[S.I.R.E.N.] - 傾城

The Sonic Intermittent Reiatsu Emitting Nodule (or S.I.R.E.N. for short) is Orpheus’ primary mode of communication between agents. As opposed to standard radios or cell phones, a S.I.R.E.N. functions on a highly encrypted channel and uses ambient reiatsu as a medium for transmission rather than far-easier-to-intercept radio waves. Otherwise, these compact, over-the-ear communicators offer much of the same functionality as any other short-wave radio. The only difference is range -- as any sizable source of reiatsu may act as a relay -- allowing most agents to stay in contact even over large distances.


[Compliance Shackle] - 追従裾

Distributed in pairs, these gunmetal gray bangles function as Orpheus’ standard restraint method when dealing with humanoid targets. Placed on the wrists of any detainee, each cuff emits a radial beam of reishi that links it to its counterpart -- allowing for more versatility in use. Still, should the cuffs become separated, each bangle houses a global positioning chip that allows its wearer to be tracked. Should the detainee move beyond thirty meters from their designated confinement area or handler, the shackle will emit a signal designed to stimulate nociceptors in the wearer -- thereby causing them extreme pain and pacifying them until they can be collected.

Xavier is a rebellious kid genius wanting nothing more than for his senior to play him some attention. This would explain why every time he would follow in Mason’s footsteps, Xavier would get into a lot of trouble. This crazy method was the only way Xavier could feel the love.

Besides yearning for his father's attention, Xavier is a much laid back individual, this chill state helps with him being so smart to back up his claim for being a genius. Only his sisters and closes friends know that he is a very kind, and sweet person.
Xavier has become more serious about his life and as an agent of Orpheus, since his brother’s death.

Bio:

Xavier King Jr. was born to Xavier and Imani King. He was raised in Detroit, Michigan. Xavier is second eldest son of four other siblings. He has one older brother and three younger sisters. Their names are Mason who is 25, Alicia who is 15, Jeanie who is 10, and Slivia who is 4.

At fourteen Xavier's mom died after giving birth to his youngest sister Slivia. But while she was alive she taught chemistry at a local high school in the Detroit Public School district.

Xavier Sr. was a Desert Storm Veteran who kept his house neat and clean. Xavier’s earliest memory is scrubbing the bathroom floor with a scrub brush with his brother Mason. Xavier Sr. never paid much attention to Xavier since his main focus was on Mason. Even though Xavier lost attention from his father because of his older Xavier’s role model was still Mason.

So when the rumor started to go around about Mason being crazy at Xavier's school, he really started to get into trouble. The young genius started to get suspended for fighting but he didn't care he rather protect his big brother's honor and respect. Xavier knew if his brother said that SOME THING had attack his squad then it was the truth.

At wasn't until Mason left to go to Japan did Xavier truly understand what had been happening to his brother. One night during Xavier's freshman year high school, he was on his way home from school Xavier heard loud screams coming from an alley. Of course being the person he was Xavier went to investigate, that was the night his life would change for the better. Not remembering everything he wrote what he could to the one he knew who would listen. However Mason never responded to him.

It wasn't until Xavier's Senior Graduation that he got a message back from his brother. Xavier left immediately for Japan after getting the letter. Once he stepped foot down in Tokyo his life was turned upside down. First joining a secret organization call Orpheus only to find his brother. However after living and fighting side by side the agents of Orpheus, he decided to stay as a full fledge member.

When he finally settled into his new life, a ghost of his past started to haunt him again. An old tracker of Mason had been reactivated. Without hesitation, Xavier left to find his brother again. The young agent found his brother Mason and even more disturbing news. Mason had been working as a double agent for the Order. At first Xavier thought his brother to be brainwashed, but Mason proved to him otherwise.

Xavier was forced into a battle to the death by his big brother. When it was all over only the younger brother walked away. Beaten physically and emotionally, he returned back to Orpheus.

Initial Awakening: High Voltage

Form: Upon Xavier electric abilities awakening his body takes on some obvious changes. From his hair turning white and his eyes glowing teal as well as new teal glowing tribal tattoos laminating his skin.

Attack: Chain Discharge
By imbuing his attacks with High Voltage’s power, Xavier can greatly augment his offensive abilities. When using an ammo-based attack, Xavier can pay 2% of his reiatsu to infuse the next two rounds he fires with electrical energy. Once both attacks are fired, the rounds emit a continuous arc of electricity between them, shocking anyone who crosses the beam. The maximum distance between the two points that the beam can be maintained is roughly twenty meters. The arc lasts for a single round and will persist even if both bullets strike a target. If utilizing Lightning-based ammunition, the damage of Chain Discharge will last for two rounds.

Ability: Lightning Synapse
A more passive use for Xavier’s mastery of electrical energy, Lightning Synapse allows the Advent to enhance his own reaction time with his Awakening’s electrical potential, speeding up his synapses and nerve conduction velocity to greatly improve his ability to perceive the world around him. Practically speaking, this allows Xavier to slow his perception of the world around him very briefly, in order to parse attacks or line up his abilities. Each round Lightning Synapse is active costs Xavier 1% of his reiatsu, and the ability can only be maintained continuously for one round per every 1k in his Agility stat. Upon deactivation, Lightning Synapse cannot be used again for one round.

Resonance Attack: Rolling Thunder
In a true display of prowess over electricity, Xavier is able to supercharge ambient particles in the air around him in order to create a sustained orb of condensed electrical energy. Once fired, the orb can travel a distance of up to ten meters before dissipating unless it strikes a target. Any enemy that comes into contact with Rolling Thunder is violently electrocuted and stunned by the orbs taser-like effect. Additionally, any instance of Chain Discharge used while Rolling Thunder is active will cause the first ability to arc to the orb as well as the two rounds used to generate it. Each use of this ability costs Xavier 5% of his reiatsu.
