Calling all 9thies NPCs and possible PCs

If people haven't noticed I've started using the 9th tag. I'd like to pursue the plot line of what long term separation of the 9th div from the funding of the Shinigami Research and Development Institute is doing. I can npc most of this if need be in chapters but would much rather work with other people. Any person also interested in joining the 9th this is a good time to get acquainted w/ Feng and a nice source of plot stuff. Leave any questions here or IM me.
