Third Division Release Authorization

For those who are in the Third, PC, Secondary PC and NPC alike, I would like to get the authorization for shikai/bankai out of the way.

The question is: do you guys want to do it in a group collab, or individually?

Group could be fun, we havent done a mass collab since those proving exercises.

(Also, you can post our collab this week. My personal stuff is out of the way.)

I'm down for this, just not sure how she'll release shikai without revealing her hand. Unless we're on Earth. I could (potentially) pull the ol' "release while exiting a Gigai".

Knowing us, it'll take an eternity to finish, but sure why not

We'll be using the Third's underground battle arena thing which consists of bloodstone walls and so it's free from outside influences.

That said, if you guys like the idea of a group collaboration, I'll whip up a first turn/invite turn or someshit sometime later this week.
