Raph already said, but I have to reiterate. This was really really really cool.
I didn't realize you could even upload PDFs to the site and now you've got my wheels turning with this, but speaking to the content rather than the package it came in: Meta level petty + awesome.
The question answer section felt good with your faceless citizens as goofy caricatures of ding dongs, and the meta jokes were clever. I mean, to be fair the entirety of the piece is a series of jokes, but even though it's all meta absurdist humor it works well within the world too.
Your corny take on the history of the forum as a ridiculously badly costumed gang violence was a nice in-joke that vets from here would get, but it also poses interesting story potential. I could see mercenary and crime related PCs jumping into that double-layered fictional conflict and turning it into a "real" and elaborated fun story to read later.
Every excerpt on the page felt like it could do more and I think that's good for what's literally the first page of a newspaper, and even if this was just a joke I'd like to see more stuff like this in the future from anyone. It would help to add onions to Araevis and solidify the domestic ground level of the world. Down to earth reality within this universe helps to ground the out of this world events and characters we have here, and make us care about them just a little bit more.
I can't tell you what to do, but keep it up, do moar, or elaborate on the stories or something idk. This was just really good.
