Very dark, very intense. After all Micali has been through, I feel like her choices make perfect sense here. Even killing Corruma feels deserved because even though she knew everything that had happened, she still tried to talk Micali out of killing Cid. Not because it would benefit Micali or somehow help Micali get what she needed, but simply because that was her brother and so Corruma had already justified and forgiven him for his crimes against Micali.
Easier to do when she's not the victim.
It was shocking, but fitting, and the fight that followed was suitably intense. I really like how Micali is not coming out of these battles unscathed, is in fact getting pretty severely wounded. Her moment of clarity, thinking of Rosa, and using that memory to push herself to survive, felt very poignant. The one thing I might suggest is that the 'death' could have lingered longer, given a little more time to soak in before that moment. That's a minor quibble in a strong entry, however.
