of her own reiatsu. Two spirits for 4%, three spirits for 6% and so on. If the ability/attack requires no cost, only 1 sacrifice is needed.

Hotate must know the ability exists, usually by seeing it or through others information though she doesn't need to know the exact workings, before being able to force the person to use it.

It is also possible to pay 1% of her own reiatsu and touch someone to haunt them with a vengeful spirit.

The vengeful spirits last until the bankai disappears.

Initial Awakening - Lucas Morgan

Form: Activating his advent human awakening causes Lucas' tattoos to glow reiatsu-blue.

Ability: His advent human abilities let him generate and control kinetic energy equivalent to or less than the maximum potential energy of his body. The energy always manifests kinetically ( as ‘raw force' ). If he generates and tries to control more energy than his body's maximum potential energy, he dies. If he generates and controls exactly the maximum potential energy of his body, he falls unconscious or into a coma. He cannot use his awakening unless he is standing ( or preferably sitting ) completely still.

The cost of use is scaled according to the energy used. Costs over the threshold of his resistance statistic cause migraines and fatigue on the low end, brain damage and self-induced comas on the high end. As a general scale, 100 his reiatsu would create an attack similar to a standard punch, 200 a kick, 300 a full-body tackle, and so on with increasing amounts of energy.

Profile Version

Irezumi Hoteri
Form — Tattoo Glow

Lucas has a mild-to-severe case of obsessive compulsive disorder, a disorder that has its benefits and its curses much like any other, and is a compulsively clean and tidy person with an apparent inability to control that compulsion. The only time he has been able to completely control and totally suppress his disorder resulted in the large and somewhat impressive group of tribal tattoos he bears on his left arm and shoulder. Over time, he has come to associate his self-control with those tattoos, giving them an almost mystical significance to him, similar to the idea of powerful imagery found in every known ancient society.

It is no great surprise that the tattoos so intimately linked to his mind are also intimately linked to the awakening of his advent human capabilities. The focus of his advent human powers results in a severe aesthetic change in the visible texture and intensity of his tattoos. Put simply, they glow. More poetically, they emit a steady source of light the startlingly bright electric-blue hue of standard human reiatsu.

Shinrei Undou
Ability — Psychokinesis

The young martial artist has the ability to focus his mental control through his left arm to create and manipulate psychic kinesis. Simply, he can make force with his brain. Commonly known as telekinesis or psychokinesis (often abbreviated as TK or PK), the ability to generate supernatural energy in the form of kinetic force is his advent human ability.

Though the ability has an almost endless list of applications, all of which would seem limited only by the force of his will and the scope of his imagination, there are more direct limitations. Because the power is wholly mental, it has certain mental (and entirely human) limitations on its use and effectiveness. Chief among these weaknesses is that the demand for mental focus and a completely hardened will make it extremely difficult to wield the power even while sustaining the instinctual motions of breathing. This focus results in an inability for Lucas to consciously move his body while using this ability.

Another limitation of the ability, and a somewhat unexpected one at that, is the human threshold for self-management. Although he has an absurd amount of willpower and self-control, Lucas has no way to overcome the mental blocks his human body places on the creation and emission of energy. To state it bluntly, he cannot make any more energy than his body can make without seriously injuring himself mentally and physically. Additionally, though he theoretically could create additional energy, the mental strain of controlling it would be beyond him and he would lose control of the power before he had even generated enough surplus energy to move a particle of dust. Attempting to do so would kill him—the end, full stop, period—because of the backfire.

That said, the general-purpose nature of his psychokinesis allows him to create and control any energy his body could create physically. The possible applications of that kind of force are both prolific and potentially dangerous, assuming Lucas puts some imagination into them.

Shikai: Dokuja (Venomous Snake)

Release Command: Infect, Dokuja.

Form: Once released Tsuneo’s weapon transforms into a deformed whip. He is left holding the tail of a snake that stretches for 3ft before branching off into four 2ft segments ending with the heads of the beasts. These snakes are sentient and do not need Tsuneo to move the weapon for them to writhe and attempt to bite their target.

Ability: Doku
Each of the snake heads are embedded with a unique poison that activates once an opponent is bitten and Tsuneo uses 5% of his reiatsu. The infected person gets 5% of Tsuneo’s connection drained from their highest stat. The poison lasts for 3 turns before it breaks down in a person’s body and they must be given a fresh bite.

Ability 2: Donran
The power absorbed from the activated toxin isn’t lost but rather transferred into Tsuneo’s own muscles giving his zanjutsu skills a boost equal to the amount of points his opponent has lost. This ability lasts for the same duration as the poison, 3 turns. If Tsuneo’s poison would subtract an amount greater than the person’s highest stat, the stat is reduced to 0 and Tsuneo gets whichever value it is.

getting there....

seika - approved (but you might want to up the cost for a better effectiveness if you want it actually working against stronger opponents etc.)

wharf-

the true phoenix needs a concrete cost rather than just saying Nariko gets drained afterwards. Rather than setting it up as stages within one ability, it would probably work better to split it into two abilities and have the wings and whip as passive. if you want, you can talk to me or moot about it (i dont know if my explanation makes sense lol)

alex-

since guns and zan and stuff don't have rei of their own we need to know the rei is draining from the person holding it, right? otherwise the math becomes very hard to apply. as long as that's the case, you're approved.

spec-

this is a 3 ability kai - seperate the wire thingy and the electrical thingy. moot says he likes the past thingy a lot but that 3 ability kai must be carefully balanced.

kago - approved

tag - approved

crys - the 50% is too high and also moot said some other things that i'm just gonna paste for you:

okay i get wat he's doin w/ this attack, but the thing is its kind of hard to quantify how much the damage accumulation he's put in the sword is. like lets say if have a barrier would his thing cut through it or what? its something i need to know to know if my attack or defense is better than his . i need to at least have something to compare it to and shootin a sword w/ ur amplified damage doesnt really give that to me so he needs to find some sort of conversion. like how much rei is tht 5% of dmg amplification vs. like 50% . with his numbers he could launch 50% damage amp and 5% rei in that attack which would = ??? rei . most attacks in the rp have like a cost or a stat attached to them and this one like doesnt so i cant quantify how strong it is

beaks - a kai that requires you to call shots on whether ppl's intent is good or bad is probably not gonna work

Reduced the bonus to a maximum of 20% after four turns and re-worked the attack mechanics.

- Form –

Shimetsu retains the exact same shape as its unreleased form. Other than the ever occasional pulse of malice that it exudes, there’s really no visual manner to identify the release from ever happening other than hearing the words coming from Tetsuo’s mouth, or having prior experience in identifying such things.

- Ability –

Each turn the blade spends sheathed correlates to an increase of 5% to the total damage that any blow made with his sword can potentially deal to an enemy, to a max of 20% after four turns. The act of sheathing and unsheathing the sword in the same turn adds only the initial .05% to the equation.

- Attack –

By forcefully infusing more Reiatsu into his scabbard, Tetsuo is able to instantly charge his sword with power, enabling the use of his sole Shikai attack. Spending 10% of his Reiatsu, Tetsuo thrusts his blade through thin air, creating a piercing line of scarlet colored Reiatsu racing against his opponent. Damage is proportional to Zanjutsu damage plus the amount of Reiatsu spent in the move. This attack does not use the bonus acquired by the Shikai ability, completely negating it and resetting the stackable bonus to zero after being used.

Name:Emperor.

Command: “For the Emperor!”

Manifestation: The Emperor is a tall man, who stands taller than Stern himself at about 7’2”, completely covered from head to toe in a heavy black armor, which gives hints as to the muscles beneath, with symbols of the kingdom on it. His helm completely covers his entire head, the eyes glow a bright golden color. The Emperor’s body is lined with weapons, two swords at his waist, with two large axes across his back. He has small dagger attached to each wrist and shin, on his armor.

Form: The Emperor takes the form of a long shafted Kwan Dao, with a wider blade than normal. The blade takes on a golden hue, that seems to ebb and flow through it. Right below the blade a rosary it attaches, it dangles and clicks along the shaft as he fights with it. The shaft is smooth and solid black, and seems to take on the same appearance of his sheath, when it is sealed. At the bottom of the shaft is the tip of a spear extending out about 3 inches, The blade at the bottom takes the same appearance as the top blade.

Ability 1: Black Charge
Martis has learned to use Shunpo in a much more effective manner. By converting the momentum he gains by using the ability, he can strike with deadlier force. After he finishes a shunpo his Zan or hak is increased by 10% for his next attack, which must be made immediately or the momentum is lost. Converting his momentum in this way requires he spend 2% Rei.

Ability 2: Emperor’s Faith
Stern’s faith is so strong that he creates a barrier, at no cost, that deflects any non-physical attack. The strength of the barrier is equal to 3% of his Reiatsu. The barrier degrades by an amount equal to the cost of the ability it deflects, or reduces the power of it by the amount the shield has left allowing anything left over to go through. When the shield is penetrated, it requires 2 round before it is restored, the shield doesn’t begin to regenerate until it is completely depleted.
