Arano is calling a challenge on Zakki Shihara, for a fight in 5. Chimera Facility: Fukushima.

Arano is threatening secession of Cerberus Fukushima from the Cerberus Corporation if the match is refused, and wagering ???? on the victory.
 
Miyazaki Kaede challenges anyone who dares to fight a good 'ole non-spiritual brawl with her.

Rules: Must equalize. No access to any techniques that spend any form of reiatsu. No handicaps.

In a sense this is basically a human versus human fight.

A challenge, anonymously written, was posted on the World Tournament Challenge Board, bearing only the outdated standing and the initials of the participants. However, the correct standing and the complete names of both combatants have been sent to the parties in question. Although the public announcement was kept in a conundrum, it seems like the correct information had been, at least, given to the organizers and the people involved.

And if Ansherina wins, Theodoor will have to go back to the Fourth every two weeks to have an oral evaluation and detailed presentation of a specific kidou spell, from its direct effects to possible effects on self/other people and/or surroundings. This includes possible spells that may positively or negatively affect the kidou, in one way or another.
