So, uh... yeah. I've, uh, taken the liberty to scale back Manzou's stats as a part of the little personal plot I'm going to be starting right now. I'll be bleeding stats at 10% next week. If it's cool, cool. If not, lemme know.

Rob brought up a good point about me doing this. Stats will work out to be the same as they were before; stats were already organized before (500 Hak, 1,000 Kidou, Zan was 62.5% of the remainder and the rest was thrown in Hohou) so there won't be anything distributed differently.
