Ryota’s awakening manifests as a glossy, tar-like black substance that he can secrete willfully from his pores. Once generated, the substance can be shaped according to his will, allowing him to create a variety of crude and simplistic shapes. Once solidified, the substance becomes dull, and adopts jagged, stone-like properties. Because of its unique and unknown composition, the substance is highly resilient.

For the cost of 200 reiatsu, Ryota may generate a pound of the viscous fluid. For each subsequent payment, another pound may be generated. If willed by Ryota, or he is unable to maintain his abilities for whatever reason, the substance can be willed to disintegrate without a trace.

First Stage

Form: Khnum
Khnum was one of the most important deities of ancient Egypt. Legend has it he created the other gods himself, by sitting at his potter’s wheel and molding them out of clay. Although Heru’s outward exterior doesn’t change, when he activates his power he is imbued with the power of “Khnum, Divine Potter.”

Ability: Khzāf (خزاف Potter)
Just like Khnum who molded the very gods of ancient Egypt, Heru can also mold his surroundings by just a touch. By paying 2% reiatsu, he can interact with any solid substance as if it were clay. The substance become soft and malleable, at which time Heru can craft it into many forms. This includes making walls, shields, weapons, constraints, etc. Once sculpting is complete, the substance retains all the properties it originally had.

Shi Kai Submission

Ibara - Thorns

Sealed: Sébastiens zanpakutou is an average katana. The hilt is wrapped in dark green rayskin, the guard has a twisting vine etched into it, and the sheath is black and unadorned.

Manifestation: Ibara takes the form of a young woman. She has dark brown hair, the colour of fresh soil, and wears a simple green dress. Her eyes are always blindfolded, though this never seems to hinder her movement. The spirit of the zanpakutou usually carries herself with a quiet dignity, giving off a serene aura in all she says and does. However, when Bastien, or anyone else for that matter, does something incredibly foolish, her temper flares. Sébastien’s inner world takes the form of an old courtyard. The center of the courtyard is lined with white bricks, the rest of the ground overgrown with grass and various plant life, and columns stand tall at random spots around the area. Large vines wind their ways around each of the columns.

Release Phrase: Karamatte! - Entangle!

Form: Ibara takes the form of a whip. The handle is slightly longer than the hilt of the sealed katana. The whip itself is dark green, having all the appearance of a vine, and reaches about eight feet in length. It is otherwise unremarkable.

Attack: 空目 - Karame - Empty Eyes
-Ibara contains a powerful poison within. At a cost of 5% of Sébastien’s reiatsu, this ability causes countless thorns to sprout along the whip. Anyone scratched or pierced by these thorns is injected with the Karame poison. The venom quickly spready through the body with no ill effect, until it reaches the brain, whereupon it disrupts the connection to the optic nerve, leaving hte target blind for three turns. After the third turn, the victim begins to regain vision, though it will still be blurry for a single round, until the effects of the poison fully wear off.

This ability cannot stack, it can only be renewed by striking an opponent again on the recovery round or later. Bastien himself is immune to this poison, though it does not otherwise discriminate between friend and foe, affecting each equally. The victim can forcefully expel the poison from their body by paying a cost in reiatsu equal to what Bastien paid, usually via unpleasant means. This ends the blinding effects of the poison, automatically sending the victim to the recovery phase.

Yuusou Taryoukyou - “Phase Prism”

This awakening manifests as an ethereal, glass-like lattice of energy that floats a few feet in front of the user. The lattice is composed of hexagonal plates of reiatsu that form a roughly circular shape about two meters in diameter. The side facing the user is a pale orange color, while the side facing outwards is blue. The plate is thin enough that's its almost invisible when looked at from the side. The whole construct costs 5% reiatsu per turn to maintain.

Ability: Taryoukyou no Zoufukuki - “Prismatic Amplifier”

Any attacks attacks fired though the prismatic plate's orange side are boosted by an amount equal to 25% of the user’s Combat stat. For example, if the user had 1000 Combat, and fired an attack worth 500 Reiatsu, the total output of the attack after passing through the prism would be 750 Reiatsu worth of damage. In addition, the prism also boosts the magnitude of the ability, physically increasing the area covered by an attack. For example, if one were to fire 'Byakurai' into the prism, the spells blast radius would be expanded to the diameter of the prism (small attack goes in, big attack comes out). The prism also has a unique effect on Orpheus' ammunition. If, for example, a Pyre round was fired through the prism, the outgoing attack would be manifested as a pillar of fire instead of a simple bullet (the damage remains the same, only the form changes).

Unique Ammo Effects:
Standard: Multiplies the round, firing seven bullets at 1/7th the total power of the shot.
Fire: Outgoing attack manifests as a large pillar of fire.
Ice: Outgoing attack manifests as a wave of ice.
Disrupt: Increases the area of effect once the round hits the enemy, doubling the diameter of the disruption target.



Ability: Taryoukyou no Kakusan - “Prismatic Diffusion”
At the cost of 15% of the user’s reiatsu, an enemy’s attack entering the field can be held within the plate and released at a later time, providing the attack is equal to or weaker than the amount spent to activate the ability.

The absorbed attack, when released, has an output equal to the total value of the stored attack, plus a bonus equal to the Prismatic Amplifier's boost. The prismatic field turns red on both sides when an attack is being held within it, and only one attack may be stored at a time.

If the prism is hit while charged, the inbound attack is debuffed by the amount of energy stored in the field. An attack lower than the amount of stored energy will be blocked outright, while an attack of higher value will shatter the prism in its entirety. Any damage the prism takes while charged is deducted from the total stored energy. Once the prisms energy is depleted (or the field breaks), the user must wait one round before being able to use this ability again.

Unholy: Approved w/ changes Ability 1 Get rid of the word barrier from this ability. Also change size to 10 yards. And this works assuming the ability you’re going for is something like true perception, keep in mind this will not allow you to see through clones or anything of the like. In fact see reiatsu in all its forms, essentially makes you super susceptible to illusions. In both ability 3 and the Viz attack remove the final sentence.
 
Note to shad: This is the whole thing, but only ability 2 would be used as the Initial Discovery one. I thought you had to submit the entire thing to provide context, simplicity, less work for you, etc.

First Stage/Initial Discovery ~ Nathaniel Ayers

Name: Genesis

Form: Because Nathaniel used to be a Quincy, he has retained much of the physical dexterity that is required to be an archer. Additionally, he has retained a certain degree of a Quincy's affinity for reishi. When Nathaniel calls upon his power, he does so almost exactly the same way a Quincy materializes a bow: by calling spirit particles to his hands. When he does this, a pair of black, close-fitting combat gloves materialize on his hands.

Ability: Dissociative Disorder
Due to both his work with nanotechnology as well as his prior ability to manipulate reishi, Nathaniel has become quite familiar with the atomic level structure of the body as well as the spirit particle make up of reiatsu.

For a cost of 3% of the former Quincy's reiatsu he is able to dissolve the molecular bonds of his body; allowing him to pass through something normally impassable but not humans or spiritual beings. However, he is able to grip a solid object beyond or within whatever it is he's reaching into, causing that single object to become immaterial like his arms; allowing him to move it about or extract it.

Ability: Solidity (Initial Discovery Ability)
Conversely, for 5% of his reiatsu, Nathaniel can increase the density of his body. Causing it transfer more energy on contact as well as be harder to cut. However, because he's uses reiatsu to increase the density, his body gains no physical weight.

Zetsuei’s shikai is triggered by the command “Repeat”. At that moment, his body seems to vibrate rapidly. Then his zanpaktou are transformed into hard but flexible armor that covers everything but his face and neck. Over the armor, he is adorned in the suit of his zanpaktou spirit. This suit changes to the hollows when he is wearing a mask.

Ability 1: Zetsuei can record the speed of his attacks. By expending 2% of his reiatsu, he can boost his attacks by the speed of the previous. This is expressed by a 3% increase in his hakuda stat. This boost is cumulative with each attack he spends the 2% up to 10% of his max reiatsu.

Ability 2: Zetsuei can repeat an attack that he previously did. What the opponents will see is an after image striking while Zetsuei is doing something else. He can rewind the moment two times and only three different integrals can be happen at a time. When Zetsuei successfully hits a person, they are stuck in the loop until the last afterimage hits. It costs 5% for the first afterimage and 10% for the second and he cannot repeat another integral.

Vizard Kai: By expending 10% rage gaining 5% emptiness and 5% of his reiatsu, Zetsuei can replay all damage that was dealt to enemies from the previous turn. This his triggered by saying or thinking the words "flare." This is shown by a black flame suddenly engulfing the enemy as the damage is done.

Name: Demiourgos, the entity comprised of Lord Yadōkai and his spokesman.

Release Phrase: Bind the stars and release the wind, Demiourgos! (Hoshi baindo kaze o kaihō suru, Demiourgos!)

Release Form: Demigouros is born from a nova-like burst of light when called upon. The zanpakutou takes the form of a Xiphos. The double-edge blade extends 60 centimeters from the brass guarded hilt. The T-shaped guard tops a leather-wrapped hilt and the brass pommel-cap is etched with an all-seeing eye.

Spiritual Manifestation: Lord Yadōkai is a lurching, dark figure. The spirit is cloaked by a black cape and top hat, once a sign of prestige but now frayed and worn. He wears white gloves that grip a wooden cane used for dragging himself as he seemingly only has one good leg. The spirit’s true face is hidden by a mask of death, skeletal and shaded but piercing eyes can be seen behind it at times. Lord Yadōkai does not ever speak but instead is accompanied by an unnamed spokesman, young and thin, dressed formally and with fine, wavy brown hair. The regal man rarely speaks on his own as he is usually reading from a scroll with messages written in prose. Lord Yadōkai alongside his spokesman is known as the unified spirit Demiourgos.

Inner-world: A vast graveyard littered with endless tombstones, grave markers and statues in a state of ruin and decay. Those that are not shattered or bleached by age have been weathered and show unintelligible engravings. The stones themselves can be seen through a constant rolling fog, drifting in various directions. The long forgotten cemetery holds in its center an ancient mausoleum, circumvented by a black, iron-posted gate, now crooked and dilapidated by an unknown period of neglect. The tomb itself is made of skillfully crafted brick and mortar and topped by a flat roof, lined with aged candles. A towering obelisk adorns the roof, reaching up into the black, night sky.

Ability: Satori (Enlightenment) - "Pry open the mind’s eye

When activated for 5% maximum reiatsu, Demiourgos is able to project a third eye upon a targets’ forehead. The engraved eye on the brass pommel-cap and the vertical eye on the target’s forehead will glow an iridescent blue while active. When used in battle, the projected eye will allow Igasho and Demiourgos to read a single thought from their opponent. The eye can last up to 3 turns, depending on when Igasho chooses to draw the information from his opponent, and can only be used once per battle. Raiondauntai and Hoyo Kansen may not be used while Satori is active.


Attack: Raiondauntai (Tie down the Lion)

While in shikai, Igasho’s zanpakutou is able to summon forth a small army of spiders at the expense of 5% maximum reiatsu while standing still. The spiders may vary in number or size but their speed is determined by the even distribution of Igasho’s Hohou stat. The spiders are able to use their silk to either cocoon their target or create webs for entrapment; the strength of the silk’s hold is equivalent to the amount of reiatsu expended for summoning. If the spiders are not destroyed, they are able to recall and reweave their webbing for one additional turn for every 1000 connection gained past 1000, exceeding no more than 3 turns. Movement during control will result in the release of the spiders and they can no longer be summoned for the remainder of the battle.

Ability: Hōyō kansen [Infectious Embrace]

It’s the poisonous flower that yields the sweetest nectar.

At the cost of 3% maximum reiatsu per round, Demiourgos summons forth a viscous, blood-stained fog that loosely surrounds Igasho with a 5 foot radius. The haze will dissolve after 2 rounds or when an enemy comes into contact with it. When an opponent’s skin comes into contact with the necrotic fog, lesions and sores begin to appear on the affected area, causing the victim to bleed from the wounds. Bleeding drains the victim’s reiatsu by 1% per round. Any wounds previously acquired in battle (as well as after the infection has set) will become painfully infected and decrease all healing effects by 10%. Bleeding and infection last for 3 rounds and gain 1 additional round at 5,000 and 9,000 connection, respectively.
 
Shade, final attack might need some tweaking because you hadn't - iirc - checked that one yet, but here it is anyway.
P.S. Names of the TA are subject to change after my imagination starts kicking in again.

FANCY NAME: BLOBBIN’ IT TO THE MAX


Cassandra's True Awakening manifests as a mass of tangible spiritual energy in the form of a large, black and red cape continually hanging from her shoulders. The material radiates from the cuff of her gauntlet and comprises the inside of the clawed glove as well. Though appearing wispy and ethereal, the mass of energy is quite dense – its strength rivaling steel when struck.

ABILITY 1: BLOBTASTIC!

Due to the nature of her awakening, Cassandra can mold the mass of reiatsu that comprises her cape into a variety of forms. Though she is limited in terms of the complexity of these manifestations, she still has a great degree of flexibility in combat – being able to shape her awakening to fit a variety of scenarios. This could be anything from crafting improvised weapons to creating barriers to protect herself from attacks. As always, the material retains its strength and density no matter what shape it takes. Each use of this ability costs Cassandra a portion of her reiatsu, with the cost rising as the scale of her creations increase; 1% for every square foot of tangible reiatsu manipulated.

ABILITY 2: DEFEND ME, BLOB!

At the cost of up to 10% of her reiatsu, Cassandra can shield herself with her cape, creating an impassible barrier to protect herself from attacks. Cassandra can only use this ability every other turn.

ABILITY 3: BLOB ‘O DOOM!

Cassandra's most devastating attack – reserved for the most dire of situations – the advent grapples her target with her gauntlet and immediately binds them in a large dome of tangible reiatsu about twenty meters in diameter. In an instant, the interior of the dome erupts in a hail of innumerable spikes – impaling Cassandra's opponent before vanishing. This ability costs the advent 50% of her remaining reiatsu and ends her True Awakening after being used. As such, the technique can only be utilized once per battle.

Name: Hinometori

Release Phrase: Terasu (shine, illuminate)

Release Form: A glaive made entirely of crystal. The glaive is a polearm with a one-sided blade, the blunt side straight and the sharp side curved. A Chinese phoenix (fenghuang) in flight is etched within the blade. The weapon has a twelve-sided shaft and is longer than Ilsa is tall.

Manifestation: A large bird made of transparent crystal, identical to the bird etched within the blade. Hinometori can control the amount of light that reflects in his feathers; sometimes he sparkles with rainbows, sometimes he shines with blinding light, and sometimes he doesn't shine at all.

Inner World: Ilsa's inner world is a forest made of the same crystal. Sometimes the leaves and grass are soft and yielding, sometimes they are sharp and brittle.


Tenrai Chikaku (Divine Perception) – Tenrai Chikaku heightens or decreases Ilsa’s perceptions as she wishes. While this ability is active, Ilsa’s eyes become faceted crystalline orbs, similar to the crystal of which Hinometori’s released form is made. She can see in the dark as if it were daylight, shoot into battle with greater accuracy, and perceive incoming attacks much faster. All illusions are pierced by this ability; Hinometori will not abide anything that is not the truth.

When Ilsa uses the opposite side of this ability, one or more of her senses is deadened to some degree. Even if she is decreasing her senses, Tenrai Chikaku still pierces illusions. She may use both sides of the ability at once; for example, sharpening her vision and deadening her sense of touch.



Washi no Ome (Eyes of the Eagle) - By paying 500 reiatsu, Ilsa can create an eagle-like construction out of her reiatsu that she can send anywhere within the range of her Reiatsu Noukan. This construct initially starts exactly 1 km above her, but she can move it anywhere within the technique's range by paying an additional 100 reiatsu per movement (rotating the eagle on the spot costs nothing). This construct links its view with Ilsa’s, her mind processing what it sees to give her a consistent mind map of whatever the construct views in addition to her own sight. As with Tenrai Chikaku, Washi no Ome pierces all illusions.

By focusing her mind on the eagle construct, she can fully link her senses with it and assume control of it directly to search out specific objects or beings. She forsakes her own senses in the meantime, leaving her relatively vulnerable. Any damage to the construct instantly ends Washi no Ome.

From the kai FAQ, please either get rid of the colors entirely or choose one easy to read color.
Rawb: Resubmit. Third Attack reads as autohit as soon as you touch the person, which isn’t good. Fix the wording on it and the rest is all set.

[Devil Bringer]

[Manifestation] Devil Bringer manifests as one of Mick’s limbs instantly morphing itself into a twisted, demonic version. This transformed state features scales, claws, and resilience akin to that of a zanpakuto. Up to 2 limbs at any one time can be shaped into Devil Bringer’s.

[Spectral Manipulation] By paying 2% of his reiatsu, Mick can manifest a translucent, macro-sized version (roughly at 5x normal human size) of his Devil Bringer’s atop his own transformed limbs. These spectral appendages are capable of delivering the full strength of Mick’s own attacks, and last until dismissed or destroyed. While attached, these spectral limbs mimic any movement made by the Devil Bringer it lays atop.

[Spectral Amputation] By paying 1% per limb, Mick can detach any ghostly appendages from his Devil Bringer’s in order to manipulate them within a field. Doing so takes concentration, usually requiring him to consciously direct the limbs. The limbs cannot be moved outside their field, which is 10 feet per 1000 harmony, capping at 30 feet.

[Spectral Duplication] A lesser version of his Spectral Manipulation, Mick can pay 1% of his reiatsu per limb to conjure smaller spectral limbs of the same size as his own Devil Bringer’s. These limbs can be sprouted off of any point on his larger spectral arms, his Devil Bringer’s, or other Spectral Duplication’s. These limbs carry half the strength of Mick’s own arms and last until they are dismissed, destroyed, or the surface they lay upon is destroyed.
