The battlefield felt far too familiar for Caleb Fletcher’s taste. He was never the type of the man to return to the same place twice. The lack of the new and novel factor was rather off putting. Then again, the Orpheus Training Lot was rather far removed from being part of the club scene. He was never the type of person to actively use the Training Lot, as it was often far too crowded and... well... serious. Perhaps he would just have to make an excuse, since after all this was the third time in a span of a few weeks that he was here.
The dark-haired spy leaned forward over the railings that made up the open, second level of the Lot. Reiatsu already was pulsing out from his body, his existence being slowly wiped away from the minds of those who drew near. The heavy barrel of the Noblesse weighed down on his back; though, by now he had gotten accustomed to the immense weight. His newest procurement, the Épitaphe SAA which had nicknamed M, was holstered to his side. He was still getting used to original weight, but if his fight with Mouko taught him anything, firing the Noblesse repeatedly was fucking tiring.
He looked back down, a slightly bored expression on his face. The spy started to become impatient, wondering when his boss would actually show up. The fight wasn’t strictly taking place within the tournament, but he wasn’t going to pass up the chance to headshot Masato a few times.

Random rolled into Training Lot (how convenient)
Didn't want to fiddle around with handicaps since I'm mainly in the mood to just casually have a fight for funsies, but if you want one I can roll for it.
Caleb has NBDIB active so Masato doesn't know where he is in the lot or if he's even there yet.
Nobody Does It Better - Unique Feat
If deception is considered an art, Caleb Fletcher is Degas. While many others prefer physical and reiatsu cloaks to hide themselves, Caleb instead prefers to hide in plain sight. By spiking his reiatsu gradually, he can eliminate his presence from others minds. While active, he is simply unnoticeable. He could be inches away from someone else and they would fail to recognize him.
While active, all individuals within 50m are unaware of his presence through any senses, including Reiatsu Noukan and tracking abilities. This ability is dependent upon Caleb's concentration and his targets' ignorance. Active use of reiatsu while the cloak is active will break its effect, and if someone is aware of being manipulated, the ability ceases to be effective on that individual for the remainder of the encounter.

Striding in through the training lot's vaulted steel door, a cigarette clasped between his lips, the duster-clad General surveyed the area, keen amber eyes picking over every detail of the battleground, but failing to see the rifle-wielding spy.
Of course, that didn't mean he wasn't there.
A thin smile played its way across Masato's features as he stepped towards the center of the room, resting a gloved hand calmly on one of the revolvers clasped to his hip.
"Fletcher," the agent breathed, wisps of smoke escaping from his lips as he spoke. He may not have been able to see the double-agent, but it seemed as though the gunslinger had no trouble picking out the man's reiatsu. "...It was pretty bold of you to challenge me."
The General's words were punctuated by a brilliant flash of arcane power, his holstered firearms radiating pale wisps of spiritual energy as he called upon his post-human abilities.
"...Don't you regret it. Tournament or not, I'm not gonna take it easy on you."
Pacing calmly around the space, one hand still gripping the handle of his revolver, the gunslinger let out a short chuckle.
A disgruntled look appeared on the spy’s face, as the reiatsu field he emitted degraded away. First it was Mouko. Now it was Masato. Was there anyone in god-damn Orpheus who didn’t have a way to track him?
“Think of it me making sure the deal was worth it,” he replied, as his form flickered into view. Slate-gray reiatsu appeared around him, before shattering away like a broken mirror. Three reticles appeared around him, orbiting his body in concentric paths.
“Be careful General, you know about my previous exploits,” he tagged on at the end.
His reiatsu expanded rapidly around him, settling down among the entirety of the battlefield. An uneasy feeling seemed to build up, almost as if Masato was being watched from every angle at once. In a single fluid movement, he drew the immense barrel that was the Noblesse loading a single tesla round in the process.
The targeting reticles lined up in a row, a red dot being projected to the center of the man’s head. With an explosive shot the round was fired, the bullet buzzing with imbued energy as it sailed towards the marked spot with deadly accuracy.
At the same moment, Caleb began to move a frightening speed, his form erupting into a blur of movement, traversing along the second level with super-human agility.

Activating IA.
The secret behind Caleb’s rise initially as an agent of MI5, License to Kill is takes the agent’s already potent ability to read his targets and refines it into an art. When activated, his reiatsu appears to thicken, before shattering around him like hundreds of fragments of glass. What appear to be three targeting reticles, no larger than the size of a fist appear around his body. While not potent offensively, he can freely maneuver them in a thirty meter radius around his body.
For Your Eyes Only - 0% Resonance
By paying 1% of his reiatsu per turn activated, Caleb refines the sensing capability of his Reiatsu Nouken immensely. He is automatically able of getting detailed positioning information of all targets within the range. All noise is removed when For Your Eyes Only is activated, refining Reiatsu Nouken to the point where he can individually identify reiatsu signatures that he has met before.
He is able of simulating and analysing multiple possible vectors at once, granting him the enhanced capability to tracking their movement and the possible paths they can take. This manifests itself as the ability to recognize high-speed movement techniques as long as he has at least 35% of the target’s movement stat.
From Russia With Love - 0% Resonance
Passively, From Russia With Love drastically increases Caleb’s baseline accuracy. By manipulating the targeting reticles he is granted the ability to pick apart the target’s body to know exactly where to strike.
After landing a successful hit, Caleb is capable of memorizing the exact trajectory of the bullet that caused its successful strike. By paying 3% of his reiatsu he can lock-onto the previous hit and recreate the optimal trajectory to land the strike. The next bullet he fires, empowered by the reiatsu he paid in, will home-onto his target, following them until they either strike their target or are stopped.
** Using For Your Eyes Only.
** Passive accuracy increase from FRWL to kick things off
** ZAP ZAP.
By the time Caleb's round left his barrel, Masato was already on the move. The double-agent may have been fast, but the gunslinger's trigger finger was faster. In a motion nearly too quick to perceive, the General's weapon was unleashed from it's binding, the hulking form of Sanzoku swiftly assembling itself around the agent's revolver as he drew it from it's holster. Almost unconsciously, the gunslinger moved the weapon's gleaming barrel level with Caleb's heart, it's chamber spinning around noisily as the Advent's power took hold before finally snapping to a halt as the weapon's sights centered on the spy's vitals.
Meanwhile, the agent himself moved to avoid the spiritually-enhanced lead. Time seemed to slow as his senses were bolstered with arcane energy, affording him the vital seconds required to narrowly avoid the double-agent's attack, the high calibur round sliding past the gunslinger's temple and cleaving a few chestnut-hued hairs from his head.
Fletcher was one hell of a shot. Masato would have to stay on his toes.
The duster-clad agent's reiryouku surged in retaliation as he forced reiatsu into his limbs, momentarly overcoming the physical limitations of his body as super-charged musculature pushed the gunslinger to impossible speeds. In a heartbeat, he was on top of the unwitting spy.
Caleb wouldn't know what hit him.
A thin trail of argent reiatsu traced Masato's path through the air as he moved, a blur of smoke and gunfire surrounding the double agent as the General's weapon spat out round after round of extra-dimensional steel.
You dun' goofed
Attacking before the three rounds were up activates Quick Draw, allowing Masato to quickly retaliate and giving him a buff to damage for this attack.
Using Bullet Time to narrowly dodge the headshot, which activates [nobr]Senkoutaihou Kata[/nobr]. I'm replacing that counter with [nobr]Hecatonchires[/nobr] and augmenting that with [nobr]Roulette[/nobr]. In case the visual cues weren't clear, I rolled a Zanpakutou Core Round. Also taking this chance to stack up [nobr]Rapid Fire[/nobr].
The moment that Masato moved he was alerted. His eyes surveyed the field in its entirety; the information being delivered to him was exponentiated with his movement. His eyes widened in shock as the gunslinger appeared to approach with dozens of separate trajectories at once. He reacted proportionally, his superhuman senses being pushed to the brink.
Masato was fast but his reaction was faster.
The world froze, the pinnacle skill of Douteki Kansei being invoked. The world was slowed to a near stop. He tilted his head up, as the General first appeared in front of him. He ducked low, the first round sailing cleanly over him. Continuing the movement, he pivoted back up, a second barrage sailing past him. A piercing pain erupted from his right leg, a third shot hitting the side of his thigh cleanly. Gritting his teeth through the wound, he continued to transition his stance. Each attack was met with a corresponding movement, though the individual success was variable.
While to the two awakened humans it felt like a lifetime, the entire event occurred in a fraction of a second. Their positions were lost in a blur of movement and gunfire. Throughout, Caleb’s reiatsu continued to grow as he passed into a higher echelon of strength.
The blitz ended, Masato’s form being revealed as he stood at the location of his attack. However, at the end the double agent was lost completely. The whistling whine of two oncoming bullets caught the gunslinger’s attention. The second bullet appeared surged with latent reiatsu, amplifying the normal shot to devastating proportions. Together, the two separate attacks headed for the center of his chest.
His form blurred back into view on the far opposite side of the room. With heavy, panting breaths he grasped his right leg. Pain continously sparked in his body, a testament to the sheer skill the General possessed. Two clean exits wounds accompanied it on his left shoulder. The Noblesse was holstered on his back once more, instead in his hand was his newest weaponry, M. Blood poured out of three clean puncture wounds staining his usually impeccably kept suit crimson.

WHAT SPEED IS GAS PEDAL?
GAS PEDAL IS GAS PEDAL.
Used Neotic Inertia to react to Hecatonchires with Bullet Time. He knew Masato was heading towards him because Mini-map signaled it right before he got hit. Instead of getting completely turned into swiss cheese Caleb managed to weasel his way around and through the attack. Didn't save him from getting hit three times with pretty nasty injuries. However, doing that allowed him to get his resonance attack, You Only Live Twice which was only slightly reduced with True Grit. Which he then used to re-position/double shot.

The gunslinger's eyes widened as his opponent evaded most of the numerous bullets sent his way. Sliding to a halt a few meters away from the spy, the barrel of his revolver glowing bright orange from the continuous firing, Masato had nary a moment to catch his breath before the double-agent retaliated.
Letting out a half-curse as the opposing man opened fire, the General's mind had barely enough time to process the panic before the high-velocity sniper rounds were on top of him. Gritting his teeth as the pair tore their way through his left side, the gunslinger's reiatsu spiked, his post-human awareness, at the very least, sparing him from a lethal hit.
"Son of a bitch!" the agent growled, already redirecting reiatsu towards the injuries and stabilizing them. Reaching into his duster, Masato retrieved an innocuous-looking cannister. Gripping the pin between his teeth, the agent pulled, arming the device. Tossing it lightly towards Caleb, the shell quickly detonated, filling the training lot with a dense cloud of iridescent fog. The smoke would keep Fletcher from locating him visually, and the reishi-laden chaff would play hell with any sensory abilities either man attempted to use, at least for a while.
'Not that it matters' the gunslinger affirmed inwardly. Allowing reiatsu to flow into his ocular cavities, the agent smirked as the pale whites and greys of the smokescreen gave way to muted yellows and reds, his enhanced vision making the obstruction virtually non-existent.
Across from him, he could see the shimmering orange outline of his opponent through the fog. With markedly more effort, the gunslinger hefted his second revolver free, it too undergoing a transformation similar to the first. Levelling both barrels with Fletcher's silhouette, the gunslinger's reiatsu surged, both chambers lurching over; one glowing a brilliant gold, the other a icy blue.
"Try and dodge this."
Squeezing the triggers, both weapons exploded outward; a torrent of frozen, electrical fury baring down on Caleb.
Stuff
Not fast enough to dodge the hit, but moved enough to make it non-lethal. Stabilized the wounds with Salve. Tossed a Riot Canister at you, which is annoying. I don't know how it'll affect your radar, though. Activated [nobr]Hunter-Killer[/nobr] to actually see through my own smokescreen and then shot back at Caleb, augmenting both shots with Roulette and [nobr]Massive Caliber[/nobr].

Feedback echoed through his mind as the riot canister was released. The power of his sensing capability seemed to blur, a haze settling in his mind’s eye. However, he remained focused, now preferring to focus on his direct senses. The devastating assault of the General’s awakened powers ripped through the cloud, catching him off guard.
His superhuman senses as his only guide, he ducked to the side, the frozen cascade rushing past him. However, his elation in dodging the attack was abruptly cut short as the electrical surge ripped through his body. His muscles tightened and spazzed, contracting painfully. He gasped out in pain, as the elemental assault passed through him in an instant.
However, he knew he didn’t have the opportunity to nurse his wounds. He was still a sitting duck, and that always was bad news to the double agent. Caleb’s body flickered from view, his speed accelerating once more to near-impossible levels. Two shots roared through the air towards where he assumed Masato was. Both were buzzing with surging potential, ready to electrocute the man on contact.
Reiatsu began to climb, as he matched the gunslinger’s strength. The sound of shattering glass echoed, his reiatsu solidifying into a heavy haze. His analytical strength scaled wildly, the sense of being watched from all angles increasing in intensity. As he appeared on the other side of the lot, his awakened form was revealed, thought it was most likely to Fujikawa’s disappointment.
Carrying none of the bombastic appearances of shinigami Bankai or human final awakenings, for all intents and purposes he seemed unchanged. The only sign was the reticles that hovered him increasing in complexity and in number. However, internally was a completely different story.
He reached back to grab the Noblesse once more, three reticles positioning themselves in a row in front of him. He launched a barrage of three shots to accompany the previous two. The attacks flew at varying angles before they appeared to collapse on Masato’s location. With unmatched accuracy, they hunted their target.

The gunslinger watched as Caleb deftly avoided his attack, sustaining only a glancing blow. Amber eyes narrowed to slits as the double-agent counter attacked, a pair of high-calibur rounds streaking through the reiatsu-laden fog towards the General.
Cringing as the first bullet tore through the flesh of his quadracep, waves of electrical torment racking his senses, the gunslinger persevered through gritted teeth; reiatsu pouring from his form as the second projectile streaked towards him.
A resonating boom sounded as the high-powered round slammed into the coalesced reiryouku, repulsed by some ethereal force. Sparks rained over the battleground as the bullet churned futility against the General's hardened spiritual force before rebounding, the mass of arcane lead streaking back towards its point of origin.
The room appeared to darken as the gunslinger retaliated. With a flick of his wrist, Masato tossed his revolver upward, the spiritually-imbued weapon seemingly disappearing before, with a crash like thunder, hundreds of gleaming steel rifles rained down over the battlefield, each rooting itself nose down in the reinforced concrete at their feet.
"Now, kid," the General laughed, his crouched form radiating spiritual power. "...Now you're really playing with fire."
With a flash of reiatsu, the gunslinger appeared before the double-agent, hefting a single rifle from its crater. The spy excelled at ranged combat. Masato was no match for him in his element. What he needed to do was force Fletcher's hand; he needed to engage the man on his own terms.
In close combat, the man wouldn't stand a chance.
The world seemed to slow to a crawl as Masato's spiritually charged synapses parsed every second of the encounter. Snapping into action, the General reached out, grasping at barrel of his adversary's weapon and thrusting it aside as the spy loosed his second volley, the butt his own weapon swinging up to meet the man's gut like a cudgel. Reiatsu flooded through the General's body as his power reached its peak, forcing his spiritual energy through his weapon to enhance already super-human strength.
With a dull 'whomp', the improvised truncheon connected, an explosion of arcane energy and pressure emanating from the point of impact and forcing the pair apart. With a swift and practised motion, the gunslinger whipped the rifle around, levelling it's barrel with the now-airborne spy and squeezing the trigger.
Suddenly, the lot was awash with blinding white light, a burning lance of brilliant, arcane energy streaking towards the double-agent.
This was a real battle.

Took the first of the big hits, redirected the second back at you with [nobr]Gyaku.[/nobr] Then I activated True Awakening/Bullet Time, and blinked into melee range with [nobr]Bullet Speed[/nobr] and did some Senkoutaihou Kata shit, batted you into the air with Overdrive [nobr]Force[/nobr] and then fired a single rifle with [nobr]Roulette Barrage[/nobr]. Rolled a Lawbringer Round. Did call a tiny bit of a hit to keep the flow going/for style points, so feel free to return the favour :>
Attack is ~4,550 for the bullet, and I guess 1k + melee damage for the bat, though I'm not really counting that one.
The sudden sense of what could best be described as vertigo overcame him. In an instant he felt his body sent airborne. Though his superhuman resistance had numbed the strength of the assault to a dull ache, he could feel the power permeating from the attacks. Blinding white light overcame his vision; the hissing whine of the Lawbringer round augmented from the General’s Awakening barreling towards him.
However, throughout, he remained calm. Perhaps it was a simple side effect of reaching his peak reiatsu state, but his mind still continued to think clearly. Reiatsu exited out of his body, propelling him to the side violently out of the path of the round. The white light overwhelmed his left side, the fabric surrounding his left arm vaporizing in an instant. The skin below was burned from the intensity, disgusting burns covering the arm completely.
Caleb’s face remained empty, void of emotion as the pain was suppressed completely. He began to move once more. He pushed off in midair, almost as if an invisible platform was under his feet. With breathtaking agility he landed behind Masato before continuing at a breakneck pace. His body seemed to blur with the sheer speed he was capable of reaching.
The hum of electrical energy caught Masato’s attention, as Caleb fired two Tesla rounds from his newly procured weapon. They surged forward; with accuracy that befit the sniper’s potential. One aimed at his neck, the second at his heart. At that moment he didn’t hold a single attack back, both kill shots capable of subduing even the strongest of his enemies.
