What do you do when words refuse to hit paper?
When worlds beyond number fill your brain
When a thousand traumas get called

“Character Development”

But yet you cannot make them come to life

It looks so easy and simple. It’s just words right?
Just the language we have known and used all this time
But the space remains

“Blank and Empty”

No matter what you do or what you think of.

Of course there’s always an excuse
Always a reason to come back later
You have a talking friend, or an important email
Or perhaps, you just don’t want to admit

“This Is Hard”

Because that would be a defeat.

After all, it should be easy.
It should be as simple as describing what you see.
The colors of those worlds, the sounds and shape
But how can you boil it down correctly
How can you make them know what you see

“How do you make it Real?”

Because no matter what, it feels like
It’s never quite right.
