Name: Gale Bog

Appearance: A metal prosthesis made to replace Picca's missing portion of leg. It is as tough as an unreleased zanpakutou. It has the rough shape of a leg but no feet. It instead rounds off at the bottom. A blade runs along the front and bottom of the leg. The leg also comes with a sheath to prevent accidental cuttings.

Ability: A force field is generated around the leg while it is on. The field gives the leg great stability and balance, enough to support the entire body if needed.

By using 1000 reiatsu to turbo charge the leg, all of the reiatsu running through it can be turned into a single blade that extends from the tip and goes up to 3 meters that only lasts for an instant. The blade is extremely thin and has a sharpness much greater than normal swords allowing its hits to count as one level higher for purposes of defending against wounds. For example, a minor hit would count as a moderate hit, a moderate hit would count as a severe hit and so on. The actual wound isn't any higher.

The skill of the attack goes off hakuda.

Koutaizumai – Resubmit

This item is pretty vague with no limitations. So we are recommending some suggestions. But I will list what we dont like about this item. Reiatsu suppression and the ability to morph size without limitations. So this is what we suggest.

We will allow the morph ability under certain circumstances: To morph into/take on someone else's form you will have to allow the other person to wear the ribbon, which will allow you to take on that persons form and rei signature, but you will forfeit morphing into inanimate objects. Also with changing shape to inanimate objects it wont change your size physically. So you could morph into a tree but you maintain your physical mass inside the illusion. No turning into a huge hollow/stomp/win.

Souzen Ishiki – Denied

This item is on the level of what should be a tech and would technically allow you to make someone else experience extreme pain, total blindness, dehydration, etc for 200 reiatsu, which could leave a huge opening for a fatal attack.

Was not sure of my take on the item. I felt it did too much and was missing stuff at the sametime. When you resub this item include the size of the pouch and there would def have to be a limit as to how many traps you can carry. Is this a magical trap pouch kit or a material trap pouch kit? If it is magical or material there will have to be some parameters applied to this hur thingie.

While only five holes may be connected at one time, it is not possible to have more than one network established.

Three networks is just too much 5 spots for teleport is more than enough. Also keep in mind you have to physically dig these holes. You can have a clone do the work for you, but remember there is only one shovel to go around, so surveillance clones will have to wait their turn to dig the other holes :3

Mystics of the Divine

The Mystics are composed of men and women who share an uncanny relationship with their ability to read and understand reiatsu and the spiritual signatures of every person and thing around them. They are especially bound to supersensory aspects of life, seemingly ethereal and superseding the standard realm into the divine.


[Division Items]

Koutaizumai (Illusionary Shapeshifting)

Koutaizumai takes the form of a silk ribbon that is approximately two feet in length. It is wound tightly around any body part of the Mystic's choosing and adheres by a link of reiatsu. The standard ribbon color is white, but once the link with the Mystic is made, the ribbon can change to any color of the shinigami's choosing.

All matter is composed of molecules and energy. Using the particles of reiatsu around them, Mystics can use Koutaizumai to shift the matter that composes their own body to create an illusion of transforming. The user's actual mass and size will stay the same. However, the senses of everyone around the Mystic will experience the object that the user will appear to be.

The Mystic is also capable of morphing into another's form. By allowing the other person to wear the ribbon, the user will establish a bond that gives the Mystic access to the other person's appearance and reiatsu signature. By doing this, however, the Mystic forfeits the ability to change into other objects.


Souzen Ishiki (Senses Confused)

All senses are effected by the body's nervous system and its brain sending and receiving neural signals. Through Souzen Ishiki, Mystics are able to establish connections from themselves to the minds of the others around them.

Souzen Ishiki takes the form of a glass card with an image representative of the sense of choice. When broken, the card releases a smog of a five-foot radius that fills the target through open skin -- ears, tear glands, mouth, nose, wounds. With careful practice and an intricate skill in psychal powers, Mystics may combine their reiatsu with the smog, and then tug on one of the target's neural senses to change the signals that are both received and transmitted by the brain.

By spending 200 reiatsu, the Mystic can alter one of the target's senses (sight, sound, smell, taste, or touch), choosing to add/remove/change a single aspect within the target's senses. At no point can this change be significantly debilitating.

Every Mystic is given one Souzen Ishiki to carry at a time. The number of cards increases as the number of division techs are learned. Seated members may carry two. Fifth Seats or higher may carry three. The vice-captain may carry four, and the captain carries all five.

Name: Vaettfang (Battlefield)
Tier: C
Description: Vaettfang is not viewable by the naked eye. It is a self propagating micro-organism in the bloodstream, and the only evidence that it is even still there is the chill that infected blood acquires when it leaves a person’s body.

Ability: Vaettfang’s name is derived from the power it grants the wielder. By paying 750 reiatsu, he can physically manifest a portion of his inner world, creating a storm of wind and ice that wraps around an 8 meter area. This storm singles out Griffin and one other person that he chooses. Those chosen will find that the wind is solid if they attempt to leave the area, voluntarily or otherwise, but other people are free to enter and leave as they please. People outside the storm cannot see anything inside of it and vice-versa. The storm lasts for 5 turns or until it is destroyed.

Acquisition: Griffin was forcibly infected with Vaettfang in a cruel experiment by Feng in an attempt to create a virus that could infect a zanpakutou through contact with its owner. Though it was ultimately deemed a failure, the Norseman kept the virus in his system due to the unique powers it provided him.

[Requiem of Asclepius]

After the recent upgrades to the Orpheus armory, Ayako worked with the research teams to develop a customized pistol capable of healing just as much as it could be used on the offensive. The sides of this pistol are engraved with the Rod of Asclepius while the finish of the frame is subtle dark gunmetal.

Clip Capacity: 8 rounds
Effect: By paying 500 reiatsu plus the normal cost on a fired round Ayako converts the round into a slug of crimson flames. This shot can treat up to moderate wounds over two rounds or stabilize but not fully heal those with major wounds in a single round, in a modified use of her shinku-reiki. The round appears to dissipate upon impact, but it will linger inside them while imparting the healing energy onto the target. This pistol is not compatible with any Orpheus weapon modifications.

[Dissonance of Hephaestus]

The destructive twin to Ayako’s Requiem of Asclepius, the Dissonance of Hephaestus is a tool of pure destruction. A black smith’s hammer is engraved with a finish of bright silver.

Damage Multiplier: 3x
Base Range: 15-20 meters
Clip Capacity: 8 rounds
Effect: By paying 500 reiatsu plus the normal cost on a fired round Ayako converts the round into a ray of violet fire in a modified use of her Murasaki-honoo. This ray pierces through anything that cannot resist the damage, up to the maximum range of the pistol. This pistol is not compatible with any Orpheus weapon modifications.

Shikisai-mai (Color dance)

Form: Ayako’s eyes and hands gain a glowing sheen of prismatic color. The colors shift and flows with her movements and mood.

Murasaki-honoo (Violet flame)
Energy chaotically shifts with inherent violence and hunger around Ayako’s hands as they burst forth cascading violet hued energy. It obliterates and consumes materials both mundane and spiritual at a molecular level, yet it gives off no heat. Zanpakuto and similar spiritual items closely tied to their user are spared overt damage, but may be lightly scathed in the aftermath.

This costs at least 200 reiatsu for each blast, and at most 5% her total reiatsu. Should 5% of her rei be less then 200 rei, the cost is still 200 rei. It can reach up to [spent reiatsu/200] meters away in a straight line only. Each blast is 15 cm wide.

Shinku-reiki (Crimson spiritual healing)
The glow around Ayako’s hands grows and become a deep red color, rather then teeming with destructive intent it sooth and calms with easy ebbs and flow in shape. Placing her hands on a wound, she focuses reiatsu into the wounds to accelerate natural healing and regeneration. Anything but the most mortal of wounds can be mostly healed within minutes, tender but no longer immediately hazardous.

Wounds take 100 reiatsu per turn to heal.
-Minor scratches, burns, minor fractures and stabs in non-vital places can be healed in one turn.
-Deep wounds, internal injuries, major bone breaks and non-lethal major organs can be healed completely in two turns.
-Major wounds, such as large swaths of cuts and injuries, broken bones breaking through the skin and high levels of damage to major organs can be healed completely in four turns

Name: Mens Ruina (Destruction of the Mind)[If anyone is familiar with Latin and can give me a more accurate translation it would be appreciated!]

Description: Slim shoulder plates with a neck guard on the right and large gauntlets and are old bronze in color. A pair of heavy leather straps cross his chest to lock the plates in place. Lobster style skirting protects his hips over his hakama, and his lower legs are adorned in heavy shin guards similar to his gauntlets. A Thracian styled helmet forms around his head to protect.

For Zak's opponent, the actual target of the attack, they will find themselves stunned for 1 turn. Onlookers will not be stunned but may still suffer some of the cosmetic effects. This power may only be used once per battle.

[Division Item]

Taidan (Speak)

While understanding the spiritual universe, it is extremely important that the Mystics also understand their allies as well. Taidan allows the Tenth member to access a specific region of the cerebral cortex that lets them transfer messages through mind waves from one member to another. This item requires 100 reiatsu per turn to use if the message is sent to another Mystic. Once United Front is obtained, the bond is easier to establish, and thus, only requires 50 reiatsu per turn.

Tenth members are also capable of using Taidan with other outside individuals as well. However, because the recipient does not possess their own Taidan, the Mystic requires ample knowledge of the target’s reiatsu signature in order to access the psychal communication region of the recipient’s brain. This ability is also three times more expensive, requiring 300 reiatsu per turn and United Front. Taidan only allows the transmission of messages, and therefore, the other individual cannot relay messages back.

Each cost is determined per person. If messages are sent to multiple individuals, each recipient requires their own expenditure of reiatsu.

Taidan takes the form of minute speckles of granite. In order to wear Taidan, the captain draws an intricate line of reiatsu on the Mystic’s skull -- the specific position and design is customized by the member. The speckles of Taidan will then adhere to the reiatsu line, appearing as if a tattoo, and it will permanently remain there as long as the shinigami remains a Tenth Division member.

Kagennotsuki Hands

Through trust and trials, Seiko Kiryoku had given Lilith a piece of his broken zanpakutou in the shape of a black pendant. Upon realizing that it was possible to activate some of the sword’s original abilities, Lilith had the pendant reshaped into two hand ornaments that are more suitable for her style of combat. Silver chains wrap around her fingers while the black metal clings to the far edge of her hands.

With this item, Lilith’s fists are able to shatter energy in a mechanism similar to Ijou Ittouryoudan. She spends 750 reiatsu to exert an oppositional output of 1500 that can be applied to combat against reiatsu-based attacks.

Hikitsuri (To twitch or convulse)


Tier: A


Description: A personification of the viruses that course through Feng’s veins, while not active Hikitsuri does not appear at all flowing harmlessly though the swordsman’s bloodstream. Once active Hikitsuri manifests as a flowing conglomeration of black viruses loosely formed in the shape of a six foot long rat.


Abilities: At the cost of 1500 reiatsu Feng can summon the construct from his bloodstream. While riding the creature his hohou is treated as increased by the cost of Hikitsuri. However, the creature is far from indestructible and should it be hit by attacks equal to or greater than its makeup, Feng must wait three turns before resummoning the being.

Nothing actually wrong with this, but fact is you already have two quite powerful items. A third one would be pushing it. You can, if you want, choose amongst these three for what you want, but 2 items at this sort of strength level is plenty.

500 reiatsu should not be able to anything to a major wound in one round. It shouldn't be able to do anything to a major wound in any short amount of time in the first place. Especially at C-Tier.

Kind of underwhelming if you ask me…are you sure you want this? Also, the range on these needs to conform to whatever units the Armoury uses.

The parameters are sketchy, the cost is far too high for anything of your relative tier level, and this doesn't include the full proper template. Read the Item FAQ for an idea on this, and remember that the Division Technique you're submitting under needs to be mentioned. That being said, the effects of this item are far too powerful for an item of this tier. If anything, this is feat-level.

Unique - B
Physical: The arm is an exact mirror copy of his left arm, except for the fact this one is made of a strong metal that is able to stop a zanpaktou, but repeated blocks will damage the arm severely and doing such a thing should only be done in emergency situations. Most of the arm is made of a thick metal shell that protects the core components within.

The servo's that allow the arm to bend and move are nearly silent. The arm itself runs all the way up into his shoulder where it connects to his nervous system. At the base of the shoulder a special electrical nullifier is in place in case something goes wrong with the arm and to prevent his nervous system from receiving a crippling electrical shock.

The arm was made as a replacement, nothing special about but to give him his arm back. There is room for additional equipment to be added to the arm. The arm is made of a strong metal that has the hardness of an unreleased Zan.

Ability: This mechanical arm has been re-purposed to enhance his combat abilities. Lucas is able to infuse 500 reiatsu worth of energy into the arm, this energy can then be release into an opponent upon contact. The energy will hold steady for three rounds after which if it has not been released, half of it is restored to Lucas. The amount of energy to be stored has three levels, and each level increment is 500. After the energy is released into an attack the arm must cool down one turn per level released.


Acquisition: During a routine training exercise, Lucas and a few others were ambushed by a hollow. Knowing they were no match for it, he ordered his comrades to retreat and get help immediately while he held it off. He was able to keep the beasts attention long enough for help come by and defeat the beast, but not before it has ripped Lucas' right off up to the shoulder. Being unable to do much after the incident he had requested the RnD to develop a remedy for his missing arm. Their solution was the mechanical arm he now wears. Though this only a prototype, and frequently he goes in for repairs, it works and allows his use of a second arm.​

This bronze tinted pistol that curiously looks oversized for Ayako was custom built for her by the skilled agents in the Orpheus R&D department. Due to the design of this pistol it cannot use anyupgrades from the armory.

Effect: By paying 500 reiatsu plus the normal cost of a fired round to convert the round into a two meter wide barrier shield of emerald flames thatshoots forward up to the limit of the gun’s range. The barrier itself will do no direct damage, but it will carry anything caught in its path along the way or press objects against obstacles in an attempt to break through, once it reaches the limit of the range the barrier will persist for one more turn before fading. At most the shield can push 500 pounds.

The alloy that makes up this twin pistol to Aegis appears at first glace to be silver, but it will show glimmers of cobalt blue occasionally.

Effect: By paying 500 reiatsu plus the normal cost on a fired round Ayako converts into a blue shockwave of fire that echoes discordantly. Upon impact with a target it causes them and any objects they may be carrying to be surrounded by a sapphire halo for one turn rather than doing damage. The aura causes any sound to be squelched, effectively silencing the target. A side effect of this ability is that the gun is always treated as being equipped with a silencer.

Take out the 500 rei cost, the barrier is dependant upon the ammo you use x the multiplier, you want a stronger barrier, you will have to use a higher grade of ammo. Also keep in mind you'd be able to up the multiplier as your tier goes up.

Item description: A pair of bracelets with a clasp around the wrists. There are made from a gray colored metal durable as zanpakutou. On the outward side they are decorated with a few gems that all now are turned to crimson color in contrast to previously each having different color. On the inward side there are dual crimson colored spikes that embed themselves into the owner’s body putting on the bracelets.

Item abilities: By infusing 250 reiatsu into the bracelets their turn it into a portion of special serum (which have stronger effect in compare to old one not mentioning about side effects) that is then injected back into owner’s blood steam by the spikes. That injection causes increase of the speed (hohou) by 350. As side effect user casting abilities (kidou) are decreased by 150 (and threshold by 225). Those effects last for three turns after which they wear off.

Item Acquisition: Those bracelets were created by Hajima from R&D department using as template old Hermes bracelets. Then old one was destroyed during Anya encounter with Quincy in real world that nearly cost her live if them not absorb most of the arrow destructive power.

It's easier to post both together for the descriptions/aquisition, with either effect due to how they are described:

Description: Two halves of the same tattoo, spanning from her upper arms to across her shoulder blades in the traditional art style of Japanese Irezumi but with western themes. In the place of traditional cherry blossoms are tall and proud pines on the slopes of curving mountains, framed by the aurora borealis that connects the peaks across her back. Mounted proudly on the branches of a tree on her right arm that is rooted on her shoulder is a flock of ravens with a single bird perched prominently on her shoulder lined in blue. On her left shoulder sits a silver fox with green eyes sitting proudly in the midst of the trees.

Acquisition: During a full week of tattooing sessions after teaching at TNK every day until midnight, Ayako healed the tattoo with her awakening whenever she had the chance. In doing so they became a part of her spiritual being, infused with reiatsu.


Sumi-Makkura

Activated and sustained for up to 3 turns at a cost of 200 reiatsu per turn. The raven tattoo on Ayako’s right shoulder appears to come to life, trailing smoke and blue lightning. Within a split second the air all around her is filled with a reiatsu infused cloud that crackles with lightning. The cloud spreads five meters out from her that heavily obscures vision within the cloud, including her own. When she moves the cloud stays to keep her close to, but never exactly at, the central point.

Sumi-Akkan

Activated and sustained at the cost of 200 reiatsu per turn. The fox tattoo on Ayako’s left shoulder springs to life, becoming an ethereal fox about one meter long. She has control over this fox as if it was an extension of her own body although it cannot interact with the world. Instead she can see, smell, and hear what ever the fox can. The fox can be targeted and destroyed.
