Kidou / Gintou Submission Thread

Hare, expect reviews by Wednesday at the latest, I'm a bit swamped at the moment.

'sup. Got a few things I'd like to add? I'm not sure lol.

I'm not sure I can do this but here goes

Snowflake - Chiyudou #49, 625 Kidou
Description: Snowflake is a Chiyudou that doesn't work on external wounds, but the internal wounds. A laceration on an organ, a severed vein, whatever. By forming a snowflake the size of the user's pinky from the reiatsu used beginning this Kidou, the user guides the snowflake through an open wound and onto any internal wounds. Clear Sight is not required, but helps incredibly.

The snowflake will melt once placed onto a wound, the spiritual liquids slowly healing the wound. The snowflake also gives off a chilling sensation when melted, briefly numbing the wounded area.

Small internal wounds are healed in 2 turns, medium wounds are healed in 3, major wounds are healed in 5.

Incantation: From the winter sky, a gift to heal the wounded warrior's heart. Chiyudou #49, Snowflake.

=-=

Ivory Flame - Chiyudou #50, 650 Kidou
Description: Cauterization is a painful, but useful technique in combat when you have little time to apply healing techniques to your wounds. Ivory Flame helps do this task, though at a slight cost. By placing their hands over the offending wound, a searing hot white flame erupts from their palm and begins to burn any foreign substances - effectively sterilizing their wound - and begins to cauterize. Cauterization causes incredible pain, and thus this Kidou does not spare one from using it. Ivory Flame can effective cauterize any wound within 1 turn, at the cost of intense pain. The larger the wound, the worse the pain.

The wound is not healed, but simply cauterized. Unless inflicted with another wound, the sealed wound will not bleed or get infected by foreign reiatsu, toxins/poisons or filth.

Incantation: Bear the brunt of the flames of Hell and the heat of the sun. Fight on, young warrior. Chiyudou #50, Ivory Flame

=-=

Santo Incendio - Chiyudou #65, 1,000 Kidou
Description: Santo Incendio allows the user to stay in constant movement while their wounds heal, making this a perfect Kidou for mid-combat use. By placing their hand over their heart, an ethereal white flame envelops the user. The flames don't burn, but instead heal. Wounds are sterilized by the flames and cleansed of any foreign substances or filth, such as reiatsu or dirt. After sterilization, which takes 1 turn, the flames begin to heal.

Sterilization takes 1 turn, healing begins afterwards. Small wounds are healed in 2 turns, medium wounds are healed in 3 and major wounds are healed in 4.

Incantation: Holy fire, the sleeping cherubs dream of innocent dreams. Their passionate flames rage but do not harm. Embrace their warmth. Chiyudou #65, Santo Incendio!
Firstly, unlike Special Purpose Trained Kidou, anyone can submit Chiyudou, as I understand it.
I'm
APPROVING all three, but I do have notes. It wouldn't be awful to have a series of Snowflake-like spells, since it's an important thing to have. I would also consider it if you'd rather retool Snowflake spells as extensions to the normal wound-healing magics - a deeper, more complete version of the healing offered by High Mend would definitely qualify as an acceptible use of extension in my opinion. Ivory Flame is a great choice! While I've used Yakekoge to cauterize wounds before, it certainly is a messy prospect and not at all the more pleasant application of magic I'd expect from a healing school. Santo's a bit odd, like a Mend spell with a bonus to it, but that's fine, it's distinct enough for a school dedicated to healing.
I'll add these to the Chiyudou list sometime next week unless you wanted to resubmit Snowflake. Let me know on that ASAP.

'sup? :3
One day, Katie, you'll begin to hate us for all these subs. XD

I should, like, include a word count.

Thermal Wave - Chiyudou #33, 300 Kidou

Description:When the body feels too cold or too hot, external remedy might not be enough. Through the use of Thermal Wave, the caster may return the target's body to normal temperature from the inside out. The target will feel a wave of either heat or coolness to surge throughout their body. The temperature shift will last for a maximum of three turns, but the longevity of its effects depend highly on the situation.

Incantation: Dances of heat, stills of chills, rush your way into the unerring pathways of his soul. Chiyudou #33, Thermal Wave.

Relaxation - Chiyudou #39, 300 Kidou, 1.3x Effect Removed

Description: When patients are overcome by very strong emotions, there may be adverse effects on their psychological, physical and emotional state, changing the body's normal body patterns. Relaxation acts as an emotional sedative, controlling the chemicals released by the body to restore the body's homeostasis.

Incantation: Eirene, call forth upon your powers and lay calm upon this troubled soul. Chiyudou #39, Relaxation.

Relentless Vigor - Chiyudou #40, 450 Kidou

Description: For when a body is already fatigued or when the senses are still sleepy, the caster may use Relentless Vigor to stimulate the body. For three turns, the target of the spell will cease to feel fatigue or exhaustion, and their body would function at its fullest. In case of sleepiness, they will feel fully awake as though on a quick sugar rush. It will not work fully, however, if the body is already near to unconsciousness.

After its original duration ends, the user will have to spend 100 more per turn to upkeep the spell (250 for the fourth turn, 350 for the fifth turn, so on and so forth).

Incantation: Lift the soul, awaken the senses, make the body feel this rush. Chiyudou #40, Relentless Vigor.

Celsius Flow - Chiyudou #45, 500 kidou

Description: In order to help the body in coping up with extreme external conditions, a healer may use Celsius Flow to increase or decrease the skin's surface temperature. Unlike Soft Breath that is used to ease the sensation, Celsius Flow directly affects the surface temperature not only to ease the pain, but also to reduce the damage induced by the extreme temperature and to bestow comfort.

The spell lasts for three rounds. A caster may shift the surface temperature by 5 degrees per turn.

Incantation: Heat it up, cool it down. Let the body shield its soul from harm. Chiyudou #45, Celsius Flow.

Extension: Thermal Balance - 200 Kidou per turn

Description: To avoid the effects of Celsius Flow from wearing off quickly, a second spell may be used to keep the temperature from rising or dropping from the last turn of Celsius Flow.

Incantation: Stop from rising. Stop from falling. Keep it up and let it stay. Chiyudou #45 part two, Thermal Balance.

Radiant Soul - Chiyudou #53, 850 Kidou + 1.5x Cost of Chiyudou

Description: When the target is too far, chiyudou's range makes it impossible to deliver its effects. By creating a lighter-hued imitation of the caster, Radiant Soul allows the clone to cast a single chiyudou at 1.5x of its original cost. Upon contact with the target, the chiyudou is immediately cast and the clone disperses.

Incantation: Bridge the gap between this soul and theirs, transfer this comfort from me to you. Chiyudou #53, Radiant Soul.

Healer's Imprint - Chiyudou #68, 1000 Kidou

Description: By tracing the characters '治療者' on the caster's arm, they identify themselves as the one channeling the reiatsu. Once they have identified themselves, the symbols '病人' appear on the targets' nape, up to a maximum of ten targets within sight at the time of casting. This establishes a link between the caster and the targets, allowing chiyudou channeling at far distances. As long as the imprint is still on the target, the caster may choose to channel different spells, limited only by the number of spells they can cast per turn.

The symbols will remain as long as the user wishes, so long as the target remain either within sight or within a 50m radius if he isn't (as long as the caster is familiar with the target's reiatsu signature). Also, note that threshold consumption still counts per spell used, per person.

Incantation: Crystal summit, ten springs, a hundred thoughts! Reflect, spread out, shine brighter! Carve your sigil through this land and let our spirits be seen in the mirror of resurgence. Chiyudou #68, Healer's Imprint.

Divine Blessing - Chiyudou #70, 2000 Kidou + cost of Chiyudou

Description: Unlike other Chiyudou, Divine Blessing utilizes a non-traditional manner of delivering its effects to its patients. Upon the beginning of the incantation, the sky above the user begins to lighten gradually, until a warm light floods the area. At the end of the incantation, a slight drizzle begins to fall on a 30m radius from the user, healing everyone that its droplets touch. The drizzle is imbued with a chiyudou of the user's choosing, and its effects last until Divine Blessing ends. However, it does not distinguish ally from foe.

Divine Blessing lasts five rounds before dissipating.

Incantation: Gods of the mighty skies, take us to the comfort of your everlasting love. Open your heart and bless us all with your infinite benevolence. Make it rain, make the little portions of your power be felt. Chiyudou #70, Divine Blessing.

Extension: Bless Again - 2x cost of Chiyudou

Description: As long as Divine Blessing lasts, another chiyudou may be imbued with the rain, only at a higher cost. As it is with the original chiyudou imbued, its effects will last for as long as Divine Blessing is active.

Incantation: Two is better than one. Chiyudou #70 part two, Bless Again.

Cosmos of Abeyance - Chiyudou #92, 5000 Kidou

Description: When performing a complicated procedure that might otherwise be further complicated by movement and the body's natural flow, cessation might be the only possible solution.

While incanting this spell, the caster points toward the target's chest, tracing the character '站' with their finger. Upon the utterance of the spell, the same character makes its mark on the target's chest and back, and glow momentarily before disappearing. At that precise moment, every movement of the whole body halts-- from the movement to their muscles, to the flow of liquids and chemicals in their body, to the flow of spiritons in their reiatsu channels, to the functioning of the basic organs of the body, to the smallest information gathering of the senses and the nerves.

For the time that this spell is active, the person's body functions are held in a temporal stasis, unable to act. However, it may be acted upon. This means that, by their own, poisons will stop flowing with the blood, any lethal wound would stop bleeding, and the organs will stop reacting to harmful gases and other chemicals. Any reaction-inducing substance will stop spreading and affecting the target. Since the reiatsu channels are blocked, a lot of chiyudou spells will not work on the target. However, spells that do not require the target's participation to accomplish (such as Dark Tendril, Ghost Surgery and Venom Scale) will continue to work, even with the body suspended on the state of abeyance.

Due to the apparent danger that this spell causes, it can only be held for short bursts of time, with its duration dependent on the healer's own skill. The spell lasts one turn for every 5000 the user has in kidou.

Incantation: Here this soul lies, on the brink of life and death. Hold him still, hold him close, hold him in a place where he will never go. Cycle of life and death, enter a state of abeyance and let his life hang by the thread. Chiyudou #92, Cosmos of Abeyance.

p.s. you still haven't added Sanseiu to the kidou list. Please. Acid rain with Bish's badass incantation. Plez. Tanks ♥
p.p.s. Danke Beeshu for helping me againnnn ♥

Nella is an evil creature. I'll try to get those done by week's end. When I do, I'll update the Arcanum and the Library accordingly.

Skipping the Hemmen school and going in for the Verbessem.

Verbessem(School of Enhancement): Spells which support or empower their targets.

Jägerauge | Hunter’s Eye
Cost: 1 Tube
Description: The first ginkaihou taught to most quincy children. By dipping a finger using the liquid as ink, a quincy may use it to draw a small ritualistic circle over or around their eyes. This enchantment is able to enhance their vision, giving them the ability to visually see any reiatsu sources within 30 meters. This ability works for 5 turns or until turned off. If an enemy has the capability to dispel enchantments on a quincy, the necessary amount required to deactivate the enchantment is 500 reiatsu.

Requirements: 100 reiatsu

Essenz des Jägers | Essence of the Hunter
Cost: 2 Tubes
Description: The most painful of ginkaihou to execute, Essenz des Jägers requires a quincy to ingest two tubes of gintou. At the moment when a quincy drinks the liquid, they utilize their own reiatsu to activate latent properties of the silver which allow it to naturally break down and temporarily enhance their reaction.

For two turns all of the quincy’s stats are buffed by 500 reiatsu per tube for the sole purpose of reacting. Speed, strength, and power of a quincy’s naturally obtained abilities are not altered.

Requirements: 1,500 reiatsu

Geistwandeln |Ghost Walk
Cost: 3 Tubes
Description: By dousing the liquid of three gintou tubes over their head, a quincy can temporarily become an unseen predator, gaining almost complete invisibility for the next three turns. This invisibility, however, is precarious, ending if they activate any techniques, attack, or attempt to move too quickly. Additionally, if an enemy can locate the quincy through some other means that is not Reiatsu Noukan, they may forcibly eject a quincy from their invisibility through either brute force (i.e. hitting them) or by a technique.

Requirements: 2,350 reiatsu

Umspulen | Rewind
Cost: 4 Tubes
Description: Pouring the contents of three charged gintou tubes onto the ground creating a mark location for the remainder of a collab. If a quincy stays within 50 meters they can use the fourth tube to warp to the marked location by snapping it in half. If done, no other actions may be used that turn and after a warp the mark ends. Only one Umspulen mark may be present at a time.

Requirements: 3,100 reiatsu

Segen der Gaia | Blessing of Gaea
Cost: 5 Tubes
Description: This ginkaihou allows one to draw a small amount of energy from the Earth itself to repair a limited set of damage. A quincy must plant three tubes into the ground before hand and link them to the other two, and pouring the remaining two over a wound of their choice.

The buried tubes naturally draw regenerative energies to them, causing the land they’re buried in to wilt and die. These properties are transferred to the poured silver, reducing the severity of a wound by one level similarly to Superior Mend (small wounds take one turn to reduce to minor, medium wounds in two turns to make a small, and large wounds in three turns to make a medium).

Requirements: 5,000 reiatsu

So we start off with Quincy Mage Eye, which is fine enough. Specific to hunters, thematically appropriate, sufficiently low-power. Good to go. The second part I admit I'm murky on. I know we're not wild about stat buffs as a staff anymore, but I'm going to approve this anyway because it's finite, limited and reasonable. If it goes to GM review, I can't complain, but for now consider it a go as well. Ghost Walk is a pretty solid mid-level cloaking technique. One presumes 'other means' include anything that would reveal something invisible, like dusts or powders. Dropping Rewind to four tubes gives me a moment's pause, but I'm content with it, but I'll allow you to change some things here if you'd like. With the amount of preparation and work your healing requires, I would be comfortable calling that a four-tube gintou. Alternatively, you can marginally simplify the process. That's up to you.
The entire school is
APPROVED, with you reserving the option to change the last couple things around and RESUBMIT if you so choose.

Sorry to hit you so soon with the next round, but don't worry there's no rush. I'd actually appreciate it if you took a hard look at the last two gintou from this next school.

Schranke(School of Barricades): Spells which impede or protect from enemy attacks.

Wolke | Cloud
Cost: 1 Tube
Description: A very basic and easily dealt with ginkaihou, Wolke aims to temporarily hinder an enemy’s ability to visually locate a quincy. Spilling the contents of a gintou tube over the ground, the ginkaihou immediately envelopes a 5m area with a thick fog. For the next five rounds it will continue to spread across a 25m radius. Each round that the fog moves, the visibility improves just a little.

Those inside of the fog immediately find that their vision is useless, and they are unable to see anything other than a few steps ahead of them. If allowed to spread to its full 25m radius, the visibility inside the fog is such that others are mere silhouettes -- leaving only their height and build clearly discernible, but finer features hidden.

Quincy must be careful when using Wolke, however, as the fog is easily dispelled by unnatural but intense flame or winds that carry more than 25 reiatsu to them.

Requirements:100 reiatsu

Beschützer | Buckler
Cost: 2 Tube
Description: A ginkaihou meant to offer the quickest protection from physical blows, Beschützer, requires two gintou tubes. The first is held in a quincy’s hand while the other is poured over an arm of the wielder's choice.

Once the silver has been poured the liquid will solidify over the quincy’s forearm, and provide an ethereal bubble-projection around their body. This barrier can withstand normal attacks for five rounds, and reiatsu-empowered for only three. Magic that carries power greater than 475 will destroy Beschützer at the beginning of the second turn.

Requirements:1,000 reiatsu

Große Cocken |Grand Bell
Cost: 3 Tubes
Description: One of the harder ginkaihou to utilize, Große Cocken requires that the liquid from three tubes be poured on an enemy. These tubes cannot be used for anything other than Große Cocken.

If successful, the target of the ginkaihou suffers a penalty to their speed equal to 1,500 reiatsu for four turns. This will not hamper their reactions, but high-speed movements and techniques.

As if to mock the enemy, any time high-speed techniques utilized over the duration of this spell will additionally be signaled by the toll of a bell at the end of their technique.

Requirements:3,000 reiatsu

Reinigung |Purification
Cost: 4 Tubes
Description: By far the physically weakest of their spiritual counterparts, to include other spiritually aware humans, quincy require a way to deal with effects that are neither physical or semi-physical. Specifically anything which does not result in the physically damaging of a quincy’s body.

By ingesting the silver of four tubes, a quincy may guide the ginkaihou through their body to cleanse it of any foreign reiatsu. This gintou will remove up to 2,000 reiatsu worth of hindering effects - starting with the strongest.

Reinigung runs a strong risk, however, as it requires time and concentration in order to work. If the quincy is attacked while attempting to remove some negative status from their body, they will have three rounds to re-activate Reinigung or lose the spell.

Requirements:5,000 reiatsu

-- About 99... it's kind of the logical conclusion of chiyudou in my mind lawl. I know there was some talk in chat from Will about the ramifications of this but it'd probably be offset if we could reaaaaaallly play up the fact that you shouldn't spam this. I put the age thing down as some sort of non-stats ramification that still would have player impact but if you have ideas feel free.

Surge - Chiyudou #34 - 320 Kidou

Description: In the case that the targets heart has stopped, Surge allows the user to transform themselves into a human defibrillator. The user incants the spell and then rubs their hands together as if they were washing them. Kidou energy builds in the user’s palm, visibly causing static to bounce from their fingertips. By placing their open palms on the target's chest, they can deliver an electric shock in the attempt to restart the heart.

Incantation: “Arc and spark. I formulate a current and provide the bridge between. Chiyudou #34, Surge!”

Samsara - Kidou #99 - 18,000 Kidou

Description: The final spell in the Way of Healing is one that has been deemed taboo for all who have devoted themselves to the school. Casting Samsara means breaching the divisions between life and death, reaching into a void forbidden to the living. When an individual has died a clinical death and their soul remained intact, the user may cast Samsara within thirty minutes of death.

Upon incanting, fractal curves of reiatsu materialize around the user and the deceased, expanding outwards in a 15 meter radius around them. The user claps their hands together in prayer, calling out the name of the spell. The space above the target ruptures, before several interlocked hexagons of energy materialize in a lattice-work around the caster and target. From within the void itself, ethereal text written in vedic script descends entering the body through the heart and brain.

Immediately after, target’s body is shifted to grayscale, preserved in the moment of their death frozen for a single day. If the body is not returned to functional state, and their reiatsu isn’t restored before the time limit, the soul is released from the body once more, disappearing into the cycle of reincarnation for good.

However, while the spell is capable of performing miracles, it was deemed to be taboo for a reason. To restore life is to upset the very balance of souls itself. The payment transcends merely reiatsu, but instead the very life-force of the caster is imbued into the target. The caster’s body is rapidly aged, effectively doubling their age, accelerating their physical appearance to match.

Samsara may only be cast once per patient.

Incantation: “Ignorance, desire, ground the soul to the realm. Denier of enlightenment, reside within the kingdom of avatars. Delusion of holy life clouds the ego. I reach beyond! Chiyudou #99, Samsara!”

Happy Valentine's, Wub. You get reviews.

Yes, and I get eviler by the day. D:<

Sweet Sappho there are a lot of these.

Thermal is APPROVED. I thought something else did this but a quick glance over the list and I can't find it, so I'm probably wrong.
Relaxation is
APPROVED. The good old days of Lucia casting Plecebo over and over on Hare during field missions were a little sad.
Vigor is
MAGIC COFFEE. So it's approved. note that your costs are starting to track pretty low at this point.
Celsius Flow is
APPROVED, however the Extension isn't. More below.
Divine Blessing is
APPROVED WITH CHANGES, simply adding that the total amount provided across the area cannot exceed the combined cost of Divine Blessing and the Chiyudou.
Bless Again I'm going to actually
APPROVE WITH CHANGES as well, simply adding "No more than two effects can be granted by the rains of Divine Blessing at once." Otherwise every chiyudou could be running at once.
The tracing of Abayance's kanji means it's pretty much impossible to use on unwilling and not helpless targets, so I'll
APPROVE it as well.

Thermal Balance is
DENIED. I was already not keen about allowing a recast of a spell without it taking up spells-per-turn, especially considering the Fourth has a dual-casting tech (and Bless Again at least made more thematic sense), but I also don't like the addition of 'cost-per-turn' extensions, major bad precedent.

Radiant Soul needs a little something to address how Channeling works through it, but other than that I like it.
RESUBMIT to address this and we'll take it from there.

I also want a
RESUBMIT of Healer's Imprint to clear up a couple issues of wording. Most of it I'd just clean up myself but there's the issue of familiarity with reiatsu... I'd like that tied to a stage of familiarity-based techs, like UF, so its less vague. You don't need the cliff notes description of channeling, either. Just say "may be channeled as normal" if that's what you're aiming for. Also it'd be cleaner to mention the range earlier, when you first mention the range extension. And I'm sure people who can't read kanji would appreciate translations.

Surge: Yay, even more lightning-elemental kidou. Even more. But it is a needed tool in the healer's repertoire and one of the rare Chitudou that can be used offensively, particularly horrible and devastatingly with what I approved for Nells. But despite all this, I'm actually APPROVING it. Why? Because I'm insane. And because it's a needed thing in the school of Chiyudou.

Samsara: Resurrection is a big deal. A big deal. I don't know if I'd be comfortable adding this to the illegal-to-know, reality-warping, special-trained list of kidou. Although the costs are insanely high on this, it theoretically could be a spell every healer can eventually learn and cast. The existence of the spell would be somewhat public knowledge. It also makes death a mutable characteristic. I can't approve this. It's DENIED. I'm envisioning a world where death isn't more than a temporary setback. More than that, it actually violates the basic rule of what it is to be a shinigami - preservers of the balance of souls - by actively undermining that balance. I would like to see a longer incantation, but even then, I just can't say yes. Take this up the food chain; it literally changes the world of HD, and I don't have the power to change that. That's a GM-level decision.

Buckler and Cloud are APPROVED, and I don't think I have to go into a whole lot of detail about them.

I actually don't have a problem with Grand Bell, it makes up for an advantage a Shinigami has over the Quincy and does so at an appropriate cost. The reason I'm tossing it back to you with a
RESUBMIT is that it doesn't really mesh with this school. It is decidedly a Hemmen spell, since it inhibits the movement of the target. I grant you that some of these schools are applied to their gintou rather liberally, but Inhibition is a much better fit here.

When I say these apply rather liberally, I'm definitely looking at Purification. It's a barricade in spirit! But there's something I need clarified here so it gets a
RESUBMIT as well. You say it takes time and concentration, which I'd have written off as flavor if not for the fact you included a penalty for losing that concentration. Does it require a turn to run its course? A turn per effect? If the concentration can be broken, it clearly isn't something that resolves the turn its uses, so how long are we talking?

Resubs will be coming shortly! Thanks Katie for being helpful!

Hemmen
(School of Inhibition): Spells which bind or incapacitate a target.

Lichtdermatose | Light Eruption
Cost: 1 Tube
Description: A reishi version of a flashbang grenade, set at 150 reiatsu which uses spiritual particles to provide a blinding light for a 2 meters radius, that not only blinds sight but ability to sense spiritual pressure as well. The blinding of traditional senses lasts for one turn and the area is flooded with high levels of charged reishi, blinding abilities like Reiatsu Noukan for two rounds.

Requirements: 500 Reiatsu

Schmetterling Schlinge | Butterfly Snare
Cost: 2 Tubes
Description: Pouring the contents of two tubes into their hands, a quincy manipulates their next fired arrow in such a way as to capture their enemy. This manipulation alters the arrows form when it’s 5m from its target, changing it into a net of reishi equal to 1,000 reiatsu.

Those trapped in the net are fine so long as they do not move. Anyone caught who attempts to break free, suffers intense burning or shocking that meant to deter them.

Requirements: 1,200 Reiatsu

Zurückhalten | Restraint
Cost: 3 Tubes
Description: Snaring an opponent is another viable option for a quincy. Through their choice a quincy may choose to either bury three tubes as a trap, one sprung when an enemy walks between two tubes causing the third to activate; or by pouring two out of three of the tubes into the open air, allowing the third to be held in a user’s hand.

Either way, the third tube is the most important, as it triggers and creates a long and thin silver thread equalling 1,500 reiatsu. This thread immediately snakes out to a maximum of 5m to snare a targets nearest limb. This limb is bound to the thread and begins suffering from a paralyzing agent. Even if the thread is severed, the paralyzing effect will linger for three rounds.

Requirements: 2,000 Reiatsu

Pappen | Glue
Cost: 4 Tubes
Description: Another ginkaihou designed to be set up before a fight, Pappen is an invisible area where a quincy has poured four gintou tubes over the earth. Once done the reishi spreads over a 3m radius, and any creature - spiritual or not - that walks, crawls, or places a limb or weapon on this piece of land is immediately stuck in place for three rounds.

Pappen acts as a binding of 2,500. Any being who attempts to brute-force the ginkaihou through techniques like fuubi will have the pain they suffer doubled.

Requirements: 3,200 Reiatsu

Traumwicklung | Dream Coil
Cost: 5 Tubes
Description: The hardest ginkaihou any quincy can perform, and to effectively use it is worthy of praise.

Splashing the enemy with all 5 gintou tubes, one of which must target and hit their head, a quincy induces a toxin of condensed reishi into their target’s body. This poison is the equivalent of 6,000 reiatsu, and begins inducing a hallucinatory effect where the victim enters a quasi-dream state. They are still aware of their surroundings, their ability to react or parse events surrounding them is reduced to one major action every other turn for four turns.

While suffering from Traumwicklung, the victim will be thrust between reality and a dreamworld where they will live out events of a dream as though they were real.

Requirements: 7,000 Reiatsu

Guys, the gintou are batteries. You do not need to devote half of your spell descriptions to theatrics with pointing, pouring, or spraying gintou tubes.

Just describe what the spell does and how many tubes it takes.

No theatrics beyond potentially throwing 1 gintou as the origin point of a spell.

Description: The hardest ginkaihou any quincy can perform, and to effectively use it is worthy of praise.

Aiming the spell at a target within 15m, the quincy induces a toxin of condensed reishi into their target’s body. This poison is the equivalent of 6,000 reiatsu, and begins inducing a hallucinatory effect where the victim enters a quasi-dream state for four rounds. While they are still aware of their surroundings, their ability to react or parse events surrounding them limits them to attacking only once throughout the duration of the effect, though they can still defend themselves.

Soulmate – Chiyudou #95, 7500 kidou

Description: The healthy body is sustained by a certain proportion of body fluids, cells, and other substances that make up its entire composition. Though the body has functions that sustain this homeostasis, sometimes, it fails to keep up with the environmental changes forced in the body. Normal illnesses are born from this natural failure. This chiyudou works by forcibly restoring the body's homeostasis using a wraith bearing the adequate levels required in order to sustain a perfect health.

In order to perform this procedure, the patient must be lying down. Upon the beginning of the incantation, a grayscale wraith of a body gradually appears and merges with the patient's body. Anything lacking from the patient's body will be infused by the wraith, and anything in excess will be absorbed by the wraith. Foreign substances that are not a part of the usual body construct is also absorbed by the wraith.

It should be noted that this spell works only on identical body structures. Any significant modification on the body will cause the spell to render less effectivity (or not work at all) for that certain part. Also, it works mostly on the internal substances of the body that are not usually healed by the Mend techniques.

The entire process lasts for five turns, and the patient is required to remain still in the duration of the spell. Once the spell is finished, the wraith stands up and leaves the body, before dissipating into thin air.

Incantation: Divine spirit, descend from the heavens. Allow us to trespass the gates of mortality, and allow us to bask into the light of your everlasting perfection. Realities are intertwined, limits are transcended, and souls are united as one. Invite in the blessings that fill the soul with comfort, and chase away the curses that afflict the soul with pain. Chiyudou #95, Soulmate

Denied. It's a little too unclear about what it's restoring, and reads as if it cures literally everything from wounds to broken bones to debuffs.
