So, House Ascania needs a senior Retainer, and that might be a Shinigami near you. Nearly any Shinigami is able to join the testing (the only prerequisite is that they have a shikai).
The good news is, the lucky individual that wins will become a senior member of the Ascania House, and recieve a 10,000 kan stipend with which they may bolster their and the House name and tend to matters as they see fit.
The bad news is it won't be easy to get. There will be a singular set of 1 v 1 matches(I'll line up the roster) to display skill at arms, and interviews with the House Patriarch.
OOG I'm looking for someone who can write well in adversity (Nobles face a lot of adversity), as well as triumph. And as importantly write a character consistently for better or worse.
IG the House is looking for someone who can tend to duties of court (as Theron is techincally not able to enter Seireitei due to his 'affliction'. Nobles are above the rules, but this one is not to be trifled with). As well as represent well the cause of House Ascania to unflinchingly pursue the betterment of life for those in Rukongai and Seireitei, and fight her enemies. A dichotomy of shadow and light.
