After what has to be the longest taishuu ever, we can now officially announce two new captains:

Lilith Maikeru, Captain of the Tenth Division

Haresuno Uchiharu, Captain of the Fifth Division

Sorry, captains, but due to the extremely long wait, this decision was made OOG by the GMs. You can still decide how your character voted and go with it accordingly.

As a reminder, the 9th division was closed after Kaede's death. The following divisions are open for new captains to apply for:

2nd Division (formerly Scouts)
6th Division (no captain in the past 500 years)
9th Division (formerly R&D)
12th Division (formerly Assassins)
13th Division (formerly Peacemakers)

I would so transfer to one of those divisions except for two factors: I couldn't decide between them, and the Eighth seated me at Fifth before I even finished learning my first Div tech (dance with the girl who brought you).
