Shikai:

Name: Negru Viziune—Black Vision

Release Phrase: Privi înapoi, Negru Viziune (Look Back, Black Vision)

Form: Negru Viziune is a black combat knife with thin lines of silver forming geometric patterns on its blade. The handle is also shot through with fine silver lines.

Spirit Manifestation: Is a male Great Grey Owl. He is the voice of reason to Ben, even tempered and coldly analytical, adhering to a cool logic that makes him cold and cruel in a very dangerous way. His actions are based purely on what would advance what he thinks of as “The Hunt” (or mission).

Abilities:

Trecut posesia (Past Possession): This ability allows the user to gain a sense of an object's or person's past, if they come in physical contact with Negru Viziune's released form. The ability is not able to see very far back, often it is only able to detect the last one or two major events in the object's existence or a person's life.

Attacks:

Negru coşmar (Black Nightmare): When a person is cut by Nigru Viziune and their wet blood remains on the blade, the user is able to draw out and project into their mind, their most painful memory in their life. To the victim, it would be as if it were happening all over again. They would be flooded with the pain of the memory, as sharp and as raw as the day it happened. At a cost of 200 reiatsu per turn, the effects last for up to 3 turns.

Release: Shikai - Shiraha (lit. White Feather)

Spirit
Zanpakuto Spirit: Shiraha is a rather taciturn and humorless woman, appearing to be in her late thirties. She does little to aid Tsubaki in terms of advice or guidance, seeking only to steer the girl towards viewing the world as she does.

Upon releasing into Shikai, Tsubaki's weapon takes on a stark white hue, even going so far as to absorb the color from the area around it if Tsubaki so chooses.

Ability: Shikisaicho Setsu (Color Control) Tsubaki's released blade is of the utmost purity, and seeks to scour any irregularity from the world around it. By choosing to pay 10% Reiatsu, Shiraha drains any and all color from the immediate area (up to 10 meters), effectively reducing the world around her to black and white. This ability does not discriminate between animal, vegetable or mineral, and Tsubaki herself is not immune. Upon activating the ability all color is drained from the woman's form, breaking her down into the two fundamental hues she views the world in. The space enclosed in the radius of Shikisaicho Setsu acts as a separated space, locking Tsubaki and her chosen foe alone within the area until the effect dissipates in 3 rounds.

Due to the heavy distortion of reality while this ability is active, the movements and actions of Tsubaki and her opponent may appear skewed to outside viewers. Witnesses claim to have seen both fighters moving at frightening, nearly inhuman speeds. However, once Tsubaki has engaged this ability she is effectively cut off from any outside support or aid, as the ability forbids her or her opponent to interact with individuals outside the radius of Shikisaicho Setsu in any way.
 
Shikai: Hiwa (secret story/unknown episode)

Release Phrase: Okiru, Hiwa (happen, secret story/unknown episode)

Ability:
Rewind
The ability allows Touru to take back an action, to reverse it. The total time under her control is 30 seconds. In battle that means that she can ‘erase’ one round that has happened and return to her turn before the round. Three rounds stand between two rewinds. One rewind costs 300 reiatsu. Nobody but Touru is able to remember the erasement of time.
 
OK, using spec point from PMs to change shikai, realised Aikugi was very broken (in my opinion at least), so i'm replacing him with...

Name: Akatsuki (Daybreak) 暁

Manifestation: A young girl, no older then 10, with blonde hair and blue eyes, wearing a pale yellow shihakusho, with a white turtleneck underneath it, the collar pulled up over her face so only her eyes and bridge of her nose can be seen, muffling her voice. On her back is a pair of stunted wings, good for hovering and covering short distances. A shy person, she often gets embarrassed when talking to Kazuma.

Release Phrase: Dance in the rays of the morning sun, Akatsuki

Form: A bright glow appears, filling the area for a few seconds. Once it fades, Kazuma is holding a claymore with a pale yellow hilt covered in tribal writings. The blade is solid gold, also covered in tribal markings, and gives off a pale glow.

Yahane (Arrow Feathers): Expending 5% of his Reiatsu, Kazuma can create a series of small feather-shaped projectiles, each about an inch in length, composed entirely of light energy and razor sharp. They momentarily hang in the air, before launching themselves at the target.

Tename (Heaven’s Rain): Expending 15% of his Reiatsu, Kazuma fires a small orb of light straight up into the sky. From the sky falls a brief series of spikes, made of light energy, all of which fall within 10 metres of Kazuma’s position. Where the spikes fall within the area is completely random, though they will not come within 1 metre of Kazuma. At first only 6 can be summoned, though as Kazuma’s Connection stat increases more can be summoned, namely 1 more spike for every 1000 connection, up to a total of 15.

Might need some work, so this is a test for now :)
 
Name: Laurus (Olive Wreath)

Manifestation: A big, talking olive tree in a grass field.

Release Command: Show them the legend, Laurus!

Form: Xavier's zanpakutou grows a few inches longer, but other than that, it remains exactly the same.

Ability: Territo (Intimidate)
For the cost of 400 reiatsu per turn, Xavier can make himself appear far more intimidating and powerful than he actually is. Whenever Territo is in effect, all of his actions are dramatized. For example, if Xavier scratches somebody, it will look like a much bigger laceration. None of the effects are felt though - for example, the opponent only feels the pain of the scratch, not the amplified pain of the laceration.
 
Bankai-Tenkei Yorozu No Shiraha (Heaven's Wrath of Ten Thousand White Feathers)

Appearance: After invoking Bankai, Tsubaki disappears in a violent squall of gilded light and white hued feathers. After the transformation completes, Tsubaki is clad head to toe in a white Shihakushou. Her normal katana has been replaced by a seven-branched-sword roughly five feet in length, devoid of any color save for white. The scouring aura normally contained with Shiraha swirls around the newly released blade in wisps of energy.

Ability: Suishoku (Fading Color) An evolved form of Shikisaicho Setsu, Tenkei Yoruzu No Shiraha's ability encompasses a 30m radius around Tsubaki and her foe. This ability once again reduces all matter within the area of effect to black and white. Any other individuals caught in the radius will be forcibly ejected, and will not be able to interact with either individual inside the effect until it is dispelled. This ability costs 10% of Tsubaki's reiatsu, and lasts 5 rounds in duration.

Attack: Akurai Dageki (Scouring Strike) The very nature of Shiraha demands purity, and seeks to cleanse all impurity from anything it touches. By expending 5% of her reiatsu Tsubaki channels her energy into a focused strike. While not overly damaging, if Akurai Dageki connects with an opponent it wipes clean a portion of that person's memories and identity. This effect is temporary, and lasts only as long as the target remains within the radius of Suishoku. One or two strikes may only wipe away inconsequential fragments of memory or personality quirks, but multiple strikes may have more serious effects. Ironically, while this may be Shiraha's way of wiping the world around her clean, the removal of unimportant or distracting traits from her foes forces them to focus solely on the woman before them.

Attack: Chouin Dageki (Sealing Strike) By expending 7% of her reiatsu, Tsubaki channels her energy into Shiraha for a more powerful strike. Upon connecting, Chouin Dageki "wipes away" one of a foe's abilities. This technique can lock away one attack or ability from a foe's shikai for three turns, and lock away one attack from a foe's bankai for one turn. As with Akurai Dageki, this attack only functions while the opponent is under effect by Suishoku.

Attack: Nagurikorosu (To Strike Dead) Tsubaki's final strike costs 20% of her total reiatsu, and consists of a frighteningly fast downward blow. The strike may only be attempted against the strongest of opponents, and even then the foe must have been struck by both Akurai Dageki and Chouin Dageki. Nagurikorosu is an attack made without mercy or restraint, and as such Shiraha's scouring energies are at their most powerful. After the blow connects, Suishoku is immediately dispelled the very second it strikes home. If the damage inflicted is more than twice the foe's reiatsu, the combined energies of Akurai and Chouin Dageki consume the individual in a brilliant flash of light, effectively scouring any trace of the foe from existence. Due to the highly violent nature of the energies involved, this strike may only be attempted once per invocation of Bankai.
 
You are dealing with moot today:

Crys: Okay you throw a lot of terms around in this kai that make it seem like you know what you are talking about when I'm pretty sure you don't. You say in the last sentence that the damage amp is stackable when it doesn't actually say that in the ability. If the damage amp was a boost stackable with other boosts I would not approve it ever.

Also in your attack it says the damage is your zan plus the cost which makes it sound like someone like wind could send an attack that is valued at over 100% of his stats which isn't what you want to do at all. Yes, it's a zan attack and yes a higher zan increases the power of the attack, but not the way you have it written. Just write it simpler and nix the mechanical explanations because you get them wrong when you try.

Tenchra: Okay we worked on the shield ability and that was under the assumption that this was a one ability kai. Because you added a stat boost to it, it is now problematic. Either nerf the shield a little, or drop an ability. If you drop the shield, add to the buff. Why do I do this work with people when they add turds to cakes I make?

Beaks: This is okay, but your girl having a girl zan spirit b/c she is a girly girl who girls with girls is getting a hearty rolleyes from me. You aren't a girl, beaks. You are a hairy, hairy man. Oh well, the ability is fine. Approved

Saso: Is this shikai level or bankai level? I need to know so I know what I'm doing here.

Random: Your old kai wasn't broken. If it was a problem it was probably you using it in a way more broken way than you were supposed to. It's probably not good to open your resubmission by saying that we are somehow at fault for your inability to RP within the confines of your kai ability as it is written.

Anyway, the attacks are just generic nuke attacks so they are fine. Change the 2nd attack to like 10% since going above 10% in a shikai attack is generally a no. If you make that change, then you are approved.

Kawa: That's actually a kind of hefty cost for your kai. What I would do, and you don't have to do this, would be to nix the cost and make the ability more subtle to where the facts don't actually change but the interpretations might. So if I got a cut I wouldn't actually see the cut as bigger, I'd just be like wow that was a good cut, this guy is an amazing swordsman and I'm in big trouble. Even if you are going for a more overt ability, you should probably tone down the cost.

Beaks BK: Lemme bring up a few quirks here. The first is that your BK duration is never going to be particularly long like it would be in shikai, meaning the round limit on your ability is kind of problematic given that you already have a round limit. I'd be tempted to just ditch that limitation on your ability, especially when your final nuke blows up the ability anyway. I'd also be tempted to get rid of that limitation on your final nuke.

The two original attacks seem kind of similar in their effect and you probably need to make more provisions for non shinigami fighters, or else this is an anti-shinigami kai when it doesnt really need to be.

I should also say that all these attacks are just kind of modified slices and you might want to spice it up a little bit. Also on your final attack, it's kind of lame to be like "yeah this instantly kills you if you are at .5 of my reiatsu." Congratulations, you have a kai that does what all kai pretty much do automatically. As you get stronger, you get stronger. That's all provisos like that say in kais. Check the table section of the FAQ for more on that.

Shikai Resubmission

Form, Manifestation and all are the same

Ability: Gaeromancy

This ability allows Shoju limited control over local wind currents and the earth underfoot within a 30 ft radius of himself. At a cost of 2% reiatsu per use, Shoju can slightly manipulate the strength and direction of the wind current or the shape and density of the earth within that radius. Just enough to, for example, violently push someone with a gust of wind or open a small pitfall underneath someone’s feet.

Attack: Ishikabe - Earth Prison

With Ishikabe, Shoju can form walls forged from sturdy earth for a cost of 5% reiatsu. The wall can withstand up to 1/10th of Shoju’s base reiatsu stat in damage. Any form of attack that surpasses this amount obliterates the wall without any decrease in potency, continuing through basically unobstructed.

Attack: Kazekiru - Wind Cutter

For a cost of 100 reiatsu per wave, Shoju can perform a slashing technique from long or close range by either pointing or swinging his zanpakutou in the direction of his target. Shoju uses his reiatsu to capture, envelope and refine wind currents transforming them into sharp deadly waves that are seemingly released from the sharp edge of his zanpakutou. With one swing the warrior can send up to three simultaneous waves of green razor sharp, wind energy at his opponent.

- Shikai –

By saying the phrase “Kirikorosu, Shimetsu” while sheathing his sword, Tetsuo releases the first seal on his Zanpakutou. The sword pulsates in an exaggerated fashion, sending a wave of malice and ill intentions across the battlefield, reaching friend and foe alike with its tentative promise of annihilation.

- Form –

Shimetsu retains the exact same shape as its unreleased form. Other than the ever occasional pulse of malice that it exudes, there’s really no visual manner to identify the release from ever happening other than hearing the words coming from Tetsuo’s mouth, or having prior experience in identifying such things.

- Ability –

Each turn Shimetsu spends sheathed places a 5% boost to the potential damage that any attack done using it will cause. This can be extended to a maximum of 20% bonus after being sheathed for four consecutive turns. After any offensive action is taken using the sword, the bonus drops to zero once again.

- Attack –

By using 10% of his Reiatsu and infusing it directly into his blade, Tetsuo thrusts his sword forward, causing a piercing line of scarlet Reiatsu to travel in a straight line towards his enemy. Damage is proportional to Reiatsu spent on the move.

Name: Momentos

Release phrase: (陳列 題材 ) Show them the truth, Momentos

Manifestation:
The manifested spirit in Shunsen's zanpakutou, Momentos, resembles an ordinary male child. This boy possesses gray hair and prefers dressing himself in a jumpsuit or a jacket followed by jogging pants. His colors are very plain mainly white and gray. The only distinguishable feature that is different from everything else are his eyes. They appear to be cat-like and they have a light green tint. If Momentos happens to wear a jacket, he usually tears some of the fabric near the upper part of his sleeve. Of course, this is just his way of fashion and displaying it.

Release form:
During shikai, Shunsen‘s zanpakutou has the same form of a katana. The only feature that is different is the design. Now, there is a blue linen cotton attached to the hilt as well as one dragon crest on each ends of the handle. These crests have amethyst gems on them that is similar to Shunsen's hair color which is a semi-dark shade of purple. There are also japanese characters on the surface of the blade that stand for, “Good fortune.”

Ability:

Only ability: Salvia- Since the manifested spiritual being within his zanpakutou is a child and Shunsen's own physical appearance resembles that of a teenage boy, they have many things in common. By performing this kai, they both become “one” or interconnected. This ability benefit’s the young third division soul reaper because his speed alters massively. In reality, his speed doesn’t change, but to the naked eye, it does. Illusions appear and attack his opponents. This costs 3% of Shunsen’s reiatsu per turn. It can only be used three times per battle.

*Add 10% of Hohou to hohou stat when shikai is activated.
 
Initial Awakening - Trick Room

- Ayden Hawke's 'Trick Room' is a dual-projection of reiatsu that acts as a dimensional wormhole, somewhat akin to the Garganta of the shinigami. Once one 'room', or reiatsu-formed box, is projected over an object/person, the contents of the room are downloaded into a secondary projected room. Transfer is always completed impeccably, and the contents of the rooms are never harmed in passing. The transportation occurs instantaneously.

+ Projection of the trick rooms can only occur within anywhere within sight, or if Ayden has detailed topological knowledge of a building (blueprints/maps/etc.), anywhere that can be accurately visualized. The range is maximized at [Reiatsu] meters.

+ Trick rooms can be materialized relatively quickly, at a speed equal to Ayden's own Agility statistic.

+ The Trick Room transports objects between physical distances in the same dimension, but not physical distances in alternate dimensions. Thus, it cannot be used to cross the realms of the mortal world and the shinigami/hollow worlds.

+ The contents of the Trick Room cannot be spliced by an outside object - that is to say, any box must be projected where it is not impeded by any other object, unless it wholly contains this object (and by consequence can transport said object).

+ Any box projected can have a maximum size of [Reiatsu/500] meters by [Reiatsu/500] meters by [Reiatsu/500] meters. All Trick Rooms must be constructed as cubes.​


[Download]
- By paying a flat cost of 300 reiatsu, Ayden can download any object/person within one projected room and transport it to another within his visual range. The cost is doubled when transportation occurs outside of Ayden's visual range.​

[Density Field]
- The Trick Room is materialized as a physical construct of pure reiatsu; because it is fortified with spiritual energy, it possesses some degree of strength. The room can absorb any amount of punishment [in terms of reiatsu costs] that is inflicted upon it, but the same cost is drained from Ayden after said attack is completed. In order to prevent himself from being drained completely, Ayden can choose to terminate the trick room - have it shatter and dissipate - rather than suffer extensive spiritual exhaustion.​

Name: Ananta (Infinite)
Release Command: Bacānā, Ananta (Preserve, Infinite)

Spiritual Manifestation:

Ananta has no definite form. Instead, he cycles between different avatar forms, a fish, a turtle, a boar, a lion, a dwarf-like priest, an axe-man, a prince, a child with a flute, a scholar, and a king. All the animal forms have a lotus mark on their foreheads, and the human forms all have the symbol of a discus.

Ananta speaks in a formal, yet calming manner, and advises Akira to think about his actions, rather than acting on impulse alone. He is strongly against violence without reason and believes in more diplomatic solutions to situations. However, if someone or something violates his virtues, such as injuring someone, he will not hesitate to punish them. He acts like a mentor to Akira, frequently dropping cryptic clues and puzzles, in order to better his knowledge. Unfortunately, the clues usually end up frustrating Akirarather than helping him.

Upon releasing his shikai, Akira’s blade shines, and he is engulfed in a flash of light. After a few seconds, the light dissipates, revealing Ananta’s form. A sapphire chakram floats around his right pointer finger, and a closed lotus flower lies in his left hand.

Abilities:

Nirmala Darśana (Pure Sight):

The chakram symbolizes the mind cutting through illusions and ignorance. When Nirmala Khyāla is used, the sapphire discus is embossed with gold, representing the active half of Ananta, and the lotus flower disappears. For the cost of 100 reiatsu per turn, the path of the chakram can be manipulated by Akira. The closer the chakram is to Akira, the more control he has over its speed and movement. When, this ability is canceled, both halves return to their dormant states.

Kāntimāna Yathārthatā (Radiant Truth):

The lotus represents a life without attachment. Upon activation of Kāntimāna Yathārthatā, the closed lotus flower opens, and a small orb of light appears in the center. The chakram half of Ananta disappears with this ability is used. The orb then hovers towards the patient. At the cost of 4% of his reiatsu, the orb changes its shape into a glowing lotus petal. The petal is absorbed into the patient’s forehead, and settles on a part of the patient’s brain. The petal slowly warps the electrical currents around itself. The result is the section of the brain is cut off from the rest of the sections, leaving it temporarily shut down. While the effect changes slightly from section to section, the most common effect is that the patient will have a sudden feeling of euphoria. The feeling of euphoria may dull the patient’s pain and allow them to be safely transported. Kāntimāna Yathārthatā can be used up to 45 minutes, any longer and severe brain damage may occur. Similarly to Nirmala Darśana, when this ability is canceled both halves return to their dormant states.
 
Shikai: Dokuja (Venomous Snake)

Release Command: Infect, Dokuja.


Manifestation: Dokuja takes the form of Tsuneo's favorite mythical being, Yamata-no-Orochi. The eight headed serpent has a similar disposition to its master, speaking calmly and happy about anything to his master. Dispite this, Dokuja is just a sounding board for Tsuneo's true motions not one to take true facts into account but rather what would feel right.

Tsuneo's inner world is that of an immense river valley, eight waterfalls dot the landscape at each direct flowing from some unseen source high into the sky. Each of these creates a river leading inward towards the center of the world where Dokuja is normally found relaxing in the immense gathering pool formed. The outline of the world is clearly defined by a ring of barren and rough mountains that circle the tree filled valley and disappear upwards out of sight.


Form: Once released Dokuja morphs, the snake guard of the weapon growing out and devouring the blade. The body length of the serpent grows to 5ft long at which point it branches out into four 3ft long segments. Each of these segments ends with a living snake head very much alive and prone to writhing around even without Tsuneo swinging the weapon. The four headed serpent is emerald green in color and is made of a metal with durability equal to a standard zanpakutou.


Ability: Doku
Each of the snake heads is embedded with a unique poison that activates once an opponent is bitten and Tsuneo uses 5% of his reiatsu. The infected person gets 5% of Tsuneo’s connection drained from their highest stat. The poison lasts for 3 turns before it breaks down in a person’s body and they must be given a fresh bite.

Ability 2: Donran
The power absorbed from the activated toxin isn’t lost but rather transferred into Tsuneo’s own muscles giving his zanjutsu skills a boost equal to the amount of points his opponent has lost. This ability lasts for the same duration as the poison, 3 turns. If Tsuneo’s poison would subtract an amount greater than the person’s highest stat, the stat is reduced to 0 and Tsuneo gets whichever value it is.
 
Kai for Benjamin Carre

Name: Vidra Gheara (Otter Claw)
Command: înota (Swim)
Form:
A single right handed katar. Silver in color, it has a wrist protector and the blade is of unique design. It is really more like 3 blades stuck together on one mounting. The outside blades are symmetrical down the center however they are split and spaced apart, with a smaller, cylindrical blade placed in the center.

Spirit:
Ben's zanpaktou spirit takes the form of a male sea otter of average size and average coloring. His personality is much like Ben's, playful, carefree and exuberant but concentrated and controlled when needed. The two are constantly arguing about anything and everything, but that does not mean that they are not close.

Ability: Rezonant Robinet (Resonant Tap)
When placed on a wall or other solid surface, Vidra Gheara is able to detect and amplify the tiny vibrations caused by sound waves hitting a solid surface. This ability allows Ben to hear through walls and amplify conversations that he is to far away to hear. This ability is constantly active.

Attack: Rupere Labă (Breaking Paw)
Vidra Gheara is able to compress the air around it and then release it quickly, sending out an extremely powerful compression wave that launches forward on the horizontal axis of Vidra Gheara (so if it was sitting flat on a table, the wave would launch straight out from it parallel to the floor if it is rotated 90 degrees however, the blast would be emitted perpendicular to the floor.) The blasts are strong enough to cause sever lacerations or even cut clean through a body, the blasts are very flat and very narrow but extremely sharp. They loose their potency after 20 feet. Each blast costs 250 reiatsu.
 
Huffin and puffin

Sing: Your first ability should be a concrete cost because sharpening your senses isn't really going to get stronger as you do will it? Also, is the term doubling really necessary? Also just decide on a cost and nix the turn duration. I've been harping on you since the day you first decided to resubmit and I'm going to continue to harp on you about this because you don't seem to listen. I'm just going to auto deny anything you throw at me with something that has "this lasts x turns and increases every y connection" because you really don't seem to have a grasp of how that works. This ability doesn't need limitations like that.

The same thing goes for the second ability. Just have it map out that 20 foot area, set a concrete limit of feet it can't penetrate and that's all you need. You are making a simple ability retardedly complicated and I don't know why you are doing that. You don't need a billion provisos and loopholes.

Fin: Your ability seems okay.

First attack: If the arm summon is just kind of like a ranged punch, you should just have a concrete (and pretty low comparitively) reiatsu cost for each hand summoned. Take a look at Chiaki (deus') bankai for an example of that. Also, it's really better to just have a concrete amount of arms that are able to be summoned. I realize in the later things, you have stuff draining from the reiatsu of your arms but consider that the reiatsu is coming directly from you anyway so why have a middle man making things too complicated? Also, summoning that much junk is really more in the realm of one ability. The draining effect is just too much on top of being able to punch a guy a like 20 times from anywhere and that isn't even factoring in the later stuff.

Second attack: This changes the directionality of where kidou is coming from and such and is fine. Like I said before, there is no reason to really divide your reiatsu pool as it is coming out of your rei anyway.

3rd attack: This one is problematic because A: you can pretty easily force this effect on a person and B: the effect is really out of control. Basically, you can call a shot on your summoned arms to make a guy nuke himself with his own ripped attacks using his own reiatsu and there isn't much of a way to counter it. There is no way I can approve this attack.

Dill: Why did you make this so complicated in your profile version? People are going to be reading your profile to figure out what you can do and a long flowery essay about this or that may seem cool to you, but it's shooting you in the foot later on.

Anyway, telekinesis is one of those tricky abilities that people tend to abuse and I have to regulate like the dickens. The main problems come in when people get cute ideas like using the telekinetic force of a flick to the brain to send someone into an immediate coma.

Also, most of your second paragraph is kind of irrelevant because spending over your resistance stat in reiatsu in a turn always has those kind of effects.

Usually, I opt for simpler being better, but in the case of telekinesis I end up needing more restrictions.

Saso: Having a pretty much open ended double elemental manipulation ability in a shikai is a no. It's a double no in a 3 ability kai. I think I went into this in the numerous BK submissions too.

2nd ability: So for the cost of 5% reiatsu, he gets a 10% reiatsu shield? At shikai level? On a 3 ability kai? What.

3rd ability: There are like literally 10 people with this exact same ability (although they explain it differently). In fact, there are three of them in this very post! At least this one is okay if a little weak.

I can already tell I'm in for a treat for the next few weeks.

Crys: Nix the damage being proportional to the reiatsu spent sentence since that is always the case and its redundant. If you do that, you are approved.

Shunsen: This isn't one ability because it is an illusion summon and a hohou buff in one ability. Also are these illusions real? How many are there?

Also, watch this: "This ability benefit’s the young third division soul reaper because his speed alters massively." Okay so you are going faster so then oh wait-

"In reality, his speed doesn’t change, but to the naked eye, it does."

Okay so the speed doesn't change, it just seems to I think I get it, oh wait-

Rickshaw: A: this is ripped directly from an anime or something, isn't it?

B: this is both a teleport ability, which is usually going to be heavily regulated anyway, but it is also coupled with a sequester ability. It's like combining Fables old (and really kind of broken) awakening with Beaks shikai except probably even more powerful.

This is like beyond True Awakening level in a lot of ways and there is just no way I can let it by.

Hiren: Your chakram ability is okay, and your second ability is almost okay, but I'm assuming you plan on using this offensively at some point, so I need to know more about what it does if someone is resisting the effects. If you don't actually plan on like doping some dude up then add a sentence in there about it only being able to be used on a willing person and resubmit. Keep in mind that the 4th has a tech that does pretty much the same thing and for cheaper so you might just want to rethink this idea altogether.

Shad: This is a form/ability if I ever saw one. Also, the drain/buff is based on connection but it's probably better if you choose an attack stat to base it on instead. You probably need to just decide what stat you are draining from too, or it gets really kind of too flexible.

I'm on the borderline of being okay with this but since it's a 3 ability kai it's really kind of over the edge, to be honest. Like a bunch of animated snakes fighting at once and each of them are capable of delivering pretty decent debuffs and buffs. It just seems too much for one kai. If you left it as the snakes and the debuff, it'd probably fly better.

Spec: First ability is 50% good until you made it an offensive power as well as a sensory buff. Choose one or the other, but not both.

2nd ability is fine, although if you look up, I've basically approved this same ability twice in this very post alone. Creativity is dead.

Name: Vidra Gheara (Otter Claw)
Command: înota (Swim)
Form:
A single right handed katar. Silver in color, it has a wrist protector and the blade is of unique design. It is really more like 3 blades stuck together on one mounting. The outside blades are symmetrical down the center however they are split and spaced apart, with a smaller, cylindrical blade placed in the center.

Spirit:
Ben's zanpaktou spirit takes the form of a male sea otter of average size and average coloring. His personality is much like Ben's, playful, carefree and exuberant but concentrated and controlled when needed. The two are constantly arguing about anything and everything, but that does not mean that they are not close.

Ability: Rezonant Robinet (Resonant Tap)
When placed on a wall or other solid surface, Vidra Gheara is able to detect and amplify the tiny vibrations caused by sound waves hitting a solid surface. This ability allows Ben to hear through walls and amplify conversations that he is to far away to hear. This ability is constantly active.

Attack: Coajă Ruptură (Shell Rupture)
By paying 250 reiatsu, Vidra Gheara disperses the spiritons in itself and Benjamin's arm, allowing them to pass through non-living matter in order to deliver a single attack to an enemy's body.

Shikai Resubmission

The first and second attacks are attacks that were already in my previously approved Shikai, I was taking your advice when I resubmitted them because you told me that you thought my kai was a bit weak and expensive and that I should resubmit it as soon as I got a free spec point. The third one is new though. Got rid of the elemental manipulation and added it. Thanks for all of your hard.


Attack: Ishikabe – Stone Wall

With Ishikabe, Shoju can form and control walls forged from sturdy earth for a cost ranging from 1% to 10% reiatsu, a maximum of six walls can be formed at one time. The wall can withstand the equivalent in damage of the amount of reiatsu put into it. Any form of attack that surpasses this amount obliterates the wall without any decrease in potency, continuing through basically unobstructed.

Attack: Wakazemaru - Slashing Wind Circle

Violent winds begin to form a sphere with an eight foot diameter that contains multiple currents of extremely sharp air currents; anything caught within this orb will be severely lacerated. The circular technique takes mere seconds to form near the tip of Shoju’s zanpakutou and when projected, ceases motion upon impacting the target. The attack sustains itself for around ten seconds before dissipating. This technique costs 7% reiatsu per use.

Name: Momentos

Release phrase: (陳列 題材 ) Show them the truth, Momentos

Manifestation:
The manifested spirit in Shunsen's zanpakutou, Momentos, resembles an ordinary male child. This boy possesses gray hair and prefers dressing himself in a jumpsuit or a jacket followed by jogging pants. His colors are very plain mainly white and gray. The only distinguishable feature that is different from everything else are his eyes. They appear to be cat-like and they have a light green tint. If Momentos happens to wear a jacket, he usually tears some of the fabric near the upper part of his sleeve. Of course, this is just his way of fashion and displaying it.

Release form:
During shikai, Shunsen‘s zanpakutou has the same form of a katana. The only feature that is different is the design. Now, there is a blue linen cotton attached to the hilt as well as one dragon crest on each ends of the handle. These crests have amethyst gems on them that is similar to Shunsen's hair color which is a semi-dark shade of purple. There are also japanese characters on the surface of the blade that stand for, “Good fortune.”

Ability:

Two abilities: Kuro-n (cloning): Since the manifested spiritual being within his zanpakutou is a child and Shunsen's own physical appearance resembles that of a teenage boy, they have many things in common. By performing this kai, they both become “one” or interconnected. This ability benefit’s the young third division soul reaper because he can create two solid clones of himself. Each of these clones hold the same katana as Shunsen. This costs 600 of Shunsen’s reiatsu per turn while this ability is in effect. These clones last three turns maximum. This kai can only be used twice per battle.

Shouheki (barrier): An orange pentagon appears in front of Shunsen. This barrier can last up two turns maximum. It can withstand any physical attack (slashes, punches, kicks). It costs 800 reiatsu (another 800 for each additional person it protects).
 
Bankai-Tenkei Yorozu No Shiraha (Heaven's Wrath of Ten Thousand White Feathers)

Appearance: After invoking Bankai, Tsubaki disappears in a violent squall of gilded light and white hued feathers. After the transformation completes, Tsubaki is clad head to toe in a white Shihakushou. Her normal katana has been replaced by a seven-branched-sword roughly five feet in length, devoid of any color save for white. The scouring aura normally contained with Shiraha swirls around the newly released blade in wisps of energy.

Ability: Suishoku (Fading Color) An evolved form of Shikisaicho Setsu, Tenkei Yoruzu No Shiraha's ability encompasses a 30m radius around Tsubaki and her foe. This ability once again reduces all matter within the area of effect to black and white. Any other individuals caught in the radius will be forcibly ejected, and will not be able to interact with either individual inside the effect until it is dispelled. This ability costs 10% of Tsubaki's reiatsu.

Attack: Heimaku (Falling Curtain) Once a foe sets foot within Suishoku every aspect of their body and soul is permeated by the abilities of Tsubaki's weapon. After extensive training with Shiraha, Tsubaki has learned to obliterate not just enemies, but the distractions and obstructions in one's mind that detract from the fight itself. By expending 1% of her Reiatsu for every strike, Heimaku wipes away one memory or personality aspect of her foe. This ability is limited to memories and personality, and cannot wipe away fundamentals such as one's name or allegiance. The loss of these traits is temporary and restricted by Suishoku's radius. Any foe who either dispells or otherwise nullifies Suishoku has all of the erased memories returned at a rate of three (memories or traits) per round.

Attack: Nagurikorosu (To Strike Dead) Tsubaki's final strike costs 25% of her total reiatsu, and consists of a frighteningly fast downward blow. At the point of impact Suishoku immediately recoils back into Shiraha's blade, then explodes violently into the body of its victim. In addition, any erased memories or quirks are violently thrust back into the mind of Tsubaki's foe, making rational thought or calm deducing all but impossible for three rounds. After Nagurikorosu executes, Shiraha is forced back into its Shikai state, and is unable to fully release again for the remainder of the battle.

Name: Ananta (Infinite)

Ananta has no definite form. Instead, he cycles between different avatar forms, a fish, a turtle, a boar, a lion, a dwarf-like priest, an axe-man, a prince, a child with a flute, a scholar, and a king. All the animal forms have a lotus mark on their foreheads, and the human forms all have the symbol of a discus.

Ananta speaks in a formal, yet calming manner, and advises Akira to think about his actions, rather than acting on impulse alone. He is strongly against violence without reason and believes in more diplomatic solutions to situations. However, if someone or something violates his virtues, such as injuring someone, he will not hesitate to punish them. He acts like a mentor to Akira, frequently dropping cryptic clues and puzzles, in order to better his knowledge. Unfortunately, the clues usually end up frustrating Akirarather than helping him.

Upon releasing his shikai, Akira’s blade shines, and he is engulfed in a flash of light. After a few seconds, the light dissipates, revealing Ananta’s form. A sapphire chakram floats around his right pointer finger, and a closed lotus flower lies in his left hand.

Abilities:

Nirmala Darśana (Pure Sight):

The chakram symbolizes the mind cutting through illusions and ignorance. When Nirmala Darśana is used, the sapphire discus is embossed with gold, representing the active half of Ananta, and the lotus flower disappears. For the cost of 100 reiatsu per turn, the path of the chakram can be manipulated by Akira. The closer the chakram is to Akira, the more control he has over its speed and movement. When, this ability is canceled, both halves return to their dormant states.

Īśvarīya Abhayapatra (Divine Safeguard):

The lotus represents a life of protection. Upon activation of Īśvarīya Abhayapatra, the closed lotus flower opens, and a small orb of light appears in the center. The chakram half of Ananta disappears with this ability is used. The orb then hovers towards the patient. It then settles on the patient’s injury. At the cost of 60 reiatsu per hour, and the patient’s consent, the petal will preserve the injury in the exact state it was when the petal was applied. For example, viruses will temporarily stop mutating and acids on the wound will temporarily stop corroding the wound. Also, it will temporalily repel foriegn invaders from entering the wound. This is often used when the transport period is too long for anesthesia alone, and when the injury is potentially fatal. Similarly to Nirmala Darśana, when this ability is canceled both halves return to their dormant states.
