Appearance:
Edward, being half German, has unusually light brown hair that borders on being called blonde. Through out his life, he has always been athletic, and never imposing in either muscle mass or height. He tends to see the world for how it is through his green eyes.

Age: 18

Persona:
Edward has always been a little bit outgoing, when he’s not at his local firing range or nose deep into manga. He has more acquaintances than friends from school, his schooling was so tedious he opted to finish high school early. Generally inquisitive, he has gotten into trouble in the past for the spiritual creatures he can see. Oddest of all, for a Quincy, is that he has no idea of the bloodlines that run through him.

Background:
Suijinja Izumi, Edward’s mother, fell in love with a German student named Berthold Dresden that was attending the newly created German Institute for Japanese Studies (DIJ) in Tokyo. Before they could be officially married, Berthold vanished one night, leaving behind every possession he had with the woman he loved. Those same trinkets that have remained with Edward’s mother have since been passed on to him.

Age: 18

Appearance:Tatiana is a five foot eight freckled young woman. Her Sandy blonde hair is worn messily towards her back and reaches her shoulders. Perhaps the most eye catching thing about the young woman is that her left eye is emerald green yet her right eye is clear blue. Often a smile will adorn her face as she coyly plays with the emotions of others.

Persona and history:
After being raised for years by the elusive and insane advent hunter known only as Koulikov, Tatiana finally found a place within the halls of Orpheus. Her unique talents keep her busy with recon and scouting missions, intelligence gathering for the organization. Not that she minds staying out of the high profile missions, and in general being away from the tower.

[M24 Sylph]

Only the second full sized rifle to grace the Orpheus’ Armory, following in the footsteps of the Noblesse AS50, the M24 Sylph Sniper Weapon System offers many of the benefits of the larger Noblesse in a more compact form. Though it lacks the stopping power boasted by its higher-end counterpart, the Sylph more than makes up for its shortcomings in reliability and overall usability.

Effect: A basic weapon capable of firing Orpheus' spiritually imbued ammunition. Can deal 450 Reiatsu worth of damage per turn. Effective range of twenty-five to thirty meters. This weapon comes equipped with a high-precision scope, allowing the user to view a target at maximum range as if it was one meter away. This is represented by a 1,000 point boost to Combat in terms of accuracy only.

Customization: Tatiana's old rifle was made from the metal in Father Koulikov's hammer. The same metal has been reforged into this newest counterpart in the Orpheus Armory, with her trademark crosses along the lower receiver.

[Grave-keepeR III]

The third model in this storied line of Orpheus firearms, the Grave-keepeR III maintains the brand's reputation for quality, reliability and functionality. Featuring semi-automatic, delayed blowback operation, rampless box feed, and rugged polycarbonate-over-steel construction, the Grave-keepeR III is truly the ideal sidearm for any aspiring Initiative agent.

Effect: A basic weapon capable of firing Orpheus' spiritually imbued ammunition. Can deal 25 Reiatsu worth of damage per turn. Effective range of ten to fifteen meters.

The Grave-keepeR III is mostly used by Tatiana for target practice.

Awakening:
Grey Mouse
By paying 100 rei per round, Tatiana hides in plain sight.

Simply, she is still there but becomes less noticeable; she falls beneath their conscious awareness. Using this Tatiana could walk calmly into a secure government building, watch a top secret meeting while standing in a corner, and walk out. Even security teams watching cameras would not see her even upon reviewing the tape.

This effect is universal unless she does something extremely noticeable like firing a weapon, picking a lock, or running down the street stark naked. People of at least twice her reiatsu realize she is there, perhaps faded slightly.

Resonance: Slender
Tatiana's abilities at evading detection become far deadlier with her resonance ability. While hidden from the senses of her target, she can pay 5% of her reiatsu into a single attack. The attack itself deals normal damage, but it becomes cloaked in much the same way Tatiana was. Unless the damage is major or causes a limb to be severed, the target she hits fails to even notice it. As such, this is more liable to cause her enemies to bleed out.

Colin Healy​

the Irish Smart Ass

Age: 20

Appearance: Colin weighs in at a heft one hundred twenty pounds when sopping wet and fully clothed, giving his torso an almost skeletal look. Standing just shy of six foot he dwarfs many locals, should he ever be outside. This Irishman prefers to leave his brown hair buzzed to near nothing, incase he zones out and forgets to bathe for a few days. Sterling green eyes seem to always look past what he’s paying attention to.

Biography: Colin has been able to see the spiritual world all his life, it is part of what led him to always stay locked in his room. After years of seclusion he dropped out of school, leading his parents to kick him out in an attempt to teach him a life lesson. Instead he found that machines talked to him more then any human did, and he made a living off breaking into electronics systems throughout Dublin.

Eventually he slipped up and was nearly arrested. While being pursued by the law he fled through an airport and purchased the next plane departing, ending up in Tokyo. There he was taken up by Cerberus and now has a room that once more he almost never leaves. There are rumors that he keeps a pet, as he eats too much to remain so thin.

At the present time, Colin works tech support at Cerberus’ Fukushima operations.

While Colin dislikes Apple products, he got his hands on an iPhone before gutting it and rewiring it. With the new circuitry this phone acts as his universal translator and remote access point to use his awakening. Any electronic devices within thirty feet that use any sort of wireless signal are vulnerable. Without this phone, Colin cannot understand any language but English.

[ Anacyr SCR-16 ]

A simple gray pill, when ingested, this drug is digested at an extremely fast rate. Used often as a defensive drug, users who ingest this drug often report feelings of heaviness.

Effect: Travelling through the bloodstream and directly into the limb the user selects, this drug amplifies the body's natural durability giving the limb a density equal to iron. Their skin discolors to a dark gray tone, as metal coating covers it. Activation costs 250 reiatsu, and the new iron skin can withstand that much punishment before breaking down. While active, the user's weight is doubled.

[ Chealon ]
A vial of foggy white liquid, when injected into the bloodstream it greatly amplifies the user's respiratory system. By allowing them to both intake and expel large quantities of air, this strain is often used for a large amount of air-related tasks.

Effect: Repulsion is a term coined for the ability of the agent to produce large gusts of air from their system. By paying 100 reiatsu, the user can launch a gust of air directly from their lungs to easily knock over or stagger opponents within 5m.

Properly applied, a gust of Chealon can also propel the user in the opposite direction, up to 5m.

Awakening:
BIOS (Basic input/output system)

Colin’s awakening can simply allow unfettered access to nearly any electronic device made by man. With this he can practically walk through secure systems with little to no notification to the system’s owners. When using his abilities the whole of his eyes become deep and black, with no detail to be seen on them.

Read-me (Passive, always active w/o eye change)
Colin can speak with computers and electronics as if it was his true native tongue. Code and program layout are his phonetics, he can break down the intended use of an item or any security flaws within a few turns at most. By then he will often have suggestions for how to improve and stream line any coding. This ability has also allowed him to be a perfect hacker, finding flaws in security no one else can find, and slipping through electronic defences.

Dominate machine
At the cost of 100 reiatsu per turn Colin can take over a machine that he is touching, but not what it is networked to. With this he can get ATM’s to dispense cash at will and erase the video evidence, open electronic locks or move about machinery.

Resonance: Skynet
At 5% of his reiatsu, Colin's resonance ability animates machines in to fight for him. The entirety of his reiatsu paid goes towards a single machine that is mobile, that he can either have attack an enemy once or even intercept a single attack. The machines are overloaded and unusable once being flooded with reiatsu in this way. This also cannot effect machines that are already reiatsu powered, such as Destriers and summons.

Suijinja Izumi​

the Mother

Age: 40

Appearance: Izumi looks just as radiant now as she did when Edward was born. Her dark brown hair is typically done up in a bun, and her light brown eyes are almost always regarding the world with a caring attitude.

Biography: Izumi presently works for at the Shouwa Hospital as an acupuncturist and general practitioner. She has worked as a Doctor now for the last fifteen years, but she always makes time for her son.

Izumi is able to take water from anywhere around her and shape it into long thin needles.

Sasurei 刺す霊 – Spirit sting
At the cost of 5% reiatsu, Izumi can make a single needle fly out and stab at the chakras of an enemy.

Rei-iyasu 癒す霊 – I Heal the Spirit
A more beneficial technique, similar to her acupuncture, Izumi targets a wound with healing energy at the cost of 100 reiatsu per turn. Major wounds can be sutured in five turns, medium in three, and minor in a single turn. Due to the energy required, she typically holds off on needing to use this ability unless she has to, and instead relies on modern medicine.

Resonance:
Shinsei Mizu 神聖水 - Holy Water
Once in Resonance, the needles created glow faintly white. At a cost of an additional 5% of her reiatsu, Izumi can remove debuffs up to the cost of her needles.
