Now that we've had a nice, cozy <insert length of time here> break to really sit back and think about this year's Halawards --what they do for the RP community; what it all means; who we want to offend with our nominations -- I think it's about time we get back on track.

AS A REMINDER, this year we have 122 total awards (I CONTINUE TO REGRET NOTHING), and, to avoid overwhelming everyone, we're doing nominations one section at a time. (This may have been a bad idea in retrospect oh well FUCK THE POLICE.

The 35 Out-Of-Game Nominations are up second -- these are the awards based on RPers and the out-of-game facets of the RP. Again, nooo self-nominating this year (because secretly (not so secretly) I am an assbutt with a profound wish to make everything more difficult for you guys).
