Sadamune [Shikai]
The initial release of Sadamune is a pair of short swords that have a mix of wakizashi and western-style combat-knife elements. They have a slight curve, as well as catch points along the edges. Though designed with wakizashi elements that make them look single-edged, they have edges along four-fifths of the spines. The black, rubber-like grips are plain and there are no traditional guards, only dull spurs to keep holding hands from slipping forward onto the edges. The blades vibrate quickly, an effect which visibly blurs the blades and causes them to emit a steady hum. [ Reference ]

Vibration’ – [Ability]
The vibrating blades, due to the excess heat generated by increased motion and the raw kinetic energy thrown by the vibrations, cause more damage than still blades. The damage increase effects a 10% boost to Li Go-yun’s offensive zanjutsu stat.

Vibration: Snarl’ – [Attack]
At a cost of 3% of his reiatsu, Li Go-yun can drastically increase the vibration strength of the blades. The increase in vibration lasts for a few seconds, but the vibrations become strong enough that they transfer into any barriers struck by the blades. Possible effects of the vibrations include increased damage to obstacles and an increased difficulty for defenders to keep a good hold on their weapon.

True Awakening – Sabishii Arano

[Form][Shinsei Akumu] - "True Nightmare”

Having finally accepted the darkness within him, Arano becomes a vessel for it. His skin turns a bone white, with his pupils and iris switching colours within his eyes. His body is lost amongst bone as his transformation encompasses his entire body with strength akin to that of a zanpakuto, the two most prominent features being a wiry tail extending from his lower back and a pair of gauntlets coating his forearms and hands ending in claws. The process, though quick, causes a great deal of pain to Arano when activated, usually requiring an outside source to alleviate it.

[Ability][Kiwa no Hakkyou]"Edge of Insanity”

The once painful and slow process of creating weapons from Arano’s Awakening has begot a near mastery of it, allowing him to creating weapons from his own body, costing him 1 reiatsu per lb. These weapons have resilience akin to that of a zanpakuto, and the speed at which these bones are created is decided by his combat stat. The shape of these weapons is crude at best, but so long as Arano’s reiatsu can supplement it then a rough imitation of just about any weapon can be made. The wounds caused by removing these bones heal immediately, having no effect beyond the pain they cause.

[Attack][Kourin no Senmetsu]"Advent of Annihilation”

A wound is not merely surface damage, internal wounds are one of the most deadly sort. This fact is the basic reasoning for prompt first aid whenever injuring oneself. Kourin no Senmetsu was designed to spit in the face of such a thought. Whenever contact is made by an enemy with Shinsei Akumu or the weapons made by Kiwa no Hakkyou, an opportunity arises for this attack to be activated. By paying 1% of his reiatsu, Arano may infect the wound by injecting a small splinter-like thorn of bone into the place of contact. Once injected, the cost may be paid again to any active thorn, causing it to then grow and deal damage equivalent to the energy paid to make it grow. Once the battle has ended, the thorns are rendered inactive and can no longer have reiatsu further siphoned to them, allowing them to be removed without fear of it simply deepening into its own wound.
 
Shikai

Release Phrase: “The Serpent Devours Itself…” or simply “Mutate”

Name: Draconian

Form: Once the Zanpakuto is released, it will split into an innumerable set of tendril-like extensions and wrap in layers around his hands and arms. The layers harden into a Zanpakuto strength armor that mimics the appearance of muscle and sinew with studs attached to the outside of his arms in a line and on each of his knuckles. The weave also dyes a deep black, appearing to contain countless stars and space within the hue.

Ability: The transformed material of the Zanpakuto has now synced with Silas’ body and can generate duplicate arms from any part of his body. The additional arms are sprout and lash together in the same muscle-sinew style as the Zanpakuto strength material that covers his arms. Silas pays 500 reiatsu for a pair or 250 reiatsu for a single arm and can keep already manifested arms maintained for additional turns by paying 300 reiatsu per turn for the first pair plus 100 reiatsu for additional pairs maintained.

The copies aren’t subject to pain as they are made of his Zanpakuto armor but otherwise receive the benefit of working like the original body part.

Vizard Attack: While masked, Silas’s body parts transform to purely vascular tissues, able to curve and bend along with added physical strength for 6% rage per round, gaining 3% emptiness every round active.

Bankai

Name: Serpent King, Draconian

Form: The armor weaves even further, lashing around his body to cover his entire upper torso with the Zanpakuto strength material. The material still radiates with a black aura, reflecting countless stars and galaxies within its surface. Studs transform to spikes, lining the outsides of his arms and his knuckles.

Ability: Serpent King, Draconian has furthered its ability to replicate, extending it to any non-essential body part to be copied in form and ability. (meaning only internal, life-sustaining organs are excluded).

The copies aren’t subject to pain as they are made of his Zanpakuto armor but otherwise receive the benefit of working like the original body part.

Silas spends 500 reiatsu for a copied pair or 250 for a single copy. To maintain longer, Silas pays 300 reiatsu per turn for the first two copies plus 100 reiatsu for additional pairs.

Attack: By channeling 1000 of his reiatsu into a limb, Silas can proportionally increase the size and strength of a normal limb 10 times.

Attack: Silas can implement a surge of his reiatsu, spawning as many limbs as he can for 15% of his reiatsu for a single turn.

Attack: By spending double the cost to generate a single copy, Silas can generate copies on surfaces within 15 meters of himself.

Vizard Attack: While masked, Silas’s body parts transform to purely vascular tissues, able to curve and bend along with added physical strength for 6% rage per round, gaining 3% emptiness every round active.

Shikai: 始解

かげんのつき
Kagennotsuki
(Waning Moon)

Release Phrase: "Sae Kagayaku, Kagennotsuki!"
(Shine Brightly, Waning Moon!)

Form: The sword takes the form of an 8 foot trident, the two outer-prongs are slightly bend outer-wards, and has a spear-point-like end.

Manifestation: Kagennotsuki takes on the form of a waning, but usually large, moon. The spirit is wise but overly-proud.

Inner-world: Seiko's inner-world is a large moon in a vast nothingness of darkness. The moon is also the embodiement of Kaggenotsuki's spirit.​

First Ability: The weapon manifested from Seiko's release takes the form of a two-foot tridente. The weapon has the ability to retract and extend at a speed based off his zanjutsu stat. As Seiko gets stronger so does his ability to extend/retract the weapon. Thus, for every 300 points of reiatsu gained, the maximum length of the weapon increases by one foot, capping out at 30ft.

Second Ability: By paying 1% reiatsu the trident can grow an additional spear, at the same pace as the first ability, on the side of the main blade, capping out at 5 additional spears. The blades can grow onto one another, thus making the form and the way the spear behaves different every time.

Vizard Attack: By paying 2% rage and gaining 1% emptiness, per spear, Seiko can fire up to five spears from the trident at any one time.

Release Phrase: Lust, Kerushi

Manifestation/Inner World: Kerushi is still the woman from before--a warrior princess with long black hair and gray eyes. Now, however, she is released from the dark chamber that once imprisoned her. Unfortunately this freedom has also left her barren. She remains on a blank and empty plain that is thick with a heavy fog. Her skin is paler now, her lips have a blue-ish tint, and she is stripped from her armor, left wearing little more than a torn, inelegant dress.

Form: Upon release, the sky darkens and a heavy rain with a 20-foot radius is summoned around Lilith. As water droplets roll down her arms and into her hands, the liquid comes together to form an ornately-decorated, glowing white spear that pulsates with the orchid color of Lilith’s reiatsu.

Ability 1: Every time Lilith hits an enemy with a kidou, another domain of rain with a 20-foot radius forms around and soaks the enemy. Once drenched, they experience a weighing-down effect that makes the enemy feel as if their body weight has increased substantially.

Every turn that the enemy remains under the rain, this sensation of heaviness increases. Each turn, their hohou/agility decreases by 5% of Lilith’s connection, capping out at a 25% maximum decrease in speed. It costs 2% reiatsu to perform.

Ability 2: In addition to speed, the enemy’s attack weakens. Each turn, Lilith decreases their primary combat ability (either zanjutsu, hakuda, or kidou) by 5% of Lilith’s connection, capping out at a 25% maximum decrease. It costs 2% reiatsu to perform.

Ability 3:
Lilith can decide to make these raindrops feel like sharp, blades of ice that can cause minor cuts along the skin. It requires 200 reiatsu to activate.

Kyouton Gugen : Gin'iro no Dairigyou
Madness Incarnate : Silver Effigy

Form: Two big, spinning Fuma Shuriken, each blade of the windmill measuring 2.5 feet. The circle in the center has a diameter of eight inches. The ends of the windmill are hooked instead of straight edge, so the entire thing looks more like a swastika than a plus sign. The windmills spin at a rate of 60 spins/second, decreasing in number of spins the weaker Niklas gets. Every 5000 conn results in 10 more spins at activation.

Ability: Flyers. Can move a maximum of 50m from Niklas' fully extended arms. They move at the speed of his zan stat.

Kyouton Shuugoutai : Kui (attack one)
Madness Collective : Chimera Shift

By sacrificing the mobility of his left windmill by half (as well as 500 Rei/turn), the left windmill acts as a regulator for "TV settings" around Niklas. Within the 50m range of Niklas' body, the left windmill shifts the contrast and static volume of the battleground around him and the brightness of the blade itself.

At 0-18m for instance, the contrast between light at dark is at it's highest and the volume of static is extremely high, while the brightness of the left windmill is at the pinnacle of its brightness. Effectively, what this does is that within this 0-18m range, it is near impossible to see anything other than the shining windmill, and very difficult to hear. As the opposition gets further away from the epicenter, the weaker the settings become (18-35m is medium and 35-50 is weak).

Kyouton Shuugoutai : Kuushin
Madness Collective : Skyquake

By sacrificing the range of his right windmill by 40% (as well as 5% of his total Reiatsu/turn), Niklas can activate this second attack, Kuushin. Within 12m of this right windmill, the air around it literally shakes, as if an earthquake were occurring in the air itself. What this does is make blocking extremely difficult, as a "quake" may end up connecting with a blocking blade/body part before the windmill actually reaches there. This has a more concrete secondary effect of making it more difficult to Shunpo within this small range--the cost of Shunpo is raised a single tier when attempting from within Kuushin's range.

Kyouton Shuugoutai : Hyoudou
Madness Collective : Haunted Motion

A purely energy attack, Niklas can, at any point, forcibly "rip" two phantom blades out of his existing ones by pulling his hands in a downward motion. These phantom blades cannot be used in the same way as the regular ones, but solely for attack. Physical barriers with no trace of spiritual energy cannot block these blades as they will simply pass right through them. Being hit by the phantoms do not result in physical damage, but severe mental and spiritual pain. For instance, if one of them hits your arm, your arm will still be intact, but it will feel as though it's been cut off.

Cost and damage of this attack are based on whether Niklas calls out 'Like It' (5% of current Rei), 'Love It' (10%) or 'Gotta Have It' (20%) as he rips them out.

Release Level:
First Stage

Form:
There are no visible changes to Victor.

Ability – Shoot Me Again, I’m Not Dead Yet:
As long as an opponent misses an attack on Victor, the opponent’s confidence will be forcefully whittled down by Victor’s reiatsu. In addition to that, Victor will be further infused with reiatsu, meaning he will move even quicker, making him react and move faster than before.

To activate this ability, Victor has to pay 5% reiatsu per turn. Whenever an opponent misses Victor entirely in an attack (meaning that he/she does not come into contact with Victor at all, this includes any object Victor is wielding), that opponent will receive a 5% reduction in damage for all his following attacks, stacking up to a maximum of 30%. Victor will also receive a 5% increase in Agility for every missed hit, up to a maximum of 10%.

Even if Victor does not pay the 5% reiatsu cost for a specific turn, the debuff and buff effects remain and will not degrade, therefore if Victor did not pay the cost in a turn where the debuff effect is at 20%, the debuff is still at 20% and is still stackable.

All effects only last the entirety of a fight and will be resolved at the end of it.
 
Round two

Awakening:
Shikisai-mai (Color dance)

Form: Ayako’s eyes and hands gain a glowing sheen of prismatic color. The colors shift and flows with her movements and mood.

Murasaki-honoo (Violet flame)
Energy chaotically shifts with inherent violence and hunger around Ayako’s hands as they burst forth cascading violet hued energy. It obliterates and consumes materials both mundane and spiritual, yet it gives off no heat.

This costs at least 200 reiatsu for each blast, and can reach up to [spent reiatsu/200] meters away in a straight line only. Each blast is 15 cm wide.

Shinku-reiki (Crimson spiritual healing)
The glow around Ayako’s hands grows and become a deep red color, rather then teeming with destructive intent it sooth and calms with easy ebbs and flow in shape. Placing her hands on a wound, she focuses reiatsu into the wounds to accelerate natural healing and regeneration. Anything but the most mortal of wounds can be mostly healed within minutes, tender but no longer immediately hazardous.

Wounds take 100 reiatsu per turn to heal.
-Minor scratches, burns, minor fractures and stabs in non-vital places can be healed in four turns.
-Deep wounds, internal injuries, major bone breaks and non-lethal major organs can be healed completely in six turns.
-Major wounds, such as large swaths of cuts and injuries, broken bones breaking through the skin and high levels of damage to major organs can be healed completely in ten turns.
While it can be used in combat or emergencies, any interruptions to the process can cause the wounds to get worse and reverses any healing over the last two turns.
 
Shikai

Name: Youkimatsuri (妖気祭) (Ghostly Festival)
Release Command: Haunt

Form
The sword does not change at all in the released state. Instead, an orange paper lantern appears. It is attached to the hilt of the sword by a trail of purple smoke.

By default, the symbol 凶 (bad luck) is printed on the surface but if something is attached to the end of the hilt, then that will affect the picture on the lantern. For instance, since Hotate usually has a Chappy head attached to the hilt, the lantern will have a rabbit face printed on it.


Attack 1: This was used for keeping away insects
Costs any amount greater than or equal to 2% reiatsu to use.

The lantern splits down the middle and a disembodied mouth shoots out of it. The direction and speed the mouth is traveling can be changed mid flight but by not by much. The mouth will fly a maximum of 20 meters before disappearing.

While the mouth is flying, it is like a physical object and can be knocked away or destroyed. Once it hit's a person however, the mouth will home in, bite down and become untouchable. As long as the mouth is attached, it will destroy reiatsu from the target in amount equal to 2% of Hotate's reiatsu per turn.

Only 3 of them can be attached to one target simultaneously and only 15 can exist in total. The mouth will fall off by itself after 5 turns or...


Attack 2: This was used for softening fabric
Whenever a target inflicted with a mouth tries to use any skill that costs reiatsu (attacks, abilities, kidou, feats, techs etc.), the mouth will activate. The mouth has reiatsu equal to the amount paid in creating it.

The mouth will cancel out energy equal to the amount it has and thus, weaken the skill. If the mouth has more reiatsu than the cost of the skill, than the skill will be nullified entirely. Usually the mouth will disappear afterwards but if it has 4x more energy than the skill being used, the mouth will not disappear and will continue to destroy reiatsu instead.


Attack 3: This was used to make shadow puppets
Using reiatsu, the lantern can be lit. Adding different levels of reiatsu will cause the light to change in levels. The light doesn't do anything special. Normal cost of 50 for normal lantern levels.


Vizard Attack: This was used for playing chess
By paying 5% rage and gaining 2.5% emptiness, Hotate can modify the properties of one of the mouth that is already in existence. Bright red veins will appear over the mouth, signifying a change.

Instead of Attack 2, the mouth will have the following ability instead.

The next skill (attacks, abilities, kidou, feats, techs etc.) used by the affected person will cause the mouth will synchronize onto that specific skill. If the person tries to use it again, they will find it extremely difficult to perform that skill. That means it will take a full turn to standing in one spot concentrating in order to use the skill.

It still keeps Attack 1 in this mode. The amount of turns the mouth lasts will not be reset.


Bankai

Name: Houshuku no Youki Matsuri ( 奉祝の妖気) Ghostly Festival of the Great Celebration

Form
The bankai has no form in itself. The zanpakutou will remain the same as always. But anything attached to it will disappear, leaving only the sword and sheath. The parts described below only appear when used.

Ability Form – The form of the ability is a white, glowing ring two meters in diameter. The ring is intangible to the touch by physical or energy means.

Ghostly Arm Form – The arm appears as a slender, human sized one with grey to dark blue skin color. The hand at the end is neither a left hand nor a right hand however but a symmetrical one where a second thumb replaces the little finger. At the end of each finger is a sharp, black nail. In the palm is a mouth filled with sharp teeth. The mouth can be used to speak.

Vengeful Spirit Form – The spirit is a tiny figure around the size of a hand. The top half of the body looks humanoid but the bottom half trails away at the torso into nothingness. It is completely black and had no facial features other than a mouth.


Ability: This was used to kill people in seven days
This can be toggled on and off but cannot be targeted. When it is on, the glowing ring will appear at Hotate's feet, though she can move it around at will.

While active, Hotate sends out a disruption field 50 meters in diameter that makes it harder to gather and control energy. What this means is that for races with the applicable stats, all reiatsu costs (most races) are doubled, the shuuhaku pool (quincies only) is cut in half, emptiness costs (hollow and arracnar only) are doubled. Rage costs are unaffected. The power of the attack is unaffected as well.

Anyone standing inside the ring is protected from the effects and if Hotate is standing inside, the entire bankai is protected as well.


Attack 1: This was used to clean the room
Hotate can summons up to 20 ghostly arms at any point within 25 meters of herself with the cost of 100 reiatsu per arm. The arm cannot move from its origin but can turn around in a spherical manner. They have similar arm strength to Hotate and she can control them like extra limbs. These arms are strong against physical attacks but weak to energy attacks.

These last until destroyed or the bankai ends.


Attack 2: This was used for special effects
By draining reiatsu from Hotate, the arms can cast all techs, feats, release skills and kidou that she knows at the same strength she would use them. The only limitation is if said ability needs something such as eyes or legs.


Attack 3: This was used when feeling lonely
By paying between 2% to 5% of her reiatsu, Hotate can launch a vengeful spirit out of one of the mouths under her control. She can control the movements of the spirit but doing so means she and the hands can't use other attacks during that time. If not controlled, the spirit will merely fly in a straight line.

If the spirit hits a person, it will haunt them and hover behind their shoulder. As long as the spirit is attached, it will seal of the target's ability to use shunpo or similar techniques. The spirit can't be damaged but spending reiatsu will cause it to loosen its grip. An amount equal to the cost must be spent to remove the spirit, or twice that if the target is under the effects of the bankai's Ability.

Multiple spirits can exist at one time. But haunting the same person repeatedly doesn't help as spending reiatsu affects all spirits on that person equally.

The vengeful spirit lasts until cast off or the bankai ends.


Vizard Attack: This was used by those that cry
By paying 10% rage and gaining 5% emptiness, Hotate can modify the properties of one of the spirits that is already in existence. That one will turn have glowing blue veins appear over its body, signifying a change.

Instead of sealing shunpo and shunpo like techniques, the spirit will make the affected person take extra damage by hampering a person's ability to use reiatsu defensively. It starts at 5% extra damage from all attacks and increases by another 5% per turn up to a maximum of 20% extra damage from all attacks.

The spirit can't be damaged but spending reiatsu will cause it to loosen its grip. An amount equal to the cost must be spent to remove the spirit, or twice that if the target is under the effects of the bankai's Ability. However, this spirit can only be affected after all regular ones have been cast off.

The rageful spirit lasts until cast off or the bankai ends.

Shi-Kai: Zenryoku (all one’s power)

Miscelaneous RP Thingies
Release Phrase: Unleash my strength, Zenryoku!

Power: Zenryoku is able to control and modify the flow and concentration of energy, within Sora's body and between him and his opponent.

Manifestation: Zenryoku, as Sora sees her, is a short beautiful young woman, with long brown hair tied in a ponytail and big green eyes. She is dressed in a blue hakama and kosode, with a white pattern along the edge of the clothes, and a rich blue haori, featuring the same pattern. She usually carries a bokken with her. Zenryoku is normally very kind and polite, but she can easily get angry when Sora feels like giving up, o when he's not using his full potential. She takes the kendo etiquette and fighting style very seriously. She has the ability to influence in some way in Sora’ actions, but this wears off as she begins to trust Sora’s capability to make the right decisions without her help.


Inner World: Uechi Sora's inner world is mostly a vast, green country field, full of trees, plants and even some animals. There is also a forest, a river and a small group of mountains. Each thing in the plains represents an aspect of Sora. As Uechi's bond with his zanpakuto grows, he can see more aspects of this world. So far, the most important ones are the Killer Sora, which represents his guilt and remorse; the dojo where he trains with Zenryoku, which represents his inner strength; and Zenryoku herself.

Form: Sora’s katana grows larger and becomes a sixty six inch odachi. (This obviously increases the reach of the weapon).



Ability: Seishounankam (Energy Barrier):
By Paying 5% of his reiatsu upon release, Zenryoku produces a thin coat of reiatsu, with the looks of orange flames, that protects him from incoming attacks. In the face of kidou or kidou like abilities, it will reduce the spells effectiveness by the amount of the cost of this ability. When applied to any other combat stat, such as hakuda, zanjutsu or the AH combat, this skill would lessen the amount of damage inflicted upon Sora. Once the shield has been depleted, Sora would have to repay 5% rei to form another.

Attack: Seishoumizo (Energy Drain)
By paying 2% reiatsu, Sora bestows flames made of reishi upon his zanpakuto. On a successful strike this attack will drain the user of 1% of Sora's maximum reiatsu per turn. The reiatsu drain will be used to reinforce the protective coat surrounding Sora. In the event that the ability is not active, the energy drained will act as a supplement to that ability. This ability caps after 5 turns.

Attack: Kenattouryoku (Blade of Overwhelming Power):
By paying 3% reiatsu, Sora is capable of redirecting all the energy stored in his barrier to his blade, in order to perform a single powerful attack. Depending on the amount of reiatsu stored in the barrier, this attack can go from a simple strong slash to an overwhelming strike with a huge knockback effect.
 
Gekijin

Shikai: Gekijin (Vehemence)

Release Phrase: Lacerate the Heart, Gekijin!

Manifestation: Gekijins appearance is somewhat formal despite his violent nature, being a red-skinned humanoid bearing similarities to a reptile; his skin is full of scales with ears larger than that of a humans. The iris' in his eyes are an olive green and his pupils are black slits. On his hands he has what can be described as three fingers and a thumb, yet it is unknown what his feet look like since he is always wearing shoes.

Gekijin dons a dark purple suit, consisting of a blazer and trousers with a black shirt and black shoes, wearing a maize-coloured tie. He likes to lighten up and joke around, even in the most serious situations, and has quite a sick sense of humour.

Inner World: Shukumeis inner world seems to be inside a dark cave, where a red mist constantly swirls around, the only light in the cavern shining in from a few small cracks in the walls, floor and ceiling. The light that shines in from outside is bright, however, and disperses the red fog wherever it shines.

Outside of the cave exists endless seas of red, as far as the eye can see with small platforms of land spread out, floating around the air slowly at random. A bright light fills the sky outside the cave, which hurts Shukumeis eyes to look up at, so Shukumei mainly stays inside the cave.

Form: A blade resembling a medieval longsword , stretching to approximately 43 inches from the end of the hilt to the tip of the blade. A collection of runes reach up the blade on both sides, symmetrically. The grip of the hilt is black, whereas the pommel and cross-guard are both a shade of deep red.

Ability 1: Gekijin thrives on negative and destructive emotions, forcing its own bloodthirst on its wielder when released. The sword continually eats away at Shukumei's reiatsu, absorbing 2% every round. The zanpakuto thrives on others' negativity as well as its master's, though, and will consume 1% of Shukumei's total reiatsu from up to three beings nearby who are experiencing rage, hatred, jealousy or any other destructive emotions.

Ability 2: The consumed reiatsu stored in Gekijin is warped and corrupted, erupting in a wild energy blast with every swing of the sword.
 
[Parasite - First Awakening]

Form: As a result of his mother’s death, Sou suffers from under-laying feelings of inadequacy because of his inability to do anything. "Parasite” acts as a manifestation of those feelings, giving him strength at a cost. The veins in Sou’s arms and hands become slightly more pronounced than before, sticking out more noticeably under his skin. Additionally, they take on an opaque black color that contrasts slightly with his naturally pale skin tone. Because his veins are being pulled, the resulting strain can become painful after prolonged use.

Ability: "Parasite” is capable of manipulating the organic fibers of living organisms to produce a variety of effects. For a cost in reiatsu Sou is capable of acting on this ability, allowing him to manipulate a target’s body on the cellular level. Doing so allows him to manipulate the cell-cycle of a target, increasing the rate at which the body heals substantially. For the cost of 5% reiatsu, Sou can heal wounds of up to moderate severity (i.e. a gunshot wound) in a matter of minutes. The downside of this ability, however, is that it can leave the target’s body worn-out due to the accelerated rate at which it heals.

Ability: Sou is capable of using "Parasite” to enhance his own biology as well. For a cost of 1% reiatsu per turn, the young advent can fortify his own muscles, effectively adding to his physical capability; this interprets as a temporary 10% increase to one of his stats (except Harmony and Reiatsu, ofcourse). This ability, after being maintained for increased period of time, causes strain to the muscles because they are being forced to work past their capacity. This ability lasts for a maximum of five turns before it must be deactivated for a one turn cool-down. During cool-down, the buff provided by this technique cancels. For every 1,000 additional Harmony, the time-limit on this technique increases by one turn with a maximum of ten turns.
 
Character: Niklas Yamada

Shi Kai:

Manifestation: Niklas' zanpakuto manifests as a large knight encased in a black yoroi, that seems to absorb every particle of light, that it can come in contact with. Shinkuu is two meters tall, and nobody will ever see his face, since it is constantly hidden inside his helmet. Only Shinkuu's eyes are visible, and they are deep red. His voice is a deep, almost thundering.


Form: Shinkuu takes the form of a spear, which has a six foot long cloth hanging from the dull end. The black shaft is four feet long, while the tip is one foot long. The cloth wrapped around the dull end of the shaft, has runes written into it.


Abilities:

[Ability 1] – Haste

Shinkuu is able to gather momentum from Niklas’ Flash Steps. For every shyunpo that Niklas performs, 20% of the shyunpo’s cost is stored into Shinkuu. The maximum that can be gathered into Shinkuu is a equal to half of Niklas' Hohou stat.


[Ability 2] – Burst

The momentum gathered can be used to increase the speed of Niklas’s kidou projectiles from spells that have projectiles. To improve the speed of kidou, Niklas pays 1.25x the normal cost of the kidou and the extra cost must be used from Shinkuu’s reiatsu storage. The kido projectile will have a small afterimage trailing it, and its speed is based on Niklas' hohou. Each time this ability is used, the tip glows with crimson red.
 
Wiki – I think this is fine. The cost on the switch ability might be a tad on the expensive side since this doesn’t actually get stronger as you do does it? You might be better suited with a concrete cost.

You are right of course, a concrete cost would function better. How about this:

The cost of Ikichigai is 1000 reiatsu. As it is to be expected, Ikichigai can't handle things that are very large or very small compared to Tegutai, regardless of reiatsu.

Name: Sarutahiko Ohkami

Release Phrase: Blur the lines and bring us together

Manifestation: Sarutahiko Ohkami is, at first glance, nothing more than a long winding road cutting through fields of golden wheat and tall, green grass. While the sky, in almost every direction, is filled by bright white clouds, to the north, down the long winding road, is a giant mountain range. The peaks of which seem to have been rounded down by erosion and time.

The truth of Sarutahiko Ohkami is he is a giant wyvern, and Tegutai, when he communes with his zanpakutou, is perched on his back. The cobblestones in the road are really his scales and the mountain range in the distance is his hooded head, more snakelike than a real dragon. The golden wheat and the green grass are just his flowing mane and the massive gusts of wind are just the eternal beating of his clawed wings. At the very end of the southbound road along his back, is his barbed stinger.

Despite being in the shape of a traditionally evil monster and a mockery of the noble form of dragons, Sarutahiko Ohkami is very upbeat and friendly. He does get incredibly lonely from time to time and will constantly appear in Tegutai's dreams, seeking companionship and conversation. The conversation tends to be one sided though, as he will proceed to talk, in great detail, about his many philosophies regarding life, the universe, and the importance of freedom.

The big one, and the cornerstone of Sarutahiko Ohkami's special power, is the idea that everything is one. That there are no walls, no lines, no boundaries. Everything is interconnected and interchangeable. The idea is that you could switch one person out for another and the universe at large would not notice.

Release Form: Sarutahiko Ohkami is divided into a head and a stinger. Tegutai's left arm is secured with leather bracer that extends into a glove for Tegutai's hand. This is considered the head. Where the bracer meets the glove there is an opening from which a foot-long metal blade protrudes. This blade, which Sarutahiko Ohkami likes to call his hood, is slightly concave, providing limited protection for the wrist and hand.

The stinger can be found dangling from a series of green and gold ribbons attached to the head. The stinger is a simple kris, adorned in a similar manner as Sarutahiko Ohkami's sealed form. The only difference is the curving blade, much like the slithering body of a snake.

(Attack) Sarutahiko Ohkami can fire the concave blade from its head at an opponent. As soon as the blade has been fired, it converts from a solid material to an inconsequential liquid. If the liquid makes contact with an entity with its own reiatsu, that target is considered marked.

Once hit, the marked target begins to glow with a weird, blue light. After two turns, the light will have reached its zenith and the marked target is now considered to be eligible for Ikichigai.

The blade can be regrown at the cost of a 100 rei after a turn. The blade can be fired again, to either select a new target or to compensate for a miss.

(Ability) When the blue light has reached its zenith, Sarutahiko Ohkami can activate Ikichigai. By grabbing the tip of the kris with his left hand, and shouting the command word "Ikichigai", Sarutahiko Ohkami can switch the two combatants around. Both individuals remain under the influence of any physical forces that were acting on them the moment they were switched, like momentum and inertia, and their orientation doesn't change.

The cost of Ikichigai is 1000 reiatsu. As it is to be expected, Ikichigai can't handle things that are very large or very small compared to Tegutai, regardless of reiatsu.

After being switched, the target's marker will be set back to zero, needing two turns to return to its zenith.

With this reiatsu skin, any time Daisuke makes contact with another person or object, whether he is actively punching, blocking, or even just touching, he can pay up to 3 increments of 150 reiatsu to decrease their/its weight by 1/4 per increment, a distinction that is only relative to Daisuke (that is, only Daisuke is able to take advantage of the smaller weights).

Form: Ippozenshin takes the form of a Qi Jian, measuring roughly thirty eight inches from end to end. A ray-skin handle accompanied by a pommel and guard of darkened steel house a blade of shimmering silver.

Manifestation: Ippozenshin takes the form of a weathered silver dragon, towering over Tsubaki comparatively. His temperament is often impatient, and absolutely loathes inaction.

Attack: Douryou (Momentum) - Since the beginning of recorded history, wars of men have often been reduced to wars of attrition, pitting foes against each other in grueling and increasingly hopeless struggles. While others may lose stride in combat, Tsubaki has learned to add to her striking speed. For an activated cost of 1% of her reiatsu per round, Tsubaki's weapon increases in momentum for each successful strike against an opponent or weapon. The increase is applied with a cumulative 2% boost to Zanjutsu, capping out at a 10% Zanjutsu boost.

Attack: Undouryou Yusou (Momentum Transfer) - For 5% of her reiatsu, Tsubaki is able to release all gained inertia from Douryou from her blade for one strike, executed with double her accumulated bonus to her Zanjutsu for the attack. Once executed, Tsubaki's gained bonus to Zanjutsu resets to 0%.

Form: Tsubaki's Ban Kai differs little from the initial release in terms of appearance, instead adding a twin Qi Jian to her empty hand.

Ability: Nagatsuduki (Permanence) - The nature of Tsubaki's Zanpakuto constantly spurs her forward, only stopping in the rarest of situations. Because of this, Nagatsuduki renders the woman immune to any effect that would slow or stop her forward motion.

Attack: Kyouka Douryou (Enhanced Momentum) - For an activated cost of 2% of her reiatsu per round, Tsubaki's weapon increases in momentum for each successful strike against an opponent or weapon. While similar to Douryou, Tsubaki's Ban Kai allows her to build the same momentum in both weapons simultaneously, rather than being restricted to the blade that strikes against an opponent. For each round it is active Kyouka Douryou increases her momentum by 5% This ability carries the same bonus on increases to Zanjutsu capping out at 30%

Attack: Tamerai (Falter) - For a cost of 5% of her reiatsu, Tsubaki sacrifices all her accumulated inertia to halt all other movement in a 5 meter radius. The accumulated inertia freezes the attacks of opponents, as well as any Shunpo or Kidou skills. This is expressed as the reiatsu spent by Tsubaki both in Tamerai and Kyouka Douryou weighed against the reiatsu spent by the opponents, reducing or completely halting the opponents' actions. Once executed, Tsubaki's bonus to Zanjutsu drops to 0%.

Attack: Tanrei (Grace) - For a cost of 10% of Tsubaki's reiatsu, the twin blades of Oshi Susume Ru absorb all her accumulated inertia into themselves, using it to execute a double horizontal cross-slash that doubles the accumulated bonus to Zanjutsu for the round it is used. Once executed, Tsubaki's accumulated bonus to Zanjutsu drops to 0%.

Form – This is fine and dandy, nothing needs to be changed here.

Ability 1

The flamethrower is alright and can stay as it is. However the bazooka bullet and the laser need to be defined just a little bit more. You gave basic parameters on them but you failed to include the upper limits of both the bazooka and the laser. A maximum width and length for both attacks would be nice. I know its redundant but as moots said, if you ever got to his level of strength the bazooka bullet would end up being the size of a city.

Ability 2

The tiny mecha is an interesting idea, however it also needs to be solidified. It is understandable that you limit the apperance of the mecha by needing to hit your enemy with all of your ammunition, something that will set you back a good amount of rei in the first place. However you fail to not if they are destroyable or not, though I assume they are. You also fail to give any parameters for your mini-mes. I need to know how strong they are and such and things. The question to ask yourself here is, “Do my mini mecha's use up any of my rei to attack/be summoned or not?” And the answer should probably be a yes. Adding a summon to the TA seems like a bit much as you already cover a decent amount of stuff with your multi-ammo ability. However if you really want the mecha's then I'll need to see some parameters for those little guys too.

Not much to be said here. Generic pain thing + Generic big wave attack = Generic Shikai. Thats Approved. Bankai is the same thing built on top of generic shikai so that is also approved. You might want to specificy your first ability there though. Do you pay 1k rei once to make your opponent feel more hurt for the entire fight, or do you pay 1k each time you inflict a wound. Either way it's good.

Form/Apperance and all that jazz is fine, but then again no one other than the person who wrote that stuff really reads it anyway. Moving on.

Ability – This is so broken its wrong. Not only are you paying a trivial amount of reiatsu to debuff someone, but you also make it so that you can essentially target an unlimited amount of people. I know you say its one extra person per 2k conn, but there is no cap at all, and without a cap I am an unhappy girl. Plus the way you worded it made it sound as if it continued to stack, which is just ridiculous. This ability is a defined no.

Attack – This is almost as broken as your ability. Not only does it cost insanely little, but it also manages to debuff upon a successful hit, and you dont pay anything extra to change the direction of the attack. This is all wrong, I suggest going back to the drawing board with this whole kai.

Seraph – Your TA is more or less ok by the books but I have two issues with it. Number one, the 1 reiatsu per pound thing seems a little cheap if only because you could basically generate something that weighs a ton for 1k reiatsu. Though really this can be overlooked. The attack is ok, however like a lot of other things in this submission, I'm going to need a maximum % for the seeds damage. Otherwise you could plant a seed in someone and blast 90% of your rei into them. Fix that and you should be good.

Lambo – Shikai is good, no issues with that. The vizard attack is ok I guess, though I could be wrong, so I may need a second verdict on that. Your bankai is where we run into a few problems, and like a lot of the other releases it comes down to worded. The ability is fine, but the way the first attack is worded, it makes it sound like your bonus limbs are getting a x10 boost for 1k reiatsu, and from a standard assumption those limbs would be running off of your hak stat. And x10 boost to hak is a no-no regardless of how much your paying. So you'll need to change that. The second attack is also going to need a maxed limit, just because I like to see those things. Otherwise everything else looks good.

Fin – Your mouths drain to much total rei for a shikai related ability, especially since you have a secondary ability (Im not exactly counting the third one as an ability even though it is). And if you combine the leeching aspect of the mouths with the nullification they can do on reiatsu related stuff, the shikai becomes far to overpowered. You'll need to drop the overall effectiveness since it is far to powerful as it is right now, though the basic priniciple behind the kai is ok.

However I don't see anything wrong with your BK, so that is approvable, though the basis of it is not, so resubmit it all together I guess.

Gekijin

Shikai: Gekijin (Vehemence)

Release Phrase: Lacerate the Heart, Gekijin!

Manifestation: Gekijins appearance is somewhat formal despite his violent nature, being a red-skinned humanoid bearing similarities to a reptile; his skin is full of scales with ears larger than that of a humans. The iris' in his eyes are an olive green and his pupils are black slits. On his hands he has what can be described as three fingers and a thumb, yet it is unknown what his feet look like since he is always wearing shoes.

Gekijin dons a dark purple suit, consisting of a blazer and trousers with a black shirt and black shoes, wearing a maize-coloured tie. He likes to lighten up and joke around, even in the most serious situations, and has quite a sick sense of humour.

Inner World: Shukumeis inner world seems to be inside a dark cave, where a red mist constantly swirls around, the only light in the cavern shining in from a few small cracks in the walls, floor and ceiling. The light that shines in from outside is bright, however, and disperses the red fog wherever it shines.

Outside of the cave exists endless seas of red, as far as the eye can see with small platforms of land spread out, floating around the air slowly at random. A bright light fills the sky outside the cave, which hurts Shukumeis eyes to look up at, so Shukumei mainly stays inside the cave.

Form: A blade resembling a medieval shortsword, stretching to approximately 28 inches from the end of the hilt to the tip of the blade. A collection of runes reach up the blade on both sides, symmetrically. The grip of the hilt is black, whereas the pommel and cross-guard are both a shade of deep red.

Ability 1: Gekijin thrives on negative and destructive emotions, forcing its own bloodthirst on its wielder when released. The sword continually eats away at Shukumei's reiatsu, absorbing 2% every round. The zanpakuto thrives on others' negativity as well as its master's, though, and will consume 1% of Shukumei's total reiatsu from up to three beings nearby who are experiencing rage, hatred, jealousy or any other destructive emotions.

Ability 2: The consumed reiatsu is released the same turn that it is absorbed, unleashing a wave of destructive energy with each slash of the blade. The wave released travels through the air in the shape of the slash. If the reiatsu absorbed is not used by the end of the turn, it explodes out of the sword involuntary.

Awakening:
Shikisai-mai (Color dance)

Form: Ayako’s eyes and hands gain a glowing sheen of prismatic color. The colors shift and flows with her movements and mood.

Murasaki-honoo (Violet flame)
Energy chaotically shifts with inherent violence and hunger around Ayako’s hands as they burst forth cascading violet hued energy. It obliterates and consumes materials both mundane and spiritual at a molecular level, yet it gives off no heat. Zanpakuto and similar spiritual items closely tied to their user are spared overt damage, but may be lightly scathed in the aftermath.

This costs at least 200 reiatsu for each blast, and can reach up to [spent reiatsu/200] meters away in a straight line only. Each blast is 15 cm wide.

Shinku-reiki (Crimson spiritual healing)
The glow around Ayako’s hands grows and become a deep red color, rather then teeming with destructive intent it sooth and calms with easy ebbs and flow in shape. Placing her hands on a wound, she focuses reiatsu into the wounds to accelerate natural healing and regeneration. Anything but the most mortal of wounds can be mostly healed within minutes, tender but no longer immediately hazardous.

Wounds take 100 reiatsu per turn to heal.
-Minor scratches, burns, minor fractures and stabs in non-vital places can be healed in four turns.
-Deep wounds, internal injuries, major bone breaks and non-lethal major organs can be healed completely in six turns.
-Major wounds, such as large swaths of cuts and injuries, broken bones breaking through the skin and high levels of damage to major organs can be healed completely in ten turns.
While it can be used in combat or emergencies, any interruptions to the process can cause the wounds to get worse and reverses any healing over the last two turns.

Name: Gaia
Command: אָטעמען (Otemen: Breathe), Gaia.

Manifestation: Appearing as a severe looking woman in her early thirties with long flowing hair and piercing eyes, Gaia flows from the earth, holding no real body, her clothes and body are drawn into human form from the natural items around her.

Form: Evgeni is able to release his sword when it is in its scabbard. When he calls Gaia to wakefulness, his sword's hilt joins with the scabbard, grows longer and straightens out until it becomes a truncated naginata (small enough to accommodate Evgeni's small stature) with a steeply curved blade.

Ability Loyfn: By driving his naginata blade first into the ground, Evgeni is able to run his power through the earth about him in a circle with a radius of 15'. This allows Evgeni to restore the reiatsu of the people around him by 15% of his own. Any number of people can be restored, but the amount they each receive is equal to: 15%/number of people.
