Shinigami Men's Association

not gonna lie. this sounds like a very bromosexual organization.
 
I'll join, and i"m officialy adding bromosexual to my dictionary thanx hao :D.
 
Hm, the lounge? I'm not sure.

If we can get a captain involved, we could move it to wherever that division is. The lounge could be in my character's quarters, I guess...?

We can collab about whatever you guys want. Obviously I stole the idea from what Bleach already has and they actually talked about things like designs for the shinigami cellphones which my 9th division is in charge of making so I guess that would be a valid topic. If anybody had any actually designs they'd like to post on here, we could do that.

I mean, if you've seen the Shinigami Illustration bits at the end of the Bleach episodes then you have an idea of what we would be doing.


...of course I'd be founder and president :D Well actually in Bleach, both the leaders of the associations were lieutenants so if any would like to get involved then they could take that title or the Chairman title.

It went like this in Bleach for the Women's Association:

Supervising Chairperson: Retsu Unohana
President: Yachiru Kusajishi
Vice President: Nanao Ise

Other members:

Nemu Kurotsuchi
Soifon
Kiyone Kotetsu
Isane Kotetsu
Rangiku Matsumoto

The chairperson was a captain and the other higher-ups were lieutenants so maybe we could go that way once we lure a few captains and lieutenants in.

It's part of the halcyon days rpg. If you would like to join there's an apps section and all kinds of neto stuff to help with that. I'm just barely been accepted myself so I'm certainly not the best to help you out with that but if you wanna join the rpg there's a section for that.

You're saying there's already a Men's Association?
 
Oh ok.

I think this would be another venue for people to collab with people from other division members, rather than writing specifically for plots and battles. Add more variety when writing for your character. I just watched most of the Shinigami Illustration snippets a few days ago, I think it's something that everybody that's in the Gotei 13 can get involved with.

I thought I'd help you a little bit.
I found all this info on Bleach Wiki. This was all it said about the mens association.

The Shinigami Men's Association is a mens club of Shinigami that sees themselves both as a mens meeting facility and the rival towards the Shinigami Women's Association.

President: Tetsuzaemon Iba
Vice-President: Yasochika Iemura
Other notable members include:

Marechiyo Ōmaeda
Izuru Kira
Shūhei Hisagi
Jūshirō Ukitake
Harunobu Ogidō
Akon.
Since Mayuri Kurotsuchi needed a budget to conduct his experiments, all of the budget fundings went to him, which means the Shinigami Men's Assosiation has no money anymore.

That's exactly what I'm talking about right there.

It could be exactly like Bleach wherein we have our RP writings that we have right now that are serious/dramatic when pertaining to the main plot and then you have the Shinigami Illustration snippets at the end of the Bleach episodes that play on the characters and sometimes the plot in the form of the Shinigami Women's/Men's Association and we can bring that into the RP now.

This could be included in the main writings as a bonus maybe; not being worth as much as the actual RP writings (like say maybe 25 points for every 1,000 words or something like that). It could be exactly the same thing as chatting in the AIM chat room maybe except through the characters and through the open collab writings.

I'll just put it out here: if I ever have to grade anything as inane as AIM chat, I will not be generous with points. Not even 25 out of the normal 50.

This is a writing RPG.

I'm not against the Men's or Women's Association in general. It would be the same kind of filler that all of us write anyway except with slightly more organization. However, if you're going to write a story, then there needs to be a story. Not just, "I'm bored, let's chat it up in-char and get points."

What fillers are you guys writing? What are they about?
 
Any number of things usually just BSing a one shot to make a chapter for the week that doesn't really fit in with the other chapters. The filler is just a chapter for the sake of writing a chapter, having a normal plot but not really dealing with a prestablished plot
