The Interview

"What's your name? Do you have a nickname?"
- Didn't I fill this out on that sheet?

"Where and when were you born?"
- Born..?

"Where have you lived?"
- In the penthouse of your dreams.

"Do you have any living family members?"
- My sister, Aki.

"What kind of schooling have you had?"
- Criminal Sciences, a BA in fact.

"In what situation is your self esteem most at risk?"
- Mouko's and my dates.

"What are you keeping a secret?"
- I'm trying not to fall asleep right now.

"What are you lying to yourself about? To others?"
- None of your business.

"Is there anyone in your life that you are attracted to?"
- Mouko.

"What scares you about this person?"
- Her aim.

"What do you think he or she can do for you that no one else can?"
- I uhh... *ahem* ... uhh. No comment.

"What does this person know about you that no one else does?"
- Everything.

"How do you decide of you can trust someone?"
- Are they willing to accept that I can't tell them everything about myself?

"How do you know you love someone?"
- I... don't know. I just... I just do. Next question.

"What parts of loving come easy to you ? Hard?"
- Nothing is easy. Everything is still weird.

"When you walk into a room what do you notice first? Second?"
- Potential threats, then potential targets.

"How would you change the world? The things around you? The people around you?"
- ... We don't have the kind of time to do this question.

"How do you learn best?"
- Experience.

"What are your goals in life?"
- None of your business.

"What unusual hobbies or interests do you have?"
- Music.

"What are you most afraid of?"
- That I haven't changed.

"If you had one wish, what would it be?"
- That I could've saved her sooner.

"What do you like best about yourself?"
- Superpowers are pretty cool.

"What do you like least about yourself?"
- Superpowers are also very dangerous.

"What do you like best about your best friend?"
- He chose me.

"What do you like least about your best friend?"
- He's dead.

"What do you think other people think of you?
- Psychopath. Murderer. Monster... Human.

"Your teachers?"
- Don't have any... anymore.

"Peers?"
- A stubborn idiot.

"Best friends?"
- I guess... if Rourke counts now, anyways... probably like a bit of an over-dramatic dolt.

"Parents?"

"Siblings?"
- She definitely thinks I'm an over-dramatic dolt.

"Other family members?"

"What’s your greatest source of frustration?"
- Everything.

"What’s your greatest source of joy?"
- Mouko.

"What are you especially proud of in your life?"
- I changed... I hope.

"If you could change anything about your life what would it be?"
- ... Nothing.

The Interview

"What's your name? Do you have a nickname?"
- Orpheus likes to call me their mascot.

"Where and when were you born?"
- Aomori, Japan, nineteen-ninety-two bitches!

"Where have you lived?"
- Aomori, Tokyo, Fukushima... I've moved around quite a bit.

"Do you have any living family members?"
- My elder sister, Himiko, and my parents.

"What kind of schooling have you had?"
- High school, not much else.

"In what situation is your self esteem most at risk?"
- Wearing short-sleeved shirts.

"What are you keeping a secret?"
- ... Next question, please.

"What are you lying to yourself about? To others?"
- Something I obviously don't want revealed to the public.

"Is there anyone in your life that you are attracted to?"
- Arano-kun!

"What scares you about this person?"
- He's Arano.

"What do you think he or she can do for you that no one else can?"
- What kind of question is that supposed to be? Do I have to love him because he can do something that nobody else can? I can create tigers out of thin-air, but that doesn't make me a better romantic partner. That said... he believes in me. Not like Masato, he's just proud of how far I've come.

Arano... he believes, knows almost, that I can always be better than I am. That no matter how many times I fuck up or fall short, I can still get up and try again. Sorry, rambled a bit there.

"What does this person know about you that no one else does?"
- What happened in Sapporo.

"How do you decide of you can trust someone?"
- Pretty simple checklist: do they look like a mass murderer? Do they appear to be trying to kill me at the time? Is their favorite show Downton Abbey?

"How do you know you love someone?"
- When I can kiss them and not feel weird.

"What parts of loving come easy to you ? Hard?"
- Getting Arano to do anything romantic is basically the most impossible task on the planet... but when he does, it's pretty cute of him.

"When you walk into a room what do you notice first? Second?"
- What I see, and what I hear. Hah! How's that for vague!

"How would you change the world? The things around you? The people around you?"
- Less death, less fighting, more ice cream. Something everyone can appreciate!

"How do you learn best?"
- For the love of God just train me properly. Masato's surprises are always a pain in the ass.

"What are your goals in life?"
- Retire, I guess.

"What unusual hobbies or interests do you have?"
- I still think archaeology is pretty cool, even if my family is obsessed with it.

"What are you most afraid of?"
- Losing everyone.

"If you had one wish, what would it be?"
- An uninterrupted date with Arano. Seriously though? I wish Orpheus and Cerberus would lighten the fuck up.

"What do you like best about yourself?"
- My tigers!

"What do you like least about yourself?"
- Super-strength does not lend itself well to finesse.

"What do you like best about your best friend?"
- She's a total badass!

"What do you like least about your best friend?"
- She also lives in another dimension.

"What do you think other people think of you?
- I dunno. Not many people approach me, so uhh... yeah.

"Your teachers?"
- Masato's a dork, he never shuts up about how quickly I adapt to his training.

"Peers?"
- The Vice-Directors at Fukushima are awesome! They probably think I'm a bit of a tomboy, though.

"Best friends?"
- You know, I'm not really quite sure what Ilsa-chan thinks of me.

"Parents?"
- Worried, probably. They sent their daughter off across the country to pursue her dreams, after all.

"Siblings?"
- Himiko-neesan is probably too busy to really think of me often.

"Other family members?"
- Uhh, maybe Kaede-obaasan? I dunno, extended family never visited often.

"What’s your greatest source of frustration?"
- Jet-lag.

"What’s your greatest source of joy?"
- The people in my life!

"What are you especially proud of in your life?"
- I am a Major, a Major, of one of the most powerful military organizations on the planet.

"If you could change anything about your life what would it be?"
- *rubs arm nervously*

The Interview

"What's your name? Do you have a nickname?"
- You can call me Kiro, or Saito.

"Where and when were you born?"
- Absolutely no idea. Time is a strange thing in the Rukongai.

"Where have you lived?"
- District Forty-Ninth West, Shenrai, and of course the Second Division.

"Do you have any living family members?"
- Negative.

"What kind of schooling have you had?"
- Six years in the Shin'ou and a few years in the Second.

"In what situation is your self esteem most at risk?"
- Lucia knows how to push my buttons a little too well.

"What are you keeping a secret?"

"Is there anyone in your life that you are attracted to?"
- None that come to mind.

"What scares you about this person?"
- That I might meet them.

"What do you think he or she can do for you that no one else can?"

"What does this person know about you that no one else does?"
- I would surmise... everything.

"How do you decide of you can trust someone?"
- Trust is a strong word.

"How do you know you love someone?"
- I wouldn't know, I'm unfamiliar with the sensation.

"What parts of loving come easy to you ? Hard?"
- Loving, as in making love? Well, there is one hard part, but I don't think it's the kind of thing you're asking about.

"When you walk into a room what do you notice first? Second?"
- Oh, this and that.

"How would you change the world? The things around you? The people around you?"
- Perhaps I wouldn't have to document so much.

"How do you learn best?"
- Theory, time, and a lot of practice.

"What are your goals in life?"
- Who knows, life takes us on strange turns after all...

"What unusual hobbies or interests do you have?"
- I'm a retired cartographer... but the skill remains something of interest to me.

"What are you most afraid of?"
- Going hungry.

"If you had one wish, what would it be?"
- More specific questions.

"What do you like best about yourself?"
- My smile.

"What do you like least about yourself?"
- My hips.

"What do you like best about your best friend?"
- She doesn't pry.

"What do you like least about your best friend?"
- Then she does pry.

"What do you think other people think of you?
- What they think is based on what they know, which is... less than they'd hope, I imagine.

"Your teachers?"
- Proud but perhaps a little concerned.

"Peers?"
- Who knows what goes on in the mind of fellow Spies?

"Best friends?"
- If there ever is an exercise in futility, it is attempting to discern the thoughts of one Lucia Frey-Amaterasu.

"Parents?"
- Don't know them, don't remember them.

"Siblings?"
- None to speak of.

"Other family members?"
- See the last two questions.

"What’s your greatest source of frustration?"
- Ink spills.

"What’s your greatest source of joy?"
- Finishing a task.

"What are you especially proud of in your life?"
- I've written a lot.

"If you could change anything about your life what would it be?"
- Oh, nothing of consequence. My failure.

The Interview

"What's your name? Do you have a nickname?"
"Adelaide Pierce. I like it when people call me Addie. They almost never do."
"Ani! Ani is my nickname. Annika is my full name."
"I almost always go by Momo, but my name is Naitou Momoko."

"Where and when were you born?"
"England, 18 June 1812. London, I suspect."
"Seattle, Washington!" "Yankee." "In 1991!"
"I'm not sure. It's been about fifty years, I think."

"Where have you lived?"
"Since England, mostly Western Rukongai."
"EVERYWHEEEEEEEERE!"
"Do you have to shout? Eh, I've lived most of my afterlife in Mitakihara."

"Do you have any living family members?"
"Define living." "Like, are they around and stuff?" "You have the Amas." "Okay, yes. Adele, Tia and Zech."
"I don't!"
"Adelaide thinks I might, but I haven't met her."

"What kind of schooling have you had?"
"Tutoring, and the Spiritual Arts Academy." "Ohhh! You went to Shinigami Art School? Coolies!" "That's not what that is..."
"I didn't finish high school, I got stranded in a forest for a couple years." "Explains a lot." "Huh?"
"Anyway, I have educated myself."

"In what situation is your self esteem most at risk?"
"..." "Always?" "Basically."
"Self... esteem... at risk...? Nope!"
"When I feel outsmarted."

"What are you keeping a secret?"
"Why would I tell you that?"
"The next story arc of my manga! It's about shinigami!" "You aren't doing a good job keeping it secret..."
"I'm with Lady Pierce." "You're secretly keeping your contempt for everyone to yourself, aren't you?" "I don't hate everyone... usually."

"What are you lying to yourself about? To others?"
"That I'm worthy of being a Captain. That I don't wear my haori as some symbol."
"... I ... well, I do feel down sometimes. And lonely. But I do my best!"
"I actually love how gung-ho Shinobu is about things, even though I give her a hard time."

"Is there anyone in your life that you are attracted to?"
"Yeah. Sorry, this isn't a good question." "Everyone always already knows, Lady Pierce."
"My audience!"
"I'm in a long-term committed monogamous relationship. So I should think so."

"What scares you about this person?"
"My mistakes."
"They might not like my next chapter..."
"Shinobu is an idiot."

"What do you think he or she can do for you that no one else can?"
"Make my troubles seem miles away."
"Everyone can be part of my audience!"
"She loves me, she's always loved me. That's enough."

"What does this person know about you that no one else does?"
"Why the Spirits are as angry with me as they are." "Everyone knows already, Lady Pierce." "I don't..." "You're better off."
"Okay... um, well, these questions don't really apply to me!"
"Shinobu... well, she knows everything I won't tell you, because she always knows the right questions to ask."

"How do you decide of you can trust someone?"
"If they have a system of morality like my own."
"I trust most people."
"You can only trust the people you love." "I love my audience..." "Doesn't count." "I trust Mr. Fuku." "Fukushin?" "It's best we move on."

"How do you know you love someone?"
"Maybe you can't be sure until it's challenged? Maybe until then, you just love what they represent."
"I think you know you're in love if someone makes you feel things no one else does."
"When someone is entitled to every part of you, especially your weaknesses and fears."

"What parts of loving come easy to you? Hard?"
"Passion is the easiest, faith is the hardest. Believing they'll still be there tomorrow..."
"Um, I think Miss Redhead Dead Lady's right. Passion is the easiest! Because that's, like, what love is about, right? But I think forgiveness would be hardest." "..."
"The easiest for me is forgiveness, actually. The hardest is when our personalities conflict."

"When you walk into a room what do you notice first? Second?"
"First, the women. Second, any potential threat. Unless that threat is a woman I already noticed."
"Umm... the people are first, I think. People are interesting. And then the art."
"For me, I think the first thing I notice in a room is the way it presents itself, actually. The character of a space. Then I notice people I recognize."

"How would you change the world? The things around you? The people around you?"
"I want to change all those things by keeping them from harm. I want to fight against their destined end."
"I want to bring art to the world! Paint the things around me and use them to make the people around me smile!"
"Hmm. I don't really want to change the world, but I like to think I change the people around me by helping them achieve their dreams."

"How do you learn best?"
"Protracted study."
"By doin' it!" "... rephrase that." "By going out and experiencing stuff!"
"I learn best audibly, I think."

"What are your goals in life?"
"I'm still figuring that out."
"To create a manga that brings happiness to millions!"
"I want to do that too, actually. Without the manga. Or really the millions. Just... bringing happiness."

"What unusual hobbies or interests do you have?"
"I really love working in my tea shop on my days off."
"I love my manga!" "I suppose I love reading Ani's manga too." "Really?" "Really."
"I collect the figures the Shinigami Women's Association release..."

"What are you most afraid of?"
"Failure."
"Monsters."
"Reincarnation."

"If you had one wish, what would it be?"
"That people didn't need to suffer. I'm cool with dying and the balance of souls and everything I promise to uphold... but why such needless pain along the way?"
"I wish for everyone to find the thing that makes them feel fulfilled."
"Yeah, finding purpose... but I think I'd wish instead for an end to the problem of Hollows, and end to that war."

"What do you like best about yourself?"
"I'm a master of kidou."
"My artistic abilities. And my fox ears."
"I'm proudest of my selflessness. As conceited and contradictory as that sounds."

"What do you like least about yourself?"
"Pretty much everything else."
"No one seems to notice me."
"I wish I understood myself better."

"What do you like best about your best friend?"
"Yuurei... she's... well, she's loyal. Very loyal."
"I guess my best friend is Mr. Fuku, he was always kind."
"Shinobu is my best friend, and I like that she is so... trustworthy."

"What do you like least about your best friend?"
"She needs to confront her pain."
"He hasn't talked to me in a long time."
"Shinobu is an idiot."

"What do you think other people think of you?"
"I don't deserve Captaincy. I'm foolish, impulsive, and incapable."
"People call me odd."
"I'm not sure people spend that much time thinking about me, but I like to think they think I'm efficient."

"Your teachers?"
"Probably to just get to the potential they saw in me, already."
"He wanted me to fight... he probably thinks I'm naive." "How could anyone think that?" "I know, right?" "Goodness..."
"I think quite highly of myself."

"Peers?"
"That I don't deserve to be counted among their peers. Who is it that said 'I wouldn't belong to any club that would stoop so low as to have me as a member'?" "You did, just now!" "Honestly..."
"They can't stand the idea of an American mangaka."
"I like to think they think highly of me."

"Best friends?"
"That I need to get over whatever 'it' is, exactly."
"I guess he's mad at me or something. He won't answer my emails."
"That.. I have nice eyes." "'Eyes'? That's what you're going with?" "Shut up, Mi'lady."

"Parents?"
"I died so young, I imagine Father was disappointed I didn't marry off to some prince. I figure Lord Thomas Pierce had plans for me." "Did you just make that name up." "Possibly."
"They're glad I'm alive... they wanted to commit me, though. I think that's pride, right?"
"I'm not entirely sure."

"Siblings?"
"They seem impressed with me. I'm not sure they think of me as a sister, yet, though."
"Scroll up! Only child!"
"Yeah..."

"Other family members?"
"I'll tell you as I add them."
"Like who? My paintings are kind of family, but most of 'em don't think so much as sit there."
"Don't know. Wish I knew. Wish I knew if they were out there at all."

"What’s your greatest source of frustration?"
"The Gotei."
"My manga."
"Shinobu."

"What’s your greatest source of joy?"
"The Tenth Division."
"My manga."
"Shinobu. Hey, that was cool." "Wasn't it?" "I know, right!?"

"What are you especially proud of in your life?"
"The Tenth Division!"
"My manga!"
"... actually, it's how happy rebuilding the tea shop made Seriho." "Aww!" "C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER!" "Huh?"

"If you could change anything about your life what would it be?"
"I'd trust myself more."
"I'd be famous!"
"I'd know where I came from."

The Interview

"What's your name? Do you have a nickname?"

"Where and when were you born?"

Fuck if I know. Who even knows that? Like, what do you take me for?!

"Where have you lived?"

I've lived way down in the lower rings of the Soul Society, and up here at the top, and that's pretty much it.

You must be shittin' me. I don't even fucking know, okay?!

"What do you like least about yourself?"

Everything else.

"What do you like best about your best friend?"

She actually likes me.

"What do you like least about your best friend?"

Hair: ...Are you kidding?

The Interview

"What's your name? Do you have a nickname?"
- I was only ever given one nickname, but that moreso out of circumstance than an actual purpose. I call myself an Inquisitive though.

"Where and when were you born?"
- Define born.

"Where have you lived?"
- Good question. I spent several decades wandering Rukongai out of sheer boredom, and I can't remember. Probably because I was bored wherever I went.

"Do you have any living family members?"
- Family? What a quaint concept!

"What kind of schooling have you had?"
- Six years at the Academy and a little under a year as a Mystic.

"In what situation is your self esteem most at risk?"
- Whenever Yuurei is within a five meter radius.

"What are you keeping a secret?"
- I'm an open book. All you have to do is ask the right question. Do you have any secrets you'd like to put on the table?

"What are you lying to yourself about? To others?"
- I hate liars. I really hate liars. Obscuring knowledge by perverting communication is one of the worst crimes you can ever commit. If I was anything but honest, I'd hate myself.

"Is there anyone in your life that you are attracted to?"
- Physical attraction never helps a true Inquisitive. At all. Ever. Have I mentioned how unhelpful it is?

"What scares you about this person?"
- The decay in logic they would cause.

"What do you think he or she can do for you that no one else can?"
- Abandon logic.

"What does this person know about you that no one else does?"
- Not a damn thing.

"How do you decide if you can trust someone?"
- If I can communicate with them openly and without hesitation.

"How do you know you love someone?"
- That's a question that I don't think anyone, much less myself, will ever be able to answer.

"What parts of loving come easy to you? Hard?"
- There are parts to love? Explain them to me! Now!
...
The hell do you mean, 'I don't know?' Your question is misleading. Try changing it next time.

"When you walk into a room what do you notice first? Second?"
- I notice those who are open to communication and those who aren't. Then I watch my surroundings. A second of observation can save your life.

"How would you change the world? The things around you? The people around you?"
- I would give everyone the ability to put aside petty emotional shit and focus on the completion of the task at hand. So many people are too busy caught up in 'feelings'.

"How do you learn best?"
- Theory first, then execution.

"What are your goals in life?"
- I would love to learn about the origins of Soul Society, the creation of the Gotei, why the world works the way it does... basically, I want to understand as much about the world around me as possible. Starting with the little things, like "Why am I not strong enough?"

"What unusual hobbies or interests do you have?"
- I love music! Always have, always will! Thanks to a visit to Earth a few years ago, I have music from all kinds of time periods. I used to do poetry in my spare time, but I'm afraid I've grown too busy for it nowadays.

"What are you most afraid of?"
- Waking up one day to find all of my knowledge gone. Knowledge is power, and without it you have nothing to say.

"If you had one wish, what would it be?"
- To always be able to ask a question and receive a true answer.

"What do you like best about yourself?"
- I love the fact that I'm always honest with people.

"What do you like least about yourself?"
- How weak I feel in comparison to everyone in my division. Yuurei's good at kidou and even better at subtlety, Adele's growing faster than any shinigami I've ever seen, Adelaide is... well, she's Captain for a reason. And this tournament is forcing me to ask a tough question: how can I get stronger?

"What do you like best about your best friend?"
- That requires having a friend, doesn't it?

"What do you like least about your best friend?"
- Good question. I'd tell you if I had one.

"What do you think other people think of you?
- Another good question. Trying to deduce how people think is a hobby of mine that I practice regularly. For the most part, they probably think I'm a nosy, boisterous bastard.

"Your teachers?"
- Um. I think Haresuno doesn't hate me, which is helpful because we think alike. Adelaide also doesn't hate me. She seems to be ok with my presence; moreso than most. I haven't seen Lilith in awhile, but she's probably the person who was kindest to me in terms of training.

"Peers?"
- I never did get to talk to Morrison before he switched. I'm not sure if I should consider Adele a peer or a student, so I can't really say. Yuurei probably thinks I pry too much, and for good reason. Sadly, I can't always help who I am.

"Best friends?"
- Are you just trying to rub it in?

"Parents?"
- I like to imagine that they liked me when I was living.

"Siblings?"
- You mean those things I don't have?

"Other family members?"
- Ok, I get it. I don't have close people. What do you want from me? Because I can totally make up family members if that'll get you to stop asking this line of questioning.

"What’s your greatest source of frustration?"
- Liars, as I may have mentioned before. Because of that, I don't like most nobility. They are shady, ambiguous, unhelpful, deceitful, greedy, and they serve as outright obstacles to finding the truth. Doing research on Issei proved that. The only exception to this issue which I've seen is that of House Pierce, and that's only because I've communicated with their matriarch personally.

"What’s your greatest source of joy?"
- Learning something new! There is a certain satisfaction to mastering a new skill or finding out something you didn't know before that just can't be beat.

"What are you especially proud of in your life?"
- Convincing my sword spirit to not hate me. We've started off rocky, but we're actually talking now!

"If you could change anything about your life what would it be?"
- I'd change the lack of awareness that most people have. Life would be so much easier if people just paid attention to both their environments and themselves. Maybe then we could actually understand situations better and approach them differently.

Name: Mabara Tsubaki
Sex: Female
Age: 494
Eyes: Hazel
Hair: Black

The Interview

"What's your name? Do you have a nickname?"
...it's on the piece of paper. And if I did have a nickname, do you think I'd share it with someone who doesn't even know my birth name?

"Where and when were you born?"
Rukongai, about four hundred and ninety-four years ago. Seriously, I'm starting to think filling that thing out was a waste of time.

"Where have you lived?"
Rukongai, the Gotei, had a lovely stay on Earth for a few centuries when no one bothered to tell me my Captain was dead.

"Do you have any living family members?"
A brother? Maybe? I don't really know what went down in my absence. I hope he's alive, don't get me wrong. I just, don't really know...

"What kind of schooling have you had?"
Oh gosh, all the bits and baubles of being a lady...despite what Cuntain Adelaide Pierce would imply. Etiquette, speech and languages, art, archery, horsemanship, swordsmanship, the list goes on and on.

"In what situation is your self esteem most at risk?"
A firing range.

"What are you keeping a secret?"
After that business with the Forty-Six? Nothing. Honest to god, nothing. The scary truth of things is I'm probably the most honest woman in the Gotei.

"What are you lying to yourself about? To others?"
The validity of this interview.

"Is there anyone in your life that you are attracted to?"
Noooope.

"What scares you about this person?"
That they don't exist?

"What do you think he or she can do for you that no one else can?"
And we're moving on...

"What does this person know about you that no one else does?"
...or not, apparently.

"How do you decide of you can trust someone?"
Since I came back the criteria have become infinitely more scrutinizing and borderline unfathomable, even to me.

"How do you know you love someone?"
...you make them a mix tape? How the hell should I know?

"What parts of loving come easy to you ? Hard?"
Sacrifice, for both answers.

"When you walk into a room what do you notice first? Second?"
One, that I'm in a room. Two, holy shit why did I come in here?

"How would you change the world? The things around you? The people around you?"
I'm not out to change the world. I'm out to wreck shit and blow things up. Same with people, I guess.

"How do you learn best?"
Trial and error.

"What are your goals in life?"
Make less error.

"What unusual hobbies or interests do you have?"
I took care of a small...shit, what do you call a group of turtles? A gaggle? Who knows. Anyway, I took care of the fish and amphibians or reptiles or whatever that lived in the Gardens of Arimanthium. Of course, that was before some entitled pap smear decided to up and make off with something that didn't belong to her.

But alas, I ramble.

"What are you most afraid of?"
I don't care much for bees, but I'd hardly call it a fear.

"If you had one wish, what would it be?"
To not have a wish. Seriously, shit like that is the easy way out.

"What do you like best about yourself?"
My ability to kick ass every second of every day.

"What do you like least about yourself?"
My modesty.

"What do you like best about your best friend?"
That the position is open for applicants.

"What do you like least about your best friend?"
...same answer.

"What do you think other people think of you?
...do I care?

"Your teachers?"
None living.

"Peers?"
None period.

"Best friends?"
...is this gonna wrap up soon?

"Parents?"
Hoooooooooly fuck you don't pay attention.

"Siblings?"
At all.

"Other family members?"
AT. ALL.

"What’s your greatest source of frustration?"
Bureaucracy.

"What’s your greatest source of joy?"
Scaring the shit out of said bureaucracy.

"What are you especially proud of in your life?"
Still having it.

"If you could change anything about your life what would it be?"
I probably would have started looking out for myself a lot, lot sooner. No way of saying if that could have changed the current situation of my life, but who knows.

Name: Alexia Felone Da Firenze
Sex: Female
Age: 58
Eyes: Grey-Blue
Hair: Green

The Interview

"What's your name? Do you have a nickname?"
Alexia Felone Da Firenze. Friend of mine calls me Lexi.

"Where and when were you born?"
Florence, Italy. And didn't anyone tell you not to ask a lady her age? Even hiding it behind 'when' counts.

"Where have you lived?"
Just in my hometown. And of course Rukongai District Nine, and the Seireitei.

"Do you have any living family members?"
My mother and father are still alive.

"What kind of schooling have you had?"
I was home-schooled by my mother, she's a teacher at a university.

"In what situation is your self esteem most at risk?"
When the comrades around me are being butchered and I couldn't do anything to stop it.

"What are you keeping a secret?"
Assuming this is staying confidential, there's another me walking around Earth. I'll leave it to you to interpret that.

"What are you lying to yourself about? To others?"
I don't lie. I've always been up front about who I am to everyone. What they make of it is their choice.

"Is there anyone in your life that you are attracted to?"
It's more the other way around, if you catch my drift. None of the men really interest me though, and I'm certainly not turning to the land of super-lezzies.

"How do you decide of you can trust someone?"
When they're willing to give you a chance to prove yourself. To let down their guard and accept you for who you are.

"How do you know you love someone?"
When they would face death for you. I haven't seen it.

"What parts of loving come easy to you ? Hard?"
The last person that loved me killed me. Loving is not something I'm looking for.

"When you walk into a room what do you notice first? Second?"
Whoever's acting like an idiot, then the person who looks like the most...distinguised. A proper person.

"How would you change the world? The things around you? The people around you?"
They will probably never see the light of day, but I'd bring the vizards back to the Soul Society. Contain them, then help them. Far better than just leaving them to their fates on Earth. As for people around me...there's a wedding that hasn't happened yet. I'd like to get that off the ground already.

"How do you learn best?"
By doing it. How else?

"What are your goals in life?"
That haori, whatever division it ends up being. Then the world. Just kidding...I kid.

"What unusual hobbies or interests do you have?"
Not really unusual, I'm generally training or writing. Or doing something different with Adelaide...that would probably fill the unusual quota.

"What are you most afraid of?"
Dying.

"If you had one wish, what would it be?"
That all the shinigami would stop bickering amongst themselves and just work together.

"What do you like best about yourself?"
*Looks down for a brief moment*. My smarts.

"What do you like least about yourself?"
Least? I couldn't tell you that. Namely because I don't think it exists.

"What do you like best about your best friend?"
Adelaide wears her heart on her sleeve, and its something I wish I could do easier myself. I'm not nearly as trusting.

"What do you like least about your best friend?"
Again, I don't think that exists.

"What do you think other people think of you?
Well let me think on this. Generally people think I'm cocky, overambitious, a one-track goal lady...but they really don't understand. All the people that speak this way are the ones who don't know me. So it's nothing I pay attention to.

"Your teachers?"
Confident, beautiful, daring. In the good way.

"Peers?"
See above answer.

"Best friends?"
See above answer.

"Parents?"
See above answer.

"Siblings?"
Don't have any.

"Other family members?"
No.

"What’s your greatest source of frustration?"
Getting other people to accept me. They're so used to this closed circle of people they've known forever, talking to someone new seems impossible to them. They refuse to open up, and act like humans for a change.

"What’s your greatest source of joy?"
Making new friends. It is a pleasure in doing so, because it opens up more in your life. It makes it all the more sweeter.

"What are you especially proud of in your life?"
The amount of accomplishments I've done in a short amount of time. And I can only better as time goes on.

"If you could change anything about your life what would it be?"
The hotel.

Inori Shahei

Name: Inori Shahei
Sex: M
Age: 111
Eyes: Gold
Hair: Blue. Yes, natural. Yes, the carpet matches.

The Interview

"What's your name? Do you have a nickname?"

Sayis: My name is Sayis, and I hail from the Inuzuri district in Southern Rukongai. I've picked up many names over the years: obviously, I'm the Soutaichou; I was granted the title of Dai Kidouchuu by Isshisouden; Taichou of the Arcane Specialists--"

Kyu: Those aren't really nicknames, Sai-kun.

Sayis: ...this little twerp next to me likes to call me 'Sai-kun.'

Kyu: The little 'twerp' is your Seventh Seat, the one and only Kyuto Tounyuu! 'Kyu' is fine. You can also call me 'awesome.'

Shahei: 'Kyuto,' huh? Cute. Ehh, you can just call me Shahei. Don't try to wrap your little heads around the fact that one of my fellows has a given name same as my family name. Although, Soutai, some of your guys have taken to calling me 'The Wall' after I helped you out in your little test.

"Where and when were you born?"

Sayis: Inuzuri, Seventy-eight South Rukongai. Roughly two-hundred eighty-one years ago.

Kyu: Seventh, West. One hundred sixty-nine years ago.

Shahei: Hundred eleven years ago, right in Seireitei.

"Where have you lived?"

Sayis: I traveled throughout the districts in Southern Rukongai but always returned to Inuzuri. Besides that I've only lived in Seireitei.

Kyu: Just Seireitei and Seventh.

Shahei: Mmm, well... It's a bit of a long story. Let's just say I traveled around.

"Do you have any living family members?"

Sayis: None.

Kyu: A stuffy grandpa-- ow!

Sayis: ... if anything you're like an annoying little sister.

Shahei: Parents, grandparents, two sisters, my wife, three boys, and a girl on the way.

"What kind of schooling have you had?"

Sayis: I read extensively throughout my life, but prior to the Spirit Arts Academy, I never had formal schooling.

Kyu: Uh, same.

Shahei: I got kicked out of a few different preppy schools before I finally ended up in a military school that could handle me... for a while.

"In what situation is your self esteem most at risk?"

Sayis: When my choices lead to pain for others.

Kyu: *putting one hand against her abdomen* Pass, please.

Shahei: Never, really.

"What are you keeping a secret?"

Sayis: Certain long forgotten knowledge, for one, as well as my ultimate plans for my Seventh Seat.

Kyu: ... the fact that I know his plans!

Shahei: Hm. Boss-man would be ticked if I answered this one.

"What are you lying to yourself about? To others?"

Sayis: I honestly don't know. There are times when I worry that I lied to everyone when I said that this would not be an 'Age of Sayis.' I am always torn between doing what I know is right and standing back to let others shape their futures. So, am I lying to myself by thinking they need me? Or am I lying to myself by thinking it's right to do nothing at times, to let them grow?

Kyu: What..? What are you even..? Nevermind. Um... I am... I can't actually think of anything.

Shahei: For years I've been telling myself that I'd start a new fashion statement but so far, no one seems interested in sky-blue hair and I guess I need to accept that.

"Is there anyone in your life that you are attracted to?"

Kyu: Mi-kun! Little redhead with the cutest 'huhwha?' look and bright green eyes and this really sharp sense of humor. I mean like sword-sharp. It'll cut you.

Sayis: There might be, but unfortunately fate conspires against anything happening.

Kyu: ... ohh. Who is it! It's Lilith, isn't it!

Sayis: Kyuto!

Kyu: Psh, it can't be me. Oh, oh, oh! It's Ilsa-chan! She's super cute and you two do the whole sword-mage thing, and... oh, maybe it's Picca? She's got brains and a funny accent.

Sayis: Kyuto...

Kyu: I know everyone thinks it's Sue-tai, but I don't think even you are that crazy.

Sayis: ...

Shahei: ... my wife, Himiko.

"What scares you about this person?"

Sayis: What she would lose by being with me.

Kyu: Losing him. He's... kind of squishy. But we're working on it!

Shahei: She knows all my weakpoints and is deadly with a frying pan.

"What do you think he or she can do for you that no one else can?"

Sayis: Remind me of a simpler time when I dove into my studies sheerly for the exhilaration of learning new things.

Kyu: Uh, well... this. This is because of him. *pointing at her braid*

Shahei: Scratch that special itch. No, not that one. Well, that one, too.

"What does this person know about you that no one else does?"

Sayis: That'd be a question for her to answer, I think.

Kyu: ... how weak I really can be.

Shahei: That's... not a bad answer, kid.

"How do you decide of you can trust someone?"

Sayis: There is no conscious answer, but I will say that... the only people I have ever truly given my trust, completely, failed to honor that trust. It makes it that much harder to do so again.

Kyu: I trust most people until they give me a reason not to. Except the Onkies. No offense, dude.

Shahei: Eh, it comes with the job. So does 'not trusting anyone,' actually.

"How do you know you love someone?"

Sayis: You just do.

Kyu: You just do.

Shahei: You just do.

"What parts of loving come easy to you ? Hard?"

Sayis: Trust is hardest, but selfless giving comes easily.

Kyu: Giving Mi-kun a hundred percent of my support! Um, the, uh... squishy parts seem hardest.

Shahei: Don't know until you try. The horizontal bits are probably the easiest! The hard part is being so many different people: a soldier, a leader, a son, a lover, a provider, a father. Love is more than a feeling, more than affection for one person.

"When you walk into a room what do you notice first? Second?"

Sayis: People, their expressions, where their eyes are focused.

Kyu: Space, body-language, stuff like that. If a fight is gonna break out, I'm gonna know exactly who is twitching for the fight and what walls I can flip off of.

Shahei: How tall people are. Not often I can find one to match me and when I do, that's a guy I have to meet.

"How would you change the world? The things around you? The people around you?"

Sayis: I would like Soul Society to provide the peace and prosperity that the living hope for.

Kyu: I want Mi-kun to get strong and believe in himself and become an awesome cappy. I want to protect all of my friends, everywhere. If I can do that stuff, the world will be a better place.

Shahei: Make people less uptight, especially the boss-man.

"How do you learn best?"

Sayis: Study, no question about it. Although, at times, I can work through my thoughts by expressing them in prose form.

Kyu: Fancy way of saying you write short stories. Um, practice. Over and over, hours and hours, practice, practice, practice. It's why I suck at kidou: it's so booooring. Who can do that stuff for hours at a time? Seriously.

Shahei: I'm with the kid on this. There's no substitute for hard-work to beat a lesson into your body.

"What are your goals in life?"

Sayis: I want to lead the world to a new Golden Age of peace.

Kyu: Hm. For myself? I have to think a minute.

Shahei: My one goal now is to be the man my kids want to grow up to be... and then live long enough to see them outshine me.

Kyu: Kenpachi! It's settled, I'm going for it!

"What unusual hobbies or interests do you have?"

Sayis: As Kyuto loves to tell everyone, I am a writer when time allows.

Kyu: Ehe, well, I... mightkindoflikeflowers.

Shahei: Smithing, bitches. Not professional, mind you, I'm no Amaterasu. Still, there's nothing quite like lifting iron and hammering steel.

"What are you most afraid of?"

Sayis: I can't get a solid read on Matsurine, and that worries me.

Kyu: I don't want to lose any more friends.

Shahei: No one can, don't stress it. Me? Man, I don't have time to be afraid.

"If you had one wish, what would it be?"

Sayis: That I wasn't needed in a military capacity.

Kyu: I wish Mi-kun would be a little more... aggressive.

Shahei: A million kan would be nice.

"What do you like best about yourself?"

Sayis: I have been able to draw out the potential in others and guide them toward achieving their goals.

Kyu: These wicked awesome sword skills! Also, I think I have a cute butt, 'cause sometimes I catch Mi-kun looking.

Shahei: Well, it's not bad. Best about myself? I'm fuckin' Shahei. What's not to like?

"What do you like least about yourself?"

Sayis: Hm. This grey hair. I am not old enough for this.

Kyu: ...

Shahei: Eh, don't worry, you're still growing. I think. Also, don't make me repeat myself.

"What do you like best about your best friend?"

Sayis: She has a cute butt, apparently.

Kyu: ..!

Sayis: ... and a strong left hook. ... but really, it's her loyalty. The sort of loyalty that cannot be measured and can always be counted on.

Kyu: ... he's okay with words.

Shahei: She's a damn good cook. Not to be confused with my wife. Don't tell her I said that, though.

"What do you like least about your best friend?"

Sayis: Her impetuousness, hyperactivity, and lower that fist or I'll have you scrubbing the Eleventh's toilets!

Kyu: He's stuffy, humorless, and smells like mothballs!

Shahei: Her singing voice.

"What do you think other people think of you?

Sayis: Varies by the person, I'd guess. Most, I think, hold me in awe to some degree.

Kyu: I'm frickin' great with a sword.

Shahei: ... I am Shahei.

"Your teachers?"

Sayis: My teachers never thought I'd get the hang of kidou. Now they probably brag to their classes that they taught me everything I know.

Kyu: They probably wonder why I'm not a captain, yet!

Shahei: They probably wonder why I'm not in jail.

"Peers?"

Sayis: 'Peers.' Let's not talk about the Forty-Six. Isshisouden and I have a mutual understanding and a professional relationship. I don't know where I stand with Iha. Matsurine, though... it's as if his existence is now devoted to undermining me at every turn.

Shahei: You're over-analyzing.

Kyu: Who are my peers? The other Firsties? Officers? Mmm. I guess they think I'm awesome but can't figure out why I'm in the First!

Shahei: Hehe. They think I'm a cocky prick with a loud mouth and a hard fist.

"Best friends?"

Sayis: I'm not sure.

Kyu: They think I'm dependable. I try to be.

Shahei: I throw great parties.

"Parents?"

Sayis: I'd like to think I make them proud, whoever and wherever they may be.

Kyu: Ehe... my parents from my past life would probably be sad that I'm a soldier.

Shahei: They're still pretty damn surprised I'm a Gundanchou and not, well, dead in a ditch.

"Siblings?"

Sayis: None, sorry.

Kyu: ... Kae-chan probably feels like I deserted her...

Shahei: My sisters and I get along, but well, there's only so many times you can punch in a boyfriends' teeth before it starts to get old.

"Other family members?"

Sayis: None, again.

Kyu: None here, this time.

Shahei: Proud, mostly.

"What’s your greatest source of frustration?"

Sayis: Matsurine...

Kyu: Mi-kun...

Shahei: Flat booze.

"What’s your greatest source of joy?"

Sayis: My students.

Kyu: Mi-kun!

Shahei: My kids.

"What are you especially proud of in your life?"

Sayis: Even if it came at a cost, negotiating a peace, of sorts, with the Central Forty-Six will stand forever, to me, as a sign that it was not a mistake to pick up this haori.

Kyu: Bankai!

Shahei: 'Kids' would be a cop-out. To be dead honest, want to know what I'm proud of? I'm the only fucker that went head-to-head with the boss-man and stayed conscious.

"If you could change anything about your life what would it be?"

Sayis: This is who I am now... but I would have loved to have Faust here for guidance.

Kyu: I'd like to be taller.

Shahei: Heh. Who needs changes? I'm Shahei.

"What's your name? Do you have a nickname?"

Lucia: Name’s Lucia Amaterasu-Frey. Usually go by ‘Lucia’ or ‘TEHKONAMICODE’
Caleb: Caleb Fletcher. Though they sometimes they call me ‘Jesus’ or oddly enough ‘Oh God!’
Lucia: ...
Ciro: Do you truly not know? Ciro Septimus Martelli, currently Overseer of The Sixth Circle, though I have high expectations for promotion.

"Where and when were you born?"

Lucia: First District of Western Seireitei!
Caleb: What the hell is a Seireitei?
Lucia: It’s a another plane of existence where the spirits of the dead.
Caleb: What?
Ciro: It’s like... Cleveland. Personally, I’m from New York.
Caleb: Finally, a guy who speaks my language.

"Where have you lived?"
Caleb: Paris, Milan, Chicago, New York. Actually take a globe, choose a point. I’ve probably lived there.
Ciro: New York, London, Tokyo, A Maze, The Fourth Circle, the Seventh Circle, and now the Sixth!
Lucia: Pretty much the First District and the Fourth Barracks.

"Do you have any living family members?"
Caleb: Ehhhh, yes? No? What’s the correct answer?
Lucia: Got my mom, my ENTIRE EXTENDED FAMILY, and I guess NANA’S ENTIRE EXTENDED FAMILY.
Ciro: Have... had... a sister. But I like to think that all the damned souls I oversee are part of my family.

"What kind of schooling have you had?"
Caleb: I got an undergrad degree in a university. I did get training in [REDACTED].
Lucia: Shinigami training, Med school... Oh, an The Magic School Bus Rainforest Game.
Ciro: The wondrous powers of modern chemicals allowed me to complete a variety of coursework.

"In what situation is your self esteem most at risk?"
Lucia: When people get all serious on me.
Caleb: Wouldn’t know, haven’t found that situation yet.
Ciro: My ego is actually the Tenth Circle of Hell.

"What are you keeping a secret?"
Lucia: Isn’t this... a loaded question?
Caleb: You wouldn’t even be able to handle it all.
Ciro: I... actually liked the Orpheus Sougi Tower more...

"What are you lying to yourself about? To others?"
Ciro: Surprisingly, I don’t get many visitors!
Lucia: About what I’m capable of...
Caleb: ...

"Is there anyone in your life that you are attracted to?"
Ciro: Trick question, I am not alive.
Lucia: Ryan. Gosling.
Caleb: Not sure about this life yet...

"What scares you about this person?"
Ciro: About who?
Lucia: Abs. of. Steel.
Caleb: That they’ll fall in love.
Lucia: I choose the previous answer.

"What do you think he or she can do for you that no one else can?"
Ciro: Visit.
Lucia: ... make feminist pick up lines...
Caleb: Make me stay.

"What does this person know about you that no one else does?"
Ciro: ???
Lucia: Haven’t met.
Caleb: At that point, everything.

"How do you decide if you can trust someone?"
Lucia: I need to get along with them really well. I can trust them if we’re capable of just hanging out with no overhanging motives behind it.
Caleb: Wouldn’t know.
Ciro: Oh, finally a question I can answer. See, I have a very rigorous screening process. First off, I choose them at the beginning. Afterwords, I expect them to try to kill me. If they don’t then I try to kill them. If we both are still alive, we repeat the process for quite a while and only then do I know I can trust them.

"How do you know you love someone?"
Lucia: If you want to stay by them no matter what.
Caleb: If you stay by them no matter what.
Ciro: A series of chemical reactions.
Lucia & Caleb: ...
Ciro: Practicality!

"What parts of loving come easy to you ? Hard?"
Lucia: I can keep every day with them interesting. Though... if it makes sense...
Caleb: The assassination at the end is pretty easy.
Ciro: Ohohoho. I appreciate you.

"When you walk into a room what do you notice first? Second?"
Lucia: The people first. Then comes the food.
Ciro: Incorrect, people notice me.
Caleb: Usually the exits. Then any sudden movements.

"How would you change the world? The things around you? The people around you?"
Ciro: I do not know to be honest. I feel like I’ve done all three rather well.
Lucia: People need to relax and just calm down for a while. No need to make a short life shorter.
Caleb: I tend to change for the world.

"How do you learn best?"
Ciro: Memory altering chemicals.
Caleb: Memory altering devices.
Lucia: Stack Overflow.

"What are your goals in life?"
Ciro: Currently, in death that is, it’s making Senior Assistant to Lucifer.
Lucia: Making the Fourth Division the coolest division ever.
Caleb: Let me check the mission primer.

"What unusual hobbies or interests do you have?"
Ciro: Oh many. Puppetry. Fortune Telling. Knitting.
Lucia: Surprisingly, the other shinigami don’t play many video games.
Caleb: Shooting far away objects with a sniper rifle.
Lucia: That’s not a hobby.
Caleb: Are you sure?
Ciro: Try the Scar-S.

"What are you most afraid of?"
Ciro: Myself.
Lucia: Myself.
Caleb: Myself.
Lucia: Double Jinx!

"If you had one wish, what would it be?"
Ciro: Hmm, perhaps to try again.
Lucia: More wishes!
Caleb: That’s cheating.
Ciro: No, in fact it is perfectly valid.
Caleb: Whatever. How about a new interview room.

"What do you like best about yourself?"
Lucia: My money. Err... Captaincy... err... hmm...
Ciro: I always assumed Captains were more... generous.
Lucia: Give me a second...
Caleb: Personally, I don’t look that bad.
Lucia: Got it. My synergy!

"What do you like least about yourself?"
Ciro: I do not understand your question.
Lucia: I scare easily.
Caleb: That’s a whole other interview.

"What do you like best about your best friend?"
Lucia: He’s pretty good with plants. And packs a hell of a punch.
Caleb: Not applicable.
Ciro: He’s capable of putting up with my rambling.

"What do you like least about your best friend?"
Ciro: He’s alive.
Caleb: See above.
Lucia: Keeps moving his office.

"What do you think other people think of you?
Lucia: I mainly get ‘How the hell did she become a captain’ or ‘Why is her haori beeping?’
Caleb: If I’m doing my job right, not much. Or alternatively, what I want them to.
Ciro: I think I’ve left quite an array of reactions. I do get fear often though.

"Your teachers?"
Ciro: Self-taught.
Lucia: See aforementioned “How the hell did she become a captain”
Caleb: Pretty impressed with my shot.

"Peers?"
Ciro: It’s hard to query the thoughts of gods.
Lucia: God right here.
Ciro: My point stands.
Lucia: ...

"Best friends?"
Ciro: I think he rather hates me now. A shame. I did leave too early after all.
Lucia: He still has trouble figuring me out. I like to think it’s my womanly charms.
Caleb: Insanity is a better word.

"Parents?"
Ciro: Fortunately, they did not go to hell. I do not honestly know.
Lucia: I think she’s proud of me. Not sure about my dad.
Caleb: I think they’re happy I got out.

"Siblings?"
Ciro: She’s probably cursing my name under her breath.
Lucia: Nana’s probably worrying. She worries too much.
Caleb: Not sure, we stopped talking a few years ago.

"Other family members?"
Ciro: My family has quite an unfortunate fortune.
Lucia: The Amaterasus are super nice. They keep complimenting me.
Caleb: Don’t really talk to them much.

"What’s your greatest source of frustration?"
Ciro: Not being alive anymore. I had plans after all.
Lucia: The responsibility.
Caleb: The job.

"What’s your greatest source of joy?"
Ciro: I left quite a legacy if I do say so myself.
Lucia: My friends and family.
Caleb: Living someone else’s life for a moment.

"What are you especially proud of in your life?"
Ciro: The Corporation owes quite a bit to me.
Caleb: Orpheus disagrees.
Ciro: And I disagree with Fujikawa wearing a dress. I say it’s even.
Lucia: Who’s Fujikawa?

"If you could change anything about your life what would it be?"
Ciro: If I had made a few more contingency plans or had I noticed it earlier, I might still be alive.
Lucia: I’d take back the years I just ran away.
Caleb: I’ll be getting a new one eventually.

The Interview
"What's your name? Do you have a nickname?"

Ayumu: I'm Ayumu Uchiharu! First son of Captain Haresuno Uchiharu, Lord of House Uchiharu!
Hayato: We tend to just call him 'Ayumu' or 'pup'. It's a mouthful to say his full name if it's like that.
Hana: H...Hana Uchiharu.... J...Just Hana.
Hayato: Okay, well, while 'Just Hana' overthere gets her voice back... Yo. Hayato Kibiyari, assassin extrodinaire. Nicknames are a dimeadozen with me.

"Where and when were you born?"

Ayumu: Dad found me out running around with some bad men two years ago in Southern Rukongai. I don't really know anything before that.
Hayato: Some odd number of years ago. I just throw out a vague number that sounds right most of the time. And far north.
Hana: S-something around F-Fifty Rukongai S-Sixty years ago.
"Where have you lived?"

Ayumu: First with those bad men, but then dad came in and was all pow-wizz-bop and took mommy and me to see my auntie and uncleandafterthatIwasinSeireiteiandnow I live with my mom and dad and sissy.
Hayato: Kid said a mouthful. Up north for me and then Seireitei.
Hana: I- I...in Fifty Rukongai. I moved and ran into.. dad.
"Do you have any living family members?"

Ayumu: I've got mom, and dad, and sissy, and Uncle D'Artangan, and Auntie Luna, and Grandma Asdis, and Grandpa Falkor, and Uncle Hayato, and I would say Gran-gran Asuna, but dad said she died. I... would like to meet her someday.
Hayato: Sadly, no. I... uh... Can't really say what happened to my brother. We had a "falling out".
Hana: S-Same as Ayumu.
"What kind of schooling have you had?"

Ayumu/Hana: Home schooling
Hayato: Geez. You guys make it sound like torture. ... Then again, your dad does get preechy about academics....

Ayumu: You forgot loud.
Hana: A-and long winded.
Hayato: I didn't forget, kids, it's called tact.
"In what situation is your self esteem most at risk?"

Ayumu: What?
Hayato: When you feel like dirt, bud. Like you're not doing something right that should be really easy.
Ayumu: Oh... Well I guess it'd be casting kidou. I was doing really good, and then the present dad gave me broke, and now I can't do it. Dad's supposed to be a really good kidou user, and I want to be just like him....
Hayato: That... eh. Well, you ain't goin' to see me after this, so no real harm. Cooking. I wanna make a mean pasta, but it just ain't in my blood. Now poisons. That's a bit o' fun that I can mix up in a hurry.
Hana: M-Most days.
Ayumu: D'aww sissy's getting really good at not getting hit!
Hana: ... T-thank you.
"What are you keeping a secret?"

Ayumu: Well... If you promise you won't tell...?
Hayato: Hey we cross our hearts, little man.
Ayumu: I've been sneaking cookies before dinner.
Hayato: Where I hide the bodies.
Ayumu: What bodies?
Hayato: Exactly.
Hana: ...
We've been sneaking cookies before dinner.
"What are you lying to yourself about? To others?"

Ayumu: I can do that?!
Hayato: Don't go trying it. You'll break something.
Hana: ... Like your head.
Hayato: Whoa, easy missy. He has to have something to break.
Ayumu: Hey! I have hair!
Hayato/Hana: Pass
"Is there anyone in your life that you are attracted to?"

Ayumu: Uncle Hayato... Why can't I hear anything?
Hayato: Because your sister's face is flaming-scarlet-red.
Hana: M-Moving on!
"What scares you about this person?"

Ayumu: Sissy? Can you move your hands? It's kinda hurting my head....
Hayato: Earlier question - yes. This question - I can't see them or protect them.
Hana: M-Moving along!
"What do you think he or she can do for you that no one else can?"

Hana: I SAID MOVE!

Hayato: You know, this wouldn't be a problem if you just answer the questions, right?

Ayumu: La-la-lalala-la-lala-la-la~
"What does this person know about you that no one else does?"

Ayumu: Sissy? Why did you faint? Sissy? Sissy?

Hayato: Ayumu, put the stick down and stop poking her. She'll get better. Anyways: she knows who I really am, and what lengths I'd be willing to go for to her. Or. Well. She would if she kept her memory. God damn rules and their meddling grumblegrumble.
Hana: ...
"How do you decide of you can trust someone?"

Ayumu: Simple! You just trust them!

Hayato: 'A little trust goes a long way. The less you use, the further you go.'
Hana: ... Carefully.
"How do you know you love someone?"

Ayumu: Don't you just stare at their eyes for a really long time? 'Cuz, that's all my mom and dad seem to do. Well... That and yell about the wounds dad comes home from work with.

Hayato: First bit you had right, pup - kinda - the second is... well the yelling is mostly your mother. You know you love someone by the way they... coughdamnitkidscough now I have to talk all... resepctful-like ... they just kind of make your day brighter, and your smile never seems to leave your face for them. You'd - kill a couple crime bosses - travel to the ends of the earth for them.
Hana:
I...um...It's... It's like in the story-books?
"What parts of loving come easy to you ? Hard?"

Ayumu: Sissy, you're covering my ears again... aren't you.

Hayato: Trust is hard. Being next to them is easy.
Hana: B-Being brave for them is- is hard. It's easy n-not to be seen.
Hayato: As your uncle, I'mma find this kid. When I do. Ohohoho. Your day is going to be baaaaaaaaad- but in a good way.
Hana: ... Save me.
"When you walk into a room what do you notice first? Second?"

Ayumu: Toys, candy, other kids!

Hayato: Exits, targets, hostages.
Hana: Books, food, and oh my....
"How would you change the world? The things around you? The people around you?"

Ayumu: With hugs!

Hana: With books!
Hayato: With tactically-placed stabs!

Hana: ... Wait.
"How do you learn best?"

Ayumu: Watching others.

Hayato: Hands on.
Hana: Hands on.
"What are your goals in life?"

Ayumu: I'm going to grow up to be like my dad!

Hayato: I'm going to remove every trace of my existence from the world.
Hana: That's... really dark, Uncle.
Hayato: Hana, some things are meant to be dark.
"What unusual hobbies or interests do you have?"

Ayumu: Well, I juggle. I also run. Do those count?

Hana: I chase Ayumu.
Hayato: I whittle.

"What are you most afraid of?"

Ayumu: ... I'm... Uh.... Not scared of anything! I'm just like dad that way!

Hayato: You're scared of the dark.
Hana: And beetles.
Ayumu: Yeah? Well... You're both stupid!
Hayato: The knife that I don't see.
Hana: Starving.
"If you had one wish, what would it be?"

Ayumu: Endless candy.

Hayato: Total anonymity.
Hana: ... Books. Lots of... good books.
"What do you like best about yourself?"

Ayumu: I'm super fast!
Hayato: I'm super sneaky.
Hana: I'm... embarrassed.
"What do you like least about yourself?"

Ayumu: I'm too short. Dad's really tall and really strong! If I grow up big like him, I'mma be really, super awesome strong!
Hayato: The work I do.
Hana: I'm weak.
"What do you like best about your best friend?"

Ayumu: Well, Momo's got this really cool cat with a really wierd name. Shun-freed or something. Sounds wierd.

Hayato: He's tougher than anyone I've ever seen. And pretty damn loyal too.
Hana: She... she's nice.
"What do you like least about your best friend?"

Ayumu: Momo whines.

Hayato: For as smart as a guy as he is, he's constantly ignoring his better half. I think he thinks he can stop anything that might harm people he knows.
Hana: She's also my mother....

"What do you think other people think of you?

Ayumu: I don't sit still.

Hayato: They probably are wondering if they're next.
Hana: I'm... shy.
"Your teachers?"

Ayumu: I don't sit still!

Hayato: "Et tu Brute?"
Hana: Diligent.
"Peers?"

Ayumu: Piers? They think? I thought the were just places with boats.
Hayato: "Et tu Brute?"
Hana: ...
"Best friends?"

Ayumu: She thinks I'm funny.
Hayato: He thinks I'm cut-throat and lonely.
Hana: I... should be more confident.
"Parents?"

Ayumu: Mom says I don't know how keep head out of the clouds, or my feet off the ground. Dad says I've got too much energy.

Hana: You do have too much energy.

Ayumu: How?
Hayato: Another time, kids. Anyways... I only knew my dad. He was my teacher.
Hana: I need to be more confident, but I'm... a good person.
"Siblings?"

Ayumu/Hana: That brat?
Hayato: Woah. Warning: Glass houses are about to break.
Ayumu: I'unno. Sissy really is nice, but she's too quiet.
Hana: And Ayumu might be too energetic, but he's kinder than any other kid his age.
"Other family members?"

Ayumu: They like me!
Hayato: You're hard to dislike. So far.
Hana: They... seem to like me.
"What’s your greatest source of frustration?"

Ayumu: Dad catching me trying to get cookies....

Hana: Chasing Ayumu.
Hayato: So many targets... so little stabbing in a day.
Hana: Don't you ever worry about what Ayumu might learn from you?
Hayato: To the pure and clean, all things are pure and clean.
"What’s your greatest source of joy?"

Ayumu: My dad!
Hayato: This little guy keeps me pretty entertained.
Hana: My... family.
"What are you especially proud of in your life?"

Ayumu: My juggling. Missy Lucia says I need a shotgun. What's a shotgun?
Hayato: Kill-count to failed mission ratio. Currently two-hundred and fifty to one.
Hana: My swordplay.

"If you could change anything about your life what would it be?"

Ayumu: I'd like for dad to be home more....

Hayato: A different start might be nice. Less... assassin-y.
Hana: My... My hair. It's... too short.

The Interview
"What's your name? Do you have a nickname?"
Benny: My name is Benny. People call me Uncle Benjemima's Pancakes and Rice for short.
Mealy: Well, my name is Mealy Pan! Pleased to meet you.
Youkimatsuri: Yyyoukimatsuri.

"Where and when were you born?"
Mealy: I was born inside Big Sis Hotate! That sound weird, but it's not. I'm still living in her.
Youkimatsuri: Sssame.
Benny: Yeah, me too.
Hotate: I hate you guys. And don't listen to Benny. He is completely lying!
Benny: Am not.
Hotate: I will go find a recipe for coconut pie so help me.

"Where have you lived?"
Benny: Oh, I live in the most richest field of spritual energy in a maze where no one can find. The sounds of flowing waters serenade me all throughout the day. And I gently drift off to sleep on a pile of soft secret treasures.
Mealy: Well, my room is pretty nice. It's also in a maze! I don't leave much because I can't find my way back.
Youkimatsuri: Lllabyrinth.

"Do you have any living family members?"
Benny: Well, I think my cousin Jethro is still around. Haven't seen the guy since I left home all those years ago. He was always such a tempermental one. Anyone came around and he would chase them right off.
Mealy: Define "living".
"Somewhere in the world where they still keep the same personality and memories."
Mealy: Big sis's Hotate and Youkimatsuri!
Youkimatsuri: Nnno.
Mealy: You're mean, big sis Youkimatsuri.

"What kind of schooling have you had?"
Youkimatsuri: Nnnone.
Mealy: I have never gone to school. From what I hear of school, that's where all the tasty people are. We should visit sometime.
Benny: I graduated with summa-cum-laude from Oxford. It was a very enriching experience if I do say. *puffs pipe*

"In what situation is your self esteem most at risk?"
Mealy: Well, when big sis Youkimatsuri insults me, beats me, chases me out, ignores me, glares at me, coughs lightly at my direction, leaves her scary occult magazines near my room, ki-
Youkimatsuri: Sssilence.
Melay: Shutting up right away!
Youkimatsuri: Dddangers.
Benny: Well, I do get quite upset whenever I see an apple. Those bastards are everywhere. So common! Too common! There's nothing special about them at all, yet everyone always says how great they are. Don't you worry. My Coconut Revolution will change the way the world thinks.

"What are you keeping a secret?"
Youkimatsuri: Eeeverything.
Mealy: My secret plan for taking over Hotate's body!
Benny: My secret plan for taking over Hotate's body!
Mealy: Hey.
Youkimatsuri: Dddie.
Mealy: I was just kidding!
Hotate: I would like to point out that if I didn't need to be here for Youkimatsuri and Mealy, I would not.

"What are you lying to yourself about? To others?"
Benny: I'm completely honest with myself. I'm completely honest with others, too. Honest. They call me Honest Benny for my nickname.
Youkimatsuri: ...
Mealy: I don't know. I can't decide what to do. I really like big sis Hotate, yet I want her body so badly. Do you know how rough it is never to being able to interact with a world you can see? It's rough.

"Is there anyone in your life that you are attracted to?"
Youkimatsuri: ...
Mealy: Since I've only interacted with my big sisters, I would have to say big sis Hotate! She's the best!
Benny: Yes! Hotate! I pull her hair and push her to the ground because I care.
Hotate: I want to leave, I want to leave, I really want to leave.

"What scares you about this person?"
Mealy: All the movies she watches. I'm pretty sure she is this close to sacrificing someone in a weird ritual.
Benny: I'm not afraid of her at all. She is such and insignificant any, I could squish her between my fingers at any time. Like this. *Squishes grape*
Youkimatsuri: ...

"What do you think he or she can do for you that no one else can?"
Mealy: Help me exist!
Benny: My days used to be so boring. Just the same ol' same ol all the time. She provides some much needed entertainment.
Youkimatsuri: ...

"What does this person know about you that no one else does?"
Mealy: Well, considering how I only know two people, and they both know everything about me. I want to meet new people! *cries*
Youkimatsuri: ...
Benny: She knows my secret eleven herbs and spices recipe for fried chicken. Well, I guess one other person knows that. But he stole it from me and refused to add coconute flakes to the recipe.

"How do you decide of you can trust someone?"
Benny: Of? Of! My dear sir, I do believe you need you need to check your questions. I am so insulted I will not answer this question. If any of you look through the transcript looking for my mistakes, just know that I invented grammar and can change it whenever I want.
Mealy: I don't know. I trust my bigger sisters because they take care of me! Well, one of them does, the other one tries to kill me. It's normal to trust people that tries to kill you, right?
Youkimatsuri: Eeexperience.
Mealy: Yay! You're talking again, big sis Youkimatsuri.

"How do you know you love someone?"
Benny: When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie that's...
Mealy: Ooh, I know this. I've heard this song before somewhere. It's, it's. I got nothing. Nevermind.
Youkimatsuri: Aaamore.

"What parts of loving come easy to you ? Hard?"
Youkimatsuri: ...
Mealy: It's easy for me to show my feelings. But it's hard for me to understand what other people are saying. This sarcasm thing that's floating around. When is it being used?
Benny: No one, men, women, mixed, can resist my hard skin with a rough exterior. care for a feel? You'll be shedding your clothing in no time.

"When you walk into a room what do you notice first? Second?"
Mealy: If Youkimatsuri is trying to kill me. Then I notice if she has set up a trap to do it instead.
Youkimatsuri: Lllight.
Benny: The first and only thing anyone should notice is if there are any coconuts around. If not? Then why aren't you fixing it?
Youkimatsuri: Nnnoise.

"How would you change the world? The things around you? The people around you?"
Mealy: Well, if I ever get a body, I don't really know what I would do. I've only really planned that far. But then I would lose big sis Hotate, and I don't want that.
Benny: No child left behind. Every child will get a coconut.
Youkimatsuri: Wwwhatever.

"How do you learn best?"
Benny: Through hitting the books. My record is two hundred meters.
Mealy: I don't know. I guess sucking it directly out from big sis Hotate's mind?
Youkimatsuri: Qqquiet.

"What are your goals in life?"
Benny: To smash three meteors into the earth so it will look like a coconut.
Mealy: To get big sis Hotate's body!
Hotate: That's never going to happen.
Mealy: Aww.
Youkimatsuri: Sssudoku.

"What unusual hobbies or interests do you have?"
Benny: I find all of my hobbies very normal, so I have no idea what you mean.
Mealy: Yeah, I think most of the stuff I do are normal too. Nothing strange about redecorating your room once a day and making sure the amount of bricks on the wall hasn't multiplied, right?
Youkimatsuri: Dddeath.
Hotate: All three of you have the weirdest hobbies.
Benny: Says Miss keeps company with dead bodies.

"What are you most afraid of?"
Benny: The end of Breaking Bad. My life will have lost just a little bit of meaning after that.
Youkimatsuri: Fffear.
Mealy: Losing either big sis Hotate or Youkimatsuri.

"If you had one wish, what would it be?"
Benny: I would give everyone in the world a coconut head. Then they will see the light! Metaphorically speaking since you won't have eyes.
Mealy: To have a body of my own.
Youkimatsuri: Uuunlimited.
Mealy: ...
Benny: ...
Hotate: I know you can say more than one word at a time, Youkimatsuri.
Youkimatsuri: Pppower.

"What do you like best about yourself?"
Youkimatsuri: Mmmask.
Benny: Everything!
Mealy: I don't really know if I have any good qualities. Big sis Youkimatsuri puts me down all the time. Big sis Hotate isn't around all that much either.

"What do you like least about yourself?"
Youkimatsuri: ...
Benny: The opposite of everything!
Mealy: I guess that I know my goals conflict with what big sis Hotate wants, and I don't know what to do.

"What do you like best about your best friend?"
Youkimatsuri: Hhhair.
Mealy: Yeah, I like her hair too. It's so long and silky.
Benny: I like the way she sleeps. It's so adorable the way her mouth hangs slightly open.
Hotate: You all had better not be talking about me because you are all such creepers.

"What do you like least about your best friend?"
Benny: I hate that she has yet to embrace the Coconut Revolution! I offered her the position of second-in-command, too.
Youkimatsuri: Aaaspirations.
Mealy: That she is my best friend.

"What do you think other people think of you?
Benny: That I am a charming gentlemen on every married or dating couple's list of people they are allowed to sleep with.
Mealy: I don't know. I really can't say what other people are thinking.
Youkimatsuri: Aaapathy.

"Your teachers?"
Youkimatsuri: Nnnone.
Benny: My teachers thought very highly of me. I did graduate Summa-cum-laude from Oxford. Have I told you that? All of my professors loved me for my daily gifts of coconuts.
Mealy: Well, if you count my big sisters, I guess they like me well enough.

"Peers?"
Mealy: All my peers are slobbering monsters trying to hurt my big sister, so I don't care about them!
Benny: My friends thought I was a laught riot. Or was it riot-causing-asshole? I can't remember anything after the police started gassing people.
Youkimatsuri: Aaapathy.

"Best friends?"
Mealy: Bis sis Hotate, what do you think of me?
Benny: Yeah, big sis Hotate.
Hotate: I hate you all right now.
Youkimatsuri: ...
Hotate: Execept you, Youkimatsuri.

"Parents?"
Mealy: Hey, big sis Hotate, do you still hate me?
Benny: So your sister is your mother? That is so wrong.
Mealy: What's wrong with it? Hey, stop laughing and tell me.
Youkimatsuri: ...

"Siblings?"
Hotate: If any of you ask me anything again, I will kill you. I will turn Benny into a pie, poison it and feed it to you.

"Other family members?"
Benny: Well, remember Jethro? We were the best of friends. We were practically joined at the head as children. They would always see us together, enjoying the breeze or enjoying the ocean air. Just relaxing. That was the life.
Mealy: Big sis Youkimatsuri, what do you think of me?
Youkimatsuri: Kkkill.

"What’s your greatest source of frustration?"
Youkimatsuri: Mmmealy.
Mealy: That's so mean. Well, th-then you're my biggest source of frustation. So there.
Benny: I await the call from the Nobel Peace Prize commitee year after year, yet they have never deigned to contact me. Was my speech on the Coconut Revolution not the most amazing thing you have ever heard?

"What’s your greatest source of joy?"
Mealy: Big sis Hotate!
Youkimatsuri: Aaalone.
Benny: Rolling down the street. They see me, but all they can do is hate.

"What are you especially proud of in your life?"
Benny: Have I told you about the time I paved way for humanity? Remember my plan to turn the earth into a coconut through meteors? That wiped out the dinosaurs. So you really Nobel Peace Prize Commitee. Come on!
Mealy: Nothing really.
Youkimatsuri: Hhhotate.

"If you could change anything about your life what would it be?"
Benny: I would have liked to keep in touch with my family. Jethro, Gerome, Bernard and all the rest. I should throw a reunion. That would be fantastic!
Youkimatsuri: Nnnothing.
Mealy: I don't know. I'm pretty satisfied with what I have now, body notwithstanding.

Hotate: Wow, that took a long time. Alright. I'm kicking you and Benny out of my head now.

Nana: I was born from my father's eye some thousands of years ago, or so I'd like to make people believe.
Kaede: Wait, what? An eye? Like, for real? Man and here I was thinking my birth was something speshful! Actually, no it's not! I don't know when I was born, or where. I just think, therefore I am!
Seiko: Tokyo, Japan some two hundred years ago, I imagine....
Kaede: ...You're kidding, right?

"Where have you lived?"

Nana: The majority of my life has been spent here in Soul Society. I did have the occasional hundred year trip to the Earthen realm to spend some time travelling there. Don't really like the humans, though..
Kaede: Miyazaki and now Tokyo, bitches!
Seiko: Mostly Seireitei, before that I probably spent a lot of time travelling. At least, that's the vibe I get from my past self.
Kaede: Like, seriously... what's up with you guys?

"Do you have any living family members?"

Nana: More than I would probably ever like to admit, or feel like I could bargain for.
Kaede: Eh, probably! Somewhere? Maybe? I dunno.
Seiko: I am living with my biological daughter and step-daughters and step-son.

"What kind of schooling have you had?"

Nana: Wouldn't you like to know?
Kaede: Wouldn't you like to know!
Seiko: ...You wouldn't like to know.

"In what situation is your self esteem most at risk?"

Nana: When the people I care for turn their backs on me.
Kaede: When I can't find the solution I'm looking for!
Seiko: When I can't be there to protect those precious to me.

"What are you keeping a secret?"

Nana: Wouldn't you like to know?
Kaede: Wouldn't you like to know!
Seiko: ...You wouldn't like to know.

"What are you lying to yourself about? To others?"

Nana: Wouldn't you like to know?
Kaede: Wouldn't you like to know!
Seiko: ...You wouldn't like to know.

"Is there anyone in your life that you are attracted to?"

Nana: Eh, sure?
Kaede: Ahahaha! The crazy antics and wiles of love! Oh how theatrical! Brilliant, marvelous, outstanding! Ohohohohoho!
Seiko: The only one I ever truly loved after the passing of my wife has left me for the Captain of the Seventh Division.
Kaede: Well, fuck. Way to kill the mood, mister gloomy-mc-gloomface!

"What scares you about this person?"

Nana: That she doesn't love me back?
Kaede: Uhwhu?
Seiko: That deep down inside I still feel a strong love for her.

"What do you think he or she can do for you that no one else can?"

Nana: Be the Good Cop to my Bad Cop routine.
Kaede: Uhwhuwah?
Seiko: Bring some much needed humanity and life to my dull self.

"What does this person know about you that no one else does?"

Nana: She doesn't, since I don't think we've really hit it off yet enough to get to that point.
Kaede: Waaaaaaaah!
Seiko: That I am actually very clueless and foolhardy.

"How do you decide of you can trust someone?"

Nana: By their ability to create coherent sentences. That, and their ability to not be total douchebags.
Kaede: I second that!
Seiko: Agreed.

"How do you know you love someone?"

Nana: How do you ever really know anything?
Kaede: Something, something doki, doki?
Seiko: When your heart and mind are at ease even in the most dire of circumstances.

"What parts of loving come easy to you ? Hard?"

Nana: Showing my love. That's also the hardest part.
Kaede: The loving! All my loving, I will send to youuuu!
Seiko: Love for me has always been a hard thing.

"When you walk into a room what do you notice first? Second?"

Nana: The amount of people that will succumb to my reiatsu, and who are the ones I need to be weary of.
Kaede: How it's all brought together into one scene! The marvels of human life!
Seiko: First thing is a place where I can stash the bodies, the second... probably the amount of stashes I need to hide the bodies.
Kaede: I uhbuhwha?!
Seiko: It's best if you don't ask.
Nana: Aww, don't be like that, assassin-san.
Seiko: ...

"How would you change the world? The things around you? The people around you?"

Nana: By forcing them to view it my way, or meet this thing called the highway.
Kaede: Oh god, the jokes, the puns! They're terrible! Uhm, but for me it would be to be the bestest scientist ever and be all BWOOOSH BWHAAMMM KABLAMO WHOOPWHOOP TING TING DING. And then, babies.
Seiko: Yeah, you know what? I won't even bother asking, or answering for that matter.
Kaede: Aww.

"How do you learn best?"

Nana: Through practice.
Kaede: Trial and error, baby! And blowing shit up, that too.
Seiko: Same as the esteemed Lady Amaterasu.
Kaede: Esteemed? What about her is... ugh, youpeople!

"What are your goals in life?"

Nana: Immortality.
Kaede: What the esteemed Lady Amaterasu said!
Seiko: You guys...

"What unusual hobbies or interests do you have?"

Nana: I like to read. A lot. I also love smithing both armour and weaponry. I'm a bit of a celebrity when it comes to smithing, you know.
Kaede: Whaaaaaaat? And you didn't tell me? You never tell me anything! Maaaaaaaang, the things I could do with someone like you...
Nana: We just met.
Kaede: Sooo? Feh! My hobbies include doing stuff that is fun to do! Whether morally right or wrong!
Seiko: I somehow have to agree with the human here.

"What are you most afraid of?"

Nana: Not being able to end this continuous cycle of rebirth. My soul is weary and tired.
Kaede: Re-re...birth? I...
Nana: Miyazaki-san?
Kaede: I... no, I'm sorry, I don't know.
Seiko: Hmm. Pass.

"If you had one wish, what would it be?"

Nana: Immortality.
Kaede: Yes.
Seiko: Happiness.

"What do you like best about yourself?"

Nana: That I'm me.
Kaede: That me is I!
Seiko: Why is this turning into a sketch now? Anyway, I'd like to think I'm pretty good at concealing myself... as well as others. Permanently.

"What do you like least about yourself?"

Nana: That I'm me.
Kaede: That I'm not actually me.
Seiko: That I'm able to conceal myself and others. Permanently.

"What do you like best about your best friend?"

Nana: Not sure if non-biological sisters count as 'best friend', but I'd like to think Lucia makes everything so much more fun to do.
Kaede: That he, or she, doesn't yet exist! But, I will create them! Mark. My. Words!
Seiko: I'm not sure I qualify for that kind of treatment anymore. I've lost too much.

"What do you like least about your best friend?"

Nana: She worries too much.
Kaede: That he, or she, doesn't yet exist!
Seiko: See the previous answer.

"What do you think other people think of you?

Nana: That I'm a cold-hearted bitch who does everything her own way, and does whatever she feels like doing. They're mostly right, though.
Kaede: That I'm weird!
Seiko: I'm not sure, actually.

"Your teachers?"

Nana: That I was a hard-working student, but that they're probably shitting their pants now.
Kaede: That I'm weird!
Seiko: I'm not sure, actually.

"Peers?"

Nana: That I'm me. And that's not necessarily a good thing.
Kaede: That I'm weird!
Seiko: I'm not sure, actually.

"Best friends?"

Nana: That I'm me. And that's not necessarily a bad thing.
Kaede: That I'm weird!
Seiko: I'm not sure, actually.

"Parents?"

Nana: That I make them proud.
Kaede: ...
Seiko: They're long dead by now.

"Siblings?"

Nana: That I make them proud.
Kaede: ...
Seiko: They're long dead by now.

"Other family members?"

Nana: That I make them proud.
Kaede: ...
Seiko: That I'm a good father, mostly.

"What’s your greatest source of frustration?"

Nana: That I'm still not strong enough.
Kaede: That I don't know what I'm doing here.
Seiko: My inability to see something through until the end.

"What’s your greatest source of joy?"

Nana: Seeing my loved ones happy.
Kaede: Knowing that I did, or created something amazing.
Seiko: My family.

"What are you especially proud of in your life?"

Nana: Forging the asauchi, becoming a Captain, become the Goddess of Flash, becoming Matriarch. Lots of things, actually.
Kaede: That I exist.
Seiko: My family.

"If you could change anything about your life what would it be?"

Nana: I don't know. I honestly don't.
Kaede: My existence.
Seiko: My regrets.

Name: Ren Tegishahara
Sex: (Fe)male
Age: 145
Eyes: Azure blue
Hair: Black.

The Interview

"What's your name? Do you have a nickname?"
Ren Tegishahara. The only time anyone called me something else was 'Mask-san.'

"Where and when were you born?"
I was born a long time ago. Around 145 years ago. And I'm not too sure where I was born. /scratches head/

"Where have you lived?"
In the Rukongai. All over the districts. Mainly in the Northern district. But now I live in the Tenth Division, with the rest of the Mystics.

"Do you have any living family members?"
Not as far as I know. I have the Mystics, but they're not blood family.

"What kind of schooling have you had?"
Teachings from the Spiritual Arts Academy and my Mystic family.

"In what situation is your self esteem most at risk?"
I guess every day.

"What are you keeping a secret?"
Something that's going to stay secret from prying people. Like you.

"What are you lying to yourself about? To others?"
I lie about sleeping. I haven't slept in months...

"Is there anyone in your life that you are attracted to?"
Not really.

"What scares you about this person?"
...?

"What do you think he or she can do for you that no one else can?"
...?

"What does this person know about you that no one else does?"
...?

"How do you decide of you can trust someone?"
If I feel safe around them. It's something somewhat difficult with most of the people I'm around daily, but some people I do trust. Adelaide-taichou, Adele-san, Hikaru-san.

"How do you know you love someone?"
I'm not sure. I'll come back to tell you when I find out though.

"What parts of loving come easy to you ? Hard?"
I'm not sure. I love my Mystics, but I don't feel truly safe around most of them. I guess that's the hard part. The easy part is knowing even if I'm scared, I can go to Adele-san or Adelaide-san.

"When you walk into a room what do you notice first? Second?"
Who I know or who I don't know. Then where the nearest exit is.

"How would you change the world? The things around you? The people around you?"
I'd change the world to a world where no one would have to fear other people. Fearing your fellow spirits, or men/women in most cases, is something horrible. Believe me.

"How do you learn best?"
Personal experience.

"What are your goals in life?"
I'm not sure. I suppose get Kyu-chan to stop being such a bitch?

"What unusual hobbies or interests do you have?"
I... collect kitty ornaments and stuff. -///-

"What are you most afraid of?"
That what happened before to me will happen to someone else I care about.

"If you had one wish, what would it be?"
To be able to speak cat. Then I'd be able to talk to Midnight-kun without sounding dumb.

"What do you like best about yourself?"
This ribbon here. /holds up the Koutaizumai ribbon/

"What do you like least about yourself?"
Everything else.

"What do you like best about your best friend?"
Adele-san comforts me and makes me smile even when I've been crying. And she hums such beautiful things. And purrs. There's so much I like about Adele-san.

"What do you like least about your best friend?"
I don't think I dislike anything about her.

"What do you think other people think of you?
That I'm weird for wearing a mask 24/7.

"Your teachers?"
I'm not sure.

"Peers?"
That I never take my mask off.

"Best friends?"
I'm not sure what Adele-san or Hikaru-san think of me. I hope it's good things atleast.

"Parents?"
I don't think I have any.

"Siblings?"
Nevada seems to admire me. But she admires everything.

"Other family members?"
Not sure.

"What’s your greatest source of frustration?"
Kyu-chan.

"What’s your greatest source of joy?"
Tending to the gardens in the Tenth.

"What are you especially proud of in your life?"
Not a lot.

"If you could change anything about your life what would it be?"
Well, despite all the bad stuff, I wouldn't change my life. I wouldn't mind changing my life when I was in the Rukongai so some stuff didn't happen, but I don't think I'd be in the same spot I am now if I changed that. And I'm happy now being here, so I don't want to change it.

Hair: Black. Mid-back length. Straight.

Name: Mikael Layfield
Sex: Male

The Interview

"What's your name? Do you have a nickname?"

March: Hello, everyone! Hello, ambiguous and anonymous interview-giver! *desu smile desu* I’m March – these days, most people just call me dead, though! Because I am supposed to be dead. *SMILE* Is this interview non-canon, or is there someone I need to be stabbing right now?

Mikael: Oh good, it’s you again. *dead fish stare aimed at March* I should have known. My name is Mikael Layfield. Er...I have a few nicknames, but that’s only because my name is hard to pronounce in Japanese. My closest friends call me--

March: *finger snap of recognition* Oooh! Dusty-fluff!

Mikael: No. That isn’t—

March: I knew I recognized that scowling face! It took me a second to recognize you with the...uh...face-stuff! Are you dead too?

Mikael: ...no.

March: My mistake. You just look dead, then. *bright smile*

Mikael: Yeah and you’re even worse than I remember. *turns attention to Crow* ...You seem familiar, somehow. Have we met? *means ‘are you a felon and/or on any Wanted lists?’*

Crow: *blink*...Hm? Oh, were you talking to me? *smug smirk* I wasn’t listening. You see, I instinctively tune out meaningless babble. But, to answer your question, no. We have not ‘met’. Had we, I assure you, you would remember it. My name is—

Mikael: It’s Crow isn’t it.

Crow: *stoic face* I. That. You...Just who are you to know my—

Mikael: I remember the description from the police reports. Long black hair in a ponytail, black eyes, creepy-flawless face, Asian appearance, and expensive clothes. It was the narcissism that gave it away, though. ...Christ, I just get stuck with all the criminal douchebags, don’t I?

March: Noooot a criminal.~

Mikael: Yes. You are.

March: Nope! I’m not a criminal, I’m dead.

Crow: *stoic face*

Mikael: ...I’d try to arrest you guys – or at least handle you so the police could do it – but I don’t think anything here is happening in any real sense, so it’s not like it’d stick.

Crow: *never going to stop sulking about his introduction being ruined* ...Wait what?

"Where and when were you born?"
March: Don’t remember aaand don’t remember! I heard a quote once, you know: “Memories are the key not to the past, but to the future.” In which case it’s a good thing I don’t need any keys to the future, being not-alive and all.

Mikael: ...*too tired to even argue with all the crazy happening right now* December 31st, 1995, in Tokyo, Japan.

Crow: Japan, 1983.

March: And here on your left, kiddies, you can observe a lying liar who lies in action!

Crow: If I placed any value in the opinion of a clearly insane, self-proclaimed dead person, I might be offended by that.

March: And if I were alive, I might be offended by that. Also I would probably try to stab you...but for unrelated reasons!

Crow: What—

March: But luckily, I’ve already stabbed me, and so I’m not alive. *smile!*

Crow: ...What...?

Mikael: *would tell Crow not to bother trying to use logic, but doesn’t give friendly advice to store robbers*

"Where have you lived?"
March: All the places. All of them. Except Antarctica. There is no ‘living’ in Antarctica, you see. Antarctica is where you go if you love snow, ice, penguins, snow, seals, snow, ice, killer whales, snow, and eternal loneliness.

Mikael: ...I—

March: You know it actually doesn’t sound half-bad. *thoughtful look*

Mikael: ...I’ve always lived in Tokyo. I visited America once, but only for a week or two.

Crow: That isn’t information I’m just going to divulge in front of...*side-eyes Mikael*...potential future nuisances.

Mikael: I won’t remember it outside of these weird interviews anyway. *dull face*

Crow: And I have what proof of that? Please, do you take me for an idiot?

Mikael: *not going to answer that, it would be immatu--*

March: I do! *raises hand!*

Crow: *never forgive; never forget; will find this man and put him in a teddy bear; an ugly teddy bear; with no eyes*

"Do you have any living family members?"
March: Do I have any what-ing whonows? Really, interviewer-chan, it’s like you don’t know me at all. You know, if you weren’t a faceless and bodiless entity, I would totally be killing you now just to prove a point. *considering look* Maybe I could try anyway...? What do you think, Dusty-fluff?

Mikael: ...I...*pained look* ...My...

March: Fantastic! Dollface? ...*stage whispers at Crow* That’s you.

Crow: *busy side-eying Mikael* ...Is he okay? If he has a stroke or an aneurism or whatever it is over-taxed Japanese schoolchildren have nowadays, I’m not staying here until the police arrive.

March: You’re a true role-model for us all, Dollface. He’s fine. You’re fine, aren’t you Dusty-fluff?

Mikael: *scowls* I don’t need you worrying about my health. I’m fine. *hand goes straight to necklace-chan for reassurance*

March: Seems legit!

Crow: *crosses arms* ...By whose definition of the word? Anyway. To answer the current question: No. I have no family.

Mikael: *mutter* Next question, please.

"What kind of schooling have you had?"
March: I didn’t have schooling. *smile*

Crow: Should I act surprise—

March: Schooling had me.

Crow: ...

March: School is over-rated anyway! Did I need a positive, controlled learning environment to be able to speak a dozen languages, captain a ship, or play the violin? Nope! Ya see, that’s just life. Life on the street.

Crow: Right. If you’re done, I—

March: Homicide: Life on the Street.

Crow: *an ugly, eyeless, unstuffed teddy bear* Unlike some people, I place value in intellectual pursuits. Humbly speaking, I am a genius in matters of physics and engineering physics. It’s a requisite in my line of work.

Mikael: Being a comic book villain?

March: Do you contradict yourself all the time intentionally, Dollface, or is it just an endearing character quirk?

Crow: Deride me if you must, plebeians. At the end of the day, you know nothing about me or my goals. *HMPH*

March: With an attitude like that, I wouldn’t wanna ride you anywhere.

Mikael: *and what kind of person uses the word plebian un-ironically in a sentence?* Right. I’ll be graduating high school this year. I’m an honor student, I guess, but...I’m still working on my priorities.

"In what situation is your self-esteem most at risk?"
March: I don’t believe in self-esteem!

Crow: ...

Mikael: ...

March: Or risk!

Crow: I—

March: Or situations!

Crow: *eyetwitch* My confidence is well-founded and unshakeable. Look around; compared to the paltry, quavering, pathetic masses, I have no reason to doubt myself.

March: ...Or superlatives.

Mikael: *distracted muttering* Any situation where I know someone is guilty of a crime, but I can’t do anything about it... Or – more rarely – when I’m...not sure what the right course of action is.

"What are you keeping a secret?"
March: From what I understand, there’s no such thing as secrets anymore! Everyone has mind-reading, these days. That or Google.

Crow: Plenty. I assure you, my elusiveness is quite intentionARGH *smacked in the face*

March: *smacks in the face* I’m sorry not really though– it’s just that, the longer you keep making words with your face, the more likely it gets that this interview is gonna end in a March’s Murder-happy Maiming-time Extravaganza. And then everyone would be dead, which I have been told is a bad thing. For people who aren’t me.

Crow: *so relieved he figured out how to possess things without their injuries causing him pain* Please, as if you could actually kill me.

March: *smile*

Mikael (?): *darker distracted muttering*...I...Everything.

March: ...Ominous!

"What are you lying to yourself about? To others?"
March: The best thing about having no long-term memory: I don’t even have to lie to be lying! Now think about that statement.

Crow: To myself? Nothing. As I touched upon in the prior question regarding self-esteem: I’m not so insecure as to need to coddle myself. I set myself to higher standards. To others? Again broaching the previous topic, I don’t lie to others: I keep secrets. Lies have an unpleasant tendency to pile up, and all it takes is one slip-up to unravel even the most carefully-constructed network. No, it’s far easier to remain a mystery. In fac--*smacked in the face again*--STOP THAT!

March: Don’t say I didn’t warn you already. *tehe*

Mikael (?): Everything.

March: Ahahaha – kids!

"Is there anyone in your life that you are attracted to?"

March: OH YES. MY FEELS, LET ME TELL YOU THEM!

Crow: *edges away from the crazy*

March: *throws arm around Crow’s neck, pulling him close*

O’ fair Sayis!

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways!
I love thee to the depths and breadths and height,
Thy words might reach, were they not always right.
Ending my Being was my act of Grace.
My love for thee, facts and truths cannot faze!
And when thou speaks, to persuade or to fight.
I love thee for it: thy words are thy might;
I love thine ire, give me not thy Praise.
I’d have loved thee more, but thou stayed thy hand,
Thru a hollow world, and hollow words, too.
I love thee still – but thou art stupid, and,
Seeking an end from thee? A wasted breath.
Thus I ended things myself, just~as~planned!
But miss me not: I am better in death. ~

Crow: .....*what the hell did he just listen to*

March: *TEE HEE*~

Crow: No. *elbows March away* For me to be attracted to anyone in my life, someone in my life would have to be capable of intelligent thought. As of yet, I’ve found no one who meets this criteria.

Mikael (?): Yes.

March: !! *BEAMS* ....Weeeelllll?

Mikael (?): Well?

March: Well – details! Give us details!

Mikael (?): *bland stare* I don’t do poetry; I answered the question. That’s all that’s required.

"What scares you about this person?"
March: Ha! See? Unidentified question-giver’s got my back! What scares me about Sayis? ...His fashion sense. Poor guy just doesn’t have any! It’s all flowery Hawaiian shirts and grandpa-style windbreakers with him. He makes the hilarious shinigami get-up look reasonable by comparison. And that is saying something.

Crow: *frown* Are you really going to continue this line of questioning as though every interviewee answered the last question in the positive?

Mikael (?): What he— ...What I don’t know about him. His nature.

March: *smile* Pronouns are hard, sometimes.

"What do you think he or she can do for you that no one else can?"
March: ...Ohohooh I think you know. *suggestive eyebrow waggle* ...Or at least I hope you do, ‘cause I don’t! Before, I would have gone with ‘kill me!’ – but that doesn’t really apply anymore. What with me being dead and all. And killed. By someone that wasn’t him. It was me I did it. ...Now I guess I’m just drawn in my his ~boundless charm~ and ~rakish good looks~. Also he’s taking care of my ghost-cat, so there’s that.

Crow: In keeping with the previous two questions, this question doesn’t apply to me. And is therefore stupid. That is all.

Mikael (?): Understand.

March: You know, Dusty-fluff... As a Grade-A weird person myself, I think I am qualified to say that you are being weird-o-rific. And you feel...different...somehow...?

Mikael (?): No.

March: Well that settles that, then! Next question!

"What does this person know about you that no one else does?"

March: Oh, you know, this and that. *blank smile* Things.

Mikael (?): ...Nothing.

Crow: Are there going to be many more questions on this horridly-banal, waste of a subject? If it’s all the same to you, I’m going to ignore you until a new line of questioning crops up. *props head on hand and stares pointedly at the nearest wall*

"How do you decide if you can trust someone?"
March: You don’t! *smile* ...Ever! *SMILE* There’s that one saying – that dead men tell no tales – so you’d think you could trust them... but, OOPS, NOPE, I’ve met plenty of untrustworthy ghosts. I’m one, myself, now! At least for the purpose of this interview! Shady shades, you might call us. Huh? Huh?

Mikael (?): I touch them. *deadpan*

March: *LOL DAS GHEY*

Crow: *giving the other two his most disdainful sidelong glance right now* Hmph. Our resident dead man is perhaps correct, for once. Everyone will betray you, it’s only a matter of which they will betray you for: price or principle.

"How do you know you love someone?"

March: When they have gray hair, a goatee, terrible fashion sense, and introduce themselves to me using magical swords and dismemberment! *affectionate sigh*

Crow: ...*alarmed, bewildered look* ... *NO WAIT – catches himself, crosses arms, and pointedly does not ask* Love is just a flowery, idealized term for the coupling of affection and lust. The only reason the concept of love is so...romanticized is because most people are simple-minded morons.

Mikael (?): ...When your life changes because they are in it; when their happiness is your happiness, their sorrows your sorrows, their pain your pain. When you would sacrifice your everything for their sake.

"What parts of loving come easy to you ? Hard?"
March: Hee. You said hard. Pffffttthahahaha! Hahahahaha

Mikael (?): Devotion to a person is easy. Knowing when to let them go...is not, apparently.

March: --hahahahahahahaha

Crow: *blandly watches March roll around in his chair crying from laughter* Another question which in no way applies to me.

"When you walk into a room what do you notice first? Second?"
March: Things that annoy me! There are lots of those! Once I’ve gotten rid of them, I look for munchies! Or I did, anywho! As a dead person, I don’t do much walking anywhere at all – or eating. Or existing, really.~ *laces fingers over knee*

Mikael (?): What I am there for; my target, or goal. People, and what type of person they are: civilian, friend, enemy, or an unknown variable.

Crow: Whether I’m alone or not. if I am, then I notice decorations; If I’m not, I assess the stupidity of the people I am forced to temporarily share space with. *meaningful look at his fellow interviewees*

"How would you change the world? The things around you? The people around you?"

March: I wouldn’t. I’d rather I hadn’t.~ *BRIGHT SMILE* Change is overrated – and technically speaking, people change the world, the things around them, and the people around them just by existing! Non-existence is what’s in, nowadays – didn’t you know?

Mikael (?): *stare* I want to...to make everything...better. I want to change things.

Crow: *smug grin* I’m afraid you’ll just have to wait and see.

"How do you learn best?"
March: Practice! Practice makes perfect! Especially when you have decades and decades – and the infinite life cheat code – to get things just right! Trust me – break a few limbs, fall to your death, and get caught by people who want to kill you a couple thousand times, and you too can be as awesome at running away from things as I am! ...Was! Remember, I’m dead now. I got so good at running, I was able to outrun life. ...Think about it.~

Mikael (?): Writing information down, categorizing it, and then implementing it. Then repetition.

Crow: I’m a genius *in case you forgot* -- learning comes naturally to me. Unlike so many people, I know how to listen. To watch. To pay attention to the important details and ignore the irrelevant ones. Any sponge can absorb information – it takes an intelligent mind to apply what they’ve learned in a productive w--ARGH

March: *casually backhanded Crow* I got bored! *smile*

"What are your goals in life?"
March: Achieved.~

Mikael (?): *frown* I answered this already. I’m going to change things.

Crow: *forever a smug look* For one, to keep the useless masses from knowing my goals in life.

"What unusual hobbies or interests do you have?"

March: *smile* I like to find and lay claim to abandoned, derelict, condemned, and uninhabitable buildings. And then I live in them! ...Or, well, no, wait – that used to be my hobby. When I was alive. I don’t live anywhere now...ya know...because I’m dead. Does ‘being forever dead without having my spirit move on to Soul Society or Hell’ count as an unusual hobby?

Mikael (?): Some might consider my lifestyle in general to be an unusual hobby or interest. *deadpan stare*

Crow: Considering that the average crowd is generally about as educated as a herd of cattle, my work in applied sciences must be simply mind-boggling for—*SMACKED* ...WHY?

March: Yeah I don’t even have a reason this time. Just wanted to hit you!~ Has anyone ever told you that you have a very hittable face?

"What are you most afraid of?"
March: Tater tots.

Crow: ...

March: Luckily, there are no tater tots in death.

Mikael (?): ...Failing.

Crow: ...Hmph. I’m not naïve enough to state my fears for public record. Next question.

"If you had one wish, what would it be?"
March: Hmm... Nonexista—no! Even better! A time machine! A working one. Not one of those ‘you can’t change the past’ ones – those are like the generic brand. If I am traveling through time, I better be able to muck around all I want.

Crow: Talking about ‘wishes’ is self-indulgent. I don’t have wishes, I have plans and goals.

Mikael (?): I’d go back and change things.

March: Hey! Get your own wish! Copycat...

"What do you like best about yourself?"
March: ...

Crow: ...

Mikael (?): ...

March: ...? ...Hm? Oh! No, no, no. I decided I’m changing our order. I wanna answer last now.

Crow: ...Dare I ask wh—

March: Because you two’s broody, moody, serious answers keep ruining my amazing, charming, witty answers. It’s no good. You go.

Crow: ...Right... Then, my intelligence. *sneer*

Mikael (?): ...My dedication to what I do.

March: How wonderfully dead I am. *self-satisfied smile*

"What do you like least about yourself?"
Crow: *sneering intensifies* Do I look like someone wallowing in petty insecurities?

Mikael (?): Yes.

March: Innumerable insecurities.

Crow: The question was rhetorical. Mock all you want –

March: Careful what you say, man – I mean, I can mock a lot

Crow: --I’m not answering. You two do as you wish.

Mikael (?): ...*what? Oh right* Sometimes I fail. *unacceptable*

March: That my deadness keeps being set aside for omake and shenanigans. Rude!

"What do you like best about your best friend?"
Crow: What?

Mikael (?): I...don’t...

March: Ahahahaha! You think we have friends? Have you been paying any attention to this interview?

"What do you like least about your best friend?"
Crow: *clears throat* I—My – What I do...that is... Look, my goals don’t allow time for petty acquaintances and shallow friendships.

Mikael (?): *thousand-yard stare*

March: I’ve had a few frenemies though. You know, people you try to kill, only it doesn’t really work out, and then they do kill you, only it doesn’t stick because – haha, jokes’s on them! – you’re immortal, so you just fall into a pattern of regularly terrorizing each other as a reminder that “Hey! I’m still alive! I still want you dead!”? No? If you’d ever met me, I’m sure you’d understand. *smile* Or be dead! *bigger smile* Like I am now!

"What do you think other people think of you?
Crow: *hmph* How would I know? I don’t read minds. And why would I care? People are fools.

Mikael (?): *thousand-yard stare*

March: ...*petulant face at Mikael* I’m not answering ‘till you do. I don’t care howblue-screened you are.

Mikael (?): *slow blink* ...Most likely, they think that I’m strange. Smart, but too antisocial and serious. My hair is too long, and I’m too short for my age. Some people are probably afraid of me. *dark look* They should be.

March: Informative and ominous. I like! *smile* People probably think “Wow, that March guy sure is dead!” And you know what? They’re not wrong!

"Your teachers?"
Crow: All thought I was a genius, because I am. The ones that didn’t were just too stupid to realize it.

Mikael (?): Most don’t care. I’m quiet, make excellent grades, and I stay out of trouble. A few seem concerned about my increasing absenteeism.

March: Aren’t teachers people? Shouldn’t they be covered under the previous question? Well, no matter! I don’t have teachers! ...Or they died? Can’t remember! Either way, they aren’t thinkin’ much about me.

"Peers?"
Crow: No such thing. *looks down his nose at humanity in general*

Mikael (?): Covered in the question before the last. I’m smart, short, and I keep to myself. Other students find it strange that I wear gloves, but I’m polite enough. I don’t stand out.

March: Do...you mean...other corpses? Because I’m not so sure they have much in the way of opinions. Or thoughts. Or brain functions in general. I mean, I could ask around, but – oh, no, wait. I couldn’t. Dead!

"Best friends?"
Crow: *scowls* We’ve already been over this.

Mikael: *distracted blink* I don’t know. I don’t...speak to my school friends much, recently. I’m busy.

March: Frenemies! And I’d bet they think I’m just the best. Just don’t ask me how they think I’m the best or what they think I’m the best at – it’s a secret. *best at being the worst*

"Parents?"
Crow: *annoyed twitch* Irrelevant.

Mikael(?): *vaguely creepy smile* They’re proud. After all, they’re my motivation.

March: *shrug* Iunno! Again, either dead, or didn’t have them! One of these probably makes more sense than the other, though... It’s a mystery.~

"Siblings?"
Crow: Still irrelevant.

Mikael(?): I have a brother, Stephen. *smile fades a bit* I’m sure he’s proud, too.

March: Did you know that non-dairy creamer is flammable? True story. *patient smile*

"Other family members?"
Crow: *angry sound* Moving on...?

Mikael(?): ...No.

March: Did you know the plastic bits on the end of shoelaces are called aglets?

"What’s your greatest source of frustration?"
Crow: Idiots, their idiotic actions and their idiotic questions. This interview is ranking higher on the list with every ridiculous, redundant question, for example.

Mikael(?): My current limits. *necklace touch*

March: Did you know – oh, new topic! Waiting. Waiting is the worst. Waiting at the doctor’s office, standing in lines, waiting for a light to turn green... It’s just awful. Follow my advice, people – don’t wait! Go! What’s the worst that could happen? Getting politely asked to leave? Getting arrested? Vehicular manslaughter? C’mon, live a little! Or, ya know, don’t. Being dead is fine too. *thumbs up*

"What’s your greatest source of joy?"
Crow: My accomplishments. Being able to...do what I do. To mix my genius with my unique abilities and create something no one else could.

Mikael(?): ...I wouldn’t call it joy...but I take pride in what I do. It’s...satisfying. *intense look*

March: ...I’m dead!

"What are you especially proud of in your life?"
Crow: This. What I am now. *eyes narrow* What I’m going to be, and what I’m going to do. I’m making a place for myself.

Mikael(?): *frown* I already answered this.

March: I...*distracted pause*....Nope! I lost it! Ask Say-chan, he probably knows! I'ma go with more being dead!

"If you could change anything about your life what would it be?"
Crow: I’m beginning to regret this pathetic interview. Maybe I’d erase it from history. *HMPH*

Mikael(?): I would have begun to act earlier. *as serious as he is vague*

March: How dead I used to not be. The greatest tragedy of all!

My fists.

"What do you like least about yourself?"

Breaking demons.

I'd have to guess, that maybe, stillborn after being cut from my dead mother's womb?
