I can has 730 kan at teh moment.
Because I barely took note, here's a history of all my kan gains/losses since my the last time I asked a mawd to update mah Kanz.
Week 206 when I first posted (225)
Gained 1000 (used for resub) so back to 225
Week 213 ~ -125 for a clab bonus (this is where I'm assuming I sent Cad 125 kan so now it's just 100). Stopped having my kan updated so it's still 100 to now. Been updating kan in stat posts since then.
Original 100 kan+270 (from achievements)~ 370
Week 215 ~ -125 for sharing another cb so 245
Week 217 ~ -125 for sharing cb *again* so 120
Week 220 ~ +95+25+240 (bounties) = 480 kan, -250 for cb ~ 230 kan
Week 227 ~ A class bounty so +500

230 kan+500 = 730 kan in total

You cannot just "rent" things from the market. Even if you keep track of your kan in your stat posts, that is not the same thing. If your kan hasn't been updated yet, follow the rules. First, wait for the kan update. Then purchase your item from the market. And then use the collab bonus/stat shift/whatever. Heck, if you really really reallyyy need to buy an item immediately, nag a GM. Otherwise, you are cheating the system. Even if you -intend- to pay the kan back, you are still cheating.

I had 1,555 Kan, bought the re-stat I said I would, and I have 55 Kan now.
After correction of long-past Waynefail, I'm getting 335 more from the 165 I was initially given, giving me the max amount of Kan from the "Sleeping Dogs Die" bounty.

Since spec points no longer exist it seems, I have one spec point (from my old Taishuu) to trade in for kan.
