Subbing the optional features for Kyu's Silver Dragonfly Sunglasses. Portions of the description were parodied/stolen from this page for absurdly overpriced poker shades.

Goggles_by_Kayo7.jpg

Name: Silver Dragonfly Sunglasses: Super Stunning 'Sword Seeker Seven' Stylish Shades (S7)

Tier: C

Description: The Silver Dragonfly S7 takes the shape of a pair of high-class aviator goggles. The sides are a deep satin black, sturdy yet flexible. With a minimalist design, the Silver Dragonfly S7 is lightweight and convenient, lacking the bulkiness of its competitors. The lenses are surrounded in a high-luster silver, with the word, "Halcyon" engraved over the right eye. The Silver Dragonfly S7 Optics lenses are made of a unique and valuable crystalline structure highly resistant to scratching and impact damage, with a wealth of additional valuable features!

Hide your eyes! As some wise men say, your eyes are the "gate to your soul" and if you want to secure those gates, you must utilize the best available technology. That means Silver Dragonfly S7 Optics technology! Traditionally, "securing the gates" required ordinary dark sunglasses, at the cost of limiting your vision. With Silver Dragonfly S7 Optics lenses, wearing dark lenses is no longer a necessity. With Silver Dragonfly S7 Optics lenses, your eyes are hidden, the gates are secure!

Tremendous value! Silver Dragonfly S7 Optics eyewear is not cheap. The price is not cheap, but neither is the quality. The difference between this product and the so-called 'competition' is value. And this value is based on quality and effectiveness. Silver Dragonfly S7 Optics frames are handmade, with top of the line materials, and are based on sophisticated, Junrinan design. The frame construction process demands and achieves a level of superior quality that certainly does not come cheap.

Ability: The S7 hides the wearer's eyes from view, cutting glare from the sun and other areas of brightness but otherwise providing a clear image in nearly full color. It possesses a unique microprocessor capable of the identification and location of weaponry, both the melee variety, like zanpakuto, and ranged weapons like the modern arms of Initiative Orpheus or bows. When wearing the goggles, the user will see all weapons within 30m highlighted in a bright red glow. This glow -- though not the weapon itself or any wielders -- can even be seen through walls!

Will: Approved with Changes
- Your Detective Mode costs 100 reiatsu per round to sustain.

[ The Quartermaster ]
Tier: A
Appearance:

Taking the form of a small circular device that is clipped to Caleb’s belt, The Quartermaster appears to a somewhat odd, but rather unmemorable object. The device is smooth to touch, while possessing a texture that is neither metallic or plastic based. A hexagonal red LED sits in the center of the forward face, glowing when active.

Abilities:

The material of The Quartermaster is an artificial, reiatsu-conducting, alloy. The device is specifically attuned to Caleb’s reiatsu, as it draws in a small portion of his reiatsu while he activates it. By releasing the reiatsu in microbursts, he can use it to scramble visual and spiritual reads on him. To an outsider, he appears to blur out of view for one second before reappearing. Spiritual tracking on the other hand will cause him to vanish before reappearing soon after. The Quartermaster costs 500 reiatsu to activate. This cannot be used to reactivate Nobody Does it Better.

Acquisition:

Depending on who you ask, they will all give different answers on how Caleb acquired The Quartermaster. To his fellow officers in Orpheus, APACHE commissioned him to test the device. To those on the street, he took as a spoil of battle during one of his operations. However, the true source of The Quartermaster was as a gift from one of his former allies in HYDRA, a creation insane scientist named ECHIDNA.

"Heavenly Assistant”
天空の助手
The blade was found within a mansion the assassin infiltrated to look for his brother. He had been given information that this blade would give him enough knowledge to find his brother. The location of where he had acquired it was never revealed and the origins of it are still unknown.

It looks like a simple tanto with a wooden hilt and sheath. The artifact itself is about as big as a regular zanpakutou, except for the length of the item, which is just less than 30 centimeters long.

The tanto carries one of the sharpest blades that have ever been seen. But despite cutting someone with it, it will not make a wound. Instead, the tanto is able to gather a single piece of information from a being, simply by being in contact with the flesh of the target. The power that is extracted from the practitioner is so great that it can only be used three times a day.

As soon as the blade has been extracted from the target, the ability begins to show its face. One single cut is enough to trigger the ability of the tanto (takes five turns to extract a single piece of information that Eiji is thinking of).

Item Name: O.R.B. (Optic Ready Bio-module)
Item Tier: D
Item Appearance: A simple round object of a basic metallic color. It gets tinged in a different hue upon use.

Item Ability: The O.R.B. gives back to Ole a three-dimensional vision. Moreover, a partial correction of the focus can be achieved as in a 18-105 camera lens. Last but not least, by paying 35 Reiatsu the O.R.B. is able to reproduce the effect of Bakudou Number Five, Mage Eye.

Acquisition: (collab or chapter pending) Upon re-allocation inside the ranks of the Gotei Thirteen, Ole exchanged information and favours with a newly reformed Ninth Division's officer, receiving the object.

Item Name: Tantalus

Item Tier: Unique A

Description: A fusion of a highly dense biofilm of bacteria, hollow biological products and steel. The resulting metal has been tempered into a two foot long khopesh blade. Through the combination of reagents, rather than black as most of the items touched by Ekibyou’s ichor are, the weapon is a bone white highly reminiscent of the color of a hollow’s mask.

Ability: The weapon, as a result of Ekibyou’s own sentience, and the natural inclinations of the hollow it was fused with, has an insatiable bloodlust. As Feng delivers a wound with the weapon he may elect to pay 1000 reiatsu. Should the assault hit, the residual bacteria within the blade activate, a few of which seem into the wound.

These bacteria begin to exhibit highly strong anti-coagulant properties. After two rounds, injured individuals begin to feel the effects of the blood loss, with these effects growing stronger the more subsequent wounds are inflicted. Effects start off as general weakness, growing towards a shortness of breath, before reaching their final nonlethal stage of dizziness and confusion.

Acquisition: Feng’s own pet project, the work of a year of slaving in bioengineering and compatibility studies. Tantalus is essentially the test model for what the Ninth hopes to be a line of custom bio implements. This particular incarnation is the result of a gene fusion between a sample of Feng’s blood crossed with a hollow’s sample. The resulting combination was infused during the smithing process resulting in a blade which shared some qualities with Ekibyou’s contagion but in maybe ways seemed to have picked up additional traits as a result of this fusion.

Some armoury additions.

[Monofilament Wire]

A thin reiatsu-infused wire with a high degree of tensile strength. Monofilament line can be used for a variety of applications. You may not know why, or when, but you can be certain that you will eventually, need it.

Effect: High-strength, reiatsu-infused wire. Sold in spools of thirty meters.

Cost: 100₢

[Flak Jacket]

Another in a long line of adaptations produced by Orpheus’ armament division, APACHE, this standard-issue body armor is composed of alternating layers of kevlar and reishi-infused fibres, with alloy plating positioned at key areas. While bearing similarities to the civilian-sector flak jackets on which they were based, the variant utilized by the Initiative offers a much higher degree of protection to account for the increased strength and lethality of the organization’s usual foes.

Effect: Sectional body armor worn over the torso. Provides up to 1,000 reiatsu worth of protection.

Cost: 3,000₢

[Riot Shield]

A hefty handheld barrier composed of a variant of chobham composite armor reinforced with Orpheus’ patented reishi-infused alloy, these shields are capable of taking extreme amounts of punishment before failing. Generally, these are used by the Initiative when conducting capture operations or when transferring prisoners from Sanyo Shikaku, as utilizing a riot shield in live combat would prove unwieldy. Despite this, enterprising agents have been recorded using them in battle, and have noted their aptitude for absorbing and deflecting attacks from spiritual foes when infused with additional reiatsu.

Effect: A heavy physical barrier, roughly two square meters in size. Capable of blocking up to 1,000 Reiatsu in damage. Additionally, by paying an 750 reiatsu, a user can disperse a non-physical attack of up to double the cost, once per chapter or collab.

Cost: 7,000₢

[Hardlight Barrier]

With a design reminiscent of the now-defunct “Resonance Shield”, APACHE has pushed the envelope even further with the Hardlight Barrier. Consisting of a grenade-like delivery canister, the device is activated by charging its capacitors with reiatsu much in the same way agents ‘charge’ spiritual energy into their firearms. Once fully powered, the shield can be activated by pulling the pin and placing it in the desired location. Once planted, the device generates a geodesic dome of transparent reiryoku over a small, five meter radius, protecting the occupants from attacks for a brief period of time. Agents utilizing the prototype in the field have noted the barrier’s affinity for absorbing energy-based attacks in particular, and anecdotal evidence suggests that such phenomena may actually work to charge the shield while in use.

Effect: Generates a dome-shaped barrier over a five meter radius around its point of activation. The shield lasts for one round following activation, but gains an additional round of functionality whenever it blocks energy-based attacks, up to a maximum of three rounds.. Each activation costs the user 1,500 reiatsu, with the shield being able to block up to twice this amount. This item can only be used once per chapter or collab.

Cost: 14,000₢

[Electro-bola]

Used for non-lethal apprehension of spiritual foes, the Electro-bola is manufactured in much the same way as Orpheus’ ‘Concussion Lance’, using the pressure and force produced by the device to propel its payload. The projectile itself is composed of a pair of steel-alloy weights connected by a length of tensile wire. To aid in the capture or apprehension of its quarry, the bola itself is electrically-charged before being fired, stunning the target on impact.

Effect: Fires an electrified bola to ensnare and stun a target for one turn. Each use costs 500 reiatsu.

Cost: 6,000₢ /5 charges

[Induction Grenade]

Manufactured alongside various other ‘non-lethal’ variants of Orpheus armaments, the Induction Grenade functions much in the same way as the Initiative’s “Tesla Rounds”, using a piezoelectric module to generate high-voltage electrical current when charged with reiatsu. In the case of the Induction Grenade, this current is directed into a large area of effect around the device which, when detonated, violently shocks any foes caught in its radius.

Effect: Electrocutes targets over a ten meter area of effect on detonation, shorting out any electronic equipment and stunning targets for two turns. Each use costs 800 reiatsu.

Cost: 1,500₢

[Cluster Grenade]

In its continued attempts to refine and innovate earthly technology, APACHE has drawn on a number of military-grade ordinance as inspiration for it’s newest addition to the Armory: the X106 Fragmentation/Autonomous Intercept Ordinance, colloquially known as the Cluster Grenade. Unlike earlier iterations of Orpheus’ high-explosive armament, the Cluster grenade houses a series of ten micro-rockets that are loosed upon activation of the device, each of which is programmed to seek out the nearest reiatsu-emitting enemy to deliver it’s explosive payload.

Effect: Fires a cluster of ten homing rockets which seek out the nearest enemy reiatsu signature, dealing a total 2500 reiatsu in damage. This damage is divided amongst the total number of rockets. The effective range of an individual rocket is 30 meters, after which the device will deactivate.

Cost: 16,000₢

And some new guns to fill some holes. Worth noting that the values of every other gun are being tuned down. Also, the Noblesse is getting a new effect, so it's listed here too.

[M24 Sylph]
Only the second full sized rifle to grace the Orpheus’ Armory, following in the footsteps of the Noblesse AS50, the M24 Sylph Sniper Weapon System offers many of the benefits of the larger Noblesse in a more compact form. Though it lacks the stopping power boasted by its higher-end counterpart, the Sylph more than makes up for its shortcomings in reliability and overall usability.

Effect: A basic weapon capable of firing Orpheus' spiritually imbued ammunition. Can deal 450 Reiatsu worth of damage per turn. Effective range of twenty-five to thirty meters. This weapon comes equipped with a high-precision scope, allowing the user to view a target at maximum range as if it was one meter away. This is represented by a 1,000 point boost to Combat in terms of accuracy only.

Cost: 14,500₢

[M79 Dryad]
The inclusion of the M79 Dryad into the Armory marks the organization’s first attempt at manufacturing heavy armaments for the purpose of anti-spirit combat. Drawing heavily on similar weapons from the civilian sector, this robust grenade launcher is purpose-built to deal with the largest and most hardy spiritual foes.

Effect: Fires compact explosive shells instead of bullets, dealing damage over a three meter radius on impact. Can deal 600 Reiatsu worth of damage per turn. Effective range of ten to twenty-five meters.

Cost: 20,000₢

[Noblesse AS50]
The Noblesse is Orpheus' resident anti-matériel/personnel rifle. Generally it's used for missions that require the agent be a considerable distance from their target, for reasons such as stealth and covering-fire. The Noblesse really shines at these ranges. Resembling a cut down fifty-caliber, semi-automatic rifle, the weapon itself is constructed in two sections that can be disassembled for ease of transport. A unique recoil-dampening and suppression system is already in place on the weapon's stock variant. Finished in a matte-black, ablative coating that refracts light, the Noblesse is ideal for nighttime operations. Outfitted with a low-light scope or similar upgrade, this weapon is deadly in the hands of an expert. Its rotating-bolt design is complemented by a box-feed clip to facilitate faster firing speed.

Effect: A basic weapon capable of firing Orpheus' spiritually imbued ammunition. Can deal 800 Reiatsu worth of damage per turn. Effective range of thirty to forty meters. If the primary target is unaware of the attacker, the damage dealt is increased by 1.5x (cost remains the same).

Cost: 35,000₢

[Avenger CIWS]
The largest and most devastating weapon in the Initiative’s armory by a fair margin, the Avenger CIWS is a weapon designed for one singular purpose: pure, unadulterated firepower. With a design reminiscent of military-grade gatling guns, the Avenger would appear more at home mounted on a vehicle rather than being handheld. Tipping the scales at a hefty two-hundred and three kilos, and capable of spitting out a mind-boggling forty-two-hundred rounds per minute, the Avenger truly is a weapon of all out war.

Effect: A basic weapon capable of firing Orpheus' spiritually imbued ammunition. Can deal 2,000 Reiatsu worth of damage per turn. Effective range of twenty to thirty meters. When fired, the primary target suffers a reduction to their primary movement stat equal to the output of this weapon.

Cost: 45,000₢

Re-subbing for Seamus as I really like this one.

Name: Physical Memory

D-Tier Item (Unique)

Physical Description:
A network of subcutaneous implants that Seamus has laced through his hands. While implants themselves are invisible, the result--bumps and ridges in his skin--are quite obvious, tracing geometric patterns across his hands.
RE: Physical
1345029507_10394ef639.jpg
Item Abilities:
The implants are essentially a method of storing kidou energy; allowing Seamus to cast a kidou who's information is stored within the implants (this kidou can be different from his equipped kidou in slots as this item expands his kidou library by one slot per item grade).

Item Name: Jotunol X3

Item Tier: B

Item Description: Jotunol X3 is a drug developed by Cerberus that after various tests, has proven compatible with vizards. The drug must be injected and cannot be consumed or taken by any other means (oral consumption is a sure way to make yourself throw up.) It is a pale violet liquid that is kept in as sturdy a syringe as any other classified Cerberus bio-augmentations.

Item Abilities: Once the drug has been injected, the reiatsu of the user is warped and begins to shimmer. For the turn in which it is injected, a layer of 750 reiatsu surrounds Shukumei, shimmering and vibrating to such a force that it can cut those that try to engage him at close range. On the second turn of use, the layer is reduced to 500 reiatsu, on the third turn reduced to 250 and it is dispelled completely on the fourth turn. Energy attacks of a value equal to or higher than the reiatsu’s worth that strike Shukumei while the Jotunol is active negate the effects of the drug.

Due to intoxication and risk of addiction, this item can only be used once per week.

Acquisition: An entire arc is planned but not yet written.

For the turn in which it is injected, a layer of 750 reiatsu surrounds Shukumei, shimmering and vibrating to such a force that it can cut those that try to engage him at close range. This layer of reiatsu follows the same rules for barriers.

Due to intoxication and risk of addiction, this item can only be used once per week.

Acquisition: After being kidnapped and drugged by a rogue segment of Cerberus, Shukumei manages to escape their clutches and take the drug they tested on him on his way out.

My current S-rank is currently really super conditional and kind of involves a lot of OOG discussion every time it's used so I kind of just want to simplify the process and make it a bit more useful for Lucia to use by herself.

Haikyo - Castle Ruins

Tier: S

Description:

In their dormant state, Haikyo takes the form of two silver bracelets around each of Lucia’s wrists. They are simple in appearance, but seem to always be impeccable polished. When brought near each other, they synchronize and emit a dull hum.

When tapped against each other, they expand into their full form. They extend into a set of silver gauntlets where cover her arms and wrists. On the back of each gauntlet is half the image of the emblem of House Metzer-Frey. When brought up to one another, they complete the full insignia. Lavender reiatsu surrounds each one of them, flickering wildly as if they were covered in flames. The metal of the gauntlets rivals the durability of zanpaktou.

Choui - Close Siege

By fueling her reiatsu into the weaponry, they emit immense torrents of reiatsu that radiate up each of her arms. By paying 1,500 reiatsu, a single gauntlet will propel her forward rapidly up to 15 m in a line, in any direction. The speed she moves is near instantaneous, with speed and control relative to her hakuda stat. While moving, her body is engulfed in the lavender reiatsu, allowing her to blow through mundane objects in her path with easy. If she manages to strike a target direction, the force of the physical attack is amplified by the reiatsu cost paid in. After completion, the gauntlet loses its stored reiatsu. She can perform this maneuver up to twice a turn, one for each gauntlet, repaying the cost each time.

Acquisition:

After the attempted assassination attempt on the life of a third generation Ashanti heiress, the newly promoted Captain of the Fourth was called in to save the wounded heir’s life. Partly due to her successful surgery, and partially due to her natural personality she quickly endeared herself to the High Noble House.

However, as Lucia delved deeper into the circumstances behind the assassinations, she uncovered that the assassins were contracted killers of her former House Metzer-Frey. After being called to the Metzer family estate by the Patriarch, Theophilus Metzer, the secrets of her birth were revealed to her. The Amalgamated Soul Project, was an undercover operation to create a Bankai capable soul from scratch. Contracted by House Metzer to create an abnormally powerful soul, capable of being controlled at will, Lucia Frey was born.

Haikyo were the weapons forged specifically for her use, attuned to her reiatsu specifically.

Item Name: Owl's Wing

Item Tier: D

Item Description: A vintage black leather jacket. Its sole feature of decoration is the dark grey stripe on each sleeve that coincidentally is the same grey as Tama's reiatsu. One of the inheritances left behind by his father, this jacket was Holt Wright's preferred combat gear despite being a part of the armed forces.

Item Abilities: This jacket, created by a paranormal research unit within the US military, is made from reishi-sympathetic hide from an unknown organism. Each time that the user does not use all available reishi from the Shuuhaku pool while in combat, the excess reishi is stored within the jacket. The stored amount cannot exceed 300 reiatsu.

When physically attacked by an enemy, the user can force the stored reishi to the surface of the jacket in order to form a barrier. Upon impact, the attacker will be blown five meters backward from the point of contact. If the jacket is damaged, it will repair itself over the course of a week through the ambient reishi of the environment and a small portion of Tama's own reiatsu.

Acquisition: Tama's father had this item whipped up and sewn into the threads of his old leather jacket shortly before his death. It was meant to be a present to celebrate the Native's progress with the Loose Ends technique years ago. Tama was never made aware of its additional properties until recently, when he resumed his Quincy training.
