Did someone say 2012 end of the world? Yh, i made a bk submission. shocking isn't it?

Note: My maths suck, and I would appreciate all the help i can get since this is my first time really doing this. this may be overpowered, so if this is denied, it's understandable. May be asking for too much on the form too, but I am willing to use up a feat slot for an exotic form if need be.

Name: Ryuusei Kazeoni (Falling Star Wind Demon)

Form: Satisfied with at least having a Shikai release, Ryoujin never once considered the fact that he may one day attain the final release. After establishing an impenetrable connection with Kazeoni, the wind demon that lays dormant in his soul slayer, he has made a deal with the spirit only to use the release when the situation demands it. Otherwise, the utterance of BanKai will result in nothing. This contract is set to last as long as Ryoujin stays true to his goals and doesn't falter.

Once Ryoujin successfully manages to activate his BanKai release, his soul slayer will remain as a katana; however depending on his intentions, it will either be completely white or of an obsidian hue, reminding him that no matter if he is considered a friend or foe, he will continuously and adamantly question everything that is around him. In addition to wielding the blade itself, he now has two large Hira-shurikens that float around him.

Ability 1 - As an extension to Kazeoni’s shikai and staying true to the origin of its name, the Ban Kai enables Ryoujin to summon almost indistinguishable weapons coated with wind that still hold the same physical properties and cutting edge of the original weapon intended. Like its shikai counterpart, Kazeoni’s Ban Kai allows Ryoujin to gain absolute control over the weapons that are summoned for the cost of 1% of his reiatsu per round in order to control them and 2% of his reiatsu to summon a weapon itself. A total of five can be summoned at once if he so wishes.

Attack 1 (Bakushin chi 爆心地, Ground Zero) - Relying on Ryoujin’s superiority in agility, the first attack is based off of his hohou stat. With the bankai's sole ability to have completely mastery and control over weapons that are summoned, the Hira-Shurikens can shoot forward, aiming to detonate themselves in order to produce devastating damage towards anything that obstructs it's path. This costs 5% of his total reiatsu, and after the Shurikens detonate, jagged shrapnel is released from the center of the fiery explosion. The Shurikens are once more able to reform themselves from the iron found in blood. If they don't find purchase, then the summoning and control costs from the Bankai's ability apply to call them forth once more.

Attack 2 (Bouseki Senjin 紡績先陣, Spinning Vanguard) - After enduring the pain from being blasted by dozens of kidou from enemies and even from having one of his own spells blow up on him, the Bankai's second attack allows Ryoujin to use his Hira-Shurikens in order to cut through and even shield against energy based attacks. Anything that is equal to or less than the cost of 10% of Ryoujin's reiatsu that he pays to use the attack is either weakened or negated.

Attack 3 (Uzu Kaminari 渦雷, Cyclonic Thunderstorm) - The final attack of Ryoujin’s Ban Kai is the most taxing, and as such, he is limited to using it only once in a battle. Only reserved as a last resort, the attack as the name suggests is meant to overwhelm. Jumping into the air, dozens and dozens of blades surround Ryoujin and rotate around him at an accelerating rate. As the Storm Hunter, Arashi Ryoujin is able to channel 40% of his reiatsu into the weapons so that they unleash numerous cataclysmic lightning bolts at the enemy.

Shikai:
Kaika Fuhai (flowering decay)

Type: Armour

Inner world: David’s inner world is a chain of desert islands surrounding another larger island covered by a dense forest. The sea intersecting the islands is clear and shallow, only coming up to David’s waist whilst the sand below it is pure white almost appearing to be snow. The forest itself comprises of oak trees, with bark of stone and metal donning purple leaves. The sky above all of this is pitch black bar from the huge red sun bearing down and illuminating everywhere. During the night a shattered moon is visible, fragments scattered across the night sky, it gives the illusion of stars.


Spirit: Kaika Fuhai are two tree spirits, each capable of producing wood atronachs,

-Kaika: blood red haired nymph clad in a nurse uniform, her teasing and playful nature is a manifestation of David’s persona that he repressed after his hollow incident at the academy. As the nurses uniform implies she is the healing side of his Zanpakuto powers.

-Fuhai: Blue haired nymph adorned in a black lolita dress. Her personality is cold and calculating, representing David’s current professional Disposition which had been exaggerated to contrast Kaika. Ruthless and described by Kaika as being “prone to blood frenzies” she represent the offensive and more aggressive side of his Zanpakuto.

Call phrase: blossom and die with us

Form: iron grey bark grows and coils around around David’s body forming a grey, branchy exoskeleton. The blade Divides into six creating two fingers and a thumb on the exoskeleton’s unnaturally long hands

Abilities/attacks:

1- Form(passive effect): kakuara (oak skin): Drains 2% of David’s current reiatsu , this causes the armour encasing his body to regrow from damage and protect him, behaving mechanically in the same way as a barrier.

Extra Description: The grey bark that encases David grows when he exerts his reiatsu into it. The bark thickens becoming very resistant to damage and regrowing when damaged very quickly.

2- Attack:Bōeki (Exchange) Transfer damage from one target to another, David pays 3% of his total reiatsu to do this. The damage transferred is determined by how long the attack was charged. One turn for a minor wound, three for a medium wound and six for a large wound, Charging takes up one turn, in which no offensive actions or blocking can be performed.

David produces a steel flower in the hands of the injured party. he then slashes the target of the attack causing black and blue petals to cover the person’s injuries and the same area on the target. The petals flare and disperse to reveal that the damage has swapped parties.

3- Attack:Tekiryō (Proper dosage). David stabs a target with the tip of his talons, Spending 2% his reiatsu to secrete a sap into the target’s body, effects include paralysis/reduced mobility and anesthesia in the immediate area. The paralysis lasts 1 turn whilst the anesthesia will last much longer. The stab doesn’t inflict damage.
 
Sound: Approved, I personally think these costs are high for what they do but they're ok if they're at the power level you want.

Shun: Approved understand created weapons are valued at 2% your rei.

Fate: Approved

All three are that simple in terms of mechanics.

Overdrive: Shougeki Reikon - “Ballistic Soul” - “100% Resonance”

Harking back to the agent’s initial post-human evolution, Shougeki Reikon allows Masato to mark a particular point or individual with the power of his prismatic awakening, causing the cells to gravitate around the target in geodesic formation. By initiating a chain reaction using any variant of Orpheus’ ammunition, Masato can create a feedback loop of raw destructive energy between the cells, exponentially increasing the attacks power until it is released on the marked target in one final, baleful blast, creating a towering inferno of cataclysmic energy that engulfs an area of roughly twenty meters around the target, obliterating anything in its diameter. Each use of Shougeki Reikon costs Masato 30% of his reiatsu and retains the elemental properties of the round used to initiate it. After use, Masato’s Resonance meter is reduced to 0%, reverting him to his unawakened state.

Ability: Scales of the Titan Lord, The Seven Tragedies of Man - The scales of Gravios glitter in an everlasting hue of night, each brimming with the intent to cause pain beyond measure to any who would threaten the master that they defend.

Through tragedy and pain one becomes stronger, through suffering one is sculpted into what they will one day rise to be. The primal desire to endure and withstand harm gives rise to an internal fervor that seeks vengeance against those who would inflict the suffering. As before, the scales enable the Captain to ignore all minor wounds, in addition to moderate attacks in Ban Kai. Severe and fatal wounds are treated as if moderate, however the limitation to this is that Tsubaki's Ban Kai can only negate one lethal wound, any further attacks that would take the Captain's life continue to be fatal.

When Tsubaki is struck, the malicious force contained in the scales is brought to life, bringing to bear an event of great sorrow and loss in the life of an attacker. This recollection occurs in the foes mind, and cannot be circumvented via any mental discipline or conditioning.

Shikai

Name
Tatsunokuchi (竜の口, Dragon-Headed Gargoyle)

Release Command
"Time to eat" (食べるべき時間, tabe rubeki jikan)

Form
Tatsunokuchi transforms into a large, double-edged cleaver-like sword that is nearly twice the height of Manzou himself; the blade is two meters long, making it longer than its wielder, while the handle is a meter long. There are two fangs at the top of the blade that curve inwards towards each other, one twice as long as the other. The crossguard is thick and sectioned with a symbol similar to the Yata-no-Kagami mirror etched several times around the middle. The handle is connected to a beveled piece beneath the crossguard and is wrapped in bandages with a small dragon-head statue as the pommel.

The striking features of Tatsunokuchi’s shikai are the large fanged mouth aligned vertically along the blade surface and the tongue that protrudes from it; these features do not appear once the shikai is released, instead coming forth when the appropriate ability is used or at Manzou’s will. The mouth sits vertically on the flat side of the blade and is lined with fangs that can bite down on what comes within its reach. The tongue is thick and dotted with pore-like taste buds which secret a foul stench that none except Manzou can bare. It is rounded at the end like a human’s rather than split like a dragon’s and can withstand and deal a great deal of damage. The natural constitution of it is sticky with the saliva of the mouth compounding this. The sword is as heavy as it is large though Manzou can wield it with great proficiency.

Ability
Mizuma (水魔, Disastrous Flood): Viscous saliva with a profound stench that none but the user can bare can be released from the blade’s mouth, either spit out or secreted from the mouth’s tongue; both forms of release have a maximum range of 20 meters and costs Manzou 10% of his maximum Reiatsu. Within the saliva are a countless number of microscopic parasites that seep instantly into the skin of the opponent upon contact and begin to feed on their insides. With each round that they continuously feed, they grow hundreds of times in size with the amount of flesh they consume increasing in proportion to their size; the maximum size in which that can grow is relatively the size of a large locust. These parasites not only consume the opponent’s flesh from the inside, but their Reiatsu as well, the amount they consume equal to 15% of Manzou’s Reiatsu. This amount of Reiatsu is consumed after 3 consecutive rounds before they eat their way to the surface and die. They appear as a small undeveloped gargoyle with the head of a dragon. These dead organisms retain the reiatsu taken from the opponent as well as the Reiatsu initially imbued in them by Manzou. This Reiatsu can be absorbed through Manzou directly ingesting them or by the blade mouth ingesting them and then transferring the reiatsu to Manzou.

Ability
Shita Kobaku (舌固縛, Tongue Lashing): The malleable and precisely-controlled tongue of Tatsunokuchi can lift 250 lbs (113 kg) effortlessly for every 1,000 Zanjutsu in Manzou’s stat.




Bankai

Name
Nusuma Hitsugi (盗ま棺, Pilfered Coffin)

Form
Manzou forcefully throws his Zanpakutou into the ground which depresses the ground violently and instantly 25 meters in a perfect circle within the 25-meter radius around him. As the depression stops, 50 swords nearly exact in appearance to Manzou’s initial release emerge from the depressed ground. A single sword, no different than any of the others which represents the one thrown through the surface, emerges from the ground last directly in front of Manzou. There is no thread or cloth for the hilt, only a meter-long, straight black handle, nor is there a crossguard. The blade itself is 2 meters long and mostly the same, though the gums and teeth in the mouth on the blade are now the same black gun metal as the blade. The tongue within the blade and all others is 5-meters long when fully extended, is highly-durable and can deal out just as much damage much like the weighted end of a kusarigama. Within the pit, there is a 5-meter wide pathway stretching from end to end through the middle clear of any obstructions.

Ability
Jusui (入水, Suicide by Drowning): After paying 10% Reiatsu, with each cut made by Manzou on the opponent with any of the blades of Nusuma Hitsugi at his disposal, an amount equal to 15% of his Reiatsu is siphoned from the opponent over the next 3 rounds. This siphoned Reiatsu is represented in the massive amounts of saliva that pour constantly from every one of the stand-alone blades after the cut is made, enough to fill the entire pit up to knee-high level after the 3 rounds. This saliva is slightly vicious, intensely putrid and extremely-caustic (with acidity level near that of sulfuric acid) to anyone other than Manzou on contact. The fluid won't drown either party though anyone other than Manzou will still be scalded viciously by it. As long as he remains immersed in this pool, he has access to the siphoned Reiatsu; if he removes himself from the pool though has touched it in the previous round, he will have access for that remaining round before the fluid on him dries.

Ability
Kawatarou no Bekkan (川太郎の別館, Annex of the River-Child): Manzou can remotely control the tongues within each of the many blades scattering the landscape by grasping the hilt of at least one of the swords in the ground. When gripping the planted sword, he may only influence the tongue in one of the swords within the 5-meter radius around him and can control one tongue for every 2,000 Reiatsu he has. Each tongue can be finely controlled, enough so to remove one of the other planted swords and wield them with the full proficiency of Manzou’s Zanjutsu stat (though this ability is still subject to the multiple-weapons control rule). Manzou must maintain a constant grip on the hilt for Kawatarou to work and pay 2% Reiatsu per round.

Ability

Tekkai (撤回, Withdrawal): Using the pool of saliva and the siphoned Reiatsu in it, Manzou can turn the material from its viscous liquid state into either the Zanpakutou’s final release form or sealed form. This can be accomplished through direct contact with the pool by him or by one of the tongues controlled via Kawatarou no Bekkan. Each created sword costs 1,000 Reiatsu and can only be created with siphoned Reiatsu.

Soooo, I think its time to submit my bankai idea, so here it is. (adding japanese letters to the attacks once i found proper ones)

Shikai

After releasing his zanpakutou the normal gloves he wears are extending themselves to form a pair of gauntlets going right over his elbows to the middle of his upper arms and are out of the same material a zanpakutou is formed. With these he is even able to block against some attacks. The gauntlets are of the same color as the gloves. The first layer is in silver while the glove part of the gauntlets is in a black tone. At the upper end it has a little golden part giving it the finishing touch.

かみなり kaminari "divine lightning”

With the help of his Reiatsu, Mitsuhito can charge his gloves with electric energy. When hit, the enemy suffers disorientation and weaker control for a round after impact, because of the immense pain running through their muscles. Unless their 'pain mitigators' cost more then 3% of Mitsuhito’s max Reiatsu, they will be overcome by this power, getting ‘staggered’.
This costs him 10% Reiatsu to activate it for 3 rounds and will cost him another 10% every 3 rounds he wants to uphold the effect.



球体込み Kyutai komi "Sphere attack”

Mitsuhito can infuse the air in front of his fist or foot with reiatsu into a ball-like sphere and can push that against an enemy. This can hit a target in a distance up to 20 meter. Each attack costs 5-10% reiatsu. The cost is calculated by the size of the ball, from 5% for a tennis ball sized to 10% for a football/soccer sized one. At 2500 reiatsu he can utilize this at only 5%.
Each full 2500 reiatsu he reaches, the ability to form a bigger sphere is increased by 1%, capping by 15000 total reiatsu meaning 10%.

When going into Bankai mode, the Gauntlets spread out to fully cover Mitsuhito’s whole body, forming a black and silver-colored armor. The face is behind a red pane that not only hides his face, but also changes his voice. Because it consists of pure mithril, it nearly doesn’t hinder his movement, though the armor itself won’t protect him against more than small wounds. After the armor is created, a sword begins to form in Mitsuhito’s right hand.

The sword itself is three feet and seven inches long, and is colored in a rust red tone. The hilt is in a yellow color and long enough for Mitsuhito to hold it with both of his hands. It transfers directly into the blade, without a cross-guard between the blade and the hilt itself. The sharp side of the blade begins with five jags and a short concave part about two-third of the blade, before it ends with a long saw-like edge. The other side of the blade has four jags at around the same high as the blade sided ones and a short concave part as well. After that the rest of the blade - about half its length - is made of one straight line of steel.

The blades broad side is ornamented with a crest in the top part of the sword from where a small line goes down to the hilt of the blade. The tip of the sword is flat and sharp, like the back of the blade.

Ability: Because of Kaono’s true form, being an old swordsman, Mitsuhito attains the knowledge of fighting with a sword while he is in Bankai. However, the price for that is that he forgets all about his skills in hand-to-hand combat.

While in Bankai form, his Zanjutsu and Hakuda stats swap (for example: instead of having 1000 Hakuda and 0 Zanjutsu, his Zanjutsu stat becomes 1000 and his Hakuda stat becomes 0). He can’t use skills that depend on hakuda (like Shunko) but is able to use skills that depend on Zanjutsu instead (like Togishi). Though this only counts if he already learned Shunko (the feat).


Attack 1: Flying Phantom Swords (Hisan, Touken no Genzou)

By paying 10% reiatsu, Mitsuhito can create four copies of his sword, which are floating upright in a circular motion around his body. With them, he is able to either block an incoming attack, or attack at the exact same time he does with his normal sword.

Each action he does consumes the number of swords he used for it. Additionally, each swords strength is only 1/4 of the used amount of reiatsu; however, he can choose how many swords he wants to use for an action, making his attack or block more effective.

The swords are autonomous to his movements, and the maximum range they can fly away from him is 25 meters. Only a maximum of 4 phantom swords can be active at once.


Attack 2: Kaminari Wave (Kaminari nami)

For paying 5% reiatsu, Mitsuhito can infuse his swords with electricity. Additionally to the effects of kaminari - disorientation and weaker control over one’s body, up to becoming staggered for one round - the lightning leaves a kaminari mark behind. Up to 5 marks can be active at any time and the marks vanish as soon as he leaves Bankai.

It is also possible to concentrate the electricity to create a wave of energy forcing its way out from a sword swing and releasing the same effect a normal hit would. The wave travels for a maximum of x meters before it vanishes. When more swords are active the wave travels from each sword at the same destination, wherever the swords are at that moment; however, each wave is only 1/x the strength of the existing swords (meaning all phantom swords plus Mitsuhito’s normal one).

After he shoots the waves, the swords stop to be infused with electricity and he needs to infuse them again if he wants to shoot another one. Kaminari Wave stays active until a wave is performed, or 3 rounds are over. A sword won’t be consumed for using a wave.


Attack 3: Field of Thunder (Ikazuchi no Denkai)

For paying 10% reiatsu, Mitsuhito creates a shock impulse travelling 30 m in all directions, and forming a sphere for a few seconds. The sphere slows down incoming projectiles of any sort and makes it harder for his enemies to move, in the same way Reiatsu of a strong opponent would do.

If a kaminari marked target is within this range, it suffers additional pain and damage depending on the stacks of the mark. For each mark on a target, it suffers pain and damage equally to 3% of Mitsuhito’s reiatsu. Should a target be affected with all marks at the same time, his brain suffers damage, making it impossible to quick cast the next kidou or any similar effect.

Because of his habit of checking his surrounding constantly, he gets a vague idea of his comrade’s reiatsu, thus sparing them of the effect, if he wants to.

Ability and attack one are fine (Dude your ability example was shit since you used two trained feats)
On attack two, I’d like a breakdown of what each instance of marks does since you say up to five exist but I don’t know if it only takes 2 to kill someone.
Attack three reduce the range to I’d say 10m since its AoE and it has some bonkers stacking potential. Additionally droped the bonus marked damage to.... 2%? We’ll see how that reads.

Release Name: Yokan (Lit: Lingering Winter)
Release Phrase: “Cover them gently, Yokan.”
Spirit: TBD
Appearance: Unreleased Yokan is little more than a commonplace katana of average length, differing from the norm only in that the sheath, handle and strap are leather, rather than the traditional rayskin. Upon release the weapon takes the form of a Chinese War Sword, with the addition of a rather thick leather strap fastened to the base of the pommel.

Shi Kai: Yokan

Ability: Mugen Touei (Infinite Reflection)

The ice and cold will come for the enemy not as a vicious foe, but as a slow and soothing comfort. Let their last moments be ones of gentle passing.

Once activated, Yokan’s one and only ability begins covering the nearby surroundings in a thin blanket of ice and snow. This ability covers 10 meters per round, and does not cease after a certain distance. While the snow and ice are no threat on their own, the ability they grant Tsubaki is another matter entirely.

Any action (Attack, Ability, Feat, Kidou) undertaken by Tsubaki that consumes Reiatsu is copied by the reflections in the ice, applied to whatever target it was originally used against. This copy occurs once for every 20 meters of ice and snow that cover the battlefield. This copied instance costs 50% of the original, and after the third copy these reflections incur no Reiatsu cost. Any costs paid for Kidou copies are taken from the general Reiatsu pool, not Tsubaki’s Kidou Threshold.

It also bears mention that as the ice and snow are generated by Tsubaki’s release and not a natural phenomenon, they cannot be melted or destroyed by any means save for resealing the weapon.

Ban Kai: Yokan No Reido (Lingering Winter of Absolute Zero)

The skies blacken and churn. An icy wind races through the silent battlefield, cutting through concrete and cloth and gripping frail flesh in a vicious bite. This brittle and unfeeling hell is what awaits any who force Tsubaki to unlock the whole of her power.

Upon entering Ban Kai the world itself seems to fall silent, appearing as serene and still as the deepest winter’s night. Though as quickly as it is hushed, the battlefield is assaulted with the booming of churning thunder overhead, and the resentful roar of amassing clouds as the world of snow and ice grow ever colder.

Ability: Toushi (Freezing To Death)

This ability activates only once per use of Ban Kai when Tsubaki first enters the state. For every 50 meters of ice and snow that have been generated a spike of jagged ice erupts from the ground underneath one target. These spikes have a striking power of 10% of the woman’s current Reiatsu upon entering Ban Kai, and require no cost to be paid. Regardless of how many spikes are summoned, they can only attack one target. If multiple enemies are present the target must be chosen upon entering Ban Kai.


Ability: Touei No Zanshi (Reflection of Violent Death)

Fueled by the full weight of the woman’s power, the snow and ice spread with alarming speed and fervor over the Earth. The sun is blotted from an angry sky, replaced only with chilling silence. The foe denied a quiet death. Let them now long for it.

Winter races over the battlefield, covering more ground at a faster rate. Every turn that passes will add an additional 30 meters of ice and snow.

Similar to the abilities of her Shi Kai, Tsubaki is able to utilize reflection to attack with increased potency. However in Ban Kai, the copying of any Reiatsu based action (Attacks, Kidou, Feats, Abilities) carries no cost to duplicate. This duplication occurs once every 20 meters.

Alright so, with your permish, Shader, I'm resubbing this forreals. Nothing has changed with the first two abilities of Shikai (from the one you approved yesterday), but a third ability has been added. With Bankai, the first ability is pretty much the same (acidic saliva coming from spouts on the walls instead of from swords in the ground) and the last ability is the same more or less (controlling the spouts instead of blade tongues).

"Time to eat" (食べるべき時間, tabe rubeki jikan)

Form
Tatsunokuchi transforms into a large, double-edged cleaver-like sword that is nearly twice the height of Manzou himself; the blade is two meters long, making it longer than its wielder, while the handle is a meter long. There are two fangs at the top of the blade that curve inwards towards each other, one twice as long as the other. The crossguard is thick and sectioned with a symbol similar to the Yata-no-Kagami mirror etched several times around the middle. The handle is connected to a beveled piece beneath the crossguard and is wrapped in bandages with a small dragon-head statue as the pommel.

The striking features of Tatsunokuchi’s shikai are the large fanged mouth aligned vertically along the blade surface and the tongue that protrudes from it; these features do not appear once the shikai is released, instead coming forth when the appropriate ability is used or at Manzou’s will. The mouth sits vertically on the flat side of the blade and is lined with fangs that can bite down on what comes within its reach. The tongue is thick and dotted with pore-like taste buds which secret a foul stench that none except Manzou can bare. It is rounded at the end like a human’s rather than split like a dragon’s and can withstand and deal a great deal of damage. The natural constitution of it is sticky with the saliva of the mouth compounding this. The sword is as heavy as it is large though Manzou can wield it with great proficiency.

Ability
Mizuma (水魔, Disastrous Flood): Viscous saliva with a profound stench that none but the user can bare can be released from the blade’s mouth, either spit out or secreted from the mouth’s tongue; both forms of release have a maximum range of 20 meters and costs Manzou 10% of his maximum Reiatsu. Within the saliva are a countless number of microscopic parasites that seep instantly into the skin of the opponent upon contact and begin to feed on their insides. With each round that they continuously feed, they grow hundreds of times in size with the amount of flesh they consume increasing in proportion to their size; the maximum size in which that can grow is relatively the size of a large locust. These parasites not only consume the opponent’s flesh from the inside, but their Reiatsu as well, the amount they consume equal to 15% of Manzou’s Reiatsu. This amount of Reiatsu is consumed after 3 consecutive rounds before they eat their way to the surface and die. They appear as a small undeveloped gargoyle with the head of a dragon. These dead organisms retain the reiatsu taken from the opponent as well as the Reiatsu initially imbued in them by Manzou. This Reiatsu can be absorbed through Manzou directly ingesting them or by the blade mouth ingesting them and then transferring the reiatsu to Manzou.

Ability
Shita Kobaku (舌固縛, Tongue Lashing): The malleable and precisely-controlled tongue of Tatsunokuchi can lift 250 lbs (113 kg) effortlessly for every 1,000 Zanjutsu in Manzou’s stat.

Ability
Tanki-juu (短気獣, Tempered Beast): Saliva slithers from the edges of the mouth on the blade and onto the entire blade itself, making its edge dull and thereby limiting the depths to which it can cut an opponent---this dulling effect is transferred to the opponent’s weapon upon contact with Nusuma Tatsunokuchi; after contact, the blade instantly transfers from Manzou’s blade to the opponent’s weapon, eliminating its ability to cause severe wounds. This also applies to swords, claws, or even bullets. This downgrades its capabilities to inflict severe wounds with the saturated weapon until it has been worn down over the 4 rounds in which it lasts. Tanki-juu costs 500 Reiatsu to use and can stack to eliminate the weapon’s ability to inflict moderate and minor wounds but not anymore.




Bankai

Nusuma no Hitsugi Tatsunokuchi (盗まの棺竜の口, Pilfered Coffin of the Dragon-Headed Gargoyle): Manzou forcefully throws his Zanpakutou into the ground which depresses the ground violently and instantly 25 meters in a perfect circle within the 25-meter radius around him. As the depression stops, one-by-one and row-by-row, 50 dragon-headed gargoyle spouts burst from the cylindrical wall of the pit from bottom-up, each spout relatively the size of a human’s head (5 rows with 10 in each). A single sword emerges from the ground directly in front of Manzou much the same in appearance as his Shikai with small differences. There is no thread or cloth for the hilt, only a meter-long, straight black handle, nor is there a crossguard. The blade itself is 2 meters long and mostly the same, though the gums and teeth in the mouth on the blade are now the same black gun metal as the blade. Unlike the blade tongue of the Shikai, however, Nusuma Tatsunokuchi’s tongue is now composed of amorphous black metal with a dragon’s head the same in appearance as the gargoyle spouts; it is flexible and moves independently, attacking like the weighted end of a kusarigama.

Ability
Jusui (入水, Suicide by Drowning): After paying 10% Reiatsu, with each cut made by Manzou on the opponent, an amount equal to 15% of his Reiatsu is absorbed from the opponent over the next 3 rounds. This absorbed Reiatsu is represented in the saliva that pours constantly from every one of the gargoyle spouts after the cut is made, enough to fill the entire pit up to knee-high level after the 3 rounds. This saliva is slightly vicious, intensely putrid and extremely-caustic (with acidity level near that of sulfuric acid) to anyone other than Manzou on contact. The Reiatsu imbued in Manzou’s blade before the cut is also present in the saliva and returns at the same rate as that absorbed from the opponent. The fluid won't drown either party though anyone other than Manzou will still be scalded viciously by it. As long as he remains immersed in this pool, he has access to the absorbed Reiatsu; if he removes himself from the pool though has touched it in the previous round, he will have access for that remaining round before the fluid on him dries.

Ability
Shoushinjisatsu (焼身自殺, Suicide by Fire/Burning One’s Self to Death): Whether or not the pouring of acerbic saliva is triggered by Jusui, Manzou can trigger the downpour himself, filling the pit at the same rate as the aforementioned ability. Paying 5% Reiatsu while the opponent is immersed in the pooling saliva, double that amount is taken from them over 2 rounds and added directly to the pool. The usage of this ability in unison with Jusui also expedites the rate at which the saliva pouring from the gargoyle spouts fills the pit; the rate increases to knee-high level (or roughly 1 foot) per round.

Ability
Chinamagusai (血生臭い, Bloody Stench): From each of the mouths of the gargoyle spout, a smell akin to that of a decomposed body is released. It’s a nauseating smell that anyone other than Manzou is hindered by that taints anyone else’s senses of sight, smell, and taste. It also serves to disorient the opponent’s ability to manipulate their spiritual energy effectively, resulting in the opponent now having to pay 1.5x the cost of any ability/attack they’re using. For this, Manzou must pay half the regular cost of the ability/attack in Reiatsu used by the opponent upon its usage and must pay 2% Reiatsu per round to keep Chinamagusai active.

Attack
Kawatarou no Bekkan (川太郎の別館, Annex of the River-Child): Manzou can remotely control the dragon-headed gargoyle spouts lining the cylindrical wall of the pit by impaling any surface of the pit with his sword; each spout becomes amorphous and moves in the same manner as the tongue within the mouth of the blade in his hands. When gripping the planted sword, he may only influence the tongue in one of the swords within the 10-meter radius around him and can control up to 10 spouts at once. Each can be finely controlled, moving with the proficiency of Manzou’s Zanjutsu stat (though this ability is still subject to the multiple-weapons control rule), and each mouth can bite down on what comes within its 10-meter reach. Manzou must maintain a constant grip on the hilt for Kawatarou to work and pay 2% Reiatsu per round.

After releasing his zanpakutou the normal gloves he wears are extending themselves to form a pair of gauntlets going right over his elbows to the middle of his upper arms and are out of the same material a zanpakutou is formed. With these he is even able to block against some attacks. The gauntlets are of the same color as the gloves. The first layer is in silver while the glove part of the gauntlets is in a black tone. At the upper end it has a little golden part giving it the finishing touch.

かみなり kaminari "divine lightning”

With the help of his Reiatsu, Mitsuhito can charge his gloves with electric energy. When hit, the enemy suffers disorientation and weaker control for a round after impact, because of the immense pain running through their muscles. Unless their 'pain mitigators' cost more then 3% of Mitsuhito’s max Reiatsu, they will be overcome by this power, getting ‘staggered’.
This costs him 10% Reiatsu to activate it for 3 rounds and will cost him another 10% every 3 rounds he wants to uphold the effect.



球体込み Kyutai komi "Sphere attack”

Mitsuhito can infuse the air in front of his fist or foot with reiatsu into a ball-like sphere and can push that against an enemy. This can hit a target in a distance up to 20 meter. Each attack costs 5-10% reiatsu. The cost is calculated by the size of the ball, from 5% for a tennis ball sized to 10% for a football/soccer sized one. At 2500 reiatsu he can utilize this at only 5%.
Each full 2500 reiatsu he reaches, the ability to form a bigger sphere is increased by 1%, capping by 15000 total reiatsu meaning 10%.

When going into Bankai mode, the Gauntlets spread out to fully cover Mitsuhito’s whole body, forming a black and silver-colored armor. The face is behind a red pane that not only hides his face, but also changes his voice. Because it consists of pure mithril, it nearly doesn’t hinder his movement, though the armor itself won’t protect him against more than small wounds. After the armor is created, a sword begins to form in Mitsuhito’s right hand.

The sword itself is three feet and seven inches long, and is colored in a rust red tone. The hilt is in a yellow color and long enough for Mitsuhito to hold it with both of his hands. It transfers directly into the blade, without a cross-guard between the blade and the hilt itself. The sharp side of the blade begins with five jags and a short concave part about two-third of the blade, before it ends with a long saw-like edge. The other side of the blade has four jags at around the same high as the blade sided ones and a short concave part as well. After that the rest of the blade - about half its length - is made of one straight line of steel.

The blades broad side is ornamented with a crest in the top part of the sword from where a small line goes down to the hilt of the blade. The tip of the sword is flat and sharp, like the back of the blade.

Ability: Because of Kaono’s true form, being an old swordsman, Mitsuhito attains the knowledge of fighting with a sword while he is in Bankai. However, the price for that is that he forgets all about his skills in hand-to-hand combat.

While in Bankai form, his Zanjutsu and Hakuda stats swap (for example: instead of having 1000 Hakuda and 0 Zanjutsu, his Zanjutsu stat becomes 1000 and his Hakuda stat becomes 0). He can’t use skills that depend on hakuda (like Shunko) but is able to use skills that depend on Zanjutsu instead (like Togishi). Though this only counts if he already learned Shunko (the feat).


Attack 1: Flying Phantom Swords (Hisan, Touken no Genzou)

By paying 10% reiatsu, Mitsuhito can create four copies of his sword, which are floating upright in a circular motion around his body. With them, he is able to either block an incoming attack, or attack at the exact same time he does with his normal sword.

Each action he does consumes the number of swords he used for it. Additionally, each swords strength is only 1/4 of the used amount of reiatsu; however, he can choose how many swords he wants to use for an action, making his attack or block more effective.

The swords are autonomous to his movements, and the maximum range they can fly away from him is 25 meters. Only a maximum of 4 phantom swords can be active at once.



Attack 2: Kaminari Wave (Kaminari nami)

For paying 5% reiatsu, Mitsuhito can infuse his swords with electricity. Additionally to the effects of kaminari - disorientation and weaker control over one’s body, up to becoming staggered for one round - the lightning leaves a kaminari mark behind. Up to 5 marks can be active at any time and the marks vanish as soon as he leaves Bankai. For each mark, the enemy has more problems on concentrating their reiatsu into kidou spells. The marked person must pay 10% more reiatsu per mark for successfully casting a kidou, while the power of the attack won’t be affected of this.

It is also possible to concentrate the electricity to create a wave of energy forcing its way out from a sword swing and releasing the same effect a normal hit would. The wave travels for a maximum of 40 meters before it vanishes. When more swords are active the wave travels from each sword at the same destination, wherever the swords are at that moment; however, each wave is only 1/x the strength of the existing swords (meaning all phantom swords plus Mitsuhito’s normal one).

After he shoots the waves, the swords stop to be infused with electricity and he needs to infuse them again if he wants to shoot another one. Kaminari Wave stays active until a wave is performed, or 3 rounds are over. A sword won’t be consumed for using a wave.


Attack 3: Field of Thunder (Ikazuchi no Denkai)

For paying 10% reiatsu, Mitsuhito creates a shock impulse travelling faster than a shunpo-like technique for 15 m in all directions and forming a sphere for a few seconds. The sphere slows down incoming projectiles of any sort and makes it harder for his enemies to move, in the same way Reiatsu of a strong opponent would do.

If a kaminari marked target is within this range, it suffers additional pain and damage depending on the stacks of the mark. For each mark on a target, it suffers pain and damage equally to 2% of Mitsuhito’s reiatsu. Should a target be affected with all marks at the same time, his brain suffers damage, making it impossible to quick cast the next kidou or any similar effect.

Because of his habit of checking his surrounding constantly, he gets a vague idea of his comrade’s reiatsu, thus sparing them of the effect, if he wants to.
 
Beaks: Denied. PM me if you want specifics but you should know what’s wrong with this.

Ketsup: Denied on both fronts. No way am I letting you make it so weapons are useless against you for a minimum cost and 3 blocks. Other two abilities on SK are fine.

BK: The double return for a 1 turn delay is a nono, especially since you still do 5% rei drain on the turn you use the second ability. So in essence you get double for your cost. The third ability is fine, just keep in mind the stench has to be active before they use the ability.

Mitsu: Approved with changes. Remove the faster than shunpo line and its going to be 10m <.<

Shi Kai : Tenzansatsu - Heavenly Massacre

Form: From a single sword come two identical ones, unique in the sense that they appear neither as Western or Eastern in design. Grayed, curved, and without a cross guard, both appear reminiscent of snake fangs, clean and streamlined as they are. The only distinguishing features are the etched patterns on the base of the blades, along with a golden shade tinting the tip of the pommels.

Ability: The lethality hidden in Kyuketsu’s zanpakutou is one forged from centuries-worth of trial and error, growth, and sacrifice. An inherent trait possessed by Tenzansatsu’s twin blades, both are capable of inflicting wounds dangerously deeper than normal. Should Kyuketsu leave an enemy with either a simple graze or a blood-soaked laceration, his soul cutter allows such cuts to become far more thorough and entrenched whence in combat.

Attack: A true warrior’s mentality lies in their desire to kill with whatever means necessary. Be it detrimental to oneself, what truly matters the most is victory. If Kyuketsu is able to dig his blade into an object (or individual), he is able to break off a tiny shard from his sword and leave it stuck inside the punctured area. Once paying 750 reiatsu, he can mentally command the fragment to fulminate, creating a spherical cluster of smaller blades 15 inches in circumference. This does continual damage to his zanpakutou with every use, dulling it until it is resealed or otherwise.



Ban Kai: Fuhen Gunshin - Eternal God of War​

Form: With its arrival, Fuhen Gunshin litters the entire battlefield with one hundred katanas, all identical and ready to be used in combat. Erected upright with the blades dug into the ground, only Kyuketsu is able to pull them free to be wielded. From the pierced dirt on which each weapon stands, the land slowly weeps red ooze, reminiscent of blood, which slowly, as the battle draws on, floods the area in a wash of deep and harrowing crimson. With the vast number of zanpakutous available to him, Kyuketsu is free to use and swap as many as he so chooses at the cost of straining his swordsmanship.

Ability: The name of Kyuketsu’s Ban Kai alone breathes meaning to its capabilities. When wielding the many blades of Fuhen Gunshin, both the weapons and its master emit an aura of unfathomable dread and lethality. By paying 1% of his reiatsu every turn, Kyuketsu produces a heightened ‘threat level’ of sorts which completely overtakes the cognitive senses of even the most seasoned of fighters. While purely psychological, for every stroke and every step, each movement by the swordsman endeavors to pressure and crush the target’s morale.

With time itself becoming a factor, the longer the conflict ensues, the stronger the thought of panic and anxiety fills the victim. Through this, each swing comes off far more hazardous than the last, and every near miss and parry brings a freezing chill running down one’s spine.

Attack: With the staggering rise in its power, the scope of his zanpakutou’s edge is no longer limited to physical objects; instead, the very foundations of physics have now become susceptible to Kyuketsu’s blades. For a fraction of an instant, Fuhen Gunshin warps the fabric of space and time, allowing its steel to cut instantaneously from a great distance. With a single swing once per turn, Kyuketsu can strike at targets as far as 25 meters away with full force as if he himself was standing right before them. This costs the user 1,000 reiatsu per slash.

Attack: The countless swords materialized throughout the battlefield are just as alive as those in Kyuketsu’s hands. Deadly even whilst impaled on the dirt, Kyuketsu can mentally command any of the one hundred katanas of Fuhen Gunshin to ignite and scatter, acting as a kind of frag grenade which releases both energy and sharpened projectiles. The scope of one detonation ranges at 5 meters around and costs the user 1,500 reiatsu per weapon sacrificed.

By paying an additional 1% of his reiatsu per turn after that, all shrapnel that have been embedded into a target dig themselves deeper into the body unless otherwise counteracted by the victim.

Attack: Though limited is using all of Fuhen Gunshin’s swords, for a time, Kyuketsu may be able to utilize all of them at once in a resounding, utterly dominating offensive against the enemy. By giving up 15% of his reiatsu Kyuketsu can rally the remainder of the weapons to shoot up high into the sky, staying there for a whole turn. Once the next phase comes to pass, all summoned swords will rain down on a target with tremendous force, dealing the same amount of damage equivalent to its cost along with the piercing descent of their numerous blades. With its use comes a three-turn cool down period.

Appearance: Unreleased Yokan is little more than a commonplace katana of average length, differing from the norm only in that the sheath, handle and strap are leather, rather than the traditional rayskin. Upon release the weapon takes the form of a Chinese War Sword, with the addition of a rather thick leather strap fastened to the base of the pommel.

Shi Kai: Yokan

Ability: Mugen Touei (Infinite Reflection)

The ice and cold will come for the enemy not as a vicious foe, but as a slow and soothing comfort. Let their last moments be ones of gentle passing.

Once activated, Yokan’s one and only ability begins covering the nearby surroundings in a thin blanket of ice and snow. This ability covers 10 meters per round, and does not cease after a certain distance. While the snow and ice are no threat on their own, the ability they grant Tsubaki is another matter entirely.

Any action (Attack, Ability, Feat, Kidou) undertaken by Tsubaki is copied by the reflections in the ice, applied to whatever target it was originally used against. This copy occurs once for every 20 meters of ice and snow that cover the battlefield. This copied instance costs 50% of the original, and after the third copy these reflections cost 10% of the original total and do not decrease further in cost or potency.. Any costs paid for Kidou copies are taken from the general Reiatsu pool, not Tsubaki’s Kidou Threshold. This ability has no inherent cap, but Tsubaki is unable to expend more than 100% of her available Reiatsu for obvious reasons.

Should the number of reflections exceed Tsubaki's ability to pay the appropriate costs for them, the reflections trigger as illusory copies, doing no damage and having no effect be it positive or negative. It also bears mention that as the ice and snow are generated by Tsubaki’s release and not a natural phenomenon, they cannot be melted or destroyed by any means save for resealing the weapon.

Ban Kai: Yokan No Reido (Lingering Winter of Absolute Zero)

The skies blacken and churn. An icy wind races through the silent battlefield, cutting through concrete and cloth and gripping frail flesh in a vicious bite. This brittle and unfeeling hell is what awaits any who force Tsubaki to unlock the whole of her power.

Upon entering Ban Kai the world itself seems to fall silent, appearing as serene and still as the deepest winter’s night. Though as quickly as it is hushed, the battlefield is assaulted with the booming of churning thunder overhead, and the resentful roar of amassing clouds as the world of snow and ice grow ever colder.

Ability: Toushi (Freezing To Death)

This ability activates only once per use of Ban Kai when Tsubaki first enters the state. For every 30 meters of ice and snow that have been generated a spike of jagged ice erupts from the ground underneath one target. These spikes have a striking power of 500 Reiatsu, and have no cap in number of spikes summoned. As with all previous abilities, they are reliant on Tsubaki's ability to pay the Reiatsu cost for them. Regardless of how many spikes are summoned, they can only attack one target. If multiple enemies are present the target must be chosen upon entering Ban Kai.


Ability: Touei No Zanshi (Reflection of Violent Death)

Fueled by the full weight of the woman’s power, the snow and ice spread with alarming speed and fervor over the Earth. The sun is blotted from an angry sky, replaced only with chilling silence. The foe denied a quiet death. Let them now long for it.

Winter races over the battlefield, covering more ground at a faster rate. Every turn that passes will add an additional 30 meters of ice and snow.

Similar to the abilities of her Shi Kai, Tsubaki is able to utilize reflection to attack with increased potency. However in Ban Kai, the copying of any action (Attacks, Kidou, Feats, Abilities) costs only 5% of her Reiatsu to duplicate.. This duplication occurs once every 20 meters.
 
Wayne: I like these. A lot. Approved.

Beaks: Resubmit. Understand that if you want replications the cost to replicate would be the damage the reflection does. I don't like this pay 50% get a 100% return etc. I don't mind you setting off multiple Single Blade Cremations in a turn so long as you understand that the amount of rei you pay to make however many is how much damage they do. I'm putting this little thing in here so you can make adjustments as needed if it isn't what you had in mind.

Zak's blade looks much as it always did though it has gained a significant curve to the blade creating a crescent shape for the weapon. The blade itself is brightly polished and the once very light swirls are now deeply etched and readily apparent on the length of the blade creating an abstract image of a wolf prowling. The hilt remains wrapped in soft crimson leather though it is now capped with an obsidian head. The slender chain remains dangling though it now ends with a wolf’s head of obsidian rock. The most noticeable change to the blade is a small circular hole near the base of the blade about the size of a silver dollar and the weapon has lost its guard. The scabbard is become crimson red with obsidian filigree reprinting wolves devouring the world much in the vein of old ideas of Fenrir from Norse mythology.

Reiatsu: Now pure, Zak's rei burns a brilliant silver with aqua accents, in full bloom it creates an almost liquid metal effect.

Spirit/ Manifestation: His new spirit is a great wolf naming itself Kalu’aita. It is a great silver hound so large that it’s muzzle is level with Zak’s. While it’s voice is somewhat androgynous but the beast seems more female. The wolf’s coat glows subtly with power and definite heat radiates from her. When she speaks her voice is accentuated by growls as if her natural wolf speech is being overlaid with language Zak can understand. Occasionally he will see a pack of wolves in representation of the other souls within him but Kalu’aita is the only one that speaks they are always dark colors.

Inner World: Zak’s inner world is still the great tower in the endless desert but after climbing the tower to rediscover his lost memories and the purpose of his creation, he has reached the heart of the massive structure. This room’s walls are exploded outward into great chunks that hover in the air while the upper levels of the tower hover above, currently unreachable. The ‘heart‘ that Zak and Kalu’aita inhabit is a great stone floor of seven concentric circles expanding out from a silver flame in the center. Lava of a sort spills from the flame and runs along the groves of the circles. Around the room, near the missing walls, are four obsidian obelisks. The flames burn within these but more dully, waiting to be fully awakened.


Shikai


Shikai: furor exuro (Burning Rage)



Release Command: "Kalu’aita free my soul, channel my rage, and cast it as fire fire upon this battlefield.”

Appearance: Kalu’aita lengthens its blade to nearly four and a half feet and the hilt becomes just under two feet in length. The blade thickens slightly but remains slender, not thicker than a man’s forearm. The point of the weapon becomes more pronounced and defined. The brilliant shine of the sealed blade becomes replaced by the look of iron though the etching on the body remains bright and stands out powerfully flashing sometimes with silver energy. There is now a second wolf visible and neither are prowling, but caught in pursuit of something yet unseen. The weapon remains without a guard and the hilt is still wrapped in the same leather though the wolf’s head ornament is now dangling from the point at which blade and hilt meet. Zak only wields the weapon through the blessing of Kalu’aita, her energy flows and grants him the strength to use it effectively. While finally free of his chains his blade remains attached to him by tendrils of the silvery blue reiatsu periodically dance from the blade’s etchings connecting to the scarification symbols carved into his arms. This energy works just like his old chain, Zak can not wield the weapon by this but uses it to remove (or sheath) the weapon from his back or retrieve it from short distances.

The weapon’s sheath moves to his back and adjusts in size to be able to hold the weapon if needed.

While released his skin is very warm to the point of being uncomfortable to be in contact with and occasional wisps of smoke flow from his nostrils and mouth when he breathes. Before he never understood why this happened to him in his shikai state, now he knows it was Kalu’aita trying to burn through Iblis‘ corruption and now that she is free her fire burns intently.


Touch of Destruction: (Attack) Touch creates the effect of a double assault from Zak's blade. This is not an energy assault but instead creates a cutting and impact effect exactly as though a second blade impacts on the same spot a few moments later. Contact must have been made for this power to activate and while the attack does not project, and enemy who is knocked away by the initial assault will still suffer the second even if they are yards away when it hits. Blocking can be confusing as the first blow strikes and potentially disrupts balance or stance and the second impact occurs at the same spot on the blade but while the opponent is off balance. The power is passive in that it automatically engages every time the Templar's blade connects; however, it does draw 5% of rei with each activation.

Anyone with a very heightened/ sensitive to energies can perceive the phantom blade. An afterimage, always a different person, wielding the same blade and striking. This is a representation of his chimeraian nature and the other souls bolstering his attack.

Unyielding Force: (ability) The engine of fury is just starting to burn, with it comes an unstoppable press forward coupled with a building disregard to everything other than killing his opponent including his own peril. With this power in play is difficult to bind or halt, if any bakudo or other binding ability is used against him Zak need only spend half the rei used to fuel the spell to break free.

Bankai: Lupus Titan por Ferrum (The Wolf Titan of Iron)



Form: The expression of Zakeriah's Bankai feels like a massive implosion with the fury of his power being sucked inward rather than exploding outward as with most releases. The sword thickens yet again more than doubling in width. The back of the blade becomes irregularly toothed and jagged two thirds of the way down the length from the base. The etchings have changed a final time and the two wolves are now feasting on their prey, the world. The circular hole near the base in now nearly as large as a fist and adorned with a large obsidian ring. There is still no proper guard but has become an irregular collection of heavy lead chains and obsidian shards. The hanging wolf-head medallion is no longer flat but fully formed with blazing eyes. The energy tendrils now constantly flow from the blade and dance along his arms.


At this stage Zak's eyes and throat are consumed by his energy and constantly glow with billows of smoky reiatsu billowing forth. His pupils are no longer visible and even when his teeth are clenched they appear as neon. His skin burns to the touch.



Absolution of Destruction: (Ability) The direct upgrade of Touch. Zak gains more control along with more fury to be unleashed. The phantom attack is no longer automatic instead Zak activates it in stages. He must transverse each stage to activate the next as well as spend each respective stage in some sort of combat. With each level his fury grows as does the difficulty to stop or control him. Zak may not necessarily begin attacking allies, but getting between him and his opponent (especially at stage 3) would not be wise.

Stage 1: 5% Rei activates the same effect as Touch for three (3) turns. The only difference is the second blow now comes from a random direction and angle though it impacts the same general area. At this stage the tendrils of power begin to dance away from him and strike the area around him (this is aesthetic only, no combat value).

Stage 2: 10% Again lasts three (3) turns. There is now a second phantom assault follows the first. The assaults now can hit randomly over a much broader area such as anywhere along the same side of the target. The phantom assaults now come with greater force that can send most opponents stumbling several (around 15 per undefended assault) meters. The lightening like energy also begins to flash through the whole of his body sometimes illuminating parts of his skeleton like an x-ray.

Stage 3: 20% five (5) turns. 3 Phantom assaults now occur, one after another, each with enough concussive force to crater the world around their target. The most significant change is that the blades can now strike the opponent from any angle and any location (The throw range remains the same as previous). At the maximum tier his whole body appears to smoke and the lightening storm continues. Those willing to stand the heat of standing so close to Zakeriah while in his third stage of fury might even hear thunder rumbling through the cloud.

Unstoppable Juggernaught: (Attack) His resistance to binding carries over but has become considerably more potent as his engine is stoked to full intensity allowing him to expend 50% of the cost of a spell to break through it. In his Bankai state Zak's mind is so consumed by fire and fury this resistance now carries over to illusions and other mind effecting spells.


Arch of Devastation: (Attack) Zak's most powerful burst attack requires that he have built his bloodlust fully up to the third tier to utilize. He swings his blade in a massive sweeping gesture creating explosive damage over a constrained area.

Zak burns 15% of his base rei, similar to the phantom assaults there is no evident energy release, simply everything within a roughly 10m span is devastated. Mundane objects crush from random directions and are thrown about, the earth cracks and heave, walls shatter. Anyone caught within the thunderous release can only describe the sensation as being bombarded by a violent gravity well.


Recall: (Attack) A deceptively mundane ability Zak can spend 250 of his rei to call his weapon to him from anywhere within standard Bankai range. His energy arcs away from him like a bolt and snatches the weapon from where it may lay. It takes the shortest path back to the Templar’s hand, smashing through whatever might be between the two. The sword travels with considerable speed and force but he can exert no control over the blade save that it might change course to get around something it can not break through.


Mask: In its normal form Zakeriah’s mask is completely smooth and featureless aside from five raised obsidian ridges on either side and two obsidian horns sprouting from the top of his head and curling behind. When he gets angry enough the area where his mouth should be breaks into a five-segmented maw (think Predator), each ridge lined with jagged teeth.


Sealed/Manifestations
Sealed:

Zak's blade looks much as it always did though it has gained a significant curve to the blade creating a crescent shape for the weapon. The blade itself is brightly polished and the once very light swirls are now deeply etched and readily apparent on the length of the blade creating an abstract image of a wolf prowling. The hilt remains wrapped in soft crimson leather though it is now capped with an obsidian head. The slender chain remains dangling though it now ends with a wolf’s head of obsidian rock. The most noticeable change to the blade is a small circular hole near the base of the blade about the size of a silver dollar and the weapon has lost its guard. The scabbard is become crimson red with obsidian filigree reprinting wolves devouring the world much in the vein of old ideas of Fernier from Norse mythology.

Reiatsu: Now pure, Zak's rei burns a brilliant silver with aqua accents, in full bloom it creates an almost liquid metal effect.

Spirit/ Manifestation: His new spirit is a great wolf naming itself Kalu’aita. It is a great silver hound so large that its muzzle is level with Zak’s face. The wolf’s coat glows subtly with power and definite heat radiates from her. When she speaks her voice is accentuated by growls as if her natural wolf speech is being overlaid with language Zak can understand. Occasionally he will see a pack of wolves in representation of the other souls within him but Kalu’aita is the only one that speaks they are always dark colors. Her silver hair appears to become long and dance around her like flame as Zakeriah changes states. When he is in full release he fur blazes like a bonfire.

Zakeriah’s Hollow soul is a great crimson beast calling itself simply Fenir. His fur does not blaze like that of the wolf-mother but his coat is shaggy and he appears considerably more feral with fanged teeth that extend beyond his lips. He is more forceful and demanding. He has an unnatural gleam about him, as though his fur was made of bits of ruby worked into the shape of an animal’s pelt.

The truth is Kalu’aita is Fenir, she is the mythical wolf and she wears many forms as she has stated before. Zakeriah will not become aware of this fact until he embraces his hollow side fully.

Inner World: Zak’s inner world is still the great tower in the endless desert but after climbing the tower to rediscover his lost memories and the purpose of his creation, he has reached the heart of the massive structure. This room’s walls are exploded outward into great chunks that hover in the air while the upper levels of the tower hover above, currently unreachable. The ‘heart‘ that Zak and Kalu’aita inhabit is a great stone floor of seven concentric circles expanding out from a silver flame in the center. Lava of a sort spills from the flame and runs along the groves of the circles. Around the room, near the missing walls, are four obsidian obelisks. The flames burn within these but more dully, waiting to be fully awakened.


Shikai
Shikai: Furor Exuro (Burning Rage)

Release Command: “Kalu’aita Lascerate.”

Appearance: Kalu’aita lengthens its blade to nearly four and a half feet and the hilt becomes just under two feet in length. The blade thickens slightly but remains slender, not thicker than a man’s forearm. The point of the weapon becomes more pronounced and defined. The brilliant shine of the sealed blade becomes replaced by the look of iron though the etching on the body remains bright and stands out powerfully flashing sometimes with silver energy. There is now a second wolf visible and neither is prowling, but caught in pursuit of something yet unseen. The weapon remains without a guard and the hilt is still wrapped in the same leather though the wolf’s head ornament is now dangling from the point at which blade and hilt meet. Resurrection: Lupus Deus Ferrum et Osse (The Wolf God of Iron and Bone)

Command: "Kalu'aita, I am become Faceless."

Form: Zakeriah’s hollowfied form turns his armor into white bone and spreads along all of his flesh (though it maintains it’s complex swirl patterns) and a second wolf head is mounted on his right shoulder. His clawed hands are tipped with obsidian talons and his white bone legs now have knees like a beast (allowing him to run on all fours) and end in clawed feet. His armor is entirely segmented around every muscle like some sort of anatomy guide and as Zakeriah breathes the plates of armor separate and come back together. When separating sometimes organic energy will snake between plates and his silver power can be seen throbbing between the segments. These plates also seem to be able to separate to a more significant amount when he so desires releasing more of the power or sometimes the crimson mist. The scars all along his arms translate into the husk as black tattoos. Obsidian ridges accentuate the edges of his husk, his knuckles, and so on. This is protection, accentuating the fact that his hollow flesh is still built from his armor.

His featureless mask extends into a non-prehensile tail that hangs from the back of his head to just dusting the ground this is segmented like a spinal column but is far more flexible. Obsidian ridges line the segments of the tail. His mouth is now readily visible as are all the segments, like all hollow masks it doesn’t move when he speaks, only when he shouts or roars.

His shinigami robes remain but the top gets shredded much as it did when he used his original release. This is due to a bladed swelling on his back, crossing his shelled hide and rising from behind. These are his swords. They are integrated into his body, the hollow bone holding them like natural sheathes.

When he draws his blades his old electrical energies flare to life in all their silver and ebony glory, drawing the blades to his hands and again acting as they chains they were so meant to be. They strike around him with enough force to pick up dirt and make small crates though this has no real combat value. Drawing these results in a gout of blood and effluence as the blades are essentially torn from his hide. Energy that looks fluid and organic, like blood or veins, is constantly coming from the wounds in arches and connecting to the weapons as if trying to pull the organs back into place. Where they connect to the blades and shell veins seem to spider web just beneath the surface. Both swords are large crescent shaped weapons that are as bone white as rest of his body but with dark iron edges. Zak wields these by bone handles (still wrapped in crimson leather) along the back third of the long weapons. The swords remain as long as their predecessors, being almost six feet in length each, with an obsidian hoop hanging from a hole and snarling wolf faces horrifically etched into their sides.

At the maximum tier his whole body appears to smoke and the lightening storm continues. Those willing to stand the heat of standing so close to Zakeriah while in this stage of fury might even hear thunder rumbling through the cloud. The striking bolts now all have the much more organic nature as the veins that connect to his swords and seem to flow against the world scoring it with bloody marks though they are just energy in truth.

Sanguis Mortis: If absolution is a true expression of his shinigami power then Sanguis is the expression of his true hollow. While it may not be readily apparent given all of the organic electricity happening around Zakeriah, there is a blood mist seeping into the air around him every time his plates separate. This mist only flows about 2 to 3 meters away from his body (generally melee range) but anyone that gets close enough is easily and readily coated with the blood.

While it may not be readily be apparent this blood joins with spiritual energy of the person or object it coats. By paying 5-25% rage Zakeriah is able to recall this blood to him as well as any energy collected by it. Mortals might find themselves weakened but beings made of spiritual energy will actually find the reishi that makes up their form peeled away (skin, muscle, and whatnot). Doing so restores Zak’s reiatsu, 2%-10% the targets and Zak can not restore more than 10% of his own rei (per use) through this technique. The more targets he pulls from the more divided the energy draw (i.e. less damage to a single). Visibly this appears as a mass of effluence and energy (sometimes mixed with mundane objects if his blood coated something like a building that was made of reishi) that forms before Zakeriah’s resurrection form before being sucked into it.

Rhogog the Unstoppable: (Attack) His resistance to binding carries over but has become considerably more potent as his engine is stoked to full intensity allowing him to expend 50% of the cost of a spell to break through it. Man No Haka (10,000 Graves)

“Tear Away the Mask of Death”
Release Form: Man No Haka embodies the essence of nothingness and universal existence. Rather than a flash of glowing radiance, when the spirit reaches final release, the double-edged blade becomes dull and difficult to see. Instead of reflecting light as most things do, the blade seems to absorb light and leaves a short, dark trail, much like a photo-negative, when swung. Also, Igasho’s reiatsu takes on the characteristic of his inner spirit - rather than feeling weight or force, those who can sense the Death God’s spiritual pressure will instead feel as if their own reiatsu is being pulled away from them. The greater the difference between Igasho’s reiatsu and those around him, the stronger the draining sensation will feel.

Spiritual manifestation
: Yadokai is now a solitary being. The once crippled, archaic figure that dragged itself behind a cane now stands upright, slightly hunched over that same cane. The spirit walks slowly and its dress is the same as before but in much less a state of destitute. The figure is silent, staring out from behind the face of skeletal bone.

Sankappa (Renunciation, Freedom)

“See into the mind’s eye”
At the expense of 1% reiatsu, when Igasho comes into contact with an opponent or their weapon, a third eye appears upon a target’s forehead. The eye can be maintained for the cost of 1% reiatsu per turn, exposing the inner thoughts of the opponent and, if an inner spirit or inner hollow are present, Igasho will be able to hear their words as well. For each turn that this is active, the shinigami and his spirit come to better understand the opponent and their knowledge of battle. For every two rounds that Sanpakka is active, one ability, attack, feat or technique is learned, unless it has already been used in combat, in which case, it would be understood immediately.

Just as the Shi Kai version, Sunyata, Samsara draws on an opponent’s spiritual energy and causes it to instantly dissipate. Any contact with an opponent will sap the equivalent of 2% of Igasho’s reiatsu from the target. This stacks with any normal damage inflicted from combat.

As Igasho comes to understand his opponent through the shared use of their energy, so does he learn how to harness the nature of their attacks. Choosing an ability, attack, feat or technique that has already been revealed or learned through Sanpakka, Igasho can mimic the chosen action and use it against an opponent. Igasho must pay the cost of the original attack plus 1% of his own maximum reiatsu.

True understanding not only requires the knowledge of what is, but also the acceptance of what is not. By paying 5% of his maximum reiatsu, Igasho is able to remove the existence of a single piece of knowledge from an opponent’s mind. For three rounds, Anatta prevents the use of any one ability, attack, feat or technique that has been learned through Sanpakka.

Release phrase: Cut it all away

Form: When Rei holds the sword and sheathe in his hand and says the release phrase, the dull sound of a bell emanates from the sword and it is swallowed by a myriad of colors. A second later, the sword takes the form of a 39 1/2 inch shirasaya sword and two flexible metal gloves. The sheath of the sword, unlike most sheathes, is actually like the blade and is sharp as one as well. Because Rei holds onto the sheath in battle to fight with, the metal gloves are necessary. The sheathe is about an 1mm thick with 3 square holes in the along it. The actual blade of the sword is 1/2 mm thick and isn’t used to fight with. It is a piercing red color that contrasts with the completely white and purple sheathe.

TBD: Rei is capable of cutting away physical and non-physical things. When he cuts something away from that person the very concept of that thing is sealed away from their existence. This means everything relating to that thing can't be used(provided its weaker than the reiatsu exerted otherwise it is just weakened). The duration to which this effect happens is three turns. Also when he cuts something away, it will only have an effect on whomever he choose be it himself, allies, or enemies). The cost to use this ability is 10% of his total reiatsu. Anything reiatsu based can be cut down such as attacks,abilities, techniques including non-energy based things as well.

Bankai level things cannot be cut away nor can he cut away zanpaktou or its form(He may cut away what the form does though). Despite whatever Rei cuts away, the sheathe is incapable of damaging the opponent directly or indirectly except by normal cuts. In terms of cutting away concepts he is limited to three fields: the elements, the senses and the characteristics of the matter that is being cut. This only applies in cases where reiatsu wasn't involved, otherwise Rei can cut it away. He is also unable to cut away physical injuries from himself or other people. People can resist whatever Rei cuts away by paying double the amount.

TBD: Aside from direct cuts, Rei is also capable of indirectly cutting things away. Indirect cuts more effectively involve cutting away something intangible, or a definitive aspect of the object and doesn't necessarily require Rei to touch the target. Unlike with direct cuts, the radius of his power from indirect cuts is limited to an expandable distance of up to 15 meters around him. Depending on what is sealed away, different effects can happen when one is inside and/or outside the radius.

Examples


Example 1: For instance say Rei were to indirectly seal/cut away a weaker projectile energy ball. Within the radius of his power, you wouldn't be able to summon it at all. Outside the radius, you would be able to use your power however the minute the projectile touched the radius it would vanish as the power is still in effect for three turns. It should be noted that though it acts as a barrier the overall strength doesn't weaken and it blocks only the amount of reiatsu put into it.

Example 2: Another instance would be sealing away a stronger energy ball. This time the energy ball is only weakened but can still be used. Outside it will only weaken when it touches the radius.

Example 3: Now for something different. Lets say we're sealing away light this time. Inside the radius, would be pitch black darkness. Outside the radius you would be able to see light again, but what you wouldn't see Rei at all. What would be seen is a veil of pitch black around the radius because the ability is still in effect.

Example 4: Now with sound. You would be stripped of all concepts of sound...even the sound of your thoughts with the radius. Outside you would be able to hear normally, but you wouldn't be able to hear Rei nor would you hear any sound thats going on within the radius.


This is more inclined for mutiple targets than one on one combat. The same restrictions of the first ability apply to the second as well as the cost.
