Ability – Subconscious Extraction
Victor is able to reach into the mind of any chosen being and ‘extract’ a certain part of the being’s memory. Whether the extraction is a place, a person, or an object, is subject to the target in question. However, Victor is only able to access a target’s mind when the target is in an unconscious state. He will also experience the memory appearing in his dreams as it remains in his subconscious.

As the subconscious is an important part of a person’s mind, it automatically safeguards itself from any external penetration. Therefore Victor has to expend an enormous amount of energy in order to breach its defence.

Technically, 1000 reiatsu will be expended in this process.

In addition, Victor is able to ‘keep’ a chosen memory in his own memory. However, as each memory requires a huge deal of ‘space’ (like a computer hard-disk drive), he is only able to keep two.

Technically, Victor will have two Subconscious Memory Slots in which he will place a chosen subject he wants to remember in the slots. He has to sacrifice the current memory in the slot if he wishes to remember something else.

Ability – Subconscious Manifestation
Victor is able to manifest anything that is in his Subconscious Memory Slots in reality. The manifestations are only spiritual and are not physically present. These manifestations are but a memory of the target and will only behave in a way of how the target remembers them. These manifestations are unable to physically affect their surroundings, including spiritual beings like Shinigami and Hollows.

Technically, Victor has to expend 200 reiatsu for every 5 minutes he creates a manifestation. In addition, he is restricted to only being able of create one manifestation at any given moment.

Shikai:



Name: Fille Illusoire



(Delusional Maiden)

Release Phrase: Faites quoi que vous veulent, Fille Illusoire!
(Do whatever you want, Delusional Maiden!)

Manifestation: Upon uttering the release phrase Mélodie’s zanpakutou transforms into a wooden cane, about three-quarters of Mel’s own height, and has an indigo-coloured oval stone at the end of the staff, the wood seemingly carved around it.

Spirit: As her full name implies, Filu is known as a delusional maiden seemingly wandering Mel's inner-world not having the slightest idea of who she is, or what she is doing there. Filu is prone to making assumptions, presumptions, you name it. Most of what she says makes no sense, and she usually ticks Mélodie off as a result thereof.

Inner-world: Mélodie’s inner-world is a vast continent, with only forests, seas, and other natural stuff. The world is always a snow white and, depending on Mel’s moods, it can either rain, snow, or hail in her inner-world. Amidst all this snowy nature is a vast castle, home to the ‘ruler’ of Mel’s inner-world known to Fille Illusoire as ‘la Reine’ or ‘the Queen’, hinting at the personification of Mel’s bankai.

Ability: Oeil Attentif (Watchful Eye)

Once an opponent reveals their skill set under Fille Illusoire’s eye, Mel is then able to peer deep into a person's soul and withdraw one secret of their inner power, which later arrives in the attacks associated with this release. She will then be fully educated on the working of the selected power upon the enemy or ally revealing their release under this ability’s scope. The range of Oeil Attentif is limited to a 10 meter radius and costs 300 reiatsu per stolen kai ability/attack.

Attack: Trahison (Treason)

As a result of Oeil Attentif, Mel will be able to extract one attack or ability from her opponent's initial release, shikai, or equivalent. At the cost of 5% reiatsu, Mel can duplicate her newly discovered attack/ability, for better or worse. In the face of hollows, Mel will inherit their regeneration.

Once an attack/ability is selected, she is limited to that said skill for the duration of this release, unless she chooses a different person to mimic. In the event she decides to go back to her initial target, but is still limited to that same attack she mimicked before, dispelling any ability inherited such as hollow regeneration or any other skill copied prior to new selection.

In order for this attack to even exist, the opponent or comrade's kai must be released and under the effect of Oeil Attentif. This attack cannot mimic feats, techs, or items abilities.

Attack: Grippage de Charm (Spell Bind)

At the cost of 5% reiatsu, plus the amount of reiatsu used for the kidou itself, Mel can fire any equipped hadou or bakudou, numbered one through forty, from her cane amplifying it with extra reiatsu. The twist is that she needs only to say the number of the spell in French.

Bankai:



Bankai Name: Fille Illusoire de la Reine.
(Delusional Maiden of the Queen)

Manifestation: Mel retains her staff and gains a spell book upon activating her bankai, which is seemingly placed into her left hand and acts as a catalyst for her various bankai attacks. The book itself looks rather simple, though all around it strange symbols, and old languages can be found upon it. It is also quite battered down through the ages, and seemingly emits the same colour as Mel’s reiatsu.

Ability: Oeil Attentif (Watchful Eye)

Through Mel's extended practice with Fille Illusoire, the two of them have reached a whole new level with Watchful Eye. Once an opponent steps in range of Fille Illusoire’s eye, Mel will now be able to peer deeper into a person's soul and withdraw two secrets of their inner power (kai specific), which later arrives in the attacks associated with this release. She will then be fully educated on the working of the selected powers of the enemy or ally under this ability's influence. The range of Oeil Attentif is limited to a 30 meter radius and costs 300 reiatsu per stolen kai ability/attack.

Attack:Trahison (Treason)

As a result of Oeil Attentif, Mel will now be able to extract two attacks or abilities (kai specific) from her opponent or ally release or equivalent. At the cost of 10% reiatsu, Mel can duplicate her newly discovered attacks/abilities, for better or worse. In the face of hollows, Mel will inherit their regeneration or the capability to fire a cero at the value of this skill.

Once an attack/ability is selected, she is limited to those said skills for the duration of this release, unless she chooses a different person to mimic. In the event she decides to go back to a target in which she's already possessed a skill from, she will only be limited to the same skills she mimicked before
. In the event Mel chooses a third person to pull a skill from, this ability will dispel a skill in the order of oldest to newest. In order for this attack to even exist, the opponent or ally has to be under the effect of Oeil Attentif.

This attack cannot mimic unique, or trained feats, techs, or items abilities.


Attack: Salle de Charme (Spell Ward)

As a result of her dedication to kidou, Mel has learnt to meet opposing energy with that of her own to fight off incoming attacks. At the cost of 10% reiatsu Mel can use her book to fend off reiatsu based attacks of equal or lesser cost.

Attack: Grippage de Charm (Spell Bind)

At the cost of 5% reiatsu, plus the amount of reiatsu used for the kidou itself, Mel can fire any equipped hadou or bakudou, numbered one through ninety, from her cane amplifying it with extra reiatsu. The twist is that she needs only to say the number of the spell in French.

Shikai

Name: Byakko (White Tiger)

Command: Bring peace on the western wind, Byakko!

Appearance: When released, Byakko takes on the form of an uchigatana reducing its size slightly for closer combat. The blade appears almost ethereal but when it strikes it is unmistakably a metal blade. The hilt is pure white.


Spirit: Byakko appears to Kansuke as a middle aged man with long, white hair with the occasional stripe of black. He wears a white Shihakusho, over which he also wears the chest piece of a suit of traditional samurai armor. Occasionally he will appear to Kansuke as an ethereal white tiger. The Inner World appears as a clearing in the middle of an otherwise dense forest. The tree's surrounding the clearing as packed so tight it is almost impossible to fit between them.

Ability: Tameike no Reiatsu(Pool of Reiatsu) Byakko takes in 1% of Kansuke's Reiatsu per round for up to five rounds and places it into a pool for later use. At the end of the five rounds or when Kansuke chooses, if it is before the ability reaches its full capacity, Seibu Gaado Byakko will incorporate the excess reiatsu stored into the next reiatsu based attack Kansuke unleahes, increasing its damage capability.

Attack One: Tora Tsume (Tiger Claw) By stating the name of the attack and slashing towards his opponent Kansuke's Byakko sends four waves of compressed air hurtling towards them. As the waves get closer to the opponent they compress further until they are as strong as steel. This costs 5% of Kansuke's Reiatsu.


Attack Two: :
Hakkei (Release Internal Power) This attack is a continuation of the Reiatsu pool ability. When Kansuke chooses to use the Reiatsu Byakko has stored for him he may opt to use this ability instead. For an additional cost of 200 of his Reiatsu Kansuke can release the energy his Zanpakutou has stored as an area of effect blast in a ten foot radius around his body. He does this by slamming his blade into the ground in front of him. The blue-grey reiatsu energy damages the opponent while pushing them five feet for every round Reiatsu was stored, capping at twenty-five feet at five turns, away from Kansuke. Alternatively Kansuke can have the energy directed at a specific enemy. Instead of a circle of blue-grey energy being released around him, a blue-grey ethereal tiger head is launched from the end of his sword. When used in this manner he can hit opponents up to fifteen feet away, but it does not push them farther back. Both styles of this one attack emit the sound of a tiger's roar when used.
 
Zeri: Approved Next time please don't complain about the speed at which these are done. Old staff was lucky to look at these once a month so once a week really isn't that bad ;)

Frant: Resubmit, 2nd ability is a two for one (the debuff and the projectile slow). Break the two up, I don’t mind if they share a cost (like the cost to start the debuff effects any projectiles that cost less than that) . The debuff also needs a max radius (no more than 30ft).

Nero: Approved w/ changes Ability 1 can have 3 memory slots and cost can be knocked down to 500 rei per memory.

Senkou Tsume (Flash Claw)

Release Command: Kaihi, Senkou Tsume! (Dodge, Flash Claw!)

Manifestation: Senkou Tsume takes the form of a mongoose. Unlike most mongeese, he is the size of a horse. His fur is a deep silver instead of the normal brown and his eyes are the same emerald shade as Hikaru’s.

Senkou Tsume makes liberal use of sarcasm and logic, and enjoys making fun of his wielder. He is blunt and hates flowery language, preferring instead to jump straight to the heart of the situation. Not for him the enigmatic riddles and mystery-heavy words of other Zanpakuto. If there is something Hikaru needs to do, he’ll tell him.

Form: As Hikaru utters the release phrase, the blade elongates and warps, transforming into a side-sword characteristic of medieval Europe. The crosspiece is worked so that the prongs look like mongoose heads. The handle is wrapped with a mahogany cloth.

In addition, a buckler appears in Hikaru’s left hand. A stylized mongoose head is engraved on the buckler’s middle, and the rim depicts a ring of mongeese chasing each other around the buckler.

Ability 1:

Hikaru's personality, with all its erratic impulses and random flaws, manifests itself as coruscating lightning. This lightning can be called into existence around the buckler for the cost of 2% of his reiatsu.

The lightning can be used to attempt to stun an opponent instead of attempting fatal wounds. In addition the cost of summoning the lightning, Hikaru may pay 2% more to shape and focus it so that it delivers temporary shocks to the nervous system, resulting in unconsciousness and light convulsions than lethal damage. The lightning can be restored back to its unbridled state for no additional cost. The lightning is not a ranged attack and can only be used through physical blows of the shield.

Ability 2:

The other side of Hikaru's release draws from his natural affinity and yearning for speed. He may gather and channel all his quickness into his arm for a cost of 3% of his reiatsu, which allows him to increase the speed of one blow to a point where it is only a blur.

Note: I'm not exactly sure how to implement this second ability, namely, what effects the speed thing has and how to determine if the increase in speed affects people with higher rei.
 
Erdeschalk Sanrei Glove
A modernization of the ancient Quincy artifact, the Erdeschalks have reduced a Sanrei limiting glove device to its bare bones. Two onyx bracelets are the only material components unless the Quincy is using his powers. When spiritrons are attracted to the user, one of the bracelets levitates around the wrist while the second advances up the forearm. The 'glove' is then created with the spiritrons that constitute the Quincy's weapon. There is a hollow in the bracelet that levitates around the wrist, into which material from the Quincy's manifestation weapon is used so the approved attribute can be retained.​
 
Hawk: Resubmit, a knock for 2% rei is just too low, if you drop that the first ability should work. As for the second, I suggest figuring it out on your own or askin for help from someone to sort out what you want before you sub again.

In lieu of my ship-jumping, here's my new kai for you to review :3

Name: Kangengaku - "Symphony"

Form: Kangengaku in it's unreleased form is as underwhelming as its wielder - bearing little to no discerning features save for an oddly-shaped tsuba resembling a bass-clef, and a short length of steel wire hanging from its pommel.

Shikai: "Resonate, Kangengaku!"
When released, Kangengaku's form begins to grow and change shape. The blade resembles a large and ornately designed scimitar with a large cutout in its center. Running down this central channel is a thick steel wire, resembling a guitar string or piano wire. When struck, the string will always sound a perfect E. Otherwise, there are no changes to the weapon's appearance.

Ability: "Sinfonie musicali"
Kangengaku has the ability to create, amplify and manipulate sound waves for various purposes. Practically speaking, it's ability is almost always use destructively; creating and amplifying infrasonic frequencies to create damaging physical attacks, though its uses are not limited to just that.

Attack: "Allegro"
By striking the central string, Kangengaku emits a tone that is then amplified and molded into a destructive blast wave of subsonic sound that can be subsequently directed at an enemy. The wave is nearly invisible, but a keen eye might pick up the attacks path, as the intense vibrations displace air. The effects of the attack are more internally based as opposed to more outwardly observable methods of attack; the violent reverberations of the attack cause damage to internal organs and tissue. Each use of this ability costs Hidekazu 2% of his total reiatsu. The range is determined by his Zanjutsu stat, gaining 5 meters for every 1500 points in Zanjutsu, capping at 30 meters.

Attack: "Adagio"
In a similar fashion to "Allegro", Kangengaku emits a heavily amplified wavelength of sound reaching only a few feet in front of Hidekazu. In this instance, the intense reverberation of the sound wave serves to shield Hidekazu from harm, to a degree. Adigio is capable of deflecting or dispersing an incoming attack by matching its resonance frequency. This is achieved by paying a cost equal to or greater than that of the inbound attack in reiatsu. Practically speaking, Adagio creates a small zone in front of Hidekazu that can disperse energy-based attacks such as Kidou, Cero, or Quincy arrows. The rapid displacement of air will also throw any opponent back from it's area of effect when activated, but it's range is incredibly limited.

Vizard Attack: "Vivace"
At the cost of 6% Rage and 2% reiatsu as well as gaining 3% emptiness, Kangengaku can emanate and incredibly loud, incredibly high-pitched frequency over the battlefield. The sound is incredibly damaging to the ears of anyone caught in its range, save for Hidekazu, and serves to neutralize enemies. Unfortunately, the ability is indiscriminate and effects opponents and allies alike.

However, just because I say that a release can work on AIM or in a PM DOES NOT mean in any way that it is approved. I may notice something after talking with you but above all else the releases must be posted in this thread.

Keep in mind for first releases, submission is 100 connection/harmony/w.e behind, aka 900. Final releases are normally 1k behind at 9000 connection for bankai and 6k for True Awakening. I'll also accept Quincy Crosses at 11k. I won't link individual race releases since I'm assuming you know where they are if you're subbing a release. However be sure to look at the Release FAQ

Name: Iblis

Release Command: "Bear your teeth..."

Inner World: Zakeriah’s inner world is a massive gothic tower clashing roman and dark age architecture with beautiful columns and buttresses. Stained glass mixes with perfectly sculpted Romanesque statues. The height of the tower is unknowable and sculpted of pristine white marble; however, this is only half the time. Having nothing to do with mood, time of day, how much Zak’s eaten, or any other knowable reason the tower will sometimes become black marble and the sculptures will twist into gargoyle and demonic forms. The edges of the tower become jagged instead of rounded and a soft natural illumination during the ‘white time’ is replaced with steel torches that cast shadows in odd directions and angles. The land surrounding the tower is snowy drifts with skeletons of trees branching out here and there. During the dark time the snow becomes a desert with strangely oppressive heat despite the lack of light, the other strange thing is the trees bloom into lush green with huge blue-violet flowers. The color of the flowers and leaves is intense almost as if under a black light.

Manifestation: Iblis usually appears as a blotch of shadow sliding along the ground and up walls, it can also rise into the air looking more like a splash of ink in water. Iblis can also solidify to take pretty much any shape it chooses though it is always a living thing (humans/ animals). It has no definite features or detail in its appearance looking like a 3-Dimensional silhouette, that is, until it chooses to show its eye or teeth. Iblis has a massive cyclopean eye. In it’s natural blotch form the eye takes up most of the surface, in human shapes it tends to take up the entire upper ‘face’, and in animal forms it appears in random areas of the body. Its grin is massive, Cheshire-like, and filled with shark teeth curling in a twisted manner almost up past the eye; this is a general rule in all forms. Iblis’ voice is a chorus of male and female, young and old. The chorus becomes one when the mouth reveals, then it is a deep resonating thing that can be felt in the bones.

Form: His Zanpakutou glows and envelops Zak's entire right arm, searing away any loose clothing caught in it and becoming a huge gauntlet and shoulder guard. It is rust colored and covered in strange runes. Black chains can be seen lacing Zak's arm beneath. It looks too large for him to effectively use his arm but it can move with the agility it has when unburdened. The speed of the arm is slightly slower, the arm appears powered but the weight takes time to shift. The delay would be subtle to most if they noticed at all but someone with significantly more skill than Zak could take advantage of this flaw. The major hampering is the gauntlet covers most of his right hand and while he can still grasp most objects, some manipulations are beyond his ability with his shikai released. The section covering his hand and the section near his elbow are separated from the body of the gauntlet and rotate occasionally releasing a gout of steam though they rarely spin so at the same time or even in the same direction. Two hook-shaped blades that look to be made of the purest silver descend from the gauntlet hanging from the chains. These can be retracted completely to lock with the gauntlet or be swung up to about 4 meters. When the chains are extending or retracting the rotating sections spin as if feeding the chains. Another chain is laced across Zak's chest, wraps around his left arm and ends in another blade shaped similar to the other two. The significant difference is this blade has a hilt, and while he can hold it by the excess chain and swing it like the other two it only reaches about half as far as it is made for more personal combat. While it may not have the range it can react far more quickly than its further reaching brethren.

As the gantlet burned away much of the top of Zak's robes in summoning these searing effects are seen on fringes of his clothes making them look tattered. Zak's flesh feels very warm to the touch as long as the shikai is active. The gauntlet itself is hot, though not so much to burn, but extended contact is very uncomfortable.

Attacks

The Devil's Teeth: Upon activation of this ability the blades begin to glow a spectral blue, become slightly hazy, and a wispy smoke arises from them, the runes engraved in his blade become black and remain weirdly solid in contrast to the blades themselves. The blades appear to become impossibly sharp and cut through most objects with ease. They are actually phasing rapidly between dimensions and this ability has a serious damaging affect on anything it touches. Because of the nature of the attack it can also damage supernatural barriers and shielding. This power costs 5% of his reiatsu per turn. If/when the weapons encounter a barrier this is factored at 10%.

The Witches Maw: This ability allows Zak to control his chains with will alone, causing them to be able to change direction in mid air and turn on a dime. This is a flat rate of 50 reiatsu per turn he chooses to control his blades in this manner.

Ability 1: Shibireru Dageki (To-become-numb-with Strike)

Hikaru's release draws from his newfound calling: to incapacitate wherever possible. It manifests as a blow enhanced with his new convictions

The attack is a blurring motion that brings either the flat side of his sword or his buckler into contact with an opponent, or even ally. By paying 3%, the blow creates a numbing sensation in the area it hits, making it very hard for the target to feel anything in the affected area to the point where no feeling exists. It can also be used on allies as a painkiller, to shield them from pain.
 
Shade, I never really understood just where you stood on QC attributes so this is partly trial run modeled after Dips' BK.

Autonomous Energy Weapon
Gottverloben - 'Betrothed to God'

When struck with the inspiration to name his bow Gottverloben, ‘betrothed to God’, Sebastian willingly took up the responsibilities he had normally taken up out of duty. It appears as a plain shortbow of blue-ish purple hue when materialized, but using its full power reveals the bow’s unique form. When fully materialized, Gottverloben appears as a large longbow that nearly touches the ground with a smaller shortbow orthogonal to the bow’s main axis. The hue of the activated bow is a tranquil blue-purple.​

Quincy Cross
Weltzschmerz - 'sadness over the evils of the world'

Weltzschmerz, the concept of ‘sadness over the evils of the world’, is the Quincy Cross handed down from Patriarch to successor and signifies the Erdeschalk family’s romantic pessimism concerning their eternal and thankless duty. A hollow obsidian square with silver ornaments, Weltzschmerz is hidden on a chain around Sebastian’s left arm.

Attribute - Weltzschmerz outlines Sebastian's arrows with a thin aura of obsidian, as if outlining them. When an opponent is struck by arrows fired from Weltzschmerz, the next time they use any reiatsu-driven ability 50% of the arrow's (or arrows', if multiple arrows hit the opponent before an ability is used) power is added to any abilities used that turn, capping at +75% of each ability's original cost.​

EX - Joe schmo is hit with a 1k reiatsu arrow. The next time an ability is used, any abilities used for that whole turn have up to 500 reiatsu added to their cost. If they use a 100 reiatsu ability and then 400 reiatsu ability, the respective additions will be 75 and 300.
 
Al: Approved, though one more ability would have probably gotten this a resubmit considering how ungodly it is to wield.

Hawk: Approved /w changes. Numbing effects last 5 turns per cost.

Shun: Resubmit First ability functions a bit like Event Horizon only without that kidou’s breaking point so find some way to limit it so regardless of the person you’re not auto pulling them in even should their Speed far exceed the rei you spend. Second ability needs an upper cap regardless of what stat it drains.

Kish: Autonomous- Approved Cross- Approved since I’m assuming “opponent” is only actual hits and not counting blocks.

Shikai: Zenhansha given an actual cost (could previously spend any amount); Kanzenhansha allowed use by facing the blade, rather than looking through the blade (making it usable in battle)

Bankai: Kanzenhansha Ittai is pretty much the same. Zenhansha Kigou unchanged. Kidou Tsurugi clarified. Jumon Kousei changed from "boost by 50%" to "boost by cost of Jumon Kousei."

Shikai

Name: Karil

Command: Utsushi dasu, Karil.

Appearance: The hilt of Sayis' zanpakuto takes on a dark grey hue, similar to his hair, and the handle becomes wrapped in fine chain. Although it lengthens noticeably to a size comfortable for two hands, the hilt is otherwise unremarkable.

The blade of Karil lengthens and the width increases to the size of Sayis' open palm. The blade, though strong, is spread quite thin. Despite the size of the hilt, the blade is still of a size easily handled by one hand.

One side of Karil's blade is completely transparent. The other side is a perfect mirror. The blade is, therefore, difficult to see under normal conditions, especially in motion.

Spirit: Moving between shadows, the zanpakuto spirit is often revealed only by the silver glow of his predatory eyes. Taking the form of a large black cat with dark grey stripes, Karil is one for stalking his prey. He speaks gruffly, but displays wisdom and intelligence.

Combining wits with skill helps in earning the spirit's respect. Planning and timing are just as important as improvisation and ferocity to the dark feline.

The black-furred tiger respects his enemies and rarely rushes blindly into any combat. Once battle is joined, however, Karil resents the idea of falling back. The patience during the hunt must be matched with viciousness during battle, so the cat believes, and so the cat expects of its wielder.

Zenhansha: If Sayis can bring the blade of his sword to bear, the mirrored side has the ability to reflect kidou and kidou-like abilities that strike it, by paying half the reiatsu cost of each attack. This is an angled deflection, however, so Sayis must be wary of where the reflected attack will end up.

The ability costs 5% of his reiatsu. If the attack costs more than twice that, it cannot be deflected.

Kanzenhansha: While facing the clear side of Karil toward an enemy, Sayis can attempt to learn more about a target. Karil can roam freely within the image held in the blade and can ascertain information about targets seen there, which is immediately relayed to his wielder.

For one round, Karil might determine the target's name. For two rounds, the target's area of expertise might be revealed (for example, a zanjutsu specialist, or a high-speed hollow). The longer this goes on, Karil continues to delve deeper.

The difference in reiatsu between target and user affects how much information is obtained per round. Targets with reiatsu at least twice as much as Sayis' may actually sense that they are being watched.


Bankai

Name: Fushou Karil

Form: Sayis' eyes take on the same silver sheen that Karil's have.

The ground beneath Sayis illuminates in an immense circular pattern with a teal eight-pointed spinning star spreading out from the center. There are nine circles, one in the center and the rest at the tips of the star. There are various esoteric and powerful symbols throughout the area, inside and outside the star. The circles and other symbols give off bright silver light.

The blade of Sayis' shikai explodes outward into millions of tiny glass fragments. This glass dust fills the air around Sayis in a thirty-yard radius. Mostly invisible, the glass winks and flashes into sight periodically, giving the air within Fushou Karil's influence an unsettling sparkling quality. Those within the area immediately feel as if they're being watched, and will at times see a pair of silver eyes or the shadowy form of a panther prowling around them.

Fushou Karil's hilt widens and forms a bright silver semi-circular guard from top to bottom. Its metal is etched with runes and kanji around the edges. An insubstantial blur in the air, the blade expands outward to five feet in length and sixteen inches in width. Despite its size, being immaterial it is still easily wielded in one hand -- the only weight is in the hilt. This blade immediately takes on the effects of Kidou Tsurugi.

Ability - Kanzenhansha Ittai: Targets that fall within Fushou Karil's area are automatically under the effect of Kanzenhansha Ittai. Each round that they are within the glass field, Sayis garners more information about them. This will begin with simple things, such as names, but the ability digs deeper with every turn. Weaker targets do not even realize how much of themselves is being displayed. With each sparkle in the air or glimpse of feral eyes, more of their inner selves are laid bare.

The longer a battle goes on, the more Sayis will understand his opponents... both as people and as combatants. He can choose to focus on techniques/feats, kais, or kidou each round.

After one round, their division/caste/organization techniques are made clear. A second round reveals their general or trained feats. For each unique feat, Sayis must spend an additional round. If he focuses on kidou, Sayis can determine five of the target's prepared kidou spells each round. Once a kai has been released, within three rounds Sayis can understand the workings of it.

Attack - Kidou Tsurugi: At a cost of 1% reiatsu per round, Sayis can imbue his sword with any equipped kidou of up to two slots. This gives the sword a distinct appearance and grants the sword the properties of the kidou, such as shocking or burning, of a relative strength to the reiatsu spent on Kidou Tsurugi. Sayis can unleash the imbued kidou at the normal reiatsu cost either when striking the enemy or by launching the kidou from the blade itself.


Attack - Zenhansha Kigou: Drawing on his zanjutsu stat, Sayis is capable of condensing the glass powder surrounding him into the kanji for Zenhansha Kigou (全反射記号) in order to block kidou and kidou-like effects such as Cero. Sayis can reflect the energy back as if he had cast it himself (for better or worse). The ability costs 10% of his reiatsu, each kanji able to reflect 2%. Sayis may use any of the five simultaneously or individually.

Thanks to the effects of Kanzenhansha Ittai, in most cases Sayis will be aware of how much reiatsu is necessary even when unfamiliar with the attack being used.

Attack - Jumon Kousei: Sayis may condense the glass powder surrounding him into writing to form the incantation of any kidou spell he has equipped -- these glass symbols are as durable as his zanpakuto blade. These solid incantations empower the kidou greatly, significantly boosting its damage or strength, whether by ensnaring a bound opponent or by directly enhancing an attack. This attack costs 5% reiatsu plus the cost of the kidou used, and the effects are boosted by that amount.

Esistenza Metallica [Metallic Existence]

Form: Ewan’s skin slowly turns into an organic metal which is not only much stronger and more durable than its fleshy counterpart but retaining of the same flexibility. His eyes turn from their regular green into a dull grey and his hair seemingly also turns to metal, if only in colour.

Abilities:
Prima: Much like before, Ewan can still reform his body into another state at the cost of 5% of his reiatsu, but this time does not need to return to his original form in order to switch to a new one. As an alternative, by instead implanting the 5% reiatsu into a foreign metal object, Ewan can change the shape of that object instead. This does not apply to the zanpakutou of shinigami and vizards though. The size of the altered metal cannot exceed its original size.

Seconda: In order to fortify his own body, Ewan is able to integrate exterior metals into his own body. By inserting up to 2.5% reiatsu into a foreign metal object, one that is at most 5 times his own size, he can absorb part of it into himself where it can be used to build up other areas. Not being part of himself, it retains its own solidity but can still be manipulated using Prima.​

Name: Iikioogimi (Conceited Prince), Iiki for short
Release Phrase: Immortalize them, Iikioogimi

Manifestation: Iikioogimi takes the form a brightly painted ferret with a thin line of mist wrapping around it. Iiki is very playful, and often doesn’t understand how serious situations actually are. He prefers to stay in its own world of games and creativity.

Every time Kyojitsu sees Iiki, his fur is a different color. No matter how quick Kyojitsu is or how many times he visits his inner world, he has never managed to catch his zanpaktou while the ferret is changing colors.

Inner World: The center of Kyojitsu’s mind is a small island, about fifty yards in diameter, with a single palm tree situated in the middle of it. The island is surrounded by water as far as the eye can see. This water can be swam in or walked on with little difficulty. Canvas serves as the sky, stretching across the top of this world. With the exclusion of the canvas-sky and the pony-tailed shinigami himself, everything in this world looks like it was painted in bright, eye-catching colors.

By pointing his finger at the sky and using it as a brush, Kyojitsu can create any image he wishes. He may even choose to “pluck” these pictures out of the sky, essentially creating whatever he drew in his own hands.

Form: Iikioogimi liquefies and blackens, turning into a whiplike, flat line of paint that is four feet long and 3 inches wide. This line is sharp on the edges and pointed, so there is no place to safely hold the blade without cutting one’s hands. It floats about 3 ft above the air, lazily doing circles around Kyojitsu when it isn’t being directed.

Ability – Egaku (To Sketch): As long as Iikioogimi remains within 10 yards of Kenpeki, he retains full control over its movements. The movements of the ink blade follow matching movements with his hands. By paying 1% of his reiatsu per round, he may control the blade via mental commands and force of will, allowing him to free his hands for other uses.

Attack – Sumie (Ink Painting): Any reiatsu-based attacks such as kidou or cero have their names automatically imprinted into the ink blade upon being used against Kenpeki, for up to 2 abilities being inscribed at any time. These attacks may then be called upon at any point in an ink-based variant. By paying 1.5x the cost of the copied ability, he can emulate the nature of the attack and throw it back at the opponent in the form of an ink copy of the attack that is launched from the blade. If Kyojitsu fails to use an imprinted ability within 3 turns of imprinting, the attack fades and must be reimprinted if he wants to use it again.

Upon using the emulated technique, its name disappears from the ink blade, and any inscribed abilities automatically fade by the battle’s end. Racial techniques and division techniques cannot be emulated, furthermore Unique and Trained feats cannot be emulated either.

Vizard Attack - Matsuyani (Turpentine): By expending 10% rage, 5% rei, and gaining 5% emptiness, the shinigami can infect his blade with a type of poison, turning the blade a sickly yellow in the process. Any energy based ability (kidou, gintou, energy kai attacks, etc.) that is hit by the blade while it is in this state has Matsuyani’s cost removed from its strength. This ability can only be used once every other turn.

Any physical thing touched by Matsuyani suffers no ingame effect, but has the color drained out of it, leaving it a pale white.
 
NAME: Syokuzai (Penance)

RELEASE COMMAND: "Here comes the pain, ...”

INNER WORLD: A vast and old forest extends all around as far as the eye can see. Twisted trees and contorted vegetation are packed tight as in a rainforest, even if the flora is more of a continental climate. In the centre of it, a single pinnacle of sheer rock rises up to challenge the skies themselves. On top of this peak, chained in place, a skinny old man sits in beatitude.

MANIFESTATION: A scrawny man in his sixties. His hair is a dark and shaggy mane full of small bones, twigs and sprigs, and sometimes the unexpected bird. His skin is bronze, tanned by the sun so much it has the look of polished leather. His body, thinned to the bone, is covered in tattoos and scars all over.

As Mitsu is rash, the man is reflective, as the death god is hot-headed, the anchorite is calm. The man seldom speaks, usually looking meaningfully at Mitsu, just repeating the last sentence the shinigami has said or asking for time to reflect on the problem.

The rare occasions he decides to share his mind are always on something different than the current events, an attitude that drives Mitsu mad. This leads to the shinigami calling the man Batsu (a pun on the spirit name and game's penance).

FORM: Mitsu's katana splits and shrinks into two wakizashi, yet maintaining coloring and design. Both wakizashi are connected to chains (like a kusarigama), hanging from Mitsu's waist. Both chains are 5m in length, if fully extended. Both chains can be controlled over the normal laws of physics, by expending 100 Reiatsu per Turn.

ATTACK -- PAINFUL DEMISE

If an attack hits, Mitsu can spend 10% Reiatsu to make the chain grapple the opponent, subduing him by flooding his nervous system with powerful blast of pure pain.

ABILITY -- SCARIFICATION

As much as Syokuzai mortifies his flesh in search of enlightenment, so Mitsu is able to obtain strength from damages. Every time he is hit, he obtain a 5% damage increase to his next attack.

Senj: Resubmit. First ability is ok but second ability is extremely vague. We've moved away from % damage calculations outside of kidou since its hard to qualify what 5% of a sword swing or punch is.
