By spending 100 reiatsu, the scarf glows a faint color and begin to flow as if blowing in the wind. The next kidou Theo casts will gain an additional 5 meters to its range, furthermore, when speaking there will be a soft, deep voice overlay from the properties the scarf.

[ Acquisition ]
The creation of Hell Moth’s is something not explicitly known to every person in Soul Society.
