Name: Avatamsaka Sutra - “Flower Garden Scriptures”

Appearance:
Imbued directly with a shard of her shattered zanpaktou, part of Avatamsaka Sutra takes the form of a transparent square pane of what initially appears to be glass. However, the material is actually formed out of a condensed reishi mixed with shards of her father’s blade. However, oddly enough that’s just the controller. Avatamsaka Sutra has actually directly been implanted within Lucia’s right eye. Implanted into her eye was a lens of the material, similar to a contact; however replacing the lens of her eye. While dormant, the eye remains it’s normal color, but when activated, lines of coding can be seen reflecting through the iris.

Similar to it’s deceptive look, the controller is much more durable than it looks. While obviously unable to withstand powerful hi-ougis, it can handle it’s fair share of abuse. When shattered, as long as Lucia still has even a shard of the material, she can completely reform the item.

Description:
To activate, Lucia simply funnels a portion of reiatsu into the pane. This establishes a wireless link between the device and, what now is a touch-pad. Upon creating a clone from her zanpaktou abilities, Tutorial: Opening the Options Menu and Advanced Tutorial: Closing the Options Menu, Lucia can create a “combined sight” link. This allows her to have a combined field of vision. Due to creating a direct cerebral link, she is able to sustain a massive number of fields of view without overload. If she wants, using the touch-pad, she can select specific vision areas for individual clones to cycle through. This item also prevents sensory overload from multiple visual fields.

Even with the combination of a direct zanpaktou link, digital aid, and solid reishi, wide-scale use taxes her. At most, she can create a field with a maximum of 4 clones. She must pay 500 reiatsu per turn to retain activate and control the link, though, she can toggle it at her own choosing.

[Division Item]

Description: While inconspicuous and unremarkable at first, the [Carrier Bag] worn by all Fifth division members is anything but unremarkable. Each bag is the same in function, but each vary in appearance and size due to taste.

The most brilliant attribute of the [Carrier Bag] is its ability to store large quantities of mundane items at a single time. Such an enchantment allows for a Founder to carry significantly more items then an average shinigami, all without it weighing them down. Restrictions, do, however, apply to the bag and what they can carry. Being as such, the bag is unable to carry items that cannot fit any one of its measurements.

As long as an object does not exceed 2 ft height x 2 ft width x and 2 ft length, a carrier bag will be able to hold the item, no matter its density.

Item name: Henkan Houseki
Item Tier: C

Item Appearance: Henkan Houseki appears to be a small black pin infused within Yuurei’s body, placed right where the brain and the spinal cord meet. Even though it appears to be a mole at first look, the veins around the area is actually more visible than the other parts of the body. When it is activated, it turns into a crystal, and the body area being modified is bathed into a white glow. However, when the transformation has been finished, the glow disappears, but the item itself still assumes its crystalline appearance until the effects of Henkan Houseki has been cancelled.

Item Abilities: In its most basic sense, Henkan Houseki enables Yuurei to undergo a partial transformation, and its effects hold up until Yuurei cancels it. Since it only responds to her reiatsu, she may not use this item to various objects or bodies that are not her own or are not attached to her body. Also, the item only caters to human modifications, thus she may not assume the form of another object or organism. The item in itself only modifies her appearance, thus does not have the capacity to tamper her reiatsu or anything else that she does or what she has prior to the item's activation. It takes up only one full turn to undergo a transformation.

At a cost of 100 reiatsu, she can change the composure of objects that are not a part of her body, such as her clothes, ornaments and other small things that are attached directly to her body at that moment. This mostly includes objects that have a cosmetic function.

At a cost of 150 reiatsu, she can change the pigmentation of her body (such as the eyes, the hair, the skin, and those of the same nature). Also at the same cost, she can modify her body markings by either concealing them through pigmentation, or add more markings to resemble a real one (this may include scars, burns, birthmarks, disease-induced marks and the like), but does not in any way remove, inflict or modify them permanently.

Item Acquisition: This is given to Yuurei as a gift by a close friend who has devoted his life and love in the Ninth Division. (to be written)​

When infusing 200 reiatsu into the gloves, Eiji is able to turn that energy into fighting power, giving him 150 hakuda in exchange for the reiatsu spent. This ability will last for three rounds for every 200 reiatsu he uses and he can’t remove its effects before the three rounds are over.

[Acquisition of Item]
Given to him by one of the elders from the Kageyashi clan. After completing a set of tests and getting trained by the clan’s elders, the young boy was handed a pair of gloves that would boost his fighting power.

A simple tanto with a wooden hilt and sheath. About as big as a regular zanpakutou, except the lenght which is little less than 30 centimeters.

[Item Abilities]
The tanto carries one of the sharpest blades that have ever been seen. But despite cutting someone with it, it will not make a wound. Instead, the blade saves the reiatsu signature of the person it stabs. It stores the information of the person’s whereabouts for a week. When infused with reiatsu before stabbing someone with it, the blade will be able to extract information about the person that has been stabbed.

200 reiatsu - 1 second - Name of the victim and his zanpakutou/awakening
400 reiatsu - 2 seconds - His reiatsu level
900 reiatsu - 3 seconds - His most powerful attack
1400 reiatsu - 4 seconds - Any piece of information the attacker is thinking of.

Found within a mansion the assassin infiltrated to look for his brother. He had been given information that this blade would give him enough knowledge to find his brother.

Item Name: Seele Schneider (Soul Cutter)

Tier: ???

Physical Description: A silver colored cylinder about two feet long, while not active the Schneider boasts no unique properties. While activated however, the arrow sports a two foot long blade extension the same color as its wielder's reiatsu. The reishi comprising this blade is in constant rotation resulting in a buzzing noise not unlike a chainsaw.

Abilities: While working as a substitute for normal reishi arrows, the Schneiders’ real usefulness is their ability to allow the quincy to engage, somewhat, in melee combat. By expending their complete Shuuhaku pool to manifest the blade every turn, a quincy gains a weapon with comparable resilience to the Reishi manifested to form it. Should the blade end up breaking, the quincy will be unable to utilize the same Schneider again.Their skill with the weapon is directly related to the hand-eye coordination found in their Kyuuzu skill.

Acquisition: Standard issue once a quincy reaches 3,000 Reiatsu they are given a set of three of these weapons before any mission.

Ignoring that the first two things that this item lets you learn is pretty redundant for someone you're stabbing (and the second one being something you can find out just by using Reiatsu Noukan), the last two things are a no-no. Learning someone's most powerful attack is not only oddly specific, but not suitable for a C-Tier item. Will's bankai doesn't learn information this quickly. If you really want to keep this as an item, talk to me about it and we'll work something out.

The power that is extracted from the practitioner is so great that it can only be used three times a day.

Because the tanto has to stay in place for such a long time (takes five turns to extract a single piece of information that the assassin is thinking of), the artifact is not an item for combat.

Infinite Bag of Holding is a no go. I can't figure out a good way to balance it, and people can probably just use the Materialization spell for a simple tool-kit back home. What? Did Hare just think of an alternate way for Fifthies to get a buncha trap items? I think I did. We'll see.

In the mean time I want to give fair warning that Blueprint may come under review if the new Schematic gets approved. Until then I leave you all with my latest item.

Every member of the Fifth, upon taking their first technique and settling in, is given a single thin stone bar no thicker than half an inch, no longer than three inches, and no wider than one inch. The stone has a glossy translucent finish to it, and underneath is a snowy-white. This bar can be attached to a shinigami’s uniform as jewelry or kept tucked away in a pocket, but so long as a Founder holds on to it near their body, they may utilize it’s supernatural ability.

Cultivated in the Fifth Division Captain’s personal mine, this stone is used to redirect harmful powers that would otherwise hinder the harmonious aura a Founder needs to establish with the world around them.

If a Founder finds themselves coming under the influence of negative properties (i.e. an enemy has four times the reiatsu they do and thus renders them strained, or status effects like poison or disorientation) they may pay 200 reiatsu to remove this effect, provided the effect does not cost more than the stone can use. The downside to this is that it places a counter on the stone, and each stone can only hold three counters. The counter will cause the inner stone to change colors to warn the Founder of how much more stress it can take. White being three, blue being two, red being one, and black being zero.

If a fourth counter is applied to the rock, it causes the stone to shatter. Meaning the Founder will have to get a new stone by talking to his Captain. The only way to remove a counter, is by allowing the stone to naturally bleed off over time. It normally takes a whole day for this to happen.

[Item Physical description] : a silver ring sculpted in the form of a skull, with an intricate runic motive all over its surface.

[Item abilities] : the ring bestows on the owner the ability to use the following kidou
- Shouaku - Bakudou #15, 100 Kidou
with all his pros and cons.

Shouaku

Description: The user casts out a hand and can reach out invisibly to grab and then manipulate any item in immediate sight, within about twenty yards. The strength depends on the strength of the caster's own arm.

The kidou can't form a grip on living reiatsu. Shouaku also requires the caster to manipulate the kidou's grip with one of their own hands. It is not precise enough to wield a weapon in combat, but can perform acts of brute force, such as throwing, pulling, or lifting.

Shouaku's effect lasts for two turns, but the caster can pay the reiatsu cost again to keep the kidou active.

Incantation: The hands of the gods bridge the gaps between realms, reveling in the subjugation of distance's awe. Bakudou #15, Shouaku.

[Item Tier]: General Use

[Item Physical description]: Small silver tubes within which is contained a simple clear liquid, after activation the tube begins to glow the color of the user’s reiatsu. Simply breaking the tube will iniate the spell contained within.

[Item abilities]: Each tube requires 200 reiatsu to activate and each spell requires their own amount of tubes. The tubes ambiently draw in Reishi from the surrounding environment after being broken resulting in each counting as double its reiatsu cost in value.

[Acquisition of item]: Quincy are known to carry at least 10 tubes on their person at any one time.

Used primarily for anyone who has taken the Fifth Division technique [Schematic], this piece of paper can also compliment any person who holds a love of architecture. While a normal piece of paper to anyone not belonging to the Fifth Division, to any Founder it is so much more. Using any type of sketching utensil, a Founder can hold dozens of designs that can be called upon or dismissed on a whim.

For those who have taken the technique [Schematic] the Blue-Print item allows them to recall previous illusions used on whatever they sketched in. Primarily used with buildings or stationary objects, and never on open land-masses, Blue-Print requires 250 reiatsu to activate, and the illusions must be stationary. Their quality, however, is equal to the original illusion but the length it lasts is two turns at most.

Up to five illusions may be utilized at one time, however doing so causes a burn out in the page and makes the item impossible to use for three rounds.

Whether they sought to conquer a land, or chase after a particular object, if the Fifth Division stands in their way, they had better look more closely. Hailed as liars and deceivers inside combat as well as outside, members of the Fifth have a chance at the ultimate deceit.

If they have studied a piece of land, are generally familiar with an object or building, practitioners of [Schematic] are allowed to create minor illusions for the price of 3% their reiatsu. This price determines the quality and length of the illusion, while requiring the user to remember the most minute details - usually allowing up to only two illusions at a time due to the mental strain.

These illusions can only be inanimate objects, as people or creatures are too complex to recreate, and can be no larger than 4 cubic feet.

Taking his original concept of a spellbook, Haresuno has used his advanced understanding of kidou runes and incantations to amplify the books abilities. It still maintains it’s unadorned appearance of a simple notebook, but now a soft magical thrum of power can be felt when closely observed.

Ability
Originally Haresuno was given 10 spell slots with this enchanted item and was able to equip extra kidou spells as normal. By taking this enchantment to another level, Haresuno has reduced the amount of slots to 5 while simultaneously allowing for any kidou to be placed in those slots, regardless of rank.

[Item Physical description] A plain and unadorned white pocket book with blank pages.

[Item abilities] Through various lengths of time spent studying enchantments, this item is the only successful survivor of its brethren. Normally such a mundane artifact would only hold 5 spell slots, but with Haresuno’s advanced learning of runes, incantation, and kidou in general, he was able to work up a way so that the books resistance to such breakdown.

The book is able to hold a maximum of 10 spell slots, and cannot stack with spell diversity.

Resubmitting Schneider following a talk with Will based in part on the version submitted by Kish and approved on page one of this thread with some modifications to make it less numbery.

[ Seele Schneider ] – Soul Sewer
Tier: A - Tier
Physical:One of the greatest testaments to Quincy craftsmanship, the Seele Schneider is a multi-faceted weapon that is originally in the form of a one foot long white rectangle. While activated the weapon sports a two-foot long arrow shaft composed of reishi moving at a rate of 3 million revolutions per second.

Abilities: To activate the weapon, a quincy must pay their entire shuuhaku pool every turn. While activated the shaft can function similar to a sword blade with the quincy’s ability to wield it linked to their Kyuuzu stat.

Any contact with the Schneider’s blade will destabilize any energy construct of lesser value then the Shuuhaku paid into the blade while also empowering the Seele Schneider's output by 500 per blocked construct. Note that reishi-rich environments (HM, SS) automatically add this boon each round. By default a Schneider has no inherent output other then the Shuuhaku used to form it.

Requirements: 5,000 Reiatsu grants a single Schneider

So this is doing a few of things it shouldn't.

One, it's allowing you to get an output that is not only percentile in nature, but you're paying at a flat rate for it. Two, you're placing a turn duration on a tech that doesn't have a turn duration to begin with. I don't know how this affects the tech overall given there's no limit on the tech that appears to change with this item.

Overall, this item is going with a technique that is unfortunately vague in its usage. I can't pass this item on the technical issue of its output/input, but overall I feel hesitant about the premise of this item. Talk to me about this when you get the chance and we'll see where this can go, but for now it's denied.

Description: A series of heavy interlocking plates that are forged from the remains of the Pale Horse, which was defeated in Tokyo.

Ability: Forfend - For a cost of 5,000 Reiatsu, Tsubaki may distribute the cost paid on this ability to any Blood Templar within a 10 meter radius of herself. This transfer is instantaneous, and is counted as normal Reiatsu that does not replenish the recipient's Kidou pool. If multiple Templar are present, the spent Reiatsu is split between them.

While powerful, this effect can only be triggered once every three rounds, and cannot restore a Shinigami past 100% of their normal base, Shi Kai, or Ban Kai Reiatsu totals.

Example: Tsubaki pays 5,000 Reiatsu while two other BT are in the area. Each receives 2,500 Reiatsu to add to their total.

Description: This handy-dandy shovel (or trowel depending on the person’s preference) is the most prize possession of all who struggle to quickly move about the chaotic grounds of the Fifth division without being stopped by the number of endless traps.

Ability: [Tenriku] allows a Founder to dig up to five holes and connect them via inter-dimensional highway, so long as the hole was dug by the device.

Div Tech - Tectum of Fides (Shelter Of Faith) - A technique literally forged in the fires of the enemies of the Gotei, this Division specialization enables the Blood Templar to summon forth a suit of unique armor to aid them in combat. Made from the remains of the Four Horses that ravaged Tokyo, the suits are initially given to the officer in question by Tsubaki herself as a sign of great trust and faith. After the Division Technique has been learned, the armor may be released and sealed as would a Zanpakuto in or out of combat. This technique is tied to the Division Item [Armor] and the finalized suit unique to the RP’er must be submitted and approved through item staff. Effects, appearance, name & personal aesthetics are all up to the RP’er.

[Item Name] Subspace Communicator

[Item Physical description] A small black gem that can be attached the transmitter of any existing communication device. Udo made several of these. He can give one to someone else, and it does not take up a unique item slot for them.

[Item abilities] This device enables the user to call another person that they know who has one, regardless of what realm they are in. The call is encrypted, and carried by the fabric of space itself, so without prior knowledge of this method, it cannot be traced, or even detected. Even if you can hack into it, it’ll be extremely hard if not impossible to break the encryption. To use it, the caller must think of the person they are calling, then pay x reiatsu to start the call. If the receiver has caller ID, it appears as Unknown Number.

[Acquisition of item] Udo wanted a way to talk without getting caught, so he used his knowledge of the workings of space to design a device that encrypts communication and sends it through the fabric of space itself. Instead of paying someone in the Ninth to make it for him, he paid them to let him use a workspace to make it himself.
