Bought a Resub for Markus. Sev worked hard to help me come up with a new kai for him.

Initial Awakening:


[Kamihibana] - 火花
“Amesha Spenta”

Upon releasing his post-human powers, Markus’ spiritual energies begin to warp and twist, coalescing in the palm of his hand and solidifying in the shape of a massive, box-ended wrench; the head of which is seemingly composed from a large engine block, while the handle is dotted with a variety of gages. While not in use, the engine appears to idle, humming and rattling quietly while occasionally exuding puffs of exhaust.


[Akarain] - レッドライン
“Redline” - 0% Resonance

Like any finely-tuned machine, Kamihibana has a ‘sweet-spot’ -- when conditions are right, and every tiny piece and part of its grand machination run together in perfect harmony. A picture of efficiency and power; Kamihibana’s primary ability thrives on these moments. Each time Markus uses and ability or unique feat, Akarain passively generates one stack. At five stacks Kamihibana redlines, representing the peak of its power. When in this state, the next ability Markus activates will be empowered, expending the stacks built on Akarain and gaining an additional effect. Empowered abilities do not generate additional stacks of Akarain on use.



[Youkoro] - 溶鉱炉
“Blast Manifold” - 0% Resonance

Revving Kamihibana’s engine, the massive block becomes red hot, roaring and spewing exhaust. While in this state, Markus’ physical attacks will deal explosive damage, radiating out from the point of impact and shooting flames over a one meter diameter. Markus himself appears to be immune to its effects. Activating Youkoro costs the mechanic 5% of his reiatsu, and remains active over three turns before Kamihibana finally gears down. If empowered by Akarain, the initial attack causes several smaller explosions in a line in front of Markus, travelling a distance of roughly ten meters before dissipating.


[Souseiji Souten] - 双生児装填
“Twin Turbo” - 25% Resonance

Upon reaching 25% resonance, the various gages that line Kamihibana’s handle begin to peak, its engine roaring louder and more ravenously, while occasionally exuding gouts of flame from its exhaust ports. By channeling his reiatsu into Kamihibana Markus can activate Souseiji Souten, throwing the engine into gear and pushing the mechanic into a high-speed dash attack. Souseiji Souten thrusts Markus forward ten meters in a straight line, terminating in an explosive melee attack. This ability may also activate the empowered effect of Youkoro providing it is used within the latter abilities duration. If empowered by Akarain, Markus may perform an an additional dash attack at the completion of his first, during the same turn. Souseiji Souten costs Markus 10% of his reiatsu and can only be activated once per turn.


True Awakening:

MUGEN NO SAKUSEI: KAMIHIBANA

“Infinite Creation, Amesha Spenta”

Upon reaching 50% Resonance, the true form of Markus’ post-human power is unveiled. Slamming the massive form of Kamihibana into the ground, the machine begins to transform, twisting and rebuilding into the shape of a massive engine-block-come-gatling-gun; a hulking mass of steel and fury resembling a gargantuan multi-barreled turret.


[Kyaku Daisouten] - 火薬装填
“Black Powder Supercharge” - 50% Resonance

By paying 5% of his reiatsu, Markus can activate Mugen No Sakusei’s primary weapon; Kyaku Daisouten. This massive gatling gun is capable of converting the mechanic’s spiritual energy into solid ammunition, firing a massive barrage of bullets over a one meter wide area in a range of up to twenty meters from itself. Each activation of Kyaku Daisouten generates a “redline stack”. Upon generating three stacks from any source, Markus may empower the next use of Kyaku Daisouten, increasing its damage by 5% and causing enemies struck by the attack to be slowed (represented as a debuff to the opponent’s primary movement stack proportional to the cost of this ability). Activating an empowered ability expends all accumulated “redline stacks” from any source.

[Yakedokara] - 火傷留守
“Burnout” - 50% Resonance

At the cost of 10% of his reiatsu, Markus can utilize his turret’s secondary armament; Yakedokara, igniting the turret’s under-barrel flame thrower and spewing spiritually-enhanced fire in a ten meter cone in front of the device. Each activation of Yakedokara generates a “redline stack”. Upon generating three stacks from any source, Markus may empower the next use of Yakedokara, causing the attack to deal damage over time equal to 2% of Markus’ reiatsu per turn, for three turns, against any targets hit by the initial attack. Activating an empowered ability expends all accumulated “redline stacks” from any source.

[Bakuhatsu Juushi] - 爆薬重視
“Explosive Compression” - 50% Resonance

The final weapon in Mugen No Sakusei’s arsenal, Bakuhatsu Juushi takes the form of a massive mortar mounted on the side of the turret. At the cost of 10% of his reiatsu, Markus can fire a of highly-explosive grenade up to thirty meters from his turret, which upon detonation can deal damage over a five meter radius around its point of impact. Each Each activation of Bakuhatsu Juushi generates a “redline stack”. Upon generating three stacks from any source, Markus may empower the next use of Bakuhatsu Juushi, causing the initial grenade to explode into three more, scattering over an area up to ten meters from the point of impact. These secondary charges deal half the damage of the initial shot (equal to 5% of Markus’ reiatsu). Activating an empowered ability expends all accumulated “redline stacks” from any source.

[Overdrive: Kiken Chitai] - 危険地帯
“Danger Zone” - 100% Resonance

The final, and by far most devastating ability of Mugen No Sakusei, Kiken Chitai drains the remainder of Markus’ reiatsu (in addition to the bonus granted by Overdrive) and arms a massive explosive device housed deep within itself, locking down and becoming immovable. After a short delay, the explosive detonates, dealing massive damage over a thirty meter radius and ending Markus’ True Awakening. Following activation, Markus’ Resonance is reduced to 0%.

 
Sabigyoushou - Approved

Tatsunokkuchi - Resubmit

Mizuchi - is waaay too numbery for what it does. Something like pay 5% and then for the following turn redirect all reiatsu projectiles to the mouth up to the cost paid in is all that’s needed with the 20 meter range. Right now it’s leaning to be a bit too strong for a 3 ability shikai.

Kawatarou -
You want a 100% remaining nuke, you get the Beaks clause. If Manzou uses this he is left unconscious after use. Still don’t see why this random nuke is in a mainly utility kai.

Chaozhi Zhan - Resubmit

Douzhi -
I like the idea of a double tap but it’s wording it weird. I’d honestly just think it would work better giving people affected the ability to do mini 2-hit Breaks.

Baoli Jizeng -
Change it so that only one wound per person can be reduced on hit, otherwise you get kind of crazy mega AoE healing.


Kamihibana - Approved

Mugen - Approved w/Changes

Kyaku Daisouten - The slow persists for the following two turns. The debuff only affects MS reduction not a general agility debuff because flat stat debuffs have kind of been pretty much eliminated.

Kiken Chitai - Gets the unconscious clause with Kawatarou above.

Initial Awakening
for Tsao Chen

Chaozhi Zhan - Battle Tendency

Form


Upon initialization Chaozhi Zhan bestows to Chen a unique aura only he can see.


Ability : Douzhi - Fighting Spirit


Douzhi requires 3% of Chen’s reiatsu per round to remain active. All allies within a fifteen meter radius of Chen will become imbued with the overwhelming will to fight until their opponent is toppled.


The willpower imbued by Douzhi allows all allies within the radius to make two nearly simultaneous attacks once on their turn. Either attack may directed at separate locations within that allies' own range. These attacks are made at the full value of the ally's relevant combat statistic and only allows for the use of basic physical attacks.


Ability : Zhengchao - Brawl


Zhengchao requires 3% of Chen’s reiatsu to activate. For the remainder of the round all allies within a fifteen meter radius will generate a four-meter shockwave directed at their target with each offensive ability/attack. The concussive damage of the shockwave is equal to the amount paid into Zhengchao and also generates physical force according to Chen’s Combat statistic.


Resonance Ability : Baoli Jizeng - Violent Surge


Baoli Jizeng requires 15% of Chen’s reiatsu to activate and affects all allies within a fifteen meter radius. For the following three rounds all allies will gain the ability to reduce a single wound up to Moderate by one category each time they successfully land an attack. No more than one wound per hit per person may be healed in this way.

Bankai

Name: Fortissimo Crescendo

Appearance: During her final release, Adele’s swords disappear, leaving the nekogami with visible music notes constructed of reiatsu surrounding her within a 30 meter radius. The notes can audibly play any song or piece of music. The notes represent Adele’s focus on her techniques and are intangible until she uses them for a bankai technique. As a musician and a conductor, the nekogami dresses for the occasion. Her clothing is replaced with an indigo suit jacket with coattails over a violet suit vest with silver buttons and indigo leggings. Her shoes are replaced with baby doll flats. Interestingly enough, Adele experiences physical changes as well; her cat ears become rounded and turn tan, and she grows a matching tail with a tuft of fur on the end, much like a lion's tail.

Ability: Tiger's Pride- While Crescendo may be a tiger, Adele is more like a lioness. Lionesses are stronger when they hunt in a group. When Adele uses this ability, she and two other members of her pride passively regenerate 2% of Adele's base reiatsu per turn capping at 10% of Adele's base reiatsu total. Members of Adele's pride are defined as people she has obtained United Front with.

Attack: Conductor- In the world of music, a song’s volume and tempo may be guided by a conductor. Adele’s musical prowess and enhanced reiatsu control have allowed her to bend reiatsu based techniques to her will. Once per turn Adele can pay 8% of her reiatsu to to change the direction or target of a single technique. This can be cast on projectiles mid-flight to redirect them, but they will be redirected as if used by Adele herself.

Attack: Crescendo's Melody-
The musical notes that surround Adele are not just for show and more than make up for the lack of a sword in her hand. Adele may imbue the music notes surrounding her with her reiatsu. These musical notes repel foreign spiritual pressure within a 5m radius of Adele. Each musical note is worth 5% of Adele's reiatsu. When applied to techniques that attack the mind, Adele’s music notes reduce the effect of mental techs by the amount of reiatsu they cost starting with the strongest effect by disrupting the reiatsu manipulating the senses.

Attack: A Musical Storm- Adele can use the music notes surrounding her to deal an attack to her enemies' senses. For 5% of her reiatsu, she can afflict an enemy with the sensation of hearing extremely loud, high pitched sound in response to reiatsu expenditure within a 10 meter radius of the victim by surrounding them with the musical notes that normally float around her. This effect lasts two turns.

Fortissimo Crescendo - Denied

I think what’s really hurting this kai is a lack of cohesion or unifying theme. This is expressed in how the ability and the attacks work together. Usually the ability is the purest expression of the Bankai, with alot of people using it as the driving mechanic. You want a sound kai, but then why is your ability boring, flat, regen? 2% regen really was tech level, something far too weak in my opinion for a Bankai ability. I suggest looking at other people’s bankai’s to get a good look at how the ability can be used to really define a kai.

Conductor -
8% is really high and honestly I could see an entire kai based around this one ability alone. You can simplify it to just by paying 2% reiatsu, Adele can change the direction of a single technique, once per attack.

Crescendo’s Melody -
You never specify how many musical notes there actually are so this has a cost anywhere from 5% to 100% which is a no go. Other than that, it’s pretty much a barrier with placebo added in so not much wrong with that.

A Musical Storm -
Fine, though the range is a bit small. Kind of weaker overall too, because I could see this in a shikai.

In general, i think if you fine tune this kai into a simple theme, it’ll be easier to buff it/rework it to a more standardized level.
 
Shikai

Name
Taiyourinmaru (太陽輪丸, Solar Ring)

Form
An incredibly hot solar wind current swirls around Shingo in a circle up to his Taiyourinmaru. It then transforms into a sword very similar to an Italian bastard sword with a wide blade. The crossguard is in the form of a vertical ring from which the long blade protrudes at the top. The hilt retains its form with deep scarlet itou.

Ability
After paying 5% Reiatsu, Shingo covers his blade with his own reiryoku; this modified energy is imbued with a negative or positive charge that extends to and latches onto the target upon their contacting Taiyorinmaru; this applies to bodily contact or whatever is attached to them.

Then, projecting his own reiryou into the air around him, he alters the charge of those particles to give off whichever charge he desires---either negative or positive. This field extends to a 15m diameter. Playing on the rules of attraction, any opponent within range may be rapidly propelled away from him or drawn to him upon direct projection of his own reiryoku.

This imbuing of positive and negative charges can extend to allies as well; if allies have been affected and remain within 15m of Shingo, targets may be pushed or pulled away from or toward them. The effect lasts for 4 rounds.

Ability
Upon contacting the opponent or anything attached to them, Shingo may pay an additional 10% Reiatsu and touch his charged sword to a specific location; this can be either the environment, another being, or even himself. For the following 4 rounds, if the affected opponent remains within 15m of this designated location, all reiatsu-based attacks less than the cost paid will be magnetically drawn to this location.

The effect can be applied to only one opponent per usage.

Ability
Paying 1% Reiatsu per round, with every swipe of Taiyourinmaru comes a wave of superheated particles of reishi that viciously scalds anything in its path for 5m. In addition, the blade itself becomes extremely hot, lighting aflame anything it touches, cauterizing al wounds inflicted. Any non-spiritually based matter is disintegrated instantly.

Attack (Vizard)
Paying 2% Reiatsu per round, the star within the hilt blooms both in radiance and temperature. Any non-spiritually based matter within the 5m diameter is disintegrated instantly, and opponents caught in this realm are partially blinded and viciously scalded.

Character: Aragon Tenbanto
Stage: Initial Awakening

Form:
Upon activation deep purple colored energy spark erratically from his hands.

Ability 1: Polarize:
At a cost of 2% reiatsu per turn, Aragon can manipulate metals of non-spiritual nature up to a mass that is a tenth of his combat stat. Skill and precision are also determined by his Combat stat. This is only effective in an area with a 15-meter diameter, however the area does not necessarily need to be centered on Aragon.

Ability 2: Rail Gun:
At cost of 3% Reiatsu per use, Aragon can focus his energy into an electromagnetic field to create a rail gun effect.

When using a metal pole, Aragon can use any material that has trace elements of metal as ammo. By doing this the range will be 25 meters and the damage is half the cost used for the ability.

When using Rail Gun with an Orpheus firearm, the range of the firearm increases by 10 meters and the damage multiplier increase by .1.

Ability 3: Power Surge:
At a cost of 10% reiatsu, Aragon can potentially paralyze a target through direct contact for two rounds. He does this by compressing his reiatsu to the surface of his body. He can only use this twice in a row before he risks frying his own nerves.

Resonance Ability: Chain Lightening: 100% Resonance
With a one shot blast using 50% of his remaining reiatsu, Aragon can connect a string of electrical energy up to 3 targets effectively directing a lightening attack. When multiple “living” targets are hit, the damage is equally distributed.

For ability 1 it pulls in everything up to the remaining reiatsu in the ability. Pulling in one ability subtracts the attracted ability cost from the total paid in initially

Ability 1 - sounds like you want telekinesis which is fine but the zone stuff may be uneeded

Ability 2 - talk to sev about new orph guns, they dont have damage multipliers anymore

Ability 3 - closet to fine. Just it will be treated as a binding. BUT THIS IS 1 TOO MANY ABILITIES. In IA you get 2 abilities and a single resonance attack.

Res attack- this is more on the level of an overdrive. 50% is really high for IA. Id suggest that you look at other AH kais for ideas.

Zhi Ren, in its dormant state, takes the form of Neji’s right eye. Typically hidden from view by a large patch, the eye is far from ordinary; appearing to be severely bloodshot; its nearly-black iris etched with radiant arcane markings in place of a pupil. The flesh around the eye socket appears to be blackened and singed, though it is normally hidden by his eyepatch.

By uncovering his right eye, the powers of Zhi Ren are invoked. Spiritual energy pours from the arcane oculus, forcibly and painfully splitting Neji’s soul apart and pulling from his body an ethereal, shadowy creature. Hunched over, sporting a what appears to be a massive mask of carved jade that weighs its head down, the vaguely humanoid spectre’s body bears the same arcane etchings as Neji’s eye. In the center of its featureless mask sits a single paper talisman; a taoist seal. Neji himself takes on the appearance of a Plus soul, with his soul chain and soul sleep visible, but anchored to his astral projection.

Despite its appearance, the Zhi Ren is nothing more than a puppet; a mere projection of Neji’s spiritual energies unable to take independent action. The very act of invoking Zhi Ren’s power costs Neji 20% of his reiatsu which serves as the projection’s durability while active.

Zuzhou - 诅咒
“Cursing the Flesh - 0% Resonance

The true purpose behind Neji’s projection is deceptively sinister in its function. Zhi Ren’s ability lies in the division and distribution of injury. Upon taking damage, Neji can choose to defer his wounds to the Zhi Ren. Wounds transferred to the projection via Zhiyu reduce its durability by 2% per use. If the Zhi Ren is destroyed, any wounds it has accrued from any source are transferred to Neji.


Zhanrou - 斩肉
“Cutting the Flesh - 0% Resonance

At the cost of 2% of his Reiatsu, Neji can direct his Zhi Ren to attack an opponent within thirty meters of him. If the projection lands an attack, it may transfer any wound it has accrued to the target. Hoshi Modoru can be used twice per turn. The speed and power with which the Zhu Ren attacks is dependant on Neji’s Combat stat.




Resonance Ability: Zhiyu - 治疗
“Curing the Flesh” - 25% Resonance

By paying 10% of his reiatsu, Neji can force the Zhi Ren to sprout a mass of additional soul chains, taking on the appearance of an earthbound spirit and rooting itself to its current location. While in this state, the Zhi Ren cannot attack or move, but is capable of slowly regenerating itself; removing one of its accrued wounds per turn, to a maximum of ten turns. The technique, however, can be interrupted should the projection be destroyed before its completion, transferring the remainder of its stored wounds back to Neji.

At a cost of 10% of his remaining reiatsu, Aragon can potentially paralyze a target through direct contact for two rounds with the equivalent strength of a mid level Bakudou spell. He does this by compressing his reiatsu onto the surface of his body in the form of electrical energy. He can only use this twice in a row before he risks frying his own nerves.
 
Zenny - Approved w/changes

Polarize: I'm not a fan of the 15m diameter not being centered around Aragon in this IA. Doesn't really seem to make sense since the wording gives it almost infinite range as he decides to move around that range. Center around Aragon but bump up range to 20m diameter around him.

Chain Lightning: Initital strike must fire at a target at most 10m farther away from him. Each jump at most can chain 10 meters away from the previously hit target.

System Shock: Get rid of the max 2 uses bit. It acts as a binding and all binding rules apply.

Bankai

Name: From Tiger to Lion

Appearance: During her final release, Adele's swords disappear and Crescendo takes the form of a set of hand-like paws where Adele’s hands would be. The paws have retractable claws with properties similar to that of Adele's sword. Her shihakushou is replaced with lavender colored fur. Her cat ears become rounded and she grows a matching tail with a tuft of fur on the end, much like a lion's tail. An indigo musical note appears on the center of her chest over her breast bone with black lines extending from it across the top of her chest and shoulders in a pattern not unlike a tiger's stripes.

Ability- Tiger’s Pride
Though Crescendo was originally represented by a tiger, a solitary creature, she urged Adele to be more like a lioness. As a result, Adele has found a way to use music to connect with others, allowing for exceptional teamwork.

Adele forms a pride her with her allies using her reiatsu to forge a connection between herself and up to three others. A glowing musical note appears somewhere on each member of the pride and a line pattern similar to tiger stripes extends from the music note.

Tiger's Pride passively collects 3% of the total base reiatsu of the pride members in a 'Pride Pool' each turn to be used for other bankai techniques. The Pride Pool can hold as much as half Adele's base reiatsu. Adele and members of her pride can draw from this pool once per turn to cast techniques.

Attack- Claws
Despite no longer having a sword, Adele is not unarmed. Her final release grants her a set of paws complete with claws made of the same material as her zanpakuto. To use them, Adele must infuse them with 15% of her reiatsu. Adele can use them to inflict physical damage or cut through attacks worth less than the cost of her claws. The claws last until broken by a force greater than their cost.

Attack- Battle Plan
When lionesses hunt together, communication is essential for coordinating attacks. Adele can pay 1000 reiatsu from the Pride Pool per turn to allow for telepathic communication between members of the pride. The reiatsu musical notes on each pride member are used to establish the mental connection.

Attack- Stalk
Felines are great hunters, it is their sport and their means of attaining food. They love to play with their prey, if they can keep track of it that is. Adele can mark an opponent using 15% of her reiatsu via physical contact. This mark acts as a beacon that allows Adele (and members of her pride when Tiger’s Pride is active) to track the victim even when their spiritual pressure is hidden and as a target for projectile kidou. When a marked individual is within the reiatsu noukan range of Adele or one of her pride members, they can track the target. If they are within range to cast projectile kidou, the attack will automatically aim for the mark which takes the form of an eighth note on the target’s chest. The mark lasts three turns, but can be forcefully removed if the target expends 1.5 times its value.
 
Bought a resub. Resubbing Kyuketsuki. I'll totally explain why when I can actually write Ren freely.

Name: Katerina
Release Phrase: "Let the queen fight now, Katerina!"
Form: Upon uttering her release phrase, the wakizashi changes similarly to when Ren wielded Kyuketsuki. The blade cracks and becomes nothing more than a handle and dust, reforming around Ren's hands in guantlets. These gauntlets him with the very essence of war and seem to make Ren feel uncomfortable. The weapons are coloured a beautiful ivory, without a single mark ruining their surface. The palm and segmented areas of the fingers are covered in an ebony cloth, while small joints of ivory metal seem to cling to her wrist and the joints in her fingers.

In addition to these, her hair becomes silver with traces of jet black running throughout it. On her left arm are archaic runes of some origin, though Ren has yet to question where. Her right arm has a single insignia marked onto her skin like a scar. This insignia resembled a wilting rose. When initially released, the shoulders and arms of her kosode are blown away from the reiatsu, and her mask seems to shatter as well, though it reforms as a lilac ribbon around her neck.

Inner World: Katerina's inner world resembles the previous world of Kyuketsuki's, with eternal downpour and twilight. However, the house is left in ruins, with half of it littering the path to the ruins. Large craters decorate the ground and tall pillars of smoke rise towards the moon. There is a headstone in front of the house, reading 'Here lies my old self. R.I.P.'


Kanpeki Senso - Perfect War
Ability
Katerina embodies all that Ren dislikes, but with her interests in mind. The new spirit forces Ren to fight when she is endangered, and does so without mercy. To assist this new method of combat, she creates a way to buff Ren’s strength over combat, though not directly. For every round of combat that goes by, Ren stores one Strife charge, represented by a rune glowing.

Each Strife charge holds 200 reiatsu, and can be stacked up to 10 Strife charges. They can be used at any point in time in conjunction with Ren’s abilities, strengthening them. Ren can also place 1 Strife Charge on a Hadou she casts, provided she has the Strife charge to do so. Kanpeki Senso represents the Kiss of the Vampire and an aspect of Bite of the Vampire, though refined.

Otakebi - War Cry
Attack
When Ren was taken by the Advent Humans, she was subjected to close range combat. When Ren fought Adele and Eiji, she lacked the ability to get close to her opponents without trading blows, which never worked well for her. In exchange for trading in Kyuketsuki’s strongest attack, Katerina created a versatile and powerful attack to help Ren control the battlefield. By mixing 2% of her reiatsu in her gloves, she can fire off a single ‘bullet’ of reiatsu, or 5 rounds at the cost of 10%.

She can also mix any number of Strife charges with her attack, powering it greatly. The bullets travel roughly 20m, and explode when they reach their full distance, or when they come in contact with an obstacle. Otakebi represents the Strength of the Vampire, though refined and more versatile.

Shukuho - Gun Salute
Attack
Combining her newfound attack, Otakebi, with Kidou created by Ren allows a powerful and versatile way to fight. By paying 1.50x the cost of the Hadou and the cost of a War Cry round, Ren can mix the property of it with a War Cry bullet. This allows a kidou such as Soukatsui to be fired as a more controlled projectile, with an additional power increase. She can use any kidou within reason - Kidou that require physical contact such as Demon Fist cannot be shot out.

Form:
Upon activation deep purple colored electrical energy sparks erratically from his hands.

Ability 1: Polarize:
At a cost of 2% reiatsu per turn, Aragon can manipulate metals of non-spiritual nature up to a mass that is a tenth of his combat stat. Skill and precision are also determined by his Combat stat. This is only effective in an area with a 20-meter diameter.

Ability 2: Chain Lightning:
Generating an electrical blast using 5% of his reiatsu, Aragon can connect a string of electrical energy up to 3 targets effectively directing a lightning attack. When multiple “living” targets are hit, the damage is equally distributed. Max distance is 10m between points.

Resonance Ability: System Shock: 50% Resonance
At a cost of 10% of his remaining reiatsu, Aragon can potentially paralyze a target through direct contact for two rounds with the equivalent strength of a mid level Bakudou spell. He does this by compressing his reiatsu onto the surface of his body in the form of electrical energy.


Stage: True Awakening
Form: Lightning bolt scars run from his shoulders to the tips of his middle fingers. The scarred skin then emanates a deep hue of purple.

Chain Lightning: Resonance 50%
At a cost of 5% per turn Aragon can connect a string of sustained electrical energy up to 5 targets effectively directing a lightening attack. When multiple “living” targets are hit the damage is equally distributed. Max range between points is 20 meters.

Power Surge: Resonance 50%
At a cost of 10% reiatsu, Aragon can potentially paralyze a target through direct contact for three rounds. If the attack is made through a ranged strike like a thrown knife, or flung orb the attack looses 10% of the original power every 5 meters between Aragon and his target.

Plasma Cutting: Resonance 50%
Compressing the electrical energy around his hands or feet, Aragon can use 5% of his reiatsu per round to create a cutting edge on his hands or feet capable of cutting through lesser materials.

Capacitance: Overdrive: 100% Resonance
Aragon consumes 50% of his remaining reiatsu to be able to turn his body into a reiatsu capacitor. Doing so allows him to absorb all incoming reiatsu based attacks which include spells by shinigami, however the energy absorbed must be used within the next round else it will injure Aragon.
 
Character: Hayashi Sachiko
Stage: Initial Awakening

Form: When activated, fluorescent blue ring’s appear on Sachiko’s pale skin. Each mark is unique and imperfect, being slightly uneven around the edges like a natural pattern.

Senmou: At the cost of 3% her total reiatsu at activation, a neurotoxin is produced by Sachiko’s skin that when transferred on to an opponent's bare flesh causes rapid onset of symptoms (2 turns for unbroken skin and 1 turn for broken skin). The effects of the toxin prevent the person(s) affected from both moving and performing an action in the same turn. If activate for too long (5 turns) the toxin will start to affect Sachiko as well.

Kizudama: At the cost of 1% her total reiatsu per shot fired, Sachiko can infuse any of the Initiative’s ammunition in the barrel of the firearm she is holding at that time with same toxin created by Senmou.

Resonance Ability, Kizutakoyaki: By paying 10% of her base reiatsu, Sachiko creates up to eight tentacles of fluorescent blue energy, each about an arms thickness, that sprout up behind her. The tentacles have a reach of up to 15 meters and once they have latched onto their target deliver a toxin that paralyzes the opponent for 3 rounds. If the tentacle is severed, the opponent is no longer paralyzed and instead suffers the effects of Senmou.

Tiger to Lion - Resubmit

Tiger's Pride - Cool idea, needs some refining. Pools are weird, and free form reiatsu ones like this can get broken fast. Right now I would say that it's a bit overtuned (hah pun). It's a lot of free reiatsu being collected which is kind of a no-go. It's like a group shuuhaku pool right now. I would consider changing it to be like a more siphon thing where people can choose to donate up to 3% of their reiatsu into that pool, affecting 5 people at max. The max rei in the pool is equal to 15% of Adele's rei and can be freely drawn from. Pride members must be in 30m of Adele

Claws - Reword to paying 15% to create the claws. They can cut through attacks reducing the durability of the claws by that amount and being dispelled once they've run out of rei.

Stalk - You can track the target in Adele's Reiatsu Nouken. The FIRST projectile kidou fired form anyone in the pride will home onto the mark and extinguish it. The mark is treated as a debuff but persists until it's either cleansed or extinguished by a pride member.


Katerina - Approved w/Changes
Perfect War -
Instead of flat costs, I would say put it so that it drains 2% of her rei if she chooses to generate a charge that turn. It'll help it scale better and actually associate a cost to the skill instead of it just being a free amp.

War Cry -
Might just be easier to have he be able to fire a bullet at 2% of her rei, makes it pretty much bala-style shots, instead of that packaging of one or 5 rounds worth. Just 2% per use.

Gun Salute -
Good to go

Zen - Approved w/Changes
Chain Lightning - Fine

Power-Surge - It's close just remove that 3 turn round duration. Just say that it's a 10% binding that paralyzes the user while affecting them. It's treated as a binding for all binding breaking abilities. Remove the damage loss on ranged attacks.

Plasma Cutting - Fine

Capacitance - Small adjustment. Redo it to the following. He uses it by paying 50% of his reiatsu. All energy attacks that hit him that turn are instead absorbed for 75% of their reiatsu cost. He can release the stored energy the following turn. If he tries to hold it longer he'll self-destruct.

Bunz - Approved w/changes
Senmou - honestly I don't think you need to have the toxin affect Sachiko.

Kizudama - Fine

Kizutakoyaki - Fine. It's also treated as a binding so binding breaking abilities will affect it.

Appearance
Edward’s sanrei glove is worn on his right arm. Sealed the colors of the glove are split down the length. The side with his thumb is shining white, where as the other side fades from darker silver at the fingers to lighter near his elbow. Two black bands wrap around the glove at the wrist.

Released the bow takes on the shape of his old rifle, only all white for the stock with the barrel darker near the tip. Two black bow arms extend to the sides. At the back is a full receiver and bolt.

Ability
By loading an Orpheus round into the receiver, Edward is able to break down the ammunition into hardened reiatsu and form arrows carrying the same properties. He can then fire a single arrow at the cost of the round plus a normal arrow. Only the laser rounds cannot be used for this, due to their nature.
