Inner World - The world looks similar to the inside of a dark video game. Every solid object is pixellated upon close examination, and all edges in the terrain carry a light blue line in contrast to the navy blue surfaces that cover the land. Spirit - Angō Kaidoku-sha (or Ango for short) takes the form of a disembodied mass of computer code when speaking to Derek within his inner world. Depending on the true mood of his owner, Ango can take on different colors, shapes, and voices but you will always notice the buzzing of binary code beneath the surface. Ango is extremely logical, often supplying common sense to balance Derek’s own natural intelligence. In casual conversation, Ango takes on a dry and often cold sense of humor in most situations.

Release Phrase - Redefine the Digital Age, Angō Kaidoku-sha!

Physical Appearance -

Two steel gloves and shoulder pads will appear on his arms in a flash of binary code after the release phrase has been spoken. A single steel cable will sprout from each glove and slither up his arm, connecting to the shoulder pad. A glowing, light blue circle will appear on top of the gloves with a flash. Derek may mentally will the part of the palm that covers the signature of the Tenth on his left hand to slide open to reveal the tattoo when using it.

Attack/Abilities
1) Kōdo o Kaku (Writing Code) - By paying 250 reiatsu, Derek can create an object from binary code. This object may be any size and width as long as it equals the parameters of 6 feet by 6 feet, gaining an extra foot in height and width per 1000 connection. This will cap at 5000 connection at 10 feet by 10 feet. The creation speed of the construct matches his hohou stat.

2) Fairu Tensō (File Transfer) - By paying up to 5% of his reiatsu, Derek may stop any existing object (if moving) and manipulate it according to his will. He may only control a reiatsu-based object if he can match the reiatsu used to create it. For objects that were not created by spirit power, it will cost 1 reiatsu per pound up to the maximum of 5% of his reiatsu. Derek can’t move other beings or Zanpaktou because of the complexity of the structure of the sentient beings and spritual make-up of Zanpaktou. Anything else under or equal to the cost of Fairu Tenso or any construct created by Kodo o Kaku, however, is fair game. This ability only works if the object is within 15 feet of his armored hand, gaining another foot per 250 connection with a maximum of 25 feet at 3500 connection. This control lasts for three rounds upon first release, but he gains an extra round of control per 2000 connection, capping at six rounds.

3) Bōka Kabe (Firewall) - Every good computer needs to defend from viruses or outright destroy them. By paying 10% of his reiatsu, Derek can cover his arms in thick black and green flames which may be used to bolster his defense by the amount paid into the flames or outright destroy any reiatsu-based attack/technique that he touches that costs less than it. He is also able to move the flames created by Boka Kabe into his hand for a powerful finishing attack. This attack will use up the flames completely. They also carry the obvious effect of being able to burn any flesh (except the wielder's) that it comes into contact with. These flames last unless drained while using it as protection.
 
A Shady Van production:

Cad: Resubmit. Attack one is kinda weird in that the spiders seem to have no real place in the kai and overall the attack seems a bit… clumsy. I’ll steal a quote: A kai binding based on hohou; This seems like a weird hybrid, a partial summons and bind wrapped up in one. Since hohou isn't an offensive stat, I would suggest either keeping the theme and making it a standard debuff type attack, or making it a kai-used binding based on kidou or zanj.

Threads: Approved w/ changes. Manifestation: Without spending a ability slots, the two limbs must be declared at the start of using your powers and can’t be swapped mid battle. 3rd attack can drop the ½ strength clause. And helpful reminder, all this stuff would be combat related so be prepared to combat dump.

Bishop: Resubmit. Ability one can generate 4 items per round. Ability 2 has a fixed cost of 5% rather than up to 5%. And ability three needs to decide whether it’s gonna be a barrier or an attack. No 2 for 1.

Gekijin

Shikai: Gekijin (Vehemence) - 劇甚

Release Phrase: Lacerate the Heart, Gekijin!


Form: A blade resembling a medieval shortsword, stretching to approximately 28 inches from the end of the hilt to the tip of the blade. A collection of runes reach up the blade on both sides, symmetrically. The grip of the hilt is black, whereas the pommel and cross-guard are both a shade of deep red.

Kokuji (Devour): Gekijin thrives on negative and destructive emotions, forcing its own bloodthirst on its wielder when released. The sword continually eats away at Shukumei's reiatsu, absorbing 2% every round. The zanpakuto thrives on others' negativity as well as its master's, though, and will consume 1% of Shukumei's total reiatsu from up to three beings nearby.

Modosu (Vomit): The consumed reiatsu is released the same turn that it is absorbed, unleashing a wave of destructive energy with each slash of the blade. The wave released travels through the air in the shape of the slash. If the reiatsu absorbed is not used by the end of the turn, it explodes out of the sword involuntary.


And here is the Vizard attack I am submitting:


Vizard Attack - Chimodosu: By expending 2% reiatsu, 5% rage and gaining 3% emptiness, Shukumei can amplify the amount of reiatsu imbibed into his blade for that turn. Until the end of the turn, he can draw a shape in the reiatsu released from his blade before firing it outwards in a more destructive burst. The shape drawn can only reach a maximum of four feet by four feet.

In general, the theme and abilities are pretty similar. I just wanted to edit some parts because it felt too rigid in ways that I didn't enjoy.




~ Shikai ~

Lust, Kerushi
淫欲怒​

Manifestation/Inner World:

Kerushi has evolved from warrior princess to an empress of war. Garbed in white, regal armor, she stands in the center of the battlefield with an ever-changing sky, reflective of Lilith's emotions.


Form:

Upon release, Lilith's sword becomes a pair of golden lunar feng huo lun. The front half of each has a large blade composed of dense, sparkling diamond that extends outward in a crescent lunar shape. All light is reflected, and the blade expresses constant luminescence. On the opposite side, a pristine, white fibrous material is wound around the chakram (approximately two inches wider than her palm) to give Lilith a comfortable grip. The fabric flows downward, draping over her forearms like ivory ribbons.​


Ability: Raikou sono Kokoro (Enter Thy Heart)

Through centuries spent toiling to convey her feelings through art, Lilith has gained supremacy in the realm of emotions—including the emotions of her opponents.​

In shikai, Lilith automatucally releases 2% reiatsu to force her opponent into any emotion she so chooses. The emotion selected is activated for the next 5 rounds, and in that time span, memories that are most deeply associated with that emotion come flushing back. These memories manifest into animate people and things that may breathe, speak, and be touched as if they were real. None, however, carry any spiritual pressure and can be broken easily.​

After the allotted time passes, the effects begin to fade. Lilith may choose to re-activate or summon a new emotion by manipulating her bakudou and adding 2% reiatsu. If successfully bound, the selected emotion will be roused and the 5 rounds begin again.​


Attack: Bekarazu Sentou (Don't Fight)
Emotions drive the enemy away from attacking Lilith. To fight against this is especially taxing, thus when the enemy successfully lands a blow, they experience damage equal to 2% of Lilith's reiatsu. This is correspondingly drained from Lilith's pool.​


Attack: Tobitomeru (Thou Shall Halt)
Lilith may completely overwhelm her opponent with emotion that they are physically incapable of attacking. This does not paralyze the enemy, but only prevents Lilith from taking damage. It requires 3% reiatsu to use and may only be applied in two out of the next five rounds.​

~ Bankai ~

Kisaki Kerushi no Arashi
(Storm of the Empress Kerushi)
女帝の激怒
Form:

As Lilith summons Bankai, the area around her, within a thirty-yard radius, becomes her domain. Within this domain, the air is filled with fenghuo lun, their shape, like the ones in her hands, are determined by the current emotion. They are immaterial, but floating gently through the air. Memories and scenes from the past reappear, causing the enemy to fully relive the most poignant moments associated with that emotion.


Ability: Futaku Matawa Goshujin Chuushin (Submit or Open Thy Heart)

Lilith's mastery of emotions has grown with the realization of her Bankai. She overwhelms the opponent with any emotion or set of emotions she chooses. The emotion selected may last throughout the entirety of her released bankai or may change at any point. Within this realm, emotions are stifling, driving her opponents into a powerful frenzy led by the heart. Drowning and submerged in what they feel, it becomes easiest to simply withdraw from the fight altogether.

However, if the enemy chooses to fight, a hole the size of a bullet wound appears over their heart. Blood drips from it, staining their clothes and chest. The wound continues to grow every round, becoming increasingly worse. Each round that they insist to continue the battle, the opponent will experience damage equal to 1% of Lilith's reiatsu that is drained from her pool.


Attack 1: Omoide Umarekawaru (Memories Reborn)

The people and things associated with the enemy's emotion can manifest as fully tangible, realistic people or things that can move, speak, or breathe. These memories are fully reborn, appearing as natural and real as they existed from the opponent's past.

These manifestations act as vectors that carry kidou. Each requires 300 reiatsu to summon + the cost of stored kidou. If she so chooses, Lilith may amplify the stored kidou by up to 5% of her reiatsu. She may only summon 2 per round.


Attack 2: Temae Mononisuru (To Make You Mine)

By paying 3% reiatsu, Lilith can overwhelm one opponent with the active emotion, preventing them from either attacking or defending for one turn. This does not paralyze the opponent, but it prevents direct attacks or defenses. The opponent may choose to use the inverse or dodge instead. This attack is only usable every other round.


Attack 3: Zuisho Yori (From Everywhere)

Using the floating fenghuo lun as markers, Lilith can use them as areas of origin for kidou. In order to use this, the feng huo lun must be activated by physical or reiatsu-based touch. By expending 200 reiatsu per spell, the kidou will emerge from any of the activated fenghuo lun as if it were her own hands.
 
Spending Spec Point I bought an hour ago here to change ma shikai. Basically, it's becoming a bit more kidou-oriented and nearer to teh bankai.

Old Shikai:

Ability: Ryokushu 緑種 (Green seed)
In its released state, Tsutadora has the ability to implant seeds into any inanimate object it comes into contact with. Each seed costs 100 reiatsu, and for every 2000 connection gained, Katsumi may plant an additional seed per stroke. Over a period of 2 turns, the planted seeds grow into long vines of ivy. The maximum length for any one vine is 10 feet.

Ability: Ichiboku no Jiyuu 一木の自由 (Freedom of One Tree)
By expending 2% of his reiatsu, Katsumi may choose to animate either a maximum of 10 vines or to manipulate naturally occuring foliage within a radius of 50 feet for one turn. The vines are capable of grappling, manipulating objects, or even lashing out in a fashion similar to his own zanpakutou.



New Shikai (changes in bold):

Ability: Ryokushu 緑種 (Green seed)
In its released state, Tsutadora has the ability to implant seeds into anything it comes into contact with, be it an open wound or a concrete wall. Each seed costs 1% reiatsu, and for every 2000 connection gained, Katsumi may plant an additional seed per stroke. The seeds act as a beacon for reiatsu, absorbing an amount of reiatsu that is equal to 1% of Katsumi's from anyone (except Katsumi) within a five foot radius per turn. Any reiatsu-based effect, like kidou or cero, that is unfortunate to come within half a foot of the seed will also be absorbed by it.

Once the seed has an amount equal to 2%-10% of Katsumi's reiatsu, Katsumi has the choice
to make it grow into a long, thorny vine of ivy. The maximum length for any vine is 10 feet.

Ability: Ichiboku no Jiyuu 一木の自由 (Freedom of One Tree)
By expending 2% of his reiatsu, Katsumi may choose to animate any vines and naturally occurring plant-life within a radius of 50 feet for one turn. The vines are capable of grappling, manipulating objects, or even lashing out in a fashion similar to his own zanpakutou. Their strength is comparable to Katsumi's.
 
From my PM sent to Shade:

Aerosage - Boka Kabe is still a 2(3) for 1 deal. A barrier that becomes an attack if he wants it too, and a stat buff, all rolled into one. 10% of his rei is used as a absolute negation, no time limit set, that 10% rei increases his hakuda, and if he wants, he can use it to attack someone. This is like a whole kai in one ability.

On that note, please Resubmit and feel free to IM/PM me with questions/concerns if its unclear.

Val - No big issues, just that the 'shape' he can select likely needs specified. We don't want a shikai launching an 80'x80' net.

As such, your vizard power is Approved, however I'd like to see a constraint on size, as mentioned, so perhaps 4' by 4' max? Feel free to PM me if you'd want a different size or have questions.

Mango and my old Plant Blitzkrieger, I'm considering your kais and will try to get a conversation put through ASAP on them with Shady.

This is a first glance suggestion, and not official in any manner at this point:

Mango


Ability: Seems solid. I'd like to see a range on this, and is it multi target or single target? Clear that up and good, just make sure you trust your writing partners to be good on this, or you can sick me on them.

Shi kai attack 1: What nature is the damage in? Fire/cold/electricit etc? If you want it to reduce rei every time your hit, that's also fine too, just make it a bit clearer that its a rei pool reduction and not physical damage.

Shi kai attack 2: I'm carefully studying the potential of this, but as is it seems fine, close to air of fear.

Ban kai:

Ability: Similar with shikai attack 1, but I think you mean they really do take physical damage. I'd keep it at 2% cost/round like your shik ability.

Attack 1: Unless I'm overruled/see the light of reason kidou amps won't work. The idea of taking one's kidou list and making them all bk+ abilities is too much for a standard kai. The reason I say this its like giving a plethora of attack types and barriers all for one slot. I'd be more open to the idea if it was a single slot release, like Kago's. As a positive end to this meanness, I say, your theme is one of the best I've seen in a while.

Attack 2: Once every other round the opponent can't either attack or defend, their choice. If that's the case, 2% is much too low a cost, I'd say 5% minimum, as this is a powerful, powerful effect.

Attack 3: Make it cost 1% (not counting against kidou threshold or amping the the effect) and you're done.

Over all, I like this kai a lot, it just needs some tweaking.

Vent
Ability 1: Numbers adjustment, really. I'd suggest seeds costing 2%, absorbing a max of 5%(1% per round) when they automatically bloom, and no more then 4 can be planted in a target. I realize hitting them with your zan is a prereq to use this, which is a good thing, but I think the above is a better mode for balance.

Ability 2: No problem here. As a warning, changes are impending to how many(more then 2) weapons are employed in fighting, so watch for that announcement before you finalize your spec point(I don't want you feeling frustrated!)

Each seed costs 3% reiatsu (can't this be reduced to 2% reiatsu for the same max. 5% absorption?), and for every 2000 connection gained, Katsumi may plant an additional seed per stroke. The seeds act as a beacon for reiatsu, absorbing an amount of reiatsu that is equal to 1% of Katsumi's from anyone (except Katsumi) within a five foot radius per turn (did you mean to change this to round?). Any reiatsu-based effect, like kidou or cero, that is unfortunate to come within half a foot of the seed will also be absorbed by it.

Once the seed has an amount equal to 2%-5% of Katsumi's reiatsu, Katsumi has the choice to make it grow into a long, thorny vine of ivy. The seed cannot absorb more than 5% of Katsumi's reiatsu – after this, it will start taking damage rather than absorbing. (this is sort of an unwritten rule really) The maximum length for any vine is 10 feet.

(As for the number of weapons thing, I had a talk with Will to find out what it's all about and... I've always been doing that since this kai got last approved xD It'll be harder for him to control 10 vines than just 1 vine, right? Should I add a sentence specifying that to this ability?)
 
[ Shikai - 始解 ] - “Initial Release”

Name: Kiputyttö (Pain Girl)
Appearance: Kiputyttö takes on the form of a relatively normal longsword in that it has a blade, and a handle. Reference.

Spirit: Reference

Ability-Passive: [ Kiljua ] - “Scream”
When in her released state Kiputyttö sends out a high-pitched sound not understandable to the human ear - or hollow ears, or just any ears really. For 2% of Kaede’s reiatsu per turn, the sound, whilst not understandable to anyone, lets anyone within combat range experience demoralization - such as hearing voices of regret, pain, jealousy, lies, etc - and as such results in a 1% per turn debuff of Kaede’s Kidou stat to their primary combat stat, maxing out at a 10% debuff.

Ability-Passive: [ Kumota Kiljua ] - “Reverse Scream”
Allies who have gained United Front with Kaede experience a reversing effect of Kiljua, resulting in a 1% buff to their primary combat stat, maxing out at 10%. This buff is based off of Kaede’s Kidou stat.

The cost for this ability is the same as Kiljua’s.




[ Bankai - 卍解 ] - “Final Release”

Form: There are no visible changes to Kaede, nor are there any to the sword she’s holding. The only real change is that Kaede now has two identical blades comparable to her shikai, combined with a spiritual chain.

Ability-Passive: [ Huolehtia Ahdinko Kiljua ] - “Mind Crushing Scream”
Building on her Shikai’s earlier attack Kiljua, Kiputyttö continues to send out a high-pitched sound not understandable to the human ear, only this time it’s quiet literally mind crushingly painful to listen to and anyone caught hearing it feels as if their brain has started to melt.

For 2% of Kaede’s reiatsu per turn, any person unlucky enough to be caught within Huolehtia Ahdinko Kiljua’s range find it difficult to attack Kaede, or any of her allies, due to the strain it causes.

Allies who have attained United Front with Kaede are free from this attack.

Attack: [ Eheä Aalto ] - “Sound Wave”
By paying 10% reiatsu Kaede’s sword can unleash a sound wave that disrupts incoming attacks from any direction effectively weakening them by the amount of reaitsu poured into the sound wave.

Attack: [ Kumota Korjata ] - “Reverse Mend”
By paying 2% of the user’s maximum reiatsu per turn, Kaede’s sword gains a mild, white glow and takes on the properties of the Mend Chiyudou branch. When active, Kyputyttö gains the ability to manipulate existing wounds, or newly created wounds, by infusing them with Kaede’s reiatsu.

Depending on the state which Kiputyttö resides in, either Reverse Mend or Sublime Mend, this attack follows the same statistics of the High Mend Chiyudou.

Kumota Kortata: Small wounds turn into Moderate wounds in two turns, Medium wounds turn into large wounds in three turns, and large wounds turn into severe/life-threatening wounds in four turns.

For this Mending to happen the wounds must be touched by Kiputyttö’s blade after activating this attack.

Attack: [ Ylevä Korjata ] - “Sublime Mend”
By paying 2% of the user’s maximum reiatsu per turn, Kaede’s sword gains a mild, white glow and takes on the properties of the Mend Chiyudou branch. When active, Kyputyttö gains the ability to manipulate existing wounds, or newly created wounds, by infusing them with Kaede’s reiatsu.

Depending on the state which Kiputyttö resides in, either Reverse Mend or Sublime Mend, this attack follows the same statistics of the High Mend Chiyudou.

Ylevä Korjata: Small wounds patch up almost immediately, moderate wounds heal in one turn, and large wounds heal in two turns.

For this Mending to happen the wounds must be touched by Kiputyttö’s blade after activating this attack.

High Mend - Chiyudou #52, 700 Kidou

Description: A much more powerful version of mend. The area healed is almost half the size of a normal person and the rate of healing is much faster. The users hands has a mild, white glow while this is active.

Small wounds can be healed in 2 turns, medium wounds in 3, and large wounds in 4. ]

Kisaki Kerushi no Arashi
(Storm of the Empress Kerushi)
女帝の激怒
Form:

As Lilith summons Bankai, the area around her, within a 30 meter radius, becomes her domain. Her fenghuo lun change shape, determined by the current emotion. Memories and scenes from the past reappear, causing the enemy to fully relive the most poignant moments associated with that emotion.


Ability: Futaku Matawa Goshujin Chuushin (Submit or Open Thy Heart)

Lilith's mastery of emotions has grown with the realization of her Bankai. She overwhelms the opponent with any emotion or set of emotions she chooses. The emotion selected may last throughout the entirety of her released bankai or may change at any point. Within this realm, emotions are stifling, driving her opponents into a powerful frenzy led by the heart. Drowning and submerged in what they feel, it becomes easiest to simply withdraw from the fight altogether.

However, if the enemy chooses to fight, a hole the size of a bullet wound appears over their heart. Blood drips from it, staining their clothes and chest. The wound continues to grow every round, becoming increasingly worse. Each round that they insist to continue the battle, the opponent will experience pain equal to 2% of Lilith's reiatsu that is drained from her pool.


Attack 1: Omoide Umarekawaru (Memories Reborn)

The people and things associated with the enemy's emotion can manifest as fully tangible, realistic people or things that can move, speak, or breathe. These memories are fully reborn, appearing as natural and real as they existed from the opponent's past.

These manifestations act as vectors that carry kidou. Each requires 300 reiatsu to summon + the cost of stored kidou.


Attack 2: Temae Mononisuru (To Make You Mine)

By paying 3% reiatsu, Lilith can overwhelm one opponent with the active emotion, choosing to prevent them from attacking for one turn. This does not paralyze the opponent, but it prevents direct attacks; the opponent may defend or dodge instead. This attack is only usable every other round.


Attack 3: Jishuku (Self-Control)

Within this realm, Lilith's own emotions begin to swell within her. However, she has learned to control these feelings so completely that she can utilize this energy in her own offensive tactics, particularly in her primary combat ability: kidou.

Lilith can amplify any of her kidou with up to 5% reiatsu, increasing the potency of the summoned ability.
 
Inner World - The world looks similar to the inside of a dark video game. Every solid object is pixellated upon close examination, and all edges in the terrain carry a light blue line in contrast to the navy blue surfaces that cover the land. No grass or natural landscapes will be found, as the entire world seems to be completely computer generated. (For reference, see here...

Spirit - Angō Kaidoku-sha (or Ango for short) takes the form of a disembodied mass of computer code when speaking to Derek within his inner world. Depending on the true mood of his owner, Ango can take on different colors, shapes, and voices but you will always notice the buzzing of binary code beneath the surface. Ango is extremely logical, often supplying common sense to balance Derek’s own natural intelligence. In casual conversation, Ango takes on a dry and often cold sense of humor in most situations.

Release Phrase - We will rewrite reality and forge our own world, Angō Kaidoku-sha!

Physical Appearance -

Two steel gloves and shoulder pads will appear on his arms in a flash of binary code after the release phrase has been spoken. A single steel cable will sprout from each glove and slither up his arm, connecting to the shoulder pad. A glowing, bright green circle will appear on top of the gloves with a flash. Derek may mentally will the part of the palm that covers the signature of the Tenth on his left hand to slide open to reveal the tattoo when using it.

Attack/Abilities
1) Kōdo o Kaku (Writing Code) - By paying 250 reiatsu, Derek can create an object from binary code. He may summon up to four objects per turn. This object may be any size and width as long as it equals the parameters of 6 feet by 6 feet, gaining an extra foot in height and width per 1000 connection. This will cap at 5000 connection at 10 feet by 10 feet. The creation speed of the construct matches his hohou stat.

2) Fairu Tensō (File Transfer) - By paying 5% of his reiatsu, Derek may stop any existing object (if moving) and manipulate it according to his will. For objects that were not created by spirit power, it will cost 1 reiatsu per two pounds. Derek can’t move other beings or Zanpaktou because of the complexity of the structure of the sentient beings and spritual make-up of Zanpaktou. Anything else under or equal to the cost of Fairu Tenso or any construct created by Kodo o Kaku, however, is fair game. This ability only works if the object is within 15 feet of his armored hand, gaining another foot per 250 connection with a maximum of 25 feet at 3500 connection. This control lasts for three rounds upon first release, but he gains an extra round of control per 2000 connection, capping at six rounds.

3) Bōka Kabe (Firewall) - By paying 10% of his reiatsu, Derek can cover his arms in thick black and green flames. When struck with a reiatsu based attack, these flames will attempt to burn them away, diminishing the cost of the attack or ability from their power and either stopping them whole or reducing the effect by the remaining reiatsu. If successful in completely stopping an attack, it will burn away in wisps of black and green binary code.

Abilities may seem to be somewhat unconnected but they are related to Igasho's inner world and future BK goals. The final chapter(s) are being written now, pending approval. Also, I'm not sure if submitted percentages and turns are appropriate for kai level so feel free to pm or im me if it would save time to edit/resubmit.


Release Level: Shikai

Name: Lord Yadōkai (and his nameless spokesman).

Release Phrase: “Live again, Lord Yadōkai!”

Release Form: Yadōkai takes the form of a Kalis, a double edged sword characterized by its wide, wavy base and straight, narrowing blade. The guard is the formed extension of the blade’s base and the hilt is slightly curved, wrapped in dark, twine-like fiber. The pommel cap is brass and elongated, taking the shape of and engraved, all-seeing third eye.

Spiritual Manifestation: Lord Yadōkai is a lurching, dark figure. The spirit is cloaked by a black cape and top hat, once a sign of prestige but now frayed and worn. He wears white gloves that grip a wooden cane used for dragging himself as he seemingly only has one good leg. The spirit’s true face is hidden by a mask of death, skeletal and shaded but piercing eyes can be seen behind it at times. Lord Yadōkai does not ever speak but instead is accompanied by an unnamed spokesman, young and thin, dressed formally and with fine, wavy brown hair. The regal man rarely speaks on his own as he is usually reading from a scroll with messages written in prose.

Inner-world: A vast graveyard littered with endless tombstones, grave markers and statues in a state of ruin and decay. Those that are not shattered or bleached by age have been weathered and show unintelligible engravings. The stones themselves can be seen through a constant rolling fog, drifting in various directions. The long forgotten cemetery holds in its center an ancient mausoleum, crawling with spiders. The once-regal tomb is circumvented by a black, iron-posted gate, now crooked and dilapidated by an unknown period of neglect. The tomb itself is made of skillfully crafted brick and mortar and topped by a flat roof, lined with aged candles. A towering obelisk adorns the roof, reaching up into the black, night sky.

Ability 1:
Hannya (Wisdom, greater consciousness)
“Awaken the mind’s eye”

When activated for 5% maximum reiatsu, Igasho is able to project a third eye upon a targets’ forehead. The engraved eye on the brass pommel-cap and the vertical eye on the target’s forehead will glow an iridescent blue until activated. Once activated in battle, the projected eye will expose the opponent’s inner-most thoughts for a single round. The eye can last up to 3 turns, depending on when Igasho chooses to activate the third eye, and can only be used once per battle.

Ability 2:

Sunyata (Emptiness) “Drain their suffering and become nothing with existence”

For the expense of 3% reiatsu, Igasho is able to summon forth a small army of spiders that surround him freely within a 5 foot radius. Anyone that comes within that radius will be swarmed and any exposed body parts will be bitten. The resulting wounds are injected with a necrotic poison, causing lesions and sores which bleed, draining 3% of the victim’s reiatsu per round. Any wounds previously acquired in battle (as well as after the infection has set) will become painfully infected and decrease all healing effects by 10%. Bleeding and infection lasts for 3 rounds and gain an additional round at 5,000 and 9,000 connection.


Ability 3:

Dukkha (Suffering) “Bind our hands and unite our suffering”

Manipulating the unitary being of all things, Igasho connects the existence of an enemy with his own. At the expense of 2% reiatsu per round, Igasho and his target have their bodies linked together for 3 rounds. While active, 50% of all damage received by one body is shared by the other.

Form: When Zakki’s release is active his body becomes transparent and glows with starry points of light. His chest tattoo is the point from which the energy emanates to envelop his entire body in a cloak that renders him translucent.

Ability (Offensive): For 1 to 20 percent of his total reiatsu Zakki can use his radiation-producing capabilities to ionize the air around him and create a concentrated particle beam that does damage within forty feet. This beam covers a width of five feet and can be aimed at will. The beam can also be separated into individual energy clusters emanating from each fingertip. Each cluster costs one to five percent of Zakki’s reiatsu.

Ability (Defensive): Zakki will pay eight percent of his total reiatsu to solidify the galaxy itself to form a concave barrier of transparent, shimmering energy that defends a five square foot perimeter.

Ability 1: Just want to see 1 seed per hit, max of 4 in a person. Yes, I meant 1% rei per round, per seed max, and no more then 5% of his rei in total over 5 rounds. 2% cost per seed is good.

In light of this, just make the adjustsments and you're Approved

Ability: 30 m range, and I think you're good.

Attack 1: 10% rei barrier, no problem.

Attack 2: Use 2% of your reiatsu, wounds minor -> moderate in 2, moderate -> major 3, stop there. If this were the ability, I'd see going higher, but as an attack, that's good.

Attack 3: Use 2% of your reiatsu each turn, minors healed in 1, moderates in 2, majors in 3.

Do those fixes and we're good here.

In light of that, resubmit with the mods and we can stamp this bk approved.

Mango

Shikai

Ability: Range capped at 15 meters for shikai (suggesting yards was my bad, several techs read meters, so will stick to those.) For AoE's, I also look for a constant cost/round, though low, to maintain. So lets just say a flat 1%/round to keeping this up.

Attack 1: Fine.

Attack 2: Ok with some tweaks. Clear the wording up so its that they don't attack her, not that she ignores damage. Otherwise you could say you just don't get hurt from some huge attack someone levels in misunderstanding. Finally, 1 round in 3 for the interval.

Very much read to be approved with a little polish on the shi kai, so Resumbit that part and I'll give you the nod asap.

Ban Kai

Form: Ditch the part about seeing things in the form. Forms have no powers to them innately. I know, its picking nits, but I'm a stickler on this as it was abused badly in the past.

Ability: Slap a 30m range and you're done. (I know you say it in your form, but, I like explicit, being mister nit picker here.)

Attack 1: Good change, I like it. Just to be clear, these imbued images take her kidou/round into mind, right? (I realize she has double cast, so 2 is fine if it does.)

Attack 2: 2/5 rate and we're solid.

Attack 3: No comment; There's a thread for this and its quite clear, but as it stands, my opinions are overruled.

Resubmit and add those fixes and we'll approve this lickity split.

Aero

Ability 1: Cool.

Ability 2: Just change max range to 15 meters, and give a governing stat and done.

Ability 3: 10% barrier, done.

Approved, boom shaka laka. I like the green button. Just be sure to tweak that range/stat as requested.

Igasho

Ability: This is too weak. There are parallels to this already and this falls way short of the mark. Lets buff it. 1% of rei/turn, indefinite reading?

Attack 1: Better, much better. Also about the upper limit of AoE % costs per turn I'd like to see. For shik, lets say 2%, draining 2%. You could say 5 meters here.

Attack 2: This is tough. Auto hit empathic link is too much for a 3 ability kai. Mango's is a good example of what you'd want to do. Remember, with each extra slot, the power of each slot is reduced. So you could say, spike back some damage at them when hit, but keep it more meager. 2% of rei, or so reflected.

So we ask for a Resubmit, Van personally loves making ideas work, so as always, talk to me and we'll get things rolling.

Manifestation/Inner World:

Kerushi has evolved from warrior princess to an empress of war. Garbed in white, regal armor ornate with intricate golden designs, she stands in the center of the battlefield with an ever-changing sky, reflective of Lilith's emotions.


Form:

Upon release, Lilith's sword becomes a pair of golden lunar feng huo lun. The front half of each has a large blade composed of dense, sparkling diamond that extends outward in a crescent lunar shape. All light is reflected, and the blade expresses constant luminescence. On the opposite side, a pristine, white fibrous material is wound around the chakram (approximately two inches wider than her palm) to give Lilith a comfortable grip. The fabric flows downward, draping over her forearms like ivory ribbons.


Ability: Raikou sono Kokoro (Enter Thy Heart)

Through centuries spent toiling to convey her feelings through art, Lilith has gained supremacy in the realm of emotions—including the emotions of her opponents.

In shikai, Lilith automatically releases 2% reiatsu to force her opponent into any emotion she so chooses. The emotion selected is activated for the next 3 rounds, and in that time span, memories that are most deeply associated with that emotion come flushing back. These memories manifest into animate people and things that may breathe, speak, and be touched as if they were real. None, however, carry any spiritual pressure and can be broken easily. This ability may be directed at multiple targets and has a range of 15 meters.

After the allotted time passes, Lilith may choose to re-activate or summon a new emotion by spending an additional 2% reiatsu.


Attack: Bekarazu Sentou (Don't Fight)
Emotions drive the enemy away from attacking Lilith. To fight against this is especially taxing, thus when the enemy successfully lands a blow, they experience pain equal to 2% of Lilith's reiatsu. The damage dealt (heat, cold, suffocation, etc) is felt by strong sensations dependent on the corresponding emotion.This is drained from Lilith's pool.

[ Shikai - 始解 ] - "Initial Release”

Name: Kiputyttö (Pain Girl)
Appearance: Kiputyttö takes on the form of a relatively normal longsword in that it has a blade, and a handle. Reference.

Spirit: Reference

Ability-Passive: [ Kiljua ] - "Scream”
When in her released state Kiputyttö sends out a high-pitched sound not understandable to the human ear - or hollow ears, or just any ears really.

For 2% of Kaede’s reiatsu per turn, the sound, whilst not understandable to anyone, lets anyone within combat range experience demoralization - such as hearing voices of regret, pain, jealousy, lies, etc - and as such results in a 1% per turn debuff of Kaede’s Kidou stat to their primary combat stat, maxing out at a 10% debuff.

The maximum range for this ability is fifteen (15) meters.

Ability-Passive: [ Kumota Kiljua ] - "Reverse Scream”
Allies who have gained United Front with Kaede experience a reversing effect of Kiljua, resulting in a 1% buff to their primary combat stat, maxing out at 10%. This buff is based off of Kaede’s Kidou stat.

The cost for this ability is the same as Kiljua’s.

The maximum range for this ability is fifteen (15) meters.




[ Bankai - 卍解 ] - "Final Release”

Form: There are no visible changes to Kaede, nor are there any to the sword she’s holding. The only real change is that Kaede now has two identical blades comparable to her shikai, combined with a spiritual chain.

Ability-Passive: [ Huolehtia Ahdinko Kiljua ] - "Mind Crushing Scream”
Building on her Shikai’s earlier attack Kiljua, Kiputyttö continues to send out a high-pitched sound not understandable to the human ear, only this time it’s quiet literally mind crushingly painful to listen to and anyone caught hearing it feels as if their brain has started to melt.

For 2% of Kaede’s reiatsu per turn, any person unlucky enough to be caught within Huolehtia Ahdinko Kiljua’s range find it difficult to attack Kaede, or any of her allies, due to the strain it causes.

Allies who have attained United Front with Kaede are free from this attack.

The maximum range for this ability is thirty (30) meters.

Attack: [ Eheä Aalto ] - "Sound Wave”
By paying 10% reiatsu Kaede’s sword can unleash a sound wave that disrupts incoming attacks from any direction effectively weakening them by the amount of reaitsu poured into the sound wave.

Attack: [ Kumota Korjata ] - "Reverse Mend”
By paying 2% of the user’s maximum reiatsu per turn, Kaede’s sword gains a mild, white glow and takes on the properties of the Mend Chiyudou branch. When active, Kyputyttö gains the ability to manipulate existing wounds, or newly created wounds, by infusing them with Kaede’s reiatsu.

Depending on the state which Kiputyttö resides in, either Reverse Mend or Sublime Mend, this attack follows the same statistics of the High Mend Chiyudou.

Description: A much more powerful version of mend. The area healed is almost half the size of a normal person and the rate of healing is much faster. The users hands has a mild, white glow while this is active.

Form:
There is no outward change to Ciro’s appearance. Crimson sparks of reiatsu, as he activates the full extent of his abilities appear around him. Whispering sounds, similar to many figures watching his opponents provide an ominous backdrop.

Mnemosyne:
By selecting a Tarot Card from his deck, he can draw out specific memories involving the negative properties of the card. This costs [BWAHAHA I TOLD YOU I WOULD DO THIS VAN] % of his reiatsu, however, he does not need to activate the following portion of his awakening when the memory is read.

When the memory is read, he can choose to forcibly materialize the memory into a 30 meter radius around himself. Every card from his Tarot deck creates a perimeter around the illusion, sealing the combatants in the area. As each turn passes, the illusion becomes closer to reality, as the events continuously loop in the background.

By paying 2% per turn activated, first their sight is affected, allowing them to see the memory. Each turn, another sense, Hearing, Touch, Smell, and Taste, falls under its domain. Ciro can choose the order of the remaining senses. When touch is under the domain of the illusion, both Ciro and his target are able to freely interact with the inanimate objects in the environment. If an object is demolished, the broken pieces disappear, reforming again in their original location. Ciro can freely switch swap the memory he’s materializing by paying the cost once more. Doing so does not reset the sense counter.

Reha:
The Tarot, to Ciro, is ruled by spirits than inhabit each of the cards. Reha allows the Italian to pull out the spirits into a corporeal form.

Each of the spirits appears similar to the picture on the card except in gray-scale. A silver banner, with the name of the card, wraps around the summon’s eyes as a blindfold. Thin wire-like strings of reiatsu connect body parts of the summons in to his fingertips, giving them the appearance of marionettes. While the reishi threads are incapable of directly harming the opponent, Ciro can adjust the tautness of the threads, allowing him to better control the beings. The actual puppeteering of the summons isn't required, as they can follow mental commands from Ciro.

Ciro can provide them a weapon upon summoning (usually the same as what is depicted on the card). While the stat spreads of each summon are set, the appearance of each summon can differ.

When summoning, 20% of Ciro’s base reiatsu gets distributed among its stats. Next, Ciro distributes the reiatsu bonus gained from True Awakening directly to the summon’s reiatsu along with 25% of his base reiatsu and is distributed among the stats as well. He can create up to three summons, however the maximum reiatsu available for the summons is constant, so it must be divided among them. At anytime, he can only have 1 summon of each form.

The summons can choose from the following stat spreads, dictating how much is divided among each stat. The summon’s stats mimic AH stats.

Hyperion Form:
Combat: 60%
Agility: 30%
Resistance: 10%

Krios Form:
Combat: 35%
Agility: 55%
Resistance: 10%

Koios Style:
Combat: 35%
Agility: 15%
Resistance: 50%

Each summon can choose up to TWO of the following abilities:

Tethys:
Using the principles of Empathic Block as well as paying 5% of its reiatsu, the summon can return to Ciro, taking the oncoming hit instead. A purely aesthetic change when Kronos is activated, the summon fades into the illusion before reappearing next to Ciro.

Okeanos:
By paying 3% of its reiatsu, the summon is coated in a black aura of reishi. Upon contact with the target the summon is able to wipe a memory from the target’s consciousness. A torturous ability, the first memories to be wiped are the happiest memories that the target has experienced. Similar to the affects of the highest grade memory-chikan, the memories are locked away; however, if outside influences may trigger the locked memory, causing the person to remember it.

This repeated long term damage wears down their opponent’s pysche, hampering their ability to fight. Each strike reduces their main combat stat by the 5% of the summon’s combat, maxing at 30%. The debuff caused by each strike lasts 3 turns before waring off.

Iapetos:
By reading a person’s memories, Ciro has learned how to better link himself and his summons with his opponent’s inner spirit to the point where his summons gain complete control over the target’s memories, being able to temporarily erase the their ability to carry out certain skills they were once familiar with.

With a successful hit the summon is able to temporarily stop the user from carrying out a feat, technique or release ability that Ciro has seen the target use. The cost of this ability is 5% of the summon's reiatsu and lasts for 3 turns. Only one move can be locked at a time.
