Reminder on Spiritual Pressure

Remember guys, all of you are still in the beginning phases of your development as a Shinigami, so I don't want you guys to go overboard on your descriptions of your spiritual pressure damaging the surrounding area. If a Shinigami such as you guys with a rating only in the low-to-mid 100's can already crack a piece of heavy construction (spiritron-based at that) in a flare-up, what would a Shinigami whose spiritual pressure ranging in the thousands be able to do (seems like he'd be able to take out a single square block just by sneezing)?

One more thing. The Kidou is not a measure of how many times you guys are able to perform Kidou spells, just a measure of the strength. Spiritual pressure measures the amount of energy you have, and your own vitality, so don't get confused.
