Hey will, just GM subbing a kai I subbed earlier. Anyway, I understand the kai staff comments and agree with why they denied it. It's more, I'm wondering if something like an improved clone kai could work in HD with the summoning rules. Instead of having one super giga-summon, would there be anyway to make more spammable clone+ summons work?
That is, instead of paying a large portion of your rei and a Bankai rei buff on it, be able to summon 10% of your reiatsu summons, which are easy to destroy but can be summoned in numbers. I was looking at more of an improved Ningyou Tuskaiken summon, where you'd pay in that say 10% and the summon would have X% of your stat as a single combat stat or a kidou stat. They would have a % cost, so they weren't instantly rei nuked the moment they were summoned by a soft breeze. The precent is lower at 10% (Even could lower it to 5%) because they're at least somewhat durable but still easily detonated.
I was thinking these summons, being easier to destroy and pretty much improved clone kidou could be allowed in both BK and SK. Here's a link to the kai. I have the feeling the numbers are waaaaay off, but just as a sort of example of what I was talking about.
Shun used to have a clone kai back in moots time, but the clones really didn't have stats or even a set amount of reiatsu and were indestructible so... that wasn't the best example haha.

Explanation Note
Alright, so I know summon type things are supposed to be relegated to BK and require a specific set-up. Though, for this kai I didn't want a full fledged pay a ton of rei summon. I wanted a more spammable clone spell+ kai.
The way I set up the summoning abilities are pretty much a kai version of: Ningyō Tsukaiken - Bakudou #46, 600 Kidou
Description: Ningyō Tsukaiken creates a perfect imitation of the caster. The caster imbues the clone with enough reiatsu to perform a single potent melee attack before vanishing. Choosing either Hakuda or Zanjutsu (not both), the caster gives their clone striking power equal to half of the chosen stat. The effect lasts for as long as the clone is in play. When zanjutsu is the chosen stat, the caster may supply the clone with a weapon, should the clone not already possess one.
But these would actually stay and could do more than one attack. If this doesn't fly I can change it.
Shikai: Name: Jojishi - “Epic” Release Command: Lucia says one of the following: -Enter Video Game Weapon Here- Equipped!
Level Up!
Do Do Do Dooo Dooo Do Do Do!
Fatality!
The Wheel of Fate is Turning!
I’m Breaking my Limit!
What... Jojishi is Evolving?!
Extra Life!
Use the Boost to Catch Up!
Objection!
Minions have Spawned!
Manifestation:
Same as old kai, I'll C/P later.
Form:
After releasing her zanpaktou, the weapon completely digitizes itself, disappearing from view. Seconds later, a set of four holographic screens appear around Lucia, all showing a variety of information as she uses her abilities. An advanced looking gauntlet appears around her right arm. The gauntlet is completely metallic, and is engulfed in lavender vector lines. A similar looking spaulder appears on her shoulder, as ropes of binary coding link together the spaulder and gauntlet. On her face appears a complex set of goggles, illuminated by the similar set of vector lines.
Ability: Tutorial: Opening the Options Menu
Sometimes, you really need to look at the world through grid-lines. Conflicts can make so much more sense once you start playing with them game style. Upon activating her shikai, Lucia transforms the entirety of the battle-field around her.The environment is transformed to mimic her favorite type of game, tactical role-playing games.
Every turn, Lucia can summon up a manifestation of herself, which is able to have a single combat stat, rage or ability. If ability is the selected that, it’s equal to 50% of Lucia’s kidou. If rage is the choice, then it is equal to 50% of hakuda for combat. The manifestations’ agility is equal to half of her hohou. The physical appearance of each of the manifestations can vary; however, they must be humanoid beings.
If the manifestations specialize in combat, they can be provided a weapon on creation. If the manifestations specialize in ability, Lucia can choose a kidou, chiydou spells included but not kindou, she has equipped for them to be able to cast, as long as their ability stat is high enough to equip the spell and they have enough reiatsu to cast it. The cost to create a manifestation, and subsequently destroy it, is 10% of her reiatsu per manifestation. She can have a maximum of 3 manifestations available at a time.
Ability: Tutorial: Changing the Camera Angle
The manifestations are able to function in a similar fashion as the kidou Surveillance Clone. Therefore, anything that the manifestation senses or sees is instantly routed to Lucia. This allows her to cycle through beings at will, gaining information from each. She can also relay her voice through her summons, allowing the pass messages through them. She can distort her voice through the manifestation, allowing her to select the tenor, tone and pitch. She must pay 1% of her reiatsu, each time she shifts from being to being.
By calling out Bankai, the very space around Lucia, and the battlefield in general warps. The mechanized gauntlet whirs rapidly, as it evolves into its new state. Small metallic circles wrap around the gauntlet, floating just around the weapon. As she uses her abilities, the metallic object whirs loudly, emitting the glow of her reiatsu. Ten different holographic screens appear around Lucia, as the HUDs begin to revolve around her, all displaying a variety of information and, to outsiders, random symbols.
Though, the real change in Bankai is the battlefield itself. In shikai, the effects were masked, as she was unable to summon the entirety of the bond. In Final Release, a set of grid-lattice lines are emitted from her gauntlet, covering the ground with the grid pattern. The boxes are roughly the size of a person, as both she and her enemy stand like units in a video-game.
This futuristic feel permeates into her abilities as well. As such, when she uses kidou or activates technique, they take on a flavorful variation of the normal techniques in this state.
Ability: Advanced Tutorial: Closing the Options Menu
Every turn, Lucia can summon up to two manifestations of herself, each one able to have a single combat stat, rage or ability equal to 75% of Lucia’s kidou for their ability stat. Or 75% of hakuda for combat. The manifestations’ agility is equal to 75% of her hohou. The physical appearance of each of the manifestations can vary; however, they must be humanoid beings. The beings summoned do not release a reiatsu signature.
If the manifestations specialize in combat, they can be provided a weapon on creation. If the manifestations specialize in ability, Lucia can choose up to two kidou, chiydou spells included but not kindou, spells she has equipped for them to be able to cast, as long as their ability stat is high enough to equip the spell and they have enough reiatsu to cast it. The cost to create a manifestation, and subsequently destroy it, is 10% of her reiatsu per manifestation. She can have up to five manifestations at once summoned.
She must pay 1% of her reiatsu, each time she shifts from being to being.
Sometimes, it’s almost like there’s a microchip in the manifestations' heads. But in all reality, there’s the much more plausible customization menu completely ingrained into their psyche. By opening up a customization menu, on one of the screens, while summoning, Lucia can implant the manifestation with the ability to activate one of her own unique feats, division techniques or general techniques. The manifestation must have either a rage stat able to handle the hakuda or zanjustu technique, or an ability stat able to use the kidou related technique or feat and the reiatsu level as well.
Attack: Advanced Tutorial: Saving and Loading Files
The manifestations are expressions of Lucia’s subconscious. As such, they have a constant bond with her and other manifestations. As such, they are able to preform maneuvers that only the closest teams could attempt to pull off. Lucia and a manifestation, or two individual manifestations, can each pay 5% of their reiatsu. This allows them to preform either Bait and Switch or Empathic Block. Only one instance of either technique can be used per turn and can only be used once every other turn
Attack: Advanced Tutorial: Changing Game Disks
Sometimes you just wish that there was a class change button. You know, someway that you could redistribute your stats and equip that technique you always wanted. Fortunately for summons, they do have one. By paying 5% of the manifestation’s reiatsu, it can swap from rage spec to ability spec. Each manifestation can only swap once.
Once the specs are changed, a weapon may be provided if the manifestation did not already have one. New kidou can be equipped for those switching to ability spec. Furthermore, a new technique from "Advanced Tutorial: Installing Downloadable Content" can be chosen if the summon can no longer use the technique.
Consider that, on top of the five permanent, hard-to-destroy clones with 75% of one of her stats, Lucia can still summon the regular kidou clones.
The kidou itself is quite potent when used well. It allows a single attack at half of the caster's own strength. So it could serve as a distraction or as a way to get an extra hit in combat. There's also the Shade spell which allows a clone to cast a single spell.
Instead you have five minions who can each attack at nearly your own strength, can be three different styles, and use two spells if kidou-based.
The kidou has various limiting factors:
They can only attack once.
For each spell prepared, you only have one way to use it.
They take at least a few seconds to summon one.
They have a small fraction of your own capability.
They can only really be attacked once.
Taking out one limitation might be possible, but you took out all of them at the same time.
You want a spammable clone kai then reduce the effectiveness and the cost, compared to the kidou spells, and increase the numbers.
Alrighty. While looking over my BK, I saw that the representation dynamic wasn't really there. All Hare really had was his oak tree and not much else. Even that wasn't as awe-inspiring as I thought it looked in my head. So I'm hoping that the following changes to it can be made.
Sekiryoku Houshiki Xiezhi
Description: Upon releasing bankai an enormous oak tree materializes behind Haresuno. The tree is in full bloom and as time progresses the leaves turn and then begin to fall, transitioning from summer to winter. When the final leaf falls, Haresuno has reached the limit of his bankai.
The tree itself fifty feet in height with massive roots and branches.
The bronze staff of Haresuno's shikai, 6'8" in length, separates into five equal pieces which slowly revolve around him. Within a five foot radius, Haresuno is able to control these rods at will, individually or connected together, coating them in his glowing white reiatsu, giving them a bladed edge. Haresuno can also project a gleaming white blade out up to twice the length of the rods in-hand.

Technique - Weight of Ten Thousand Sins
Description - Weight Of Ten Thousand Sins
Feat Type: Unique Feat Description: Upon engaging the foe she was sent to dispatch in Hueco Mundo, Tsubaki fell prey to a feigned weakness on the part of her opponent. Once the beast used the moment of confusion to immobilize her, one of the core pieces of the Hollow took possession of her right eye, forever tainting it with the toxic presence of the beast's malice.
Each round the eye is in effect the victim will begin to suffer hallucinations of sight and sound. This begins with a high pitched scratching sound that penetrates even the most resolved sense of concentration. As it progresses, some may witness those they love suffer horrible deaths, others may hear the screams and wails of forsaken women and children. Should the effects remain in play for 4 rounds or more the victim will begin to suffer increased paranoia, even to the extent of feeling unearthly creatures slithering and twisting around their limbs.
Each round this feat is active requires a cost of 1% of Tsubaki's Reiatsu to maintain. While powerful, the longest Tsubaki can keep this technique active is 7 rounds. Once this time limit is reached the power seals itself and is unusable for the remainder of the battle.

I'm fine with folks riding the highway to the danger zone and continuing to stand/fight/etc with that much rei pressure being chucked about, but I'm not too keen on keeping this lame duck of a technique.

With the removal of stat kais, (hurray, I shot myself in the knee) this is no longer a relevant feat for Theron. I'd like to resubmit another in its feat.
[Eternal Hunger]
Whenever Theron applies a reduction to an opponent's combat stat, he gains an amount equal to half that reduction to his own primary combat stat, for the same duration. This does not stack from the same ability applied twice, simply refreshing the duration, but does add when different means of a reduction are used.

(already approved) [ Adlerauge ] - "Eagle’s Eye" Hitting prey when they least expect it, masters of Kyuuzu are able to cause their arrows to hunt down any nearby Reiatsu signatures. When firing a single arrow a quincy may pay 500 reiatsu to embed it with a reiatsu sensor. Along its path if the arrow comes within 5m of a reiatsu signature it will deviate from its path up to one time towards the nearest source of reiatsu. This technique does not distinguish between friend or foe and it is easy to mistakenly run through an ally. Requirements: 7,500 Kyuuzu
Speigel – Resubmit
Limit it to one deviation since you’re already launching like a bajillion arrows to freak out the guy. Also this is a pretty powerful level technique. If you notice how the other techs of such a high level work, they cost A LOT. 2,500 rei plus your free rei isn’t that much. I understand Q should minimize their rei usage just the cost needs to go up A TON
[ Spiegel] - "Looking Glass" Normally a Quincy must divide their shuuhaku pool evenly among all the arrows they fire, Spiegel is the exception to rule. After paying 2500 reiatsu, the Quincy draws back one shot which when fired splits into the max amount of possible arrows the quincy can fire. One of these shots contains the bulk of the used shuuhaku, each other arrow contains only 1 shuuhaku to give them spiritual form. The true arrow in volley exhibits properties of the Adlerauge technique, however it will track up to two deviations from the original arrow path as it attempts to hit its target. Requirements: 10,000 Kyuuzu
Ok so for the above, considering even a 20k rei quincy using their final release would only have a Shuuhaku pool of 2400, and I wanted this to be more of a trick shot rather then a finisher (thus something you'll want to use multiple times in a fight) I think essentually giving the ability a 1 turn cooldown where you can't fire arrows is a good trade off for what amounts to a trick shot.
[Spiegel]
Pay a 5k reiatsu cost(not out of their pool, but reiatsu only!), and I'm fine with this. If paid in reiatsu, the detrimental affect on Shuu next turn sets it equivalent to the capstone costs for other techs (10k). Otherwise its the type of awesome a capstone tech should be.
Got one in regards to my BK that's been bugging me for quite some time.
Attack: Wrath That Conquers All, The Unyielding Flame That Tears Asunder The World of Man - Through tragedy and pain one gives rise to clarity, through suffering one is sculpted into their true form, though torment the world makes flawless its own demise. The primal desire to endure and withstand harm supersedes all, driving the sculpted soul to purge the world that sought their sorrow, turning the cycle of pain anew.
Tsubaki calls upon the very zenith of destruction, paying 95% of her current Reiatsu, summoning a great lance of blackened steel from the mouth of her hammer. Upon this blade lies the etchings of time lost to antiquity, an endless chronicle of fury and vengeance carved across the tattered landscape of battle. This lance is fired from the wyvern's mouth at a speed equal to her striking prowess (ie: Current Zanjutsu total) and is fastened to the hammer by a chain of abyssal steel. The lance functions akin to a barbed arrowhead, lodging itself in the target once it has made contact. The maximum range for this strike is 30 meters, and once contact is established the projectile detonates. Should the projectile miss or be deflected the chain retracts, and the detonation still occurs from Tsubaki's position.
The runed spearhead carries the whole of Tsubaki’s unbridled power within it, detonating in a brilliant holocaust of fire that encompasses a thirty meter radius from the point of detonation. Using her own life energy to stoke the fires of rage, this final attack leaves the Captain utterly drained and re-seals her weapon into a dormant state.
Suggested change: Allow 5 rounds for Tsubaki to manually detonate this attack after the spearhead is fired, rather than force it to be instantaneous.
In this case, giving full control over 5 rounds to detonate that much power is a bit too much. You could play hot potato with the runehead if you have that much time. The way it's written, you could use the attack, miss, and then book at your full speed for five turns to hug someone who's not expecting it.
So there's two concerns to look at. Time and control.
You're already given a lot of control due to it being aimed via your zanjutsu, something few people can compete against. I don't think, given that, you really need to be able to choose when to detonate it. That somewhat defeats the purpose of the chain, however.
Here's my proposed change:
Attack: Wrath That Conquers All, The Unyielding Flame That Tears Asunder The World of Man - Through tragedy and pain one gives rise to clarity, through suffering one is sculpted into their true form, though torment the world makes flawless its own demise. The lance functions akin to a barbed arrowhead, lodging itself in the target once it has made contact. The maximum range for this strike is 30 meters, and once contact is established the projectile detonates. Should one avoid the wyvern's fangs, they must still contend with its gusting wings and its barbed stinger: Tsubaki may attack with the chain for one additional round if no contact is made. The lance will detonate at the end of this round, regardless of where it is.
The runed spearhead carries the whole of Tsubaki’s unbridled power within it, erupting in a brilliant holocaust of fire that encompasses a fifteen meter radius from the point of detonation. Using her own life energy to stoke the fires of rage, this final attack leaves the Captain utterly drained and re-seals her weapon into a dormant state.
If we go this route, it removes the "detonate from Tsubaki if it misses" aspect. Also, reducing the detonation radius to 15 meters, because that's more than enough and might help you avoid killing yourself every time you use it.
So I realized that my BK doesn't bar anyone -- within the 30 m radius -- from the mindraping. I don't always want to mindrape everyone... :3
.:: Futaku Matawa Goshujin Chuushin::. (Submit or Open Thy Heart)
Lilith's mastery of emotions has grown with the realization of her Bankai. She overwhelms the opponent with any emotion or set of emotions she chooses. The sky, the ground, the weather changes in a way to reflect the current emotion. The emotion selected may last throughout the entirety of her released bankai or may change at any point. Within this realm, emotions are stifling, driving her opponents into a powerful frenzy led by the heart. Drowning and submerged in what they feel, it becomes easiest to simply withdraw from the fight altogether.
However, if the enemy chooses to fight, a hole the size of a bullet wound appears over their heart. Blood drips from it, staining their clothes and chest. The wound continues to grow every round, becoming increasingly worse. Each round that they insist to continue the battle, the opponent will experience pain equal to 2% of Lilith's reiatsu that is drained from her pool. This ability only lasts within her 30-meter range.
Suggested Change:
If Lilith has obtained United Front and established a strong enough connection to select members within Kerushi's domain, then she may freely choose to omit them from the effects of Futaku Matawa Goshujin Chuushin.
No problems here. Something someone brought up in chat earlier, however, is that United Front isn't character exclusive. Even if you've attained United Front with another RP'er, that doesn't necessarily denote a connection between their character and Lilith in-game (someone brought up that Arano has never met Lilith despite you and Raph having UF). While I wont deny this change based on that alone, it's still something worth noting. Perhaps this should only apply to those whom Lilith has actually had contact with.
Stygma84:19 pm Stygma84:17 pm it was kind of a gentle must since it makes no sense if she's never met the character she's supposed to have a connection w/ :3 LOL

If we go this route, it removes the "detonate from Tsubaki if it misses" aspect. Also, reducing the detonation radius to 15 meters, because that's more than enough and might help you avoid killing yourself every time you use it.
So, I'm here to make a few mechanic changes to my first unique feat, here:
[ Natanejiyu ] – 菜種梅雨 (Long Spell of Rain in Early Spring)
As the bond with his Soul Slayer has increased, Akio learned that the abilities granted by his sword have become more thoroughly integrated with his being than he imagined, granting him exceptional control of these powers even outside of his release. The ability, dubbed Natanejiyu by the spirit himself, allows Akio to tap into a small portion of his sword’s overwhelming strength.
Being so, Akio may produce a small volume of water that will envelope his sword, trailing behind it with each swing. Purely aesthetic, this trail of lurid water is only a distraction from the true attack. The explosive downpour can be released all at once in the form of a one-shot attack. By relinquishing 10% of his maximum reiatsu, Akio may project the stored water, producing a single potent assault in the form of a thick blade of voracious water. This ability can only be used once per turn, and its strength is dictated by the amount spent. For every 2,000 connection that Akio has, he gains a use of Natanejiyu, maxing at 5 uses at 10,000 connection. Natanejiyu can only be used once per turn.
Mechanics (though these are just a preference, and don't really matter)
Added a maximum range
Tied the speed to a stat
[ Cloudburst ]
As the bonds with his Soul Slayer have increased, Akio has learned that the powers granted by his sword have become more thoroughly integrated with his being than he originally thought possible. Due to the nature of Gouryu’s release, Akio’s own spiritual pressure has evolved in such a way that it is almost like water in its own right; an elemental manifestation of the substance with which he shares a strong affinity. When exerted the energy is fluid and heavy, making those within the vicinity feel as though they are caught within in a driving rain.
This affect is only the smallest extent of the oppressive energy’s potential. When given a proper outlet, the dense pressure maintains the ability to greatly influence those around it, especially when applied a bit more offensively. By paying 10% of his reiatsu Akio may compress the particularly dense energy, harnessing the pressure around his zanpakutou until it reaches the epitome of amassed destructive power. With a swing he may then release the stored energy in the form of a thin, highly-pressurized blade of Akio’s very heavy spiritual pressure.
This ability may only be used once per turn, and its strength is dictated by the amount spent. For every 2,000 reiatsu that Akio has, he gains a single use of this skill, to a maximum of five uses at 10,000 reiatsu. The projectile may only travel up to fifteen meters, at a speed equal to his zanjutsu statistic.
Concerning the current 8th Division Item (Enchanted Blades):
Current Item
Item Name: [Kaikoroku] – "Reminiscence”
Description: A small colorful pendant manufactured by the Ninth Division. The jewel possesses an ability to capture the essence of a shinigami's inner world and preserve it in their realm. This gem can be worn as a necklace, earring, bracelet, ring, or even an anklet.
Ability: By paying 300 reiatsu per activation, a member of the Eighth Division can recall their zanpakutou back into their hand as long as it is within a 20 meter (64ft) range. This pendant does not work on other zanpakutou other than their own, nor will it work for someone that has relieved the Sword-mage of their pendant.
As listed, this item provides an effect which is almost identical to a previously made division technique, Armory (13th Division: Zanpakuto Masters):
Provided Technique
[ Armory ] – For those that specialize in melee combat, one can never be without their zanpakutou. It is their attack and defense, it is the bulk of their powers, and it is their very soul. Being caught weaponless, either through forgetfulness, theft of the weapon, or the weapon being broken are possibilities to which the fighter has no control. However through the use of this technique, they have a way with which to return that which was lost. By expending 2% reiatsu if the weapon is simply absent, or 5% reiatsu if the weapon was broken, the weapon returns to the user’s hand the following round, completely unblemished and whole.
Reasons for Change: For a Faction Item, Kaikoroku does far too much. It provides an instantaneous return of a zanpakuto at a range that is negligible in its impact upon the item on a basis that is not only out of the reach of the item, but stronger than the technique it's based upon. Armory's effects only ever took place the following round, and required a percentile cost.
Proposed Changes: I propose that this item be usable a certain amount of times per fight/collab, with a suggestion as Item Staff being 3 uses maximum.
Ok guys, so it has been brought to my attention that i have been rather lax in getting my stuff looked at since the new Rules went into effect. for that, i apologize.
PLEASE NOTE WHAT FOLLOWS IS A LARGE AMOUNT OF TEXT! I took out what i could, but.....
First, my Kai. Now so far as i can tell, its just the connection parts that need to be tweaked. if i am wrong, lemme know and i will work on it this weekend.
Fuyustuki
Kai Information
Shikai
Power:
Fuyutsuki, being the moon, controls gravity. By using his reiatsu, Ishin can control the gravity around himself, an opponent, an item, or any being in his area of influence. His area of influence is limited to the 10 feet around him in all direction swhen he first starts out. Every thousand points in connection, it goes up by 5 feet, with a maximum range of 30 feet. He can only control a small area when an opponent is concerned at first. As he trains, though, he gets more proficient at it.
Abilities:
Ability 1: Situational Gravity
This is the ability described in power. Ishin uses Fuyutsuki's natural affinities to effect the gravity of an area, item, or being. This only works if the opponent is of similar or lower reiatsu, and the effect is greatly diminished if the opponent's reiatsu is higher. For example, while the feild would effect the entire body of a weaker opponent, for an opponent that is stronger it would only effect a limb. Can be used once per every 500 points in connection, starting with 1000. ie: 1000 = 1; 1500 = 2; 2000 = 3 etc. The duration of the effect varies based directly upon the opponent. For example, against a weaker foe, the effect would for a total of 5 turns, while a stronger foe can shake off the effects in two. If his foe is of generally the same reiatsu (within 1000 either way), the effect lasts for 3 turns.
Ability 2: Sister's Call
Fuyutsuki was made from the remnants of a falling star, and as such, considers all celestial beings to be her brothers and sisters. When using this ability, Ishin uses a portion of his reiatsu to call one or more of these syblings to strike an opponent. For every thousand points in reiatsu, he may call one sybling in the form of a small meteor. ie: 1000=1; 2000=2; 3000=3 etc, to a maximum of 9. Once he hits 5000 reiatsu, he has the choice of calling upon a bigger meteor rather than a smaller one. The bigger meteor can only be used once and then he can summon up to four smaller ones. The small meteors are roughly the size of a baseball in diameter, and he large meteor is about teh size of a watermelon.
Ability 3: Weight of the Heavens
This ability is always active. Since she is made of a foreign metal, Fuyutsuki has an odd weight. At anytime during a bttle, Ishin can change how much the weapon weighs. He can make her lighter, or heavier, at his will.
Bankai
Strength
Mastered
Form
Fuyutsuki, when Ishin achieves Bankai level, splits down the middle of the blade. It separates, the two halves being held one in each hand by the wielder. Using this, he effectively doubles his range, due to the fact that he can now extend his arms all the way in each direction. Ishin is also enveloped in Samurai armor that is jet black with trim that seems to shine like stars when he moves, and a helmet that has a crescent moon crest. However, that is just the weapon aspect of his bankai. The actual kai itself is all around Ishin. As soon as he speaks the word bankai, the sky darkens and thousands of meteorites, both large and small, descend and hover around him in an area of zero gravity. Also, if one were to look behind him, they would see a moon created by his reiatsu, no matter if it is the middle of the day or a cloudy night. The area of his control is an area covering a twenty meter radius around him, meaning from one point on the edge to the opposite is fourty meters
Ability
Gravitic Mastery – Inryoku Shuujuku
Ishin can now manipulate the gravity around him at a nearly divine level. As such, simple things like picking up objects and throwing them are now part of his routine. His control of gravity is hindered when it comes to other individuals with spiritual power. The ability to increase gravity on them becomes less effective when they are close to his power level. Not only that, but he can never increase the gravity to above the threshold for a body. Due to this provision, Ishin is unable to rip the limbs off of someone or effect them greatly. The situational gravity ability from his shikai is now constantly active, as is weight of the heavens. As a side effect of this ability, any and all celestial bodies that enter into Ishin's gravity zone come under his control.
Attack 1
Imperial Celebration - Amatsu Iwaigoto
The first attack at Ishin's disposal is much akin to Sister's Call. However, Ishin now can control a multitude of meteors that all strike the opponent from different directions. This power can be used as many times as he wants while he has bankai active. Not only that, but by infusing his reiatsu into the projectiles, they become bombs. When they all collide with the target, it looks much akin to a star burst or fireworks, which has prompted Fuyutsuki to refer to this attack as Hanabi. This attack costs 2% reiatsu per small meteor that measures 2 feet in diameter and 4% reiatsu per large meteor which measures eighth feet in diameter.
Attack 2
Gravity Bomb – Inryoku Gensuibaku
Ishin uses the full force of his gravity to compress anything within an are of five meters where he chooses. The amount of gravitic pressure in this area is so large that it reduces everything within it to dust. This attack costs 10% reiatsu to use, and may only be used a maximum of three times per battle at the beginning. For every additional 5,000 points of connection, he gets an extra use for the attack, to a maximum of six times at 25,000 connection.
Attack 3
Armageddon - Harumagedon
Ishin's ultimate attack. Only used on the strongest of opponents, This attack is Ishin's strongest assault, with or without his weapon. Ishin uses all his power and pulls the moon created by his bankai out of orbit, forcing it to come crashing down on his opponent. The moon itself is approximately the size of a large house. It is a part of his bankai, which makes this attack nothing short of a last resort double edge sword. On the one hand, it is very powerful and usually incapacitates or kills all but the strongest of foes. On the other hand, since he is sacrificing his life force, it leaves him drained of nearly all power. Also, as his reiatsu decreases, so does the damage the attack may cause. The drain is equivalent to 50% of his remaining reiatsu. Not only that, but he is basically destroying a part of his bankai. Therefore, after the attack, his sword reverts to its sealed state and may not be released again during that fight.
Next up is the 7th div techs.....
7th techs
Reiatsu Seal
With the shackles that all members of the division wear being a nuisance at first, the members of the Seventh have found a unique use for them. A member of the division that knows this tech may alot a certain percentage of their reiatsu into their shackles, which have a seal. Inside the seal, the reiatsu is ever growing, and once released it is reabsorbed by the contributor. The effect is not permanent, however, and it will wear off after a time. Then, once the effects have completely faded, the user my transfer more reiatsu into the seal and start the process over again.
The base amount that can be stored in the seal is ten percent, which can be raised to a maximum of twenty percent. The return per round is fifteen percent per round, which can be raised to twenty percent per round.
The perks that are upgraded for this tech are the amount invested and the return per round. To increase, each point requires one hundred redemption points. The initial investment requires one thousand points to top out, and the return requires five hundred. To max out this tech, fifteen hundred redemption points must be spent.
Double Edge Sword
The members of the Seventh have earned a reputation for not caring what happens to them, and doing everything necessary to ensure that they win. Even if that means getting themselves killed in the process. This tech increases the damage caused by the user, but also increases the damage they take as well.
The base damage increase, both given and taken, is ten percent.
The upgrades to this tech come in three different varieties. First, the damage modifiers are increased. For every hundred points spent, the percentage increases by one, up to a max of twenty. After twenty percent, only the damage dealt increases, with no change to the damage received. Second, for two hundred points, the attacks ignore damage reduction. Last, for a final two hundred points, the effects of regeneration are nullified. To max out this tech, nineteen hundred redemption points must be spent.
Stubborn Endurance
Due to the fact that they are, as most affectionately called by the gotei, expendable suicide soldiers, the shinigami of the 7th have learned how to keep fighting even after a normal person would have stopped being able to move. With this tech, which was developed by Ishin from his many uses of Threshhold, the seventh division member will keep fighting past the bodies limit.
Basic tech starts as a free use of threshhold.
The perks of this tech come in two forms. The first, after every two hundred points spent, negative effects such as poison are reduced for one round, up to a maximum reduction of three rounds. Note this can never reduce the number below one. Next, for purposes of kidou, feats or techniques that has its effects based on comparative reiatsu (such as Louhi Kaiho's Reiatsu Scar personal feat), for every two hundred points spent increases the threshhold from 100% by 10%. to a maximum of 130% for purposes of that comparison. To max out this tech, twelve hundred redemption points must be spent.
Berserker Rage
Being the murderers, convicts, and otherwise malcontents that they are, the seventh division loves to fight. They have an unnatural blood lust that takes over them in the middle of a fight, prompting them to continue to inflict damage. When they get hit, this blood lust weakens.
The blood lust comes in the form of a boost to the shinigami's primary combat stat (chosen when they take the tech, unchangeable once chosen). It starts at 5% for the first hit, and for every hit afterwards is raised by an additional 5%, to a maximum of 20%. For every hit taken by the user, though,k the bonus decreases by 5%, to a minimum of 0% increase.
The perks that can be upgraded for this tech is the ability to ignore hits that would normally break the chain. For every hundred points spent, one hit may be ignored, up to a maximum of five hits to be ignored. To max out this tech, five hundred redemption points must be spent.
