Sekai, his Girlfriend. He would even disobey orders to save her life.

No accomplishments so far (the only personal thing is maybe that he changed his fighting style to become more bloodthirsty and without scruple)

Career future: build a new 12^th division together with Igasho
Personal life future: stay together with sekai and make sure she doesn’t need to fight again.

3. What is your character's greatest regret? Their greatest fear?

The only thing he regrets was letting Sekai go on missions while his greatest fear is to lose her.

He is relatively open-minded and does not care to which race one belongs; it’s the deeds of the single person that counts.

Other than that he is fairly unknown, nope. That is kinda good thought, cause he lives his motto “the truly strong hide their power” to the fullest.

1. What/who is the most important person, thing, or ideal to your character?
Satoru's most important physical possession is his headphones. He would likely flip his shit if something happened to those. The ideal that he values most is his freedom to seek and obtain answers. The thing he hates most in the world is ignorance, and the best way to combat ignorance is through understanding. Oh, and country music.
2. What is their greatest accomplishment? What else do they hope to accomplish at some point in their life? (both in career and personal life)
So far, Satoru's greatest accomplishment was his direct promotion from unseated to 4th seat, but not for the sake of being promoted. He values knowledge above power, and so being recognized for his cleverness instead of ostracized by it felt like heaven. He hopes to further his own understanding so that he can combat the ignorance in the world.
3. What is your character's greatest regret? Their greatest fear?
His greatest professional regret so far was being removed from the Yoshishige case. He won't actively pursue it, but if a clear opportunity to figure out the mystery presented itself, he would take it. He also regrets the person that he used to be; callous and apathetic to others.
4. What does your character think about the other races? Talk about individual characters of other races, specific events, etc
He tries to treat everyone based on their own merits. He sees people not in terms of race, but in terms of "ignorant" or "non-ignorant." Shinigami are treated on a case by case bass, as well as Advent Humans. He views the Quincy as ignorant of their effects on the balance, and wishes that the Shinigami would take some time to reason with them. Failing that, he would like to work.out some sort of arrangement rather than genocide. Genocide always stems from ignorance. The Vizards, he views as shinigami who got a bad shake. Through his dealings with Gorou, he know that some are created against their will.

Satoru values understanding rather than mindless actions. He views confrontation without clear purpose as beneath any sentient beings, so he would try diplomacy before smashing heads.

Accidentally killing a bunch of people in the boonies with rei crush.

He wants to not be dangerous

Accidentally reibombing people. Doing it again.

His older brother Takashi and his long-time friend and subordinate Chizuru.​

What is their greatest accomplishment? What else do they hope to accomplish at some point in their life? (both in career and personal life)

Bulding the Fourth Division to a place of mutual respect amongst the Goteijuusantai.​

What is your character's greatest regret? Their greatest fear?

Akio's greatest regret is the death of his comrade Kazuhiro during a confrontation with a Hollow. This was ultimately a reflection of his greatest fear: the loss of a life he could have saved.​

What does your character think about the other races? Talk about individual characters of other races, specific events, etc.

Advent Humans: Haughty, arrogent and belligerent as a whole. But mostly Arano (lolz).

Vizards: Viewed primarily as an enigmatic race, Akio is both disguisted and intriguied by their hyrid nature.

Quincy: The fact that they have only ever tried to kill Akio leaves a sour taste in his mouth.

Hollows: Necessary to maintain the balance. Fortunately, this means slaying them invariably.​

In Akio's opinion the Fourth Division should have a larger role in combat scenarios, as they are viewed to be vital components of a well-balanced team (everyone needs a healer). Additionally, he thinks that he and his fellow Vice-Captain's are not utilized as fully as they could be, considering they all possess a wide variety of talents and abilities. Ilsa should totally lead them against some cool bad guy.​

   Feng has a huge hard on for duty. He's loyal to his job of ensuring the balance of souls but more over he's loyal to his family and is willing to take whatever steps are required to protect them.
2. What is their greatest accomplishment? What else do they hope to accomplish at some point in their life? (both in career and personal life)
   He's right now organizing a noble plot to ally his family with House Amaterasu and its vassals which is pretty groovy. Career wise he's hoping to fill the empty Haori should I find myself willing to try to go for it.
3. What is your character's greatest regret? Their greatest fear?
   Greatest regret is being curious enough to ignore orders and getting himself caught in a bioweapon test that ruined his body. His fear is probably seeing either his family or the 9th go under
4. What does your character think about the other races? Talk about individual characters of other races, specific events, etc.
   Shini: Feng is currently budding up to the various nobles esp. House Amaterasu and its vassals other than that eh its his own stuff.
   All else: Everything else is expendable to Feng, he's a biologist by trade and would equally like to get an AH, Vizard, Quincy, or Hollow onto his examination table. Dead or alive.
