True Awakening~

[Tamataryoukyou] - "Bullet Prism”

This awakening manifests as an ethereal, glass-like lattice of energy that floats a few feet in front of the user. The lattice is composed of seven hexagonal plates of reiatsu that form a roughly circular shape about two meters in diameter. The side facing the user is a pale orange color, while the side facing outwards is blue. The construct is thin enough that's its almost invisible when looked at from the side.

Ability: Juuhou - "Heavy Artillery” - 50% Resonance

At the cost of between 1 to 15% of the user’s reiatsu, any attacks attacks fired though the prismatic plate's orange side are boosted by an equal amount. In addition, the prism also boosts the magnitude of the ability, physically increasing the area covered by an attack. For example, if one were to fire 'Byakurai' into the prism, the spells blast radius would be expanded to the diameter of the prism (small attack goes in, big attack comes out). The prism also has a unique effect on Orpheus' ammunition. If, for example, a Pyre round was fired through the prism, the outgoing attack would be manifested as a pillar of fire instead of a simple bullet.

orangeplate.png

Unique Ammo Effects:
Standard: Fires one massive bullet which explodes on impact.
Fire: Outgoing attack manifests as a large pillar of fire.
Ice: Outgoing attack manifests as a wave of ice.
Lightning: Outgoing attack manifests as massive bolt of electricity.
Disrupt: Multiplies the round by three, spreading disruption targets over its area of impact.

Ability: Kibou Dagan”Trick Shot” - 50% Resonance

By paying 1% of his reiatsu, Masato can separate the seven cells composing Tamataryoukyou into individual prisms. Any of Masato's attacks that enter a panel's orange side will exit through all seven cells, with each comprising one seventh of the total output of the attack. The cells can move a maximum of twenty meters from Masato, allowing him to rearrange it when activated.

featplate.png

Ability: Tamakou - "Bulletproof” - 50% Resonance

At the cost of 10% of the user’s reiatsu, an enemy’s attack entering the field can be held within the plate and released at a later time, providing the attack is equal to or weaker than the amount spent to activate the ability. While an attack is being held within the prism, both sides turn a deep red color.

platecharge.png
If the prism is hit while charged, the inbound attack is debuffed by the amount of energy stored in the field. An attack lower than the amount of stored energy will be blocked outright, while an attack of higher value will shatter the prism in its entirety. Any damage the prism takes while charged is deducted from the total stored energy. Once the prisms energy is depleted (or the field breaks), the user must wait one turn before being able to use this ability again.

blockplate.png

Overdrive: Arasu - "Lay Waste” - 100% Resonance

Arasu represents the pinnacle of Masato's power and destructive potential. Upon activation, the cells composing Tamataryoukyou align themselves in a hexagonal formation roughly five meters around Masato, facing the direction he wishes to fire. By exhausting his Resonance meter, the agent can create a feedback loop between the cells of his awakening, allowing him to generate an immense amount of energy. Once directed by a catalyst – in this case a bullet, the gathered energy is unleashed. This manifests as an attack of gargantuan proportions – a massive beam of pure energy emanating to the maximum range of Masato's currently equipped firearm. The release of energy is however, dual-stage – initiating with a smaller, more condensed blast of reiatsu marking the path of the attack, followed by the larger, more damaging beam. The beam can persist for up to four turns, expending 25% of Masato Resonance per turn until it is finally extinguished. Arasu maintains any elemental properties of the ammunition used to initiate it and can be directed by Masato's during the course of its duration, though his control is limited due to the scale of the attack.

Rawb: Resubmit
Remise - No... you can compare one of your stats with one of your opponent's stats, but a kai can't add to it in any way.
La Destreza - Either drop the per turn cost (if its just a barrier) or needs to go up to the 4% per turn if you don't want it to disappear after the first 5% attack.

Isa: Resubmit
Hayazaki - The part about cutting your opponent's zan needs to be removed. There is already a way to do that. Also, add that this barrier is not subject to barrier decay.
Sanzenake - You can change that 10% to 100. Also, change "Sanzenake’s maximum speed is based in the amount of reiatsu spent and also Hinome’s zanjustsu skill." to "Sanzenake’s maximum speed is given by Hinome’s zanjutsu skill."

Nano: Approved with changes
Don't forget the multi weapon rules. The robots must stay within 15m inIA, 30m in TA.

Sev: Approved

[ Shikai ]

夏菊
Natsugiku
[summer chrysanthemum]

"Besiege the heavens, Natsugiku!”

[ Sealed form ]

In its sealed stasis, Hinome’s zanpakutou is a simple katana. The sheathed is lacquered in a glossy maroon color, matching her uniform’s adornments with a silky black hilt. The tsuba is in a round shape with a flowery pattern. The blade is an regular one, with a engraved flower detail.

[ Manifestation ]

An avant-guarde geisha, which happens to be a ginger haired western woman in her middle thirties, wearing a orange and saffron shaded kimono. Natsugiku has a chrysanthemum ornate hairpin adorning her quiffed hair-style and is always holding a radiant paper umbrella, that shines as bright as the Hizashi. Apart from a somewhat edgy temper, not much is known about her personality.

Natsugiku

NATSUGIKUMANIFLIGHT.png

[ Inner World ]

There isn’t a specific inner world. It can be any place which Hinome has already visited. They intentionally chosen by Natsugiku. The difference from the real ones is that they are saturated in a bright, almost blinding sunny luminance, like the sun itself was over-shining.

[ Released form ]

After released, the entire katana glows in a pale gold light and takes the shape of a jian sword, with a flowery motive guard, ornate pommel and a long saffron tassel. The blade has double cutting edge, as normal in the jian type sword and is rather rigid for its flatness. Uncommonly, the jian's hilt is long enough to be held with both hands.

Released form!

NATSUJIANKAI.png

[ Abilities ]

"A sword that can become a shield. A close combat weapon that can perform a long ranged attack. A cutter that can crush. Those are some of the principles within Natsugiku.”

// Hayazaki // early bloom

Hayazaki is the first stage of Natsugiku’s abilities. We could say that it is the base ability, which needs to be triggered so the second one can be used.

By paying 10% of her maximum reiatsu, Hinome can invoke a radiant barrier of solid reiatsu energy that coats the blade. It is called the Hizashi.

As the sword is swung and brandished, it draws in the air a radiant light trail, with the pale gold color of Hinome’s reiatsu. While Hayazaki is active, the jian’s tassel also becomes as luminous as the Hizashi barrier, and ephemeral glowing petals scatter from it.

In Hayazaki, the initial step, the Hizashi takes the shape of a radiant offset of the jian’s blade, being around two inches wide for each side of the cutting edges and about one foot longer on its length. In this highly compressed form, the Hizashi works like an extremely sharp repelling barrier made of reiatsu that vibrates in ultrasonic frequency, greatly enhancing the cutting power of its edges. It can cut effortlessly thought barely anything. The more reiatsu is spent, the more powerful, sharp and voracious the reiatsu blade becomes.

Hayazaki can be maintained up to 4 rounds at base 1,000 reiatsu, adding up 1 extra turn at each 5,000 reiatsu, maxing up at 7 turns. It does not subject to barrier decay. When timed out, it needs to be triggered again, with the same cost.

Hayazaki

NATSU_HAYAZAKI2.png

// Sanzenake // radiant dawn

This is the second stage, or extension, of the first ability, Hayazaki.

With Sanzenake, by paying 250 reiatsu (I chose 250 reiatsu to raise the total amount spent and empower the barrier/shapes), Hinome can shape the Hizashi barrier to any form she desires during Hayazaki’s time limit. The possibilities are endless. A shield, a wall, a hammer, a shooting spear, a great sword, ladder, anything.

For reference, at 1,000 reiatsu, the Hizashi can grow in mass up to 1/4x Hinome’s build, to a maximum of 3x her build at 15,000 reiatsu.

In this stasis, the durability of shields, barriers, or any other transformed shape, and sharpness of the edges is equivalent to the total amount of reiatsu spent both in Hayazaki and Sanzenake. Following the principles of Hayazaki, the more compressed the maximum mass of the Hizashi is, even more resistant and sharp it becomes. Also, the forms will always be attached to the sword, not being able to part from it.

Hinome is also able to control the speed of the Hizashi’s transformation’s movement, such as when it extends itself to perform a ranged attack; or when the shield or barrier is formed, thrusting against the incoming attack or opponent. Sanzenake’s maximum speed is given by Hinome’s zanjustsu skill.

The Hizashi can be extended within a radius of 20 meters around the wielder, however, it will always maintains its maximum mass while doing so and abide by the compression/resistance law.

Like I IM'd you shade, I'm short a TA ability. Looking at Alan's he has Heavy Artillery, Trick Shot, Bulletproof and his Overdrive Lay Waste. Likewise Nano has 3 TA abilities and an Overdrive. I only had Three-Card Spread and Five-Card spread.

I'm also resubbing my Overdrive, because it will be GM reviewed the moment I use it. Even without the ability being able to kill, I feel like it won't fly and 0G fights are going to be GM'd.

Nine-Card Spread - 50% Resonance:

Ciro’s powers do not simply control the creation of objects. He gains the ability to split apart. By paying 5% of his reiatsu, Ciro can split an object he creates into smaller, yet exact duplicates of the original. Unlike his previous abilities, he does not need to be in contact with the item to split it. As long as he is in a 15 meter radius of the object, he has control over it. The total durability is split among each of the pieces. The number of times he can split an object is based off his current resonance. Starting at once, he can split an object an additional time per every 10% resonance he has. Ciro is unable to affect objects too large or too heavy. As such he can only manipulate objects with a weight under his lifting strength.

Overdrive Ability: Celtic Cross Spread - 100% Resonance:

While his normal skill was in the the realm of creation, at this apex of spiritual power, Ciro gains a power only reserved for gods, complete destruction. By draining his resonance bar, the red-eyed man activates the puppets which surround the ring of his corporeal illusion. Within seconds, they fly wildly throughout the arena, though their target is not either one of the combatants. Instead they fly through the constructs Ciro has created, as they easily rip apart through all the physical objects it the area.

This triggered cataclysm topples even the most sturdy of buildings, are brought down, as debris falls wildly towards the ground. Ciro gains limited control over the order of the destruction, allowing him to trigger the fall of certain locations in the order of his choice. This destruction proceeds for the following three turns, at which point, if the memory was his opponents, it is quickly erased from their mind.

[ Lex Talionis Exigatur ]
[ Bankai :: Amaterasu Nana ]
[ Appearance ]
Nana's zanpakuto takes the form of an Italian schiavona, exemplifying her noble upbringing and yet also embodying greater heft as a representation of her hard work. Even in her Ban Kai this simple fact is not changed in the slightest.

What does change is the fact that once her bankai is invoked, the blue-eyed Walker’s presence becomes more noticeable, and intimidating in and oddly charming way. Her already piercing-blue eyes become even more so, at times even looking as if they would pierce a hole through one’s very soul.

[ Ability: Florissante Fleur ]
As battle drags on, those who defend will naturally expend less energy than those who attack. In this, they are prepared to strike when the moment presents itself. This philosophy carries itself over into Exigatur, in the form of Florissante.

Whenever Nana blocks, deflects or otherwise negates an opponent's attack, a single flower insignia paints itself along her sword arm. Up to five insignia's may be present at once. While the insignia's are in play, Nana gains a passive 1% shielding barrier - akin to a second layer of reiatsu covering her skin closely - per emblem in play, up to a maximum of 5%.

If after 3 rounds Nana hasn’t instigated an attack herself, or otherwise received an attack back at her, the stacks are lost completely.

[ Attack: Balestra ]
A brutally graceful movement that may be invoked only during an opponent's attack, Nana is capable of making an attempt to cut off their attack before it can be carried out. By paying 6% of her reiatsu, she may dash at the full speed of her hohou for up to 15m. If she reaches an opponent before their attack is finished, then her attack negates it and the resulting reiatsu is wasted. This may be used once per turn per target.

[ Attack: Remise ]
When Nana's own attack is blocked, deflected or parried, she may execute this attack by expending 5% of her reiatsu. The remise is a renewal of attack, swift and shallow, lacking in the power of the original but cutting off the opponent's next attack. While executing the Remise, Nana attacks the user with the full extent of her zanjutsu stat. If this amount is equal to or greater than the opponent's attacking stat, she may execute a Remise in response to a coming attack, cancelling it out.

[ Attack: La Destreza]
Through rigorous training the Amaterasu heir has learned how to combine the fruits of her hard work with that which she has been taught by others. The subsequent result from this understanding has opened up a wide array of new possibilities with which Nana can overcome the hurdles she has yet to take.

Brutal in her denial of another's offensive, Nana's blade is fully capable of cutting down any attempt to slight her. Infusing 6% of her reiatsu into her blade, the insignias of Exigatur's ability glow softly along her arm, creating a thin pattern of floral print as La Destreza takes hold.

Every attack, physical or energy in nature, that clashes against her is naturally rebounded should it hold less than an equivalent amount of energy infused into it. Though this ability is taxing, she is capable of maintaining it for a total of five rounds before the full price must be repaid once again.

Because of the nature of her zanpakutou, La Destreza is not subject to natural barrier decay.

Initial Awakening

Name: No Man’s Land

Manfestation: While No Man’s Land has no obvious signs of activation, it has a few noticeable tells. Everyone within 10 meters of Roland can feel a bit of tenseness in the air, and the man himself stands a bit straighter, using his own legs instead of his cane to keep upright.

Ability - 0% Resonance - Rigged: Roland’s base power. By paying 2% or his total reiatsu, he can plant a small sphere of clear reishi on any surface within 15 feet of himself.. If anyone steps within a foot of the spot directly above that sphere, then it explodes violently, throwing energy up and creating an explosion with a radius of 5 feet. Roland can only make up to 2 mines per turn and he cannot have more than 1 mine per 500 reiatsu up at the same time.

If the user wishes, he may prematurely detonate the mines by paying an additional 1%. This, however, gives away their position, their rei presence flaring and their clear surface flashing purple before detonation.

Ability - 0% Resonance - Wired: By paying an additional 1% reiatsu, the elder agent can connect two mines, threading a fragile, monofilament wire between them. If this wire happens to be broken, then the two bonded mines fly from their concealing place, smashing together against whoever broke it and detonating. If a bonded mine is detonated without tripping the wire, then its partner automatically detonates too. The user can create one wire per 2,000 reiatsu, with a max of 5 bonds a 10,000 reiatsu.

Ability - 25% Resonance - Ready: Roland’s greatest deception. By paying 100 rei per moved mine, he can reposition any currently existing mines, moving them from their old location to any other spot on the same surface. If he moves a bonded pair, then that pair must stay bonded, and the mines move at a speed relative to his Fortitude stat, but will not detonate in mid-movement. This power can only be used once per three turns, to a maximum of three times in a single release.

OK, ban kai round 1, fight!

Name: 知覚専心 Chikaku Senshin (Perception, Undivided Attention)

Form: The Ban Kai form of Setsuna’s zanpakutou mostly resembles the Shi Kai except that characters on the blade now read 知覚専心 (Chikaku Senshin). However, in difference to the Shi Kai, an identical weapon appears in Setsuna’s free hand and both hands are coated in black gloves. The black of Setsuna’s clothing is replaced by the same gaudy colour scheme as Senshin’s spirit form and whenever he blinks during Ban Kai, his eyes randomly change colour, but always return to his regular green when out of Ban Kai.

Ability 1 - 焦点 Shouten (Focus): Shouten allows Setsuna to be the main focus on a battlefield. At the cost of 2% of Setsuna’s reiatsu and 1% thereafter, he is able to ‘force’ up to 10 opponents within a 25m area to put all their focus on him. This area is always centred on Setsuna and once an enemy leaves this area they will no longer be affected but should they return they will once again be subject to Shouten’s effects.

Ability 2 - 流し目 Nagashi Me (Sidelong Glance): At a cost of 5% of his reiatsu, Setsuna can change the focus of up to 5 people affected by Shouten to something or someone else within the same area of effect as his own Shouten. Shouten’s rules then apply to the new focused item/person until Setsuna’s Ban Kai is sealed.

Attack 1 - 看取の虹 Niji no Kanshu (Perceiving the Rainbow): At the cost of 2% of Setsuna’s reiatsu, he is able to create a single long projectile, coloured like a rainbow, upon each of Chikaku Senshin’s blades. These can then be used as he sees fit, be it flung at an enemy affected by Shouten or as a distraction tool.

Attack 2 - 虹斬りつける Nijigiri Tsukeru (Rainbow Slash): At a cost of 5% of Setsuna’s reiatsu, he can use one of Chikaku Senshin’s blades (or both at double the cost) to create a seemingly solid rainbow in the path of an enemy affected by Shouten. The edges are razor sharp and each rainbow lasts for 3 turns before vanishing.

Zanpakutou: Scream

Phrase: Creed releases all his pent up feelings by screaming them out, either at the enemy or to the world at large. Alternatively, he may simply say "Scream.”

Inner World: The inner world of the Zanpakutou is that of a tranquil sea with a large, crimson gate that rises up from the water. Stepping through the gate reveals the other half, a raging tempest of wind, lightning, and crashing tsunami waves. Perched atop the gate is a figure, the front of which is that of a Zen monk, the other side akin to that of a vicious, horned demon with a ever-present spew of tearing energies from its mouth.

Form: The zanpakutou’s shikai form is that of a long, slender wholly crimson metal spear reaching five feet in total length. From the lower and upper ends, a thin chain made of interlinked talons reaches up and buries itself into his flesh at the shoulder. The tip is narrow and pointed, designed to enhance impact blows.

Ability(secondary power): Rip and Tear
This attack represents the power of the Scream to tear and shred with particular potency. Barriers or other reiatsu energies are torn apart with 25% greater effectiveness.

Attack(primary power): Scream -15% refreshable
Rips out 15% of his reiatsu, creating a field of seething, tearing spiritual force that consumes and damages all it comes into contact with in a 3 meter range around him. The field appears as a pale red field of fanged faces twisted in agony intermixed with slashing and clawing talons.

If the Scream is weakened by colliding with other reiatsu energies, he
must pay the difference remaining to refresh it to 15%.

Hiren: Approved w/ Changes No characters/zan/ splitting and we’re good on the first ability

Rawb: Approved w/ Notes: Understand that Balestra could really just be RP’ed with a shunpo, as really could Remise with sufficient zan advantage. La Destreza is a really weak barrier for bankai lvl but if you’re ok with all this its fine. Really this is a pretty weak kai that actually doesn’t do much and what it does is block less than one attack from an opponent on equal level.

Grif: Approved w/ changes Wired’s limit can be removed however only one wire may be attached on a mine at a time.

Tom: Resubmit. The two abilities should be costed per target, additionally ability one should probably go up to 3% initial + 2% per turn after that. The two attacks are fairly standard if weak for BK lvl attacks.

Van: Approved. AoE and Barrier shred, have fun with that.

New Overdrive and a third True Awakening ability as needed.

[ Kyouka-Harou :: Mirror Flower Surge ] - 50% Resonance
Sometimes it is not enough to control shadows, it must be done to create one. It is by tapping into the mystical wellspring that is reiryoku that Arano can surpass the physical bonds required to create one. By paying 3% of his Reiatsu per shadow created, he creates a shadow that has a potential size of up to 10 square meters, increasing in potential size by 2 meters per 1000 Combat he possesses.

These shadows are, unlike most others, completely solid, but must be made as a direct extension of Arano, either via physical contact with a surface to create it from, or through Kyouka-Heisui. Once created, its form is utterly stationary and uniform unless changed by an outside technique or ability.

Overdrive: [ Sefuchi :: Torrential Abyss ]
As Arano reaches his Overdrive state, his own Awakening undergoes physical changes whilst in this state. The shadowy garments he's clad in become more concrete, forming into a solid black carapace from which numerous shadowy scarves protrude out the back of.

Bending darkness beyond the bounds of space and time, Arano collapses his own Awakening Manifestation into a singularity, a dimensional transport that only reiatsu-imbued attacks and abilities may pass into. The singularity, alone, has no inherent offensive value. However, upon coming into contact with an ability possessing reiatsu equal to or less than 100% of Arano's full Resonance, it absorbs the attack and assumes its own output.

Upon doing so, the singularity expands rapidly, becoming a meter wide orb capable of being thrown for Arano's full strength. Coming into contact with this orb is tantamount to death, as the singularity collapses with its newfound mass, creating a massive implosion for a 30m radius.

Kyouka-Heisui
[ Kyouka-Heisui :: Mirror Flower Calm Water ]
A more potent way to gain power over surrounding shadows, Kyouka-Heisui allows Arano to manifest anywhere between one and five separate tendrils of shadow from any pre-existing shadows he controls. These tendrils may travel for up to 30m away from himself, and fall under the multi-weapon rules for controlling them. Upon coming in contact with any given shadow or source of darkness, the tendril places it under Arano's control for the next five rounds, allowing him to use that shadow with any given ability used with Kyouka-nin Shinnin.

Hurr hurr Bankai-that-I-barely-contributed-to-at-all is the best Bankai.

Akewataru Saikouhou

"Darkness Gives Way to Morning Light Over the Highest Peak"

- Form -
When released, Akewataru Saikouhou shatters (regardless of whether or not it is in its unreleased or Shikai form) into millions of glittering specks of sharp, glass-like dust; this dust then spreads, coating the air around Mitsuyo as well as Mitsu himself.

[Once his clothes are shrouded in the dust, the particles briefly flare with a sharp, painful white light; when this light fades, his clothes reveal themselves to have transformed. His forearms, hands, legs and feet are enclosed in lightweight white gauntlets and greaves, his jinbaori becomes a white and green half-cape, with two longer green tassels that fall past his midriff, and his shihakushou is replaced by a stylized black robe; the lower part of the robe is double-layered, with the back of the robes longer than the front. A thick red cloth encircles his waist, tied at the back with two longer pieces that hang down to nearly ankle-length. Another, smaller, white cloth is secured over the red one. His pants are a dark, faded gray, tucked into his greaves. His forearms are left bare, and while in Bankai, Mitsu’s right eye becomes bright red in color. Both eyes, green and red, glow with an unearthly light reminiscent of flames. These changes are all nothing but aesthetic, although as his Bankai weakens his outfit will become more prone to rips and tears and the glow of his eyes will fade.]

[TL;DR – Bankai Mitsu Mahou Shoujos into this:

gfrgherWHAT.png

and is a pretty pretty princess.]

Spawning from the flecks of dust in the air, Akewataru Saikouhou takes the physical form of dozens of pieces of white washi (paper), each splashed with constantly shifting colors. Stronger and faster than the scrolls of his Shikai, these papers can be wielded telekinetically using Mitsu’s hakuda skill. The papers are capable of covering an area of up to ten (10) meters and act as versatile weapons, capable of blunting attacks of varying degrees (depending on the amount of paper used) and inflicting wounds via the papers’ cutting edges.

Alongside his offensive white washi, black kenmashi (sandpaper) forms a loose outer ring around Mitsu. These papers (also decorated with changing bits of colors) can encircle a thirty (30) meter radius area. Slower than Mitsuyo's primary washi, these are meant for defense above all else.

Mitsuyo can suspend his papers in the air at will and maintains control of them with his mind.

With a thought, Mitsuyo can draw the paper into sheaves.

Ability - Mamori Kami "Guardian Deity"

The primary ability of Akewataru Saikouhou is Mitsuyo's telekinetic mastery over the individual facets of the Bankai. Able to attack with his primary washi based off of his hakuda skill and able to defend with his defensive kenmashi based on his kidou skill, Mitsuyo can command any or all of the papers simultaneously.

Using this ability to suspend himself or others in midair is child's play, and the simplest expression of his prowess.

Attack I - Kaeri Saki Wataru "Second Bloom"
Embracing his newly pacifistic ideology, Mitsuyo's most aggressive attack from his shikai has evolved to be able to turn most attacks non-lethal. By paying an additional 25% of the base spell's cost, Mitsuyo can cause a projectile kidou to bloom twice in rapid succession, detonating with powerful concussive force. The strength is based on the kidou used and its effect has a radius of +1 meter per 1000 Kidou, capping at +15 meters with 15,000 Kidou.

Attack II - Sasataru "Trivialize"
By matching the cost of a targeted ability, Mitsuyo can blunt its effectiveness. Defensive kenmashi are summoned in front of the attack, halting it and letting only its power slip through; once it passes through the papers, the nature of the attack is changed to raw concussive force, although not completely harmless. Only usable within twenty (20) meters, this ability can reduce the severity of any wound by two levels, turning a killing stroke into no more than a moderate injury.

Attack III - Jakuwo Motte Kyou Ni Ataru "Attacking Strength with Weakness"

Mitsuyo can summon a swarm of itoiri (cotton paper) on a single target within 30m, instantaneously and completely binding the target's body, using the papers to mummify them in a manner reminiscent of Bakudou 99, Kin. This binding costs 15% of Mitsuyo's total reiatsu and is strengthened by any reiatsu used for Sasataru in the current or previous round, effectively turning his opponent's strengths against themselves. The stronger the binding is, the more color is prevalent on the otherwise-white binding papers.

Colin: Approved go forth and explode shit

Berri: Resubmit, talkin with will Trivialize seems to just be to help you shield other people, and if that’s the case your ability already allows that so its a waste of a slot. If you want this to be like a DR thing, please word it better and put a cap on lethal blocks, otherwise you can add something else in here.

Tom: Again I feel like the attacks are severely underpowered but if you want them, Approved.

So, first, damn it Berri! I was going for a Black Rock Shooter look too. Made mine a bit more psycho-angel though. Second, I had a pretty good idea of what power should look like for Shikai, I was lost here. Feel free to tone down or up as necessary.

Caries Sanctimonia Lashiel

Caries Sanctimonia Lashiel
Lashiel’s Bankai form, Lashiel of Corrupting Purity, is as a terrifying reimagining of the scythe that was Lashiel’s Shikai form. The weapon takes the form of a dual scythe, with a black-based silver-edged blade at both the top and bottom of the weapon both significantly enlarged over the original model to near preposterous extremes, pointed toward opposite sides in a clock-like fashion. The blades each bear the sigil of Lashiel in a glowing crimson on the black part of the blade. Chains at both ends of the scythe wind around the staff running from end to end, hovering inches from the pole and move as if independent from the scythe. The etchings that once flashed red upon the release of Kidou now blaze red constantly and worked into this pattern now are three gemstones; amethyst, emerald and sapphire which symbolize Reason, Rectitude and Judgment respectively and blaze with an internal intense light, flashing brighter at each attack, with illumination increasing the more reiatsu is spent.

The changes to Adelaide are more dramatic. Her red hair takes tones of Lashiel’s own absolute black, making it look black with red underlining it. The bold green of Adelaide’s eyes seem to reflect a non-existent fire while in bankai as well. Speaking of fire, perhaps the most dramatic function of this transformation is the twin wings of flame that sprout from Adelaide’s back. Heatless and functionless, these wings combine with a rather extreme costume change to provide a significant cosmetic effect. The coloration remains reminiscent of the shihakushou, but the style becomes a much more western sort of insanity. Adelaide’s "English shihakushou” consists of a hooded black coat, worn open but held together above her chest with a broach containing her Reminiscence. The coat is adorned with vertical white stripes along the arms and Lashiel’s sigil in white on the back between the fire-wings. A zipper runs along the open coat, but is not functional. Her outfit beneath consists of a white blouse and rather short black skirt, as well as boots (not heeled for practical purposes) of black accented in white running from each foot up to her upper calves.

Ability: Chains of Lust
Where the fires of passion are the root of most of the powers afforded by Lashiel, Save the Queen draws its power from Adelaide’s own strengths; her history and her powers of perception. Adelaide can manipulate the chains of her scythe can act as weapons for the purposes of techniques that use weapons (Zanjutsu techs or Kenkyouka). Additionally, at the cost of 5% Adelaide’s reiatsu, the chains can inflict an intense feeling of lust and desire on whomever they touch. When doing this, Adelaide can make the chains wrap around the afflicted target, binding either the upper or lower body.
This represents Adelaide herself as empowered by the Ladies Reason, Rectitude and Justice.

Attack 1: Soulfire
Soulfire is the enhanced form of Hellfire. Rather than only enhancing Hadou, it enhances all Kidou. Soulfire greatly enhances the power of Kidou at the cost of essential energy. By paying twice the cost of any Kidou, Soulfire augments the power of that kidou. Chromatic fires and Fire-based kidou function at five times the power they normally would operate at, whereas all other kidou function at 2.5 times their power. Soulfire adds a cosmetic effect to empowered Kidou, releasing flecks of silver light into the air from both the effect area and from Lashiel upon activation.
This is the power of Lashiel as augmented by Lady Reason.

Attack 2: Lashiel’s Shadow
This enhanced form of Fallen Allure is much more intense than its Shikai counterpart. At the initial cost of 5% base Reiatsu one target within five meters can be afflicted with Lashiel’s Shadow. Only one person can be afflicted with the Shadow at a time. While afflicted with Lashiel’s Shadow, Lash can overcome the afflicted with a morally purer passion than she does otherwise; love. Whenever the afflicted sees Adelaide they experience the purest sensation of love ever felt in their life, replacing the object of that affection with Adelaide. This is not a memory, but a replication of the emotion once experienced. While troublesome to most opponents, it can be particularly devastating to Hollows, as it harkens back to their humanity. By expending Reiatsu greater than Adelaide’s investment, the afflicted may lift Lashiel’s Shadow and cannot be affected by it again for five rounds.
This is the power of Lashiel as augmented by Lady Rectitude.

Attack 3: Flames of Passion
The "Final Strike” attack of Adelaide’s Bankai. By expending 75% of her remaining reiatsu, Adelaide unleashes the enhanced raw power of Lashiel and the fires of the Fallen Angels. The chains from the scythe cease to be dormant, instead lancing outward and multiplying as necessary to bind the targets of this attack for its duration. Adelaide then begins to spin her scythe in a clock-like fashion, and funnels her passion and reiatsu through the spinning blades. Lashiel then transforms and enhances this power into the cosmic fires of a solar flare. Adelaide can move the stream of fire by changing the direction of her scythe. This celestial flame attack can burn away most material. The raw power involved in this attack forces Adelaide out of Bankai, and if she lacks Mastery with Bankai she is fatigued after using this ability. If Adelaide does have mastery with her Bankai, following use of this ability, Adelaide cannot re-enter Bankai for five turns.
This is the power of Lashiel as augmented by Lady Justice.

Lesdodis... Shady approval, go!

Name
Yoku no Amatsukeshin (欲のあまつ化身, Heavenly Embodiment of Greed)

Form
The blade of Manzou's Zanpakuto turns to pitch black flames that completely envelop him. Slowly expanding outward, the mass of black flames then take the form of a 10-meter tall dragon with a brawny humanoid form; Manzō is suspended in the abdomen of the dragon and only slightly obscured from sight, the black flames being translucent. The teeth, claws, and talons are exposed and the only parts of the dragon not composed of flames; the thick, pointed fangs are pure bone and drivel with vicious saliva. There are several white flame horns in a straight line down the middle of its back. The white eyes are a radiant flame that shine bright like a spotlight. A similar but more condensed flame forms a razor-sharp edge on the top side of the tail; the tail itself is nearly as long as the dragon is tall. Thin white lines bring definition to the dragon’s pitch black silhouette in the form of reptilian scales, an underbelly, and armor- and cloth-like adornments. In the dragon’s hand is a blade of white flames as long as its own height that protrudes from the mouth of a gargoyle head held by the neck. Manzō wields what is essentially the sealed formed of his Zanpakutō, completely covered from blade tip to pommel in a brilliant white flame.

Yoku no Amatsukeshin moves according to Manzō’s will though if he removes himself from the dragon’s center, he loses control over it. Additionally, while he is within the dragon, he cannot perform any Reiatsu-based attacks of any kind. Everything that the black flame dragon touches is affixed with its black flames which cannot be put out by normal means. Both the white blade and the razor edge of the dragon’s tail can be used to strike the opponent and deal out a great amount of destructive damage, but the black flames that compose most of its form are not solid; these flames are more of a representation of the blade spirit while the large white blade and tail blade are the physical manifestation of the 'Herald's Zanpakutou.

Ability
Ryakudatsu Surasuto (略奪スラスト, Pillager’s Sweep): Manzō imbues the white blade of Yoku no Amatsukeshin with 15% of his Reiatsu. When the blade cuts the opponent, an amount of Reiatsu equal to 25% of Manzō's Reiatsu is taken from the opponent. When this ability is used, the sword simply passes through the opponent harmlessly. There is a one-round cooldown period after the ability is used and it can only be used on one opponent at a time.

Ability
Rentai no Yane (連帯の屋根, Roof of Solidarity): Manzō pays 10% Reiatsu to give the flames of Yoku no Amatsukeshin the effect of repelling attacks lesser than its cost. The barrier lasts until it is wilted down though Manzō can repair the barrier for half of its total cost regardless of total damage suffered.

Attack
Rikoteki Kemono: Kyoutai (利己的な獣 - 狂態, Selfish Beast: Disgraceful Behavior): Manzo can use the Reiatsu paid to the Rentai no Yane ability to make Yoku no Amatsukeshin's flames attack anyone threatening it whom stand in the 10-meter diameter around it; these flames have the same effect as the first ability and costs Manzō 2% Reiatsu per round to keep this ability active.

Attack
Mujihi Surasuto (無慈悲なスラスト, Merciless Sweep): Manzō can pay 1,000 Reiatsu to manifest a second sword in the other hand of Yoku no Amatsukeshin.

Katie: Denied. First attack is way way way too strong. Not only does this amp 200+ abilities but it does so on a greater then 1:1 cost, no freakin way.

Ketchup: Denied. Drains are stupid, drains which operate on a greater then 1:1 ratio which don't give up anything else are retarded. And if I’m reading this correctly you summon a giant flame dragon thingy as form. Really this should also use an ability slot as rather than just a weapon this is something more akin to a mobile suit of fire you can drag around with you. For ability 2, barrier replace if you want at half cost will only replace as much as it costs none of this more barrier then you pay for. I really am against an AoE drain explosion so attack 1 is probably gone even if you fix the first ability.

Ressurection: Kuruijini (Death in Madness)

Form: Truly embracing the darkness and primal hunger of his soul, Hisao’s bankai has been utterly rewritten as he has come to accept working with his inner hollow. At a whim, Hisao’s zanpakutou shatters as a thick putrid grey fog of reiatsu explodes outward covering a circle 30m in radius from Hisao’s position. Once it condenses, those within its effect find the ground and sky littered with strings of reiatsu all shining the same grey as the relic’s reiatsu. At the center of this mobile field, the former tyrant emerges after going through a complete metamorphosis.

Hisao’s “body” is now a 30ft tall arachnid body with proportional legs and a hideous gaping maw. Out of the top of the structure a human torso emerges as the rest of the kidouist’s form. While in this form all talking is down by the mouth on the body which speaks in a double tone of both Hisao’s voice and his inner hollow’s.

Ability: Gihei (Righteous Soldier)

The draining nature of Hisao’s shikai has been amplified to affect every being caught within Hisao’s web. The drain is 20% of the cost of any kidou, gintou, cero, faction techniques, release abilities, feats, and basic techniques. This energy can only be used for the sole purpose of casting more spells or for use in his bankai attacks and does not take away from the actual damage of the ability used. The total amount of stored reiatsu cannot exceed Hisao’s kidou stat though Hisao now gains the ability to decide whether to spend his own reiatsu or the reiatsu stored when casting a spell.

Ability: Kaisen (Outbreak of war)
A passive ability activated constantly while Hisao is in his Resurrection form. He gains 3% rage per turn to augment his giant, mostly immobile form. In his augmented form,Hisao can downgrade the damage of any attack less than lethal by two categories.

Attack: Oushi (Imperial Army)
By gaining 2% Rage, Hisao is able to craft a five foot tall version of his Resurrection form which moves according to his ability stat. These smaller clones do not directly do damage, however they may be embedded with a single kidou spell, which Hisao must pay for, to release either when destroyed or when Hisao wills them to detonate.

Need a GM to look at this wat w/ pho AWOL. Additionally i'd like to know if kaisen can stack w/ hollow resiliency if not I'll make that clear.

Added the 3-round stipulation to first ability (plus hot gargoyles); for second ability, made it so that the barrier cannot be built up anymore than the 10%; for first attack, lessen AoE & made it so that the flames are a lesser version of first ability (since barrier is max 10%, that's the max i can pay and then drains 20% [2:1 with 3 rounds]).

Okie dokie. Round 2! Will Ketch get his kai approved or will Shade have the last laugh again!?! Stay tuned for scenes from the NEXT episode of Dragonb... ...yeah.

Therefore, the body (excluding the white blade, tail blade, and horns) can be considered more illusionary than anything; whatever touches the dragon's body phases right through it and vice versa.

Ability
Ryakudatsu Surasuto (略奪スラスト, Pillager’s Sweep): Manzou imbues the white blade of Yoku no Amatsukeshin with 15% of his Reiatsu. When the blade cuts the opponent, an amount of Reiatsu equal to 30% of Manzou's Reiatsu is taken from the opponent over the next 3 rounds and given to Manzou. When this ability is used, the sword simply passes through the opponent harmlessly though leaves behind microscopic parasites similar to those of Tatsunokuchi, Manzou's Shikai. Unlike the Shikai, however, these parasites do not feed on the opponent, instead causing damage through the extreme temperature of their skin; the immense internal heat damage is not fully felt until the 3rd round during which the dragon-headed gargoyle-like creatures burn their way to the surface. These creatures, containing the Reiatsu initially imbued in them by Manzou as well as what was taken from the opponent, disintegrate into flames which return to Yoku no Amatsukeshin or Manzou's sword to be absorbed.

Ability
Rentai no Yane (連帯の屋根, Roof of Solidarity): Manzou pays 10% Reiatsu to give the flames of Yoku no Amatsukeshin the effect of repelling attacks lesser than its cost. The barrier lasts until it is wilted down though Manzou can pay Reiatsu to rebuild only what has been lost through damage.

Attack
Rikoteki Kemono: Kyoutai (利己的な獣 - 狂態, Selfish Beast: Disgraceful Behavior): Manzou can use the Reiatsu paid to the Rentai no Yane ability to make the barrier ability attack anyone threatening it who comes within 5 feet of it; these flames have the same effect as the Ryakudatsu Surasuto and costs Manzou 2% Reiatsu per round to keep this ability active though this per-round cost does not add to the effect of Ryakudatsu Surasuto.

Attack
Mujihi Surasuto (無慈悲なスラスト, Merciless Sweep): Manzou can pay 1,000 Reiatsu to manifest a second white sword in the other hand of Yoku no Amatsukeshin.

I kept looking for a cleverer way to nerf this, and I think I might have gone too far the opposite direction.

Attack 1: Soulfire
Soulfire is the enhanced form of Hellfire. At the cost of 3% of her reiatsu per turn, Adelaide can augment all her kidou. While using Soulfire, Adelaide cannot use Lashiel's Shadow or Flames of Passion. As Soulfire is active, cosmetic flecks of silver light float around Adelaide and the scythe. Kidou used while Soulfire is active cost twice as much, and become twice as effective in terms of scope and magnitude. Chromatic fire and actual fire-based kidou may instead cost triple the normal and have triple the normal effectiveness. Once Adelaide ceases to use Soulfire, she cannot use it once again in the same instance of Bankai.
This is the power of Lashiel as augmented by Lady Reason.
