Kan system

So, to request Kan awards, do I just post in the thread and then it's automatically added to my Kan tracker beneath my forum-name? Or is there an actual function on the forums other than the Kan claim thread in the sub area to request earned Kan?

Edit: In non-related question news, do you still need to earn spec points to submit feats or is having my two empty feat slots left over from my old characters enough to submit feats to fill them? And second, are Style Feats always trained?

To have Kan added to your account you need to post in that thread. Then one of the GMs will go in and update your kan for you.

As for the feat questions, we made a bunch of changes that got rid of spec points so I think you should read http://www.mangaden.net/forum/showthread.php?38209-Feats to get a feel of how the new system works : )

Styles are always trained.

As far as I know, if you have two feat slots that became empty when the system changed, you don't need to spend anything to submit new feats for them.

That's correct. You can fill them with whatever feats you want/submit new feats as long as the feat slot you get can hold that sort of feat. That is, if you're using your two PM feats, those slots can hold any trained feat. (Remember you can only have one style feat!)

On the matter of kan, I had 1,200 kan before I left last time but we weren't using the bank thing then, so do I just go into the bank thing and say "1,200 kan plz" because of achievements/awards/whatever I had last time 'round?

If you're lucky. If not, I think you might have to go through the Achievements thread, and request each reward that made up that 1,200. And that's a lot of links, bro.
