The Dog Days of Summer Gaming

With summer quickly approaching, most of our members will have more free time than usual for leisure activities. That having been said, I would like to introduce a week long session of gaming in the name of comradery. During this week we will be playing various genres across different platforms to ensure that everyone has a chance to game with fellow MangaDen posters.

Before we sit down and pick the week for this event, we will need to decide upon a list of games that everyone would like to play together. Use the poll above to choose your selection; if a game you wish to play is not listed above, please add it in a post below.

Might want to add a notice or something where you can actually say what kind of games you want to play, since, for example, I don't see Battlefield 3 on this list, yet I know of a few who own it.

So might be nice if we could also suggest games, rather than having to pick from these standard ones you put up.

That aside, I'm up for most Wii and xbox 360 games as unfortunately I do not own a PS3, nor does my PC handle online games very well.

Won't be out until August, but I'd like to try a game of the re-released Baldur's Gate with some HDers.

Uncharted MP is fun, but I would need an internet upgrade to really go with that.

I'd be up for Starcraft 2 or Diablo 3, hell I'd even be willing to do Diablo 2. Especially since there won't be as many people playing Diablo 2 now that 3 is up.

I'm assuming no one has every game listed, so I've decided to try to have two different games per night for people to play; that way, the probably of you having a game to play with other MangaDen members is higher.

I have used the voting on the poll to try my best not to line up two games the same person wants to play in one night. If I accidently placed two games you want to play on the same night, let me know by posting below.

Schedule:

June 17th - Mass Effect 3 (X360) / Diablo 3 (PC)
June 18th - Halo: Reach (X360) / Uncharted 3 (PS3)
June 19th - Assassin's Creed: Revelations (X360) / Mario Kart Wii (Wii)

I'm game for pretty much anything 360 or PC related- possibly a f2pmmo? But it's up to everyone else, I'm just excited for ACR and GW2 tbh.
