Quincies: a People Suppresed!

I am aware that quincies are currently on hiatus.
Whether this is due to weak interest, them being involved in the 4 races making things unfair for someone, or due to them just being difficult to work with for whatever reason, i don't know and I don't really care.

i am also aware that HC is based on Bleach.
And in bleach, there has been a rising prominence of quincies in the storyline, with the fanbase learning far more about the formerly underappreciated race.

I am saying, and only saying, that with the increased canonical cool-stuff-o-meter, it wouldn't be a distant dream to bring quincies back to prominence.

my ideal character would be a quincy, whom i personally find more fascinating then humans/shinigami.

I really think this can go somewhere. Start talking about it!

The problem is a lot of details on Quincies haven't really been set yet, but I expect over the next few months that'll work itself out. Things like feats for Qs or achievements still need development. And we probably have a ton of outdated information about them. But if you're interested, you can definitely talk with Nargles (is he in charge of the Qs?) and help with the positional development!

Or, you know, everyone can join the Tenth instead. We have action figures.

However, I am not going to add fuel to this debate over whether they were or not. If you feel the need to say that the RP needs more Quincy, might I suggest applying as one? You know, so you can put your money where your mouth is.

Now that i've looked at it, quincies don't seem as appealing as they were in my mind.

Purely bow based? I was thinking of a more abstract-type weapon, such as the huge variety of odd things they use in the stern ritter.

OOH, yeah, do the quincies have a stern ritter? that would be cool!

The Quincies have no Sternritter at the moment, and they probably won't. There is also no 'dad quincy' like there is in the manga.

If you really hate bows, you should probably check out advent humans instead.
