Orders from Cerberus Tokyo Command
There will be three groups for all Cerberus people: the Western Group, the Command Group, and the Standby Group.
The Western Group (Zakki, Videl) has been deployed to investigate the bomb site and both search for said bomb and keep an eye for anybody suspicious. Be on the lookout for any trademarks of known enemies such as the WHO uniforms or the Chimera tendency to travel with at least one experiment nearby.
The Command Group (Colin, Shukumei) is in charge of monitoring the populace and to begin evacuating should the bomb threat hold true.
The Standby Group (Mick, Alistair, etc) will remain ready for non-vital deployment. Mick Evans has been dispatched as a runner to the Tokyo Nishi Koutougakkou in order to moniter any situation occurring there.
Arano has disappeared into the city in order to track down a potential source for this bomb scare by Chimera or Hydra. He has left Zakki in charge in his stead and will not be heard from until further notice.
